Catalytic Converter
Marking & Registration Kit
(Included with your CATLOC®product as standard)
MARKING
Ensure surface to be
marked is clean & dry.
Ensure CAT is either
cold or cool to the touch.
Peel label from backing
paper and place on
the CAT. Apply metal
marking fluid on the
label ONLY. Ensure all
holes are filled with fluid.
Start vehicle and allow
to idle for approx. 2mins.
WINDOW STICKERS
Ensure window stickers
are placed in a prominent
position on two front
windows.
REGISTRATION
It is very important that details of your vehicle with your name and
contact information are recorded on the ISR®. To register visit
www.TheISR.org and follow the instructions or complete and
return the enclosed registration form.
INSTALLATION SAFETY POINTS
• The fluid should be stored in cool conditions and away from
direct sunlight. It should be kept away from food and drink
and out of the reach of children and animals.
• Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while using.
• Contains Ammonium Cupric Chloride.
• For more information, see full instruction leaflet enclosed

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Important Installation Notes:
This CATLOC®product is a permanent installation
on your vehicle. Read all instructions carefully prior
to installation.
*Permanent Fix Method: To ensure maximum
security, this product is supplied with security nuts
and Loctite®thread locker. Thread locker must be
applied to bolt thread before applying the washer
and nut. To prevent removal of the CATLOC®
product, all nuts must be tightened until nut head
breaks off.
1. Locate vehicles catalytic converter / DPF
The catalytic converter (CAT) or DPF can be found
along the vehicles exhaust pipe, usually between
the engine and mufer. If in doubt, consult a
professional or check with the manufacturer.
2. Establish product setting
To establish the product setting, measure the
circumference of the CAT or DPF (this is the
measurement around the outside).
With the large plate 2inside the small plate 1(as per
illustration) locate small bolts 5through the two
nearest xing holes to the circumference,
locate washers 6and nuts 7.Testtment.
If setting needs adjustment, repeat
above step until product is set at nearest
setting (ensure that the product is
set slightly smaller than the actual
circumference).
3. Permanently set product
Once setting is conrmed,
set the product using the
*Permanent Fix Method.
4. Fit CATLOC®to vehicle
With the product in place, insert large bolt 4through
centre xing hole on ange of product and locate
washer 6and nut 7. Loosely tighten to keep product
in place.
Locate suitable position to wrap cable 3around
underside of vehicle, being careful to keep away
from all moving parts, ensuring it does not hang too
low. Work the cable back to the CATLOC®.
Insert large bolt 4through cable bracket and locate
throughxingpositiononproductange.
Locateandlooselytwasher6and nut 7on to large
bolt 4.
Repeat above steps for second cable 3. Locate
second cable to a separate location where possible.
Once both cables are in place, secure all bolts using
the *Permanent Fix Method, as previously
described.
INSTALLATION SAFETY POINTS
• CAUTION: Vehicle catalytic converters get extremely hot during
driving. We recommend waiting a minimum of 2-3 hours after
using the vehicle, before installing our product.
• Securexingcablesawayfrommovingparts.
• Protect your eyes during installation.
• Do not put CATLOC®components in your mouth.
• Loctite®can be harmful. Keep away from your mouth and seek
medical advice immediately if ingested.

8. 1x Loctite®3ml thread locker (not shown)
9. 1x CATLOC®ISR®security marking kit (not shown)
