Use and Care Instructions
• Stainless Steel Cutting Plate
• Heavy Duty Cast Components
• Includes 4 Suction Cup Feet
Features:
ASSEMBLY:
Attach four SUCTION CUP FEET
to BASE and tighten BOLTS.
Connect HANDLE to BASE by inserting
the 6-3/8" ROD through hole at back of
unit. Tighten with BOLTS.
Attach HANDLE to interior METAL
GUIDE RODS using one SCREW
and BOLT.
This product includes a 3/8”
Cutting Plate.
NOTE: Additional Cutting Plates:
• 1/2” CUTTING PLATE with frame is also
available, but not included.
• If you are interested in purchasing the 1/2” CUTTING PLATE, contact:
CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1-888-815-4252.
NOTE: Changing Cutting Plates:
• Remove the three wing nuts on front frame housing.
• Place new blade on the unit and retighten the wing nuts.
• Match the PUSH PLATE to the blade
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS ASSEMBLY & TIPS
• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
• Place the appliance on a firm and stable surface.
• Ensure that the appliance is not placed close to the edge of the table, worktop, etc. where it can be
pushed off or fall.
• The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause injury.
• Never use abrasive cleaning agents or abrasive cloths when cleaning the unit.
• Only use the unit when completely assembled.
• DO NOT leave the appliance unattended.
• DO NOT operate cutting with mis-matched blade and push plates.
• Before and after each use, wash and rinse the unit with hot soapy water. Dry thoroughly with dish
towel.
• DO NOT put unit in dishwasher.
The blades are very sharp. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED AROUND UNIT.

USE:
TIP : Cut one end off of potato or other produce.
Place the cut end firmly against the CUTTING PLATE
in front. When produce is slightly cut by the
blade, push the handle down firmly to complete
the cut. Use a quick and firm motion to press items
through the CUTTING PLATES. Be sure to move the
arm all the way to the end to ensure a clean cut.
TIP : DO NOT load the item against the
PUSH PLATE.
Fresh is best. Be sure to use fresh fruits and vegetables in the cutter.
NOTE: Mount horizontally on a sturdy surface by pressing down, to engage
SUCTION CUPS to surface.
PRE ASSEMBLY:
Take contents out of retail box and dispose of waste properly. Thoroughly
wash parts with warm soapy water and dry completely.

Your product is warrantied for one year from date of purchase against all defects
in material and workmanship. Should your product prove defective within one
year from date of purchase or receipt, return the unit, freight prepaid, along with
an explanation of the claim. Please package your product carefully in its original
box and packing material to avoid damage in transit. (We are not responsible for
any damage caused to the product in return shipment.) Under this warranty, we
undertake to repair or replace any parts found to be defective.
This warranty is only valid if the product is used solely for household purposes in
accordance with the instructions. This warranty is invalid if the unit is dismantled
or interfered with in any way or damaged through misuse.
We ask that you kindly fill in the details on your warranty card and return it within
