PREMESSA
FOREWORD
Questo manuale intende essere una guida per l'impiego
corretto e sicuro della macchina e per la sua razionale
manutenzione.
La costante osservanza delle norme in esso contenute,
garantisce le migliori prestazioni, l'economia di
esercizio, una lunga durata della macchina e consente
di evitare le più comuni cause di incidenti che possono
verificarsi durante il lavoro o la manutenzione.
Per quanto si riferisce alla sicurezza, in particolare si
raccomanda di leggere attentamente le norme generali
riportate nel capitolo 6.
IMPORTANTE: Fare attenzione alle targhe di
sicurezza applicate sulla macchina e rispettare le
norme in esse riportate prima di avviare, azionare,
riparare od eseguire la manutenzione della
macchina.
Ogni macchina viene fornita di una copia del manuale di
uso e manutenzione.
In base alle leggi vigenti, il manuale di uso e
manutenzione viene considerato parte integrante della
macchina e deve accompagnare quest’ultima per tutta
la sua esistenza, ed in particolare anche in caso di
rivendita della stessa.
Le descrizioni ed illustrazioni, fornite in questa
pubblicazione, si intendono non impegnative.
La CEFLA si riserva il diritto di apportare in qualsiasi
momento, senza impegnarsi ad aggiornare questa
documentazione, le eventuali modifiche che ritenesse
convenienti a scopo di miglioramento.
Per ottenere ulteriori chiarimenti, rivolgersi al
concessionario di vendita o alla sede CEFLA, che sono a
disposizione per ogni utile informazione.
IMPORTANTE: Leggere attentamente le NORME
DI SICUREZZA riportate nel capitolo 6 ed istruire
adeguatamente il personale addetto, al fine di
garantire un uso appropriato e sicuro della
macchina.
This manual is a guide to proper maintenance and
operation of the machine. Carefully follow the directions
provided in the manual.
This reduces the operating costs, improves efficiency
and extends the service life of the machine.
In addition, these instructions help prevent accidents
that may occur during operation or when servicing the
machine.
As far as operator safety is concerned, it is essential to
carefully read the safety precautions described in
chapter 6.
IMPORTANT: Careful attention should be paid to
the caution and warning statements that appear
on the stickers attached to the machlne. Read all
the safety procedures prior to starting, operating
repairing or servicing the machine.
Each machine is supplied with a copy of this manual.
In compliance with current regulations, this manual
should accompany the machine at all times, even when it
is resold.
Cefla has a company policy of continuous development
therefore the descriptions, specifications as well as the
machine parts and accessories illustrated in this manual
are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The concept design will remain unchanged.

INTRODUCTION
VORWORT
Ce manuel représente un outil pour que l’utilisateur
emploie la machine de manière sûre et pour que cette
dernière soit entretenue correctement.
Le respect constant des normes qui y sont contenues
garantit les meilleures performances, une certaine
économie de service et une longue durée de vie de la
machine et permet d’éviter les causes les plus
fréquentes de pannes qui peuvent se vérifier pendant le
travail ou l’entretien.
En ce qui concerne la sécurité nous recommandons de
lire avec attention les normes générales indiquées au
paragraphe 6.
IMPORTANT: Faire attention aux plaques de
sécurité installées sur la machine et respecter les
normes qui y sont contenues avant de mettre en
marche, d'actionner et de réparer la machine ou
d’effectuer les opérations d’entretien.
Chaque machine est fournie avec une copie de ce
manuel d'utilisation et d'entretien.
Selon les lois en vigueur, le manuel d'utilisation et
d'entretien est considéré partie intégrante de la machine
et doit toujours l'accompagner même en cas de revente
de celle-ci.
Toutes descriptions et images de ce manuel n’engagent
pas la maison constructrice. CEFLA se réserve le droit
d’apporter toute modification éventuellement
nécessaire pour améliorer le produit, à n’importe quel
moment, sans devoir pour autant mettre à jour cette
documentation.
Pour tout éclaircissement supplémentaire s’adresser au
concessionnaire ou directement à CEFLA, qui sont à
votre disposition pour tout renseignement utile.
IMPORTANT: Le personnel chargé de la machine
devra lire attentivement les NORMES DE
SECURITE au paragraphe 6.0 pour que la
machine soit utilisée de manière adéquate.
Das vorliegende Handbuch soll eine praktische
Führung für den korrekten und sicheren Gebrauch der
Maschine sowie für eine zweckmäßige Wartung
darstellen. Eine konstante Befolgung der darin
enthaltenen Vorschriften garantiert die höchsten
Betriebsleistungen, Betriebswirtschaftlichkeit sowie
eine längere Betriebsdauer der Maschine. Dadurch
werden außerdem die häufigsten Unfallursachen, die
während der Arbeit oder der Wartung auftreten können,
vermieden werden.
Was die Sicherheit anbelangt, empfiehlt es sich, die im
Kapitel 6 angeführten allgemeinen Vorschriften
aufmerksam zu lesen.
WICHTIG: Vor der Inbetriebnahme, der
Betätigung, der Instandsetzung oder den
Wartungsarbeiten auf die an der Maschine
angebrachten Sicherheitsschilder achtgeben und
die darauf angeführten Angaben befolgen.
Jede Maschine wird mit einer Kopie des vorliegenden
Handbuchs geliefert.
Gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften wird das
vorliegende Handbuch als ein integrierender Teil der
Maschine berücksichtigt und muß über die gesamte
Lebensdauer, insbesondere beim Wiederverkauf
derselben, aufbewahrt werden.
Die darin enthaltenen Beschreibungen und
Abbildungen werden als nicht verbindlich angesehen.
Die Firma CEFLA behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit
eventuelle für die Verbesserung der Maschine als
notwendig erachtete Änderungen durchzuführen, ohne
sich zu verpflichten, das vorliegende Handbuch
dementsprechend auf den letzten Stand zu bringen.
Für weitere Klärungen richten Sie sich bitte an den
Vertragshändler oder an CEFLA, die Ihnen für jede
nützliche Information zur Verfügung stehen.
WICHTIG: Die in dem Kapitel 6.0 enthaltenen
SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN aufmerksam lesen
und das dafür verantwortliche Personal
zweckmäßig ausbilden, um einen sachgemäßen
und sicheren Gebrauch der Maschine zu
gewährleisten.

Col presente documento la CEFLA Finishing
certifica la corretta costruzione del prodotto,
l’impiego di materiali di prima qualità, lo
svolgimento di tutti i collaudi necessari e la
conformità del prodotto stesso alle normative
vigenti.
- DURATA
- Il prodotto è coperto da un periodo di Garanzia di 12
(dodici) mesi dalla data di installazione presso
l’Utilizzatore, che dovrà essere comprovata dalla
restituzione dell’apposito VERBALE DI
INSTALLAZIONE E COLLAUDO, debitamente
compilato e controfirmato dall’Utilizzatore stesso e
dal Tecnico Installatore. Al più tardi la Garanzia
termina a 15 (quindici) mesi dalla data di spedizione.
- LIMITI ED ESCLUSIONI
- La garanzia è limitata alla sostituzione o riparazione
delle singole parti o dei pezzi che risultassero di
fabbricazione difettosa. Sono escluse dalla garanzia
tutte le parti soggette a rottura in corso d’uso e/o
usura quali dispositivi d’illuminazione, fusibili,
vetrerie, etc.; sono altresì esclusi dalla Garanzia
guasti e/o danni derivanti da una installazione non
conforme alle istruzioni del Costruttore o eseguita da
personale non autorizzato, cattiva manutenzione,
scorretta alimentazione, negligenza, imperizia,
interventi e/o manutenzioni eseguite da personale
non autorizzato da CEFLA Finishinge/o modifiche
non autorizzate dalla stessa, difetti derivanti da
sostituzione di parti non originali, nonché tutte quelle
cause non imputabili al Fabbricante.
- DECADENZA DELLA GARANZIA
- La Garanzia decade automaticamente qualora la
macchina venga riparata, modificata o manomessa
dall’acquirente o da terzi non autorizzati. Per gli
interventi durante il periodo di garanzia, l’acquirente
dovrà rivolgersi unicamente, pena il decadimento
della garanzia stessa, ai centri assistenza ed al
personale tecnico autorizzato da CEFLA Finishing.
Nel caso di contestazione da parte dell’Acquirente
sull’applicazione della Garanzia, sulla qualità o sulle
condizioni della macchina consegnata, l’Acquirente
stesso non potrà in alcun caso sospendere e/o
ritardare i pagamenti del prezzo o delle rate di
prezzo.
- In particolare la Garanzia decade se:
- la macchina presenta danneggiamenti causati da
cadute, esposizione a fiamme, contatto con liquidi,
calamità naturali, azione di agenti atmosferici o
quant’altro non imputabile a difetti di fabbricazione;
- non è stata esegutia una corretta installazione e/o
questa è stata eseguita da terzi non autorizzati;
- non viene restituito il VERBALE DI
INSTALLAZIONE E COLLAUDO debitamente
compilato e controfirmato;
- l’Acquirente sospende o ritarda per qualunque
motivo il pagamento di qualunque somma dovuta in
relazione all’acquisto e/o alla manutenzione
dell’attrezzatura.
We, CEFLA Finishing declare under our sole
responsibility that all parts are constructed in the
finest quality materials, all required tests have
been made and the product is in conformity with
the relevant provision of current directives and
harmonised standards.
- WARRANTY PERIOD
- The equipment is covered by a 12 (twelve) month
warranty, starting from the date it is installed at the
user's premises. The INSTALLATION AND TEST
REPORT shall act as proof of the installation date
and must be filled out in all its parts, signed by both
the User and Installation technician and returned. At
most the warranty may cover 15 (fifteen) months as
of the date of shipment.
- LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
- The company warrants all equipment it
manufactures to be free from defects in materials and
factory workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace
any parts judged defective. This warranty does not
apply to normal wear and tear and/or breakage such
as lights, fuses, glass, etc.. This guarantee does not
cover any personal injury or property damage
caused by installation not performed according to the
instructions furnished by the manufacturer or carried
out by non–authorized persons, inadequate
maintenance, misuse, careless or unsafe
operations, maintenance and/or jobs carried out by
any persons not duly authorized by CEFLA
Finishingand/or non–authorized modifications,
defects caused by use of non–original spare parts
along with all defects that cannot be traced to the
manufacturer.
- WARRANTY INVALIDATION
- The warranty is automatically invalidated if the
purchaser or any persons other than those
authorized by Cefla repair, alter or adapt the
machine. The purchaser must contact only service
centers and authorized CEFLA Finishing repair
agents for repairs during the warranty period. Failure
to comply will invalidate the warranty. The purchaser
cannot stop and/or delay payment of the price or
instalment even if the purchaser has any questions
regarding warranty coverage or the quality or
condition of the delivered machine.
- In particular the warranty is void if:
- the damages were caused by dropped parts,
exposure to flames, contact with liquids, acts of God
or any other cause beyond the control of Cefla,
effects of atmospheric agents or others that cannot
be considered defects in workmanship;
- installation not performed in a state–of–the–art
manner or carried out by non–authorized third
parties;
- failure to fill out, sign and return the INSTALLATION
AND TEST REPORT;
- stopping or delaying payment of any amount due for
the goods purchased and/or equipment
maintenance for any reason whatsoever.

Par le document présent, CEFLA Finishing garanti
la correcte fabrication du produit, l'utilisation de
matériaux de premier choix, la réalisation de tous
les essais nécessaires et la conformité du produit
à la réglementation en vigueur.
- DUREE
- Le produit est couvert par une période de garantie de
12 (douze) mois à partir de l'installation chez
l’Utilisateur, qui devra être attestée par le renvoi du
PROCES VERBAL D'INSTALLATION ET ESSAIS,
dûment rempli en toutes ses parties et contre-signé
par l’Utilisateur même et par le Technicien
Installateur. La garantie se terminera au plus tard 15
(quinze) mois après la date d'expédition.
- LIMITES ET EXCEPTIONS
La garantie est limitée au remplacement ou à la
réparation des pièces dont la fabrication serait
défectueuse. Sont exclues de la garantie, toutes
parties soumises à une éventuelle rupture en cours
d'utilisation et/ou usure telles que les dispositifs
d'éclairage, les fusibles, les parties en verre, etc..
Sont également exclus de la garantie, les pannes
et/ou dommages dérivant d'une installation non
conforme aux instructions du fabricant ou réalisée
par du personnel non autorisé, d'un mauvais
entretien, d'une alimentation incorrecte, de
négligence, d'inexpérience, d'interventions et/ou
d'entretiens effectués par du personnel non autorisé
par CEFLA Finishinget/ou des modifications non
autorisées par elle, des défauts dérivants de
remplacements avec des pièces non originales, ainsi
que toutes les causes qui ne peuvent être imputées
au Fabricant.
- ANNULATION DE LA GARANTIE
- La garantie est automatiquement annulée si la
machine est réparée, modifiée ou endommagée par
l'acheteur ou des tiers non autorisés. Pour les
interventions à réaliser pendant la période de
garantie, l'acheteur devra s'adresser uniquement et
sous peine de résiliation de la garantie, aux services
après vente et au personnel technique de la société
CEFLA Finishing.
Dans le cas de contestations de la part de l’Acheteur
sur l’application de la garantie, sur la qualité ou sur
les conditions de la machine livrée, l’acheteur ne
pourra en aucun cas suspendre et/ou retarder le
paiement du prix ou des échéances du prix.
- En particulier, la garantie est résiliée si :
- la machine présente des dommages consécutifs à
une chute, exposition à des flammes, contact avec
des liquides, catastrophes naturelles, action des
agents atmosphériques ou toute autre cause qui ne
peut être attribuée à un défaut de fabrication ;
- l’installation n'a pas été effectuée correctement ou a
été réalisée par du personnel non autorisé ;
- le PROCES VERBAL D'INSTALLATION ET
D'ESSAISrempli et signé n'a pas été retourné suite à
l'installation ;
- l’acheteur a suspendu et/ou retardé, pour quelque
motif que ce soit, le paiement d'une somme due en
règlement de l'achat et/ou de l'entretien de la
machine ;
Mit der vorliegenden Unterlage wird die
ordnungsgemäße Herstellung des Produkts, der
Einsatz von Materialien erster Güte, die
Ausführung sämtlicher notwendigen
Abnahmeprüfungen sowie die Übereinstimmung
des Produkts mit den geltenden Vorschriften
seitens der Firma CEFLA Finishing bescheinigt.
-DAUER
- Das Produkt verfügt über eine Garantiefrist von 12
(zwölf) Monaten ab dem Aufstellungsdatum bei dem
Benutzer. Die Garantie ist durch die Rückgabe des
entsprechend ausgefüllten und von dem Benutzer
sowie von dem Installateur unterzeichneten
AUFSTELLUNGS- UND PRÜFUNGSBERICHTS
nachzuweisen. Die Garantie verfällt spätestens
nach 15 (fünfzehn) Monaten ab dem Versanddatum.
-BESCHRÄNKUNGEN UND
AUSSCHLIESSUNGEN
- Die Garantie beschränkt sich auf die Ersetzung oder
auf die Instandsetzung von Einzelteilen oder
Einzelstücken, deren defekte Anfertigung
festgestellt wird. Alle bruch- und/oder
verschleißanfälligen Teile, wie
Beleuchtungselemente, Sicherungen, Glasteile
usw. sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Alle
Störungen und/oder Schäden, die auf eine
Aufstellung, welche nicht der Anleitung des
Herstellers entspricht oder von nicht von CEFLA
Finishingbefugtem Personal vorgenommen
worden ist, auf eine falsch durchgeführte Wartung,
eine unkorrekte Versorgung, Nachlässigkeit,
Untüchtigkeit, auf Eingriffe und/oder
Wartungsarbeiten, die von unbefugtem Personal
vorgenommen worden sind, und/oder auf
unzulässige Änderungen, auf Defekte, die von der
Ersetzung von Teilen durch nicht Originalersatzteile
abhängen, sowie auf alle vom Hersteller
unabhängigen Ursachen zurückzuführen sind, sind
von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
-GARANTIEVERFALL
- Die Garantie verfällt automatisch, wenn die
Maschine ohne jegliche Genehmigung vom
Abnehmer oder von Dritten repariert, modifiziert oder
manipuliert wird. Für die Eingriffe, die während der
Garantiezeit vorgenommen werden müssen, muss
sich der Abnehmer ausschließlich an den
technischen Kundendienst sowie an das von der
Firma CEFLA Finishingbefugte Fachpersonal
wenden, damit die Garantiebedingungen
gewährleistet werden.
Bei Beanstandung der Garantieanwendung, der
Qualität oder der Bedingungen der ausgelieferten
Maschine seitens des Abnehmers, darf die Zahlung
des gesamten Betrags oder die Ratenzahlung vom
Abnehmer keinesfalls eingestellt oder verzögert
werden.
-Die Garantie verfällt im Besonderen in
folgenden Fällen:
- Die Maschine weist Schäden auf, die auf Sturz,
Flammen, Flüssigkeiten, Witterungseinflüsse oder
auf andere Ursachen, die keine Herstellungsfehler
betreffen, zurückzuführen sind;
- Die Aufstellung ist unkorrekt und/oder von
unbefugten Technikern vorgenommen worden;
- Der entsprechend ausgefüllte AUFSTELLUNGS-
UND PRÜFUNGSBERICHT wurde nicht
ordnungsgemäß zurückerstattet;
- Der Abnehmer stellt aus irgendeinem Grund die
Zahlung jeder beliebigen Summe, die sich auf den
Erwerb und/oder die Wartung des Geräts bezieht,
ein oder verzögert diese.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI AGGIUNTIVE
- Nessun risarcimento potrà essere richiesto
dall’aquirente per fermo della macchina e/o
dell’impianto di cui fa parte.
- I componenti da sostituirsi in garanzia devono
essere restituiti a CEFLA Finishingo al Centro
Assistenza Autorizzato che ha fornito o fornirà i
ricambi necessari. Qualora i componenti da
sostituire non vengano restituiti, saranno addebitati
all’Ordinante.
- Il Fabbricante, i suoi distributori e/o Centri Assistenza
Autorizzati non sono tenuti a dare in uso macchine
sostitutive per il periodo necessario alla riparazione.
- Particolari deroghe in merito alle presenti Norme di
Garanzia non implicano il riconoscimento di alcun
diritto nei confronti dell’Acquirente e saranno da
considerarsi limitatamente concesse in relazione al
caso specifico.
- In caso di controversia in merito all’applicazione ed
interpretazione del presente Certificato di Garanzia,
sarà competente il Tribunale di Bologna (Italia),
ovunque sia stato stipulato il contratto di acquisto
della macchina.
- Per quanto non espressamente previsto dal
presente Certificato di Garanzia, valgono le norme
contenute nel Codice Civile e nelle Leggi vigenti in
materia della Repubblica Italiana.
WARRANTY GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The purchaser may not request indemnity for
machine or plant downtime.
- Parts to be replaced under warranty must be sent
back to CEFLA Finishingor an authorized service
center who will provide the replacement parts. If the
parts to be replaced are not sent back, they will be
charged to the person who ordered them.
- The manufacturer, its dealers and/or authorized
service centers are not obliged to substitute the
machines during the time taken to make repairs.
- Particular deviations from this warranty do not give
the purchaser any rights and will be granted only after
reviewing the specific cases.
- Any disputes about the application and interpretation
of this warranty will be brought before the Court of
Bologna (Italy) where the purchase contract for the
machine was stipulated.
- As far as any aspects not expressly mentioned in this
warranty are concerned, the Civil Code and relevant
Italian Laws shall rule.

CONDITIONS GENERALES SUPPLEMENTAIRES
- Aucun dédommagement ne pourra être demandé
par l'acheteur pour arrêt de la machine et/ou de
l'installation de laquelle elle fait partie.
- Les composants sous garantie qui doivent être
remplacés doivent être restitués à la société CEFLA
Finishingou au Service Après vente autorisé qui a
fourni ou fournira les pièces de rechange
nécessaires. Dans le cas où les composants à
remplacer ne seraient pas retournés, ils seront
normalement facturés au commanditaire.
- Le Fabricant et ses distributeurs et/ou Services
Après vente Autorisés ne sont pas obligés de fournir
une machine de remplacement pendant la durée
nécessaire à la réparation.
- Des dérogations particulières, octroyées par la
présente norme de Garantie, ne reconnaissent
l'attribution d'aucun droit à l'acheteur et elles ne
seront concédées que dans les limites du cas
spécifique.
- En cas de litige sur l’application et l'interprétation de
ce Certificat de Garantie, c'est le Tribunal de Bologne
(Italie) qui est compétent, partout où le contrat
d'achat de la machine a été passé.
- Pour tout ce qui n'a pas été expressément prévu
dans ce Certificat de Garantie, ce sont les normes
contenues dans le Code Civil et les Lois de la
République Italienne qui font foi.

- Der Abnehmer darf für das Stillstehen der Maschine
und/oder der dazu gehörigen Anlage keine
Entschädigung verlangen.
- Die während der Garantiezeit zu ersetzenden Teile
sind an die Firma CEFLA Finishingoder an den
diesbezüglich befugten Kundendienst, der die
erforderlichen Ersatzteile ausgeliefert hat bzw.
ausliefern wird, zurück zu schicken. Falls die zu
ersetzenden Teile nicht zurückerstattet werden, wird
der Besteller mit dem entsprechenden Betrag
belastet.
- Der Hersteller ist nicht dazu verpflichtet, den
Vertriebshändlern und/oder dem technischen
Kundendienst weitere Maschinen für die gesamte
Instandsetzungsdauer zu Verfügung zu stellen.
- Bestimmte Abweichungen von den vorliegenden
Garantievorschriften sehen keine Anerkennung von
Rechten dem Abnehmer gegenüber vor und werden
jeweils auf den einzelnen Sonderfall eingeräumt.
- Im Streitfalle hinsichtlich der Anwendung sowie der
Interpretierung des vorliegenden
Garantiezeugnisses ist das Landgericht in Bologna
(Italien) zuständig, d.h. unabhängig von dem Ort, in
dem der Kaufvertrag des Geräts abgeschlossen
wird.
- Obwohl dies vom vorliegenden Garantiezeugnis
nicht ausdrücklich vorgesehen wird, gelten die im
dem bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch sowie in den
geltenden Gesetzen der Italienischen Republik
enthaltenen Normen.
