Chance Rides, Inc. has become aware that incorrectly sized overload
protectors, heaters and fuses, may have been installed on the above
hoted WIPEOUTamusement rides. ThA correct size heaters and fuses are
necessary to prevent damaqe to the oi} cooler motor, the pump motor for
the leveling jacks, and t.he motor for the air aompressor.
Chance Rides, Inc. requires all owner/operaLors of the above not.ed rides
to perform Ehe inspection and if necessary, the replacement of parts, as
outlined in this buIIetin.
AIl work must be performed by qualified personnel, capable of
understanding the funltion of the-parEs and their proper inst.allation.

INSPECTION/REPLACEMENT
OF PUMP MOTOR
HEATERS
Three heaters are located in box bet,ween rear leveling jack and the
floor/jack receptacle box, located on the curbside of the tiailer.
1. Remove cover from box by removing the one screw locat,ed at the
bott.om of the box.
2. HeaLers are labeled as Eo
size heater is present,,

INSPECTION/REPLACEMENT
OF OIL COOLER
MOTORHEATER&AIR COMPRESSOR
FUSE
This heater and fuse are locat,ed in t.he motor control box, the left hand
box with the on/of.f handle, mount,edt,o the turret.
1. Turn power handle to off position and open door.
2. Locate single heater and inspect for correct heater size. Correct.
size is aR-g.S. If any othbr size heater is present, order and
insLall- new heaLer, part- number 23331702
3. To replace heater, remove the two (2) screws securing t.he heater in
prace.
4. Locat.e fuse in fuse block direct,ly above oil cooler motor heater and
inspect for proper size. The -fuse rnav have to be removed to
detdrmine siz'e. - The correct. size is FNQ20. If any other fuse is
nrestrnf nrder and install new fuse, part number 22149200.
