IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs
3. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or
appliance in water or other liquid.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or

6. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to
cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning this
appliance.

10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, where it can
inadvertently be pulled on or tripped over, or touch hot surfaces,

11. Do not place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner,
or in a heated oven.
12. Do not operate under wall cabinets.
13. To disconnect press the illuminated ON/OFF switch to OFF, then
remove plug from wall outlet.
14. To avoid a risk of re or electric shock, oversized bread, metal foil
packages, or metal or plastic utensils must not be placed on the
conveyor belt.

15. A re may occur if the Conveyor Toaster is covered or touching
ammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like,
when in operation. To avoid excessive heat on wall(s) while cooking,
always keep a space of at least 4 inches between this appliance and
the rear and side walls.
16. WARNING: To avoid Conveyor Toaster malfunction, always keep
the fan vents clean and clear.
17. WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. Never attempt to
dislodge food inside the Conveyor Toaster while the Conveyor
Toaster is plugged in. Doing so could cause an electrical shock
hazard or a risk of re.
18. CAUTION: Parts of this Conveyor Toaster become hot during
operation. Always use oven mitts when handling hot materials and
allow metal parts to cool before cleaning.
19. Do not place anything on top of the Conveyor Toaster while it is
operating or while it is hot.
20. Always keep hands, hair and cloth away from the wire bread feeder
or conveyor belt.
21. Do not use water jet to clean this appliance.
22. Do not leave this appliance unattended during use.
23. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
24. This appliance is for commercial use. If positioned where the public
can use this appliance, make sure that all cautions, warnings and
operating instructions are clearly posted near this Conveyor Toaster
to insure proper operation and reduce the chance of personal
injuries and/or damage to the appliance.
25. Plug unit into a properly grounded electrical outlet of the correct
voltage, size and plug conguration. If the plug and receptacle do
not match, contact a qualied electrician to determine the proper
voltage and size and install the proper electrical outlet.
26. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
27. To avoid injury, turn the power switch off, allow to cool completely,
and unplug unit from power source before performing any
maintenance or cleaning.
28. To avoid electrical shock, always unplug the unit before performing
cleaning or maintenance.

29. To avoid electrical shock or personal injury, do not steam clean or
use excessive water on the unit.
30. Locate the unit at the proper counter height, in an area that is
convenient for use. The location should be level to prevent the
unit or its contents from accidentally falling, and strong enough to
support the weight of the unit and food.
31. Do not leave this appliance on overnight or for prolonged periods
of non-use.
32. Always turn off the power switch before plugging cord into the
wall socket. To disconnect, always turn off the power switch before
unplugging from the wall socket.
33. It is recommended that this appliance not be moved when it
remains hot.

NOTES ON THE CORD
A short power supply cord has been provided to reduce the hazards
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
An extension cord may be used with this appliance if care is properly
exercised in its use. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical
rating of the extension cord must be at least as great as the electrical
rating on this appliance. The longer cord should be arranged so that it
will not drape over the counter top or table top where it can be pulled
on by children or another person or tripped over accidentally.
ELECTRIC POWER
If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your
appliance may not operate properly. It should be operated on a
separate electrical circuit from other appliances.

PARTS
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Remove all packaging materials including those that may be inside the toasting
chamber.
2. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive
cleaners. Do not place the Conveyor Toaster, cord or plug in water.
3. Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position
4. Turn the DARKNESS control dial to LIGHT.
5. Plug the Conveyor Toaster into a 120V AC electrical outlet
6. Press the Power Saving Switch to FULL POWER / TOAST.
7. Press the red ON/OFF switch to ON. The switch will illuminate.
8. Allow the conveyor belt to revolve 2 or 3 times without bread. Let the toaster run
for about 15 minutes to burn off all the factory sediments.
NOTE: The Conveyor Toaster may emit a thin smoke on the initial use. This is
normal and not detrimental to the performance of the appliance.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of re, the appliance is to be installed in non-
combustible surroundings only, with no combustible material within 18 inches of
the sides, front, or rear of the appliance or within 40 inches above the appliance.
The appliance is to be mounted on oors of noncombustible construction with
noncombustible ooring and surface nish and with no combustible material against
the underside, or on noncombustible slabs or arches have no combustible material
against the underside. Such construction shall in all cases extend not less than 12
inches beyond the equipment on all sides.

TOASTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before toasting, make sure the wire bread feeder and reector/crumb tray are
clean, properly assembled, and in position on the Conveyor Toaster.
2. Place Conveyor Toaster on a stable, at, heat resistant surface.
3. Turn the DARKNESS control dial to the desired setting.
4. Press the Power Saving Switch to FULL POWER / TOAST.
5. Remove all protective wrappings from food before placing onto the wire
bread feeder.
6. Plug the power cord into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
7. Press the red ON/OFF switch to ON. The switch will illuminate.
8. Pre-heat the unit before placing the bread for toasting
9. Place 2 pieces of bread or toaster food side by side onto the wire bread feeder
where it will travel onto the conveyor belt to be toasted.
10. At the end of the toasting cycle, bread or toaster food will automatically be
dropped into the toast drawer. Use care when removing bread as the stainless
steel reector/crumb tray and toast drawer may be hot.
11. To interrupt toasting, press the illuminated ON/OFF switch to OFF, once all the
bread is cleared from the conveyor belt.
12. Unplug cord from wall outlet and allow Conveyor Toaster to cool when not in
use, before attempting to dislodge food, and before cleaning.
SINGLE ELEMENT TOASTING: BOTTOM ONLY
NOTE: Use the single heating element: BOTTOM ONLY cycle for bagels, English
mufns, buns, and all 1-sided browning.
1. Slice bagels, English mufns or buns in half; place each half with the cut sides
facing down onto the wire bread feeder.
2. Turn the darkness control dial to the desired toast color.
3. Press the Power Saving Switch to change from both FULL POWER / TOAST to
HALF POWER / BAGEL.
REMOVING LODGED FOODS
CAUTION: The stainless steel wire bread feeder and reector/crumb tray become very
hot during use. Make sure the Conveyor Toaster is unplugged and completely cool
before clearing any jam.
1. If, after toasting, a piece of bread or any other toaster food becomes jammed,
press the illuminated ON/OFF switch, to turn the unit OFF. Then remove plug
from wall outlet. Allow the Conveyor Toaster to cool completely.
CAUTION: If this appliance has not been cooled down completely.
Damage may result.
WARNING: Never insert hands into the toasting chamber to clear the jam.
Severe injury may result.
2. To clear a blockage, pull wire bread feeder and reector/crumb tray out to remove.
3. Using a long object, preferably made of wood, dislodge the object causing the jam.
WARNING: To avoid damage to the heating element or cause injury to persons,
never use a plastic or metal object to clear the jam or remove blockage.
4. Clean the crumb tray. Replace the wire bread feeder and clean reector/
crumb tray following the detailed procedures described in CARE & CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS.

USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any
servicing requiring disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualied
appliance repair technician.
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Do not immerse this Conveyor Toaster, cord, or plug in water or any other
liquid.
Switch this appliance to the OFF position, allow this appliance to cool completely and
unplug before cleaning.
This appliance cannot be cleaned by water jet.
Conveyor Belt: To remove baked-on food, make sure the Conveyor Toaster is clear of
all bread and food. Using a sponge or cloth, clean the belt using side to side motions
as the belt turns. Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove any loosened crumbs.
Toast Drawer: Lift up and pull out of the base of the unit. Clean the toast drawer with
warm detergent water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Replace toast drawer by sliding back
onto the base. Make sure the front lip of the drawer rests at onto the front of the
Toaster body.
Wire Bread Feeder: Insert left and right ends of the
feeder into holes located on each inside Toaster body
wall, above the conveyor belt. (See Figure2).
Reector/Crumb Tray: The reector/crumb tray is
located below the conveyor belt on the front of the
Conveyor Toaster. Pull the reector/crumb tray out of
the front to remove. Clean the reector/crumb tray
warm detergent water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Push
clean reector/crumb tray back into position. Make
sure crumb tray is inserted securely into the front of the
Conveyor Toaster.
Exterior: Wipe the Conveyor Toaster exterior with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Do not put cord, or plug in water or other liquid.

CHEF-BUILT™Limited ONE-YEAR Warranty
SENSIO Inc. warrants the CHEF-BUILT™ CONVEYOR TOASTER CCT-500, new product to
be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
purchase when used with food, non-abrasive liquids (other than detergents) and non-abrasive
semi-liquids, providing everything has been used as directed, and not in excess of the
indicated amounts.
Limited One-Year Warranty: SENSIO Inc. hereby warrants that for a period of ONE YEAR
from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
At its sole discretion, SENSIO Inc. will replace the product found to be defective, or issue a
refund on the product during the warranty period. The warranty is only valid for the original
retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. The original sales
receipt is required as proof of purchase in order to obtain warranty validation. Distributors and
retailers selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way revise the
terms and conditions of the warranty.
This one-year limited warranty does not apply to any product that has become worn, defective,
damaged or broken due to abuse, misuse, overloading or tampering, or due to repairs or
servicing by a non-approved third-party vendor. The one-years limited warranty does not cover
incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any
of the following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or current, improper
routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair, or
alteration by anyone. Also, the warranty does not cover Acts of God such as re, oods,
hurricanes, or tornadoes. SENSIO Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent
prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or tness for a
particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the warranty. Some states, provinces or
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above exclusions or
limitations may not apply to you. The warranty covers specic legal rights which may vary by
state, province and/or jurisdiction.
The one year limited warranty is applicable only to appliances purchased in the United States;
this supersedes all other express product warranty or guarantee statements. For Chef Built
products sold outside of the United States, the warranty is the responsibility of the local
importer or distributor. This warranty may vary according to all applicable laws and regulations.
How To Obtain Warranty Service: You must contact Customer Service at our toll-free number:
1-855-806-0254. A Customer Service Representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues
over the phone. If the Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem, you
will be provided with a case number and asked to return the product to SENSIO Inc. Attach
a tag to the product that includes: your name, address, daytime contact telephone number,
case number, and description of the problem. Also, include a copy of the original sales receipt.
Carefully package the tagged product with the sales receipt, and send it (with shipping and
insurance prepaid) to SENSIO Inc.’s address. SENSIO Inc. shall bear no responsibility or liability
for the returned product while in transit to SENSIO Inc.’s Customer Service Department.

NOTAS SOBRE EL ENCHUFE
Este electrodoméstico tiene un enchufe de 3 patas conectado a tierra.

Un cable corto de alimentación es suministrado para reducir el riesgo de

dispuesto de manera que no cuelga del borde de la encimera o la
mesa donde pueda ser tirado por niños o donde alguien se tropiece
involuntariamente con el cable.
CORRIENTE ELÉCTRICA
Si el circuito eléctrico está sobrecargado con otros artefactos, su
electrodoméstico puede dejar de funcionar correctamente. El
electrodoméstico debe funcionar en un circuito eléctrico separado de
otros artefactos.

PIEZAS
ANTES DE UTILIZAR POR PRIMERA VEZ
1. Retire todos los materiales de embalaje, también los que puedan estar dentro de
la cámara de tostados.
2. Limpie el exterior con un trapo húmedo. Secar completamente No utilice
limpiadores abrasivos. No coloque la Tostadora, el cable o el enchufe en agua.
3. Asegúrese de que el interruptor de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO (ON/OFF) esté en
la posición de APAGADO.
4. Gire el dial de control del color de pan tostado a CLARO (LIGHT) y el dial de
control de temperatura a MIN.
5. Enchufe el transportadora tostador en un tomacorriente de 120 V de CA.
6. Presione el interruptor de ahorro de energía a PODER COMPLETO/TOSTADO
(FULL POWER / TOAST).
7. Presione el interruptor rojo de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO a ENCENDIDO. Se
iluminará el interruptor.
8. Permita que la cinta transportadora gire sin pan 2 o 3 veces. Deje que la
tostadora funcione durante 15 minutos para quemar todos los sedimentos de
fabricación.
9. NOTA: El transportadora tostador puede emitir un humo débil en el primer uso.
Esto es normal y no es dañino para el funcionamiento del aparato.

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
PRECAUCIÓN: Para reducir el riesgo de incendio, se debe instalar este aparato
únicamente en entornos incombustibles, con ningún material combustible a 18
pulgadas de los lados, las partes delanteras y de atrás, o 40 pulgadas por encima
del aparato. Se debe montar el aparato en pisos de construcción no combustible
con acabados de supercie no combustibles y sin materiales combustibles contra
la parte de atrás y asegurar que losas o arcos no combustibles no tienen materiales
combustibles contra ellos tampoco. Dicha construcción debe extender en todos los
casos no menos de 12 pulgadas más allá del equipo en todos los lados.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA TOSTAR
1. Antes de tostar, asegúrese de que el alimentador de pan de alambre y el
reector/bandeja de migas estén limpios, bien ensamblados y en su posición en
el Transportadora tostador.
2. Coloque del Transportadora tostador sobre una supercie rme, plana y
resistente al calor.
3. Gire el dial de control del color del pan tostado ajuste deseado.
4. Presione el interruptor de ahorro de energía a PODER COMPLETO/TOSTADO
(FULL POWER / TOAST).
5. Retire todas las envolturas protectoras de los alimentos antes de colocarlas en el
alimentador de pan de alambre.
6. Enchufe el cable de alimentación en un tomacorriente de 120V de CA.
7. Presione el interruptor rojo de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO a ENCENDIDO. El
interruptor se iluminará.
8. Precaliente el aparato antes de colocar el pan para tostar.
9. Coloque 2 rebanadas de pan o alimentos de tostadora uno al lado del otro en el
alimentador de pan de alambre donde desplazarán sobre la cinta transportadora
para tostar.
10. Al nal del ciclo de tostar, el pan o la tostada colocarán automáticamente en el
cajón de tostados. Tenga cuidado al quitar el pan ya que el reector de acero
inoxidable/la bandeja de migas y el cajón para tostar pueden estar calientes.
11. Para detener el ciclo, presione el interruptor iluminado de ENCENDIDO/
APAGADO en APAGADO, una vez que todo el pan haya salido de la cinta
transportadora.
12. Desenchufe el cable del tomacorriente y permita que del Transportadora
tostador se enfríe cuando no esté en uso, antes de intentar desalojar los
alimentos y antes de limpiarlo.

FUNCIÓN DE TOSTAR CON UN SOLO ELEMENTO:
TOSTAR DE ABAJO
NOTA: Use el elemento de calentamiento individual: ciclo de TOSTAR DE ABAJO
(BOTTOM ONLY) para bagels, mufns ingleses, bolitos, y para tostar un lado.
1. Rebane bagels, mufns ingleses o bolitos por la mitad; coloque cada mitad con
los lados cortados mirando hacia abajo en el alimentador de pan de alambre.
2. Gire el dial de control para color del pan tostado hasta el color de tostado
deseado.
3. Presione el interruptor de ahorro de energía a PODER COMPLETO/TOSTADO
(FULL POWER / TOAST) a MEDIA POTENCIA/BAGEL (HALF POWER / BAGEL).
QUITAR ALIMENTOS ATASCADOS
PRECAUCIÓN: El alimentador de pan de acero inoxidable y el reector/bandeja
de migas se calientan mucho durante el uso. Asegúrese de que del Transportadora
tostador esté desenchufada y fría antes de eliminar cualquier atasco.
1. Si después de tostar, un pan o cualquier otro alimento se atasca, presione el
interruptor iluminado de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO para APAGAR el aparato.
Luego retire el enchufe de la toma de corriente. Deje que del Transportadora
tostador se enfríe por completo.
PRECAUCIÓN: Si este electrodoméstico no se ha enfriado por completo, puede
ocasionar daños.
ADVERTENCIA: Nunca inserte las manos en la cámara de tostar para quitar el
atasco. Se pueden producir lesiones graves.
2. Saque el alimentador de pan de alambre y el reector/bandeja de migas para
extraerlos cuando necesita quitar una obstrucción.
3. Con un objeto largo, preferiblemente hecho de madera, desaloje el objeto que
causa el atasco.
ADVERTENCIA: Para evitar dañar el elemento calefactor o causar lesiones
físicas, nunca use un objeto de plástico o metal para sacar el atasco o eliminar
el bloqueo. Limpie la bandeja de migas. Vuelva a colocar el alimentador de pan
de alambre y limpie el reector/bandeja de migas siguiendo los procedimientos
detallados en las INSTRUCCIONES DE CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO DEL USUARIO
Este electrodoméstico requiere poco mantenimiento. No tiene piezas que puedan ser
reparadas por el usuario. Todo mantenimiento que necesita desmontar el aparato,
aparte de la limpieza, debe ser realizado por un técnico autorizado para reparar
electrodomésticos.

INSTRUCCIONES DE CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA
PRECAUCIÓN: No sumerja esta Tostadora, su cable o enchufe en agua ni en ningún
otro líquido.
Ponga el electrodoméstico en la posición de APAGADO, permita que este
electrodoméstico se enfríe completamente y desenchúfelo antes de limpiarlo.
No puede limpiar este aparato con propulsores de agua.
Cinta transportadora: Para sacar los alimentos horneados, asegúrese de que del
Transportadora tostador esté libre de pan y alimentos. Con una esponja o trapo, limpie
la cinta con movimientos de lado a lado a medida que la cinta gira. Use un trapo limpio
y un poco húmedo para sacar migas.
Cajón de tostados: Levante y saque el cajón de la base del aparato. Limpie el cajón
de tostados con agua tibia con detergente. Enjuague y seque completamente. Vuelva
a colocar el cajón de tostados deslizándolo hacia la base. Asegúrese de que el borde
frontal del cajón quede plano en la parte frontal del cuerpo de la tostadora.
Alimentador de pan de alambre: Coloque los bordes
izquierdo y derecho del alimentador en los huecos
en las paredes internas del cuerpo de la tostadora,
encima de la cinta transportadora. (Véase gura 2).
Reector/Bandeja de migas: El reector/bandeja de
migas se encuentra debajo de la cinta transportadora
en la parte delantera del Transportadora tostador.
Tire del reector/bandeja de migas hacia afuera
para quitarlo. Limpie el reector/bandeja de migas
con agua tibia con detergente. Enjuague y seque
completamente. Empuje el reector limpio/bandeja
de migas nuevamente a su posición. Asegúrese de
que la bandeja de migas esté bien colocada en la
parte delantera del Transportadora tostador.
Exterior: Limpie el exterior del Transportadora tostador con un trapo limpio y húmedo.
No utilice limpiadores abrasivos. No coloque el cable ni el enchufe en agua u otro
líquido.

Garantía limitada de UN AÑO de CHEF-BUILT®
SENSIO Inc. garantiza que el nuevo producto CHEF-BUILT®TOSTADORA TRANSPORTADORA
CCT-500, estará libre de defectos de material y mano de obra por un período de un año
a partir de la fecha de la compra cuando se utiliza con alimentos, líquidos no abrasivos (a
excepción de los detergentes) y semilíquidos no abrasivos, siempre y cuando todo se utilice
según las instrucciones y que no se superen las cantidades indicadas.
Garantía limitada por un año: SENSIO Inc. garantiza que por un período de UN AÑO a
partir de la fecha de la compra, este producto estará libre de defectos de materiales y mano
de obra. A su exclusivo criterio, SENSIO Inc. reemplazará el producto que se encuentre
defectuoso o emitirá un reembolso por el producto durante el período de garantía. La garantía
solo es válida para el comprador minorista original a partir de la fecha de compra minorista
inicial y no es transferible. Se requiere el recibo de venta original como comprobante de
compra para obtener la validación de la garantía. Los distribuidores y minoristas que venden
