2. ERROR MESSAGES AND SOLUTIONS

UART
CAUSE: Communication timeout.
SOLUTION:
a. Check if PIN3 and PIN4 of the upper board are connected properly or
the loose contact.
b. Restart the treadmill to re-establish communication. If the error
message occurs again, please replace the upper board or the lower
board.
2.
U-01
CAUSE: Lower board model is not matched.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill to re-establish communication. If the
error message occurs again, please replace the upper board or the
lower board.
3.
U-02
CAUSE: Upper board and lower board are not matched.
SOLUTION: Check if the version of lower board is correct. Restart the
treadmill to re-establish communication. If the error message occurs
again, please replace the upper board or the lower board.
4.
U-03
U-04
CAUSE: Lower board writing fault.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill and re-write the parameter to lower
board. If the error message occurs again, please replace the lower
board.
5.
U-05
CAUSE: Lower board reading fault.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill and re-establish communication. If the
error message occurs again, please replace the lower board.
6.
DC-1
CAUSE: The input voltage is too low.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill to clear this error message. If the error
message still pops out, please measure and improve the input voltage.
7.
DC-2
CAUSE: Electric voltage is overload.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill to clear this error message.
8.
DC-3
CAUSE: The input voltage is too high.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill to clear this error message. If the error
message is still pop out, please measure and improve the input voltage.
9.
DC-4
CAUSE: Current overload.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill.

CAUSE: Over current failure.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill.

CAUSE: Lower board failure.
SOLUTION: Replace the lower board.

DC-7
CAUSE: During the operation, IGBT short circuit to protect lower board.
SOLUTION: Restart the treadmill and the error message “DC-6” pops
out. (It means the lower board needs to be replaced.)
13.
DC-8
CAUSE: The emergency stop button of the treadmill is loose contact.
Therefore the display of the upper board is normal but the operation of
lower board is interrupted.
SOLUTION: Check the wiring of emergency stop button. Make sure the
wiring between upper board and lower board is normal. If wiring is
normal, please replace the upper board or the lower board.

CAUSE: Motor sensor failure.
SOLUTION:
Check if the motor is running normally.
- If not, please replace lower board or motor.
- If the motor runs normally, please check if the position of RPM sensor
and magnetic induction are correct.

E6
CAUSE: Incline motor doesn't reach the assigned position in limited
time within the mechanism safe range.
SOLUTION:
1. The variable resistor power supply (+) of incline motor is
disconnected.
2. The incline ADC circuit is damaged.
3. The incline motor movement is malfunction (stop or turn to wrong
side).

CAUSE: The ADC value of incline motor is incorrect, and out of the
mechanism safe range.
SOLUTION:
1. The variable resistor power supply (-) of incline motor is
disconnected.
2. The incline motor movement is out of the mechanism safe range (too
high or too low).

3. OTHER INFORMATION
3.1 No Any Display on Console (No Power)
3.2 Key Function Loss
Note: If the incline motor does not connect to motor driver, system won’t enable the function of
incline keys.
Is it a new treadmill that just
finished assembly?

4. ENGINEERING MODE
4.1 How to enter the Engineering Mode
1. In IDEL mode, hold on Stop/Reset key and then press SPEED Increase key to enter the Engineering
Mode.
2. Press Enter key to skip to next setting and then back to IDEL mode, the sequences are below:
4.2 Function Descriptions of Engineering Mode
(1) Software version information:
Incline window shows display page, Time window shows display information. Press SPEED key or
Incline key to change the display pages as following:
- Software version
- The year of Software date
- The month of Software date
- The day of Software date
Press Enter key to skip to next setting.
(2) Unit setting:
Message window shows『UNIT - METRIC』, press SPEED key or Incline key to change to『UNIT -
ENGLISH』, press Enter key to confirm and skip to next setting.
(3) Roller size setting:
- Message window shows『ROLLER = XX.X』press SPEED key to change the roller size.
- Press Enter key to confirm and skip to next setting.
(4) Motor stop manner:
- Message window shows『MOTOR CONTROL』, press SPEED key to change to『MOTOR FREE』
- Press Enter key to confirm and skip to next setting.
* MOTOR CONTROL: means to slow down to lowest speed by motor control while stop.
* MOTOR FREE: means to cut off the motor power while stop.
(5) Min. speed setting:
- Message window shows『MIN SPEED X.X』, press SPEED key to set the min. Speed.
- Press Enter key to confirm and skip to next setting.

(6) Max. speed setting:
- Message window shows『MAX SPEED XX.X』, press SPEED key to set the max. speed.
- Press Enter key to confirm and back to IDEL mode.
(7) Fan Low Output Setting:
- Message window shows『FAN = 35』,
- Press SPEED key to set the duty,
- Press Start key and waiting for a beep sound to save,
- Press Enter key to skip to next setting.
(8) Default Age Value of Quick Start
- Message window shows『0 AGE = 』
- Press SPEED key to set the age.
- Press Enter key to confirm and skip to next setting.
(9) Total distance of the treadmill
- Message window shows『OD0 = XXXXX』
- Unit: Km(Ml)
- Press Enter key to skip to next setting.
(10) Total Hours of the treadmill
- Message window shows『HOURS = XXXXX』
- Unit: hr
- Press Enter key to back IDEL model.

5. INITIALIZING
Hold on Stop/Reset key and then press Enter key.
NOTE:
(1) In IDEL mode, initializing is to recover the default setting.
(2) In Engineering mode, initializing is to recover the default setting but also zeroing total distance
and total time.

6. BLUETOOTH BURNING MODEL
For more information about the iOS/Android Bluetooth burning procedures, please refer to the
following chapters.
6.1 Bluetooth burning procedures of iOS system

Activate Bluetooth (Ver. 4.0 or above).
Step 2.
E-mail the burning
program (.zip file
extension) to your
account and copy
the program to RF
Toolbox.apk.
Step 3.
Hold on the Quick start/Pause key to enter Bluetooth burning model, and powering-on the
treadmill. (This procedure depends on different console.)
Step 4.
Open the file “nRF
Toolbox.apk” in your
smart phone and
choose “DFU.”

7. MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Always remove the key and unplug the power cord before cleaning, lubricating, or
performing any maintenance.
7.1 General Maintenance
CLEANING
Perspiration should be wiped from the console and treadmill surface after your workout. You should
wipe down this treadmill after each use with a water dampened, soft cloth. Be careful do not get
excessive moisture on the display panel; this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
REPLACEMENT RUNNING BELT
Running belt is consumables parts. It should be replaced when the running belt surface showing
signs of wear. Or we suggested you replace running belt after 6000 hours usage.
REPLACEMENT RUNNING DECK
Running deck is consumables parts. It should be replaced when the running deck surface showing
signs of wear. Or we suggested you replace running belt the same schedule as running belt.
STORAGE
Store your treadmill in a clean and dry environment. Ensure the master power switch is off and is
unplugged from the electrical wall outlet.
TRANSPORTATION
This treadmill has been designed and equipped with wheels for easy mobility.
Before the transportation, ensure the main power switch is turned off and the power cord is
unplugged from the electrical outlet.
