Antes de cualquier envío, haga una copia de backup de los datos que pueda haber en
el Clempad, ya que el producto, por cuestiones de tiempo o daños internos, podría
sustituirse por otro nuevo con datos y software de fábrica.

¿Cuándo efectuar este tipo de restablecimiento?
• Cuando el dispositivo Clempad se bloquea frecuentemente y/o no consigue acceder al Sistema Clempad.
• Cuando el dispositivo Clempad se enciende pero la pantalla está completamente negra.
• Cuando el dispositivo Clempad se enciende pero se queda bloqueado en la pantalla de inicio.
• Cuando resetea el Sistema Clempad pero se mantienen los problemas observados durante el uso del dispositivo.
¿Cómo efectuar el restablecimiento?
1. Asegúrese de que el tablet esté apagado.
2. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón para aumentar el VOLUMEN +y, a continuación,
conecte el cable de alimentación que ya está conectado a la electricidad.
RESTABLECIMIENTO DEL SISTEMA A LA CONFIGURACIÓN DE FÁBRICA
RESTABLECIMIENTO CON COMBINACIÓN DE BOTONES
Puede restablecer el sistema Clempad a la conguración de fábrica, es decir, establecer el dispositivo con las condiciones
que el software tenía antes del encendido y conguración de dos formas diferentes: restablecimiento con combinación
de botones (hardware) o reset desde Conguraciones Clempad (software).
ATENCIÓN: ¡Estas operaciones borrarán completamente todos sus datos! ¡Antes de efectuar el
restablecimiento, haga una copia de backup de sus datos (imágenes, música, aplicaciones, etc.) ya que se
eliminarán denitivamente!
3. Espere aproximadamente 10 segundos hasta que
aparezca el robot Android con un triángulo rojo
4. Suelte el botón VOLUMEN +.
5. Pulse el botón Atrás.
6. Tendrá a su disposición 7 opciones. Para desplazarse por las opciones desde
arriba hacia abajo, utilice los botones VOLUMEN + y VOLUMEN –. Per Para
conrmar la opción seleccionada, pulse el botón de encendido.
1. Reboot system now: selecciónelo para reiniciar el sistema sin cambios o para
salir de esta pantalla sin efectuar ningún restablecimiento.
2. Apply update from external storage: actualiza el sistema operativo desde
una tarjeta micro SD.
3. Update rkimage from external storage: instala un sistema operativo desde
una tarjeta micro SD.
4. Apply update from cache: aplica una actualización directamente desde el caché (NO RECOMENDADO).
5. Wipe data/factory reset: restablecimiento completo del sistema a la conguración de fábrica: elimina todos sus datos,
conguraciones, perles, imágenes y aplicaciones. (RECOMENDADO)
6. Wipe cache partition: restablecimiento parcial del sistema a la conguración de fábrica: elimina las conguraciones,
imágenes y perles registrados (etc.) pero conserva las aplicaciones instaladas (RECOMENDADO).
7. Recovery system from backup: restablece el sistema desde un backup creado anteriormente – no se garantiza la
ejecución correcta de esta operación (NO RECOMENDADO).
¡ATENCIÓN! Excepto la opción Reboot system now, todas las otras opciones comportan la pérdida total o parcial
de todos sus datos. Efectúe una copia de backup antes de restablecer el sistema.
ATENCIÓN: ¡durante la operación le recomendamos que mantenga el dispositivo Clempad conectado al cable de
alimentación! ¡Si durante un restablecimiento la batería se descargase, será imposible restablecer después el dispositivo
Clempad y permitir de esta forma su inicio!

Este manual contiene información importante, la descripción de las principales funciones del Clementoni Clempad
y algunas advertencias de uso. Lea atentamente el manual antes de utilizar el dispositivo Clempad y consérvelo para
futuras consultas.
¡ATENCIÓN!LEA LA SIGUIENTE INFORMACIÓN ANTES DE UTILIZAR EL DISPOSITIVO O DE PERMITIR QUE LO USEN LOS NIÑOS
¡ATENCIÓN! La conservación o el uso incorrecto del dispositivo podrían anular su garantía.
¡ATENCIÓN! Este dispositivo NO es un juguete.
1. ¡ATENCIÓN! Un pequeño número de personas (aproximadamente 1 de cada 4.000) podría sufrir crisis epilépticas
o pérdida momentánea de conocimiento si se exponen a luces intermitentes o secuencias visuales, aunque estos
trastornos nunca se hayan sufrido con anterioridad. Las personas que hayan sufrido una crisis, pérdida de conocimiento
u otros trastornos relacionados con la epilepsia, deben consultar a un médico antes de utilizar el dispositivo. En presencia
de síntomas como alteración de la vista, contracciones oculares o musculares, vértigo, movimientos incontrolados,
pérdida de conocimiento y de orientación o convulsiones, interrumpa el uso del dispositivo y acuda a un médico. Para
reducir al mínimo el riesgo de sufrir una crisis, siga estas indicaciones:
• No utilice el dispositivo si está cansado o tiene sueño;
• Utilice siempre el dispositivo en un ambiente bien iluminado;
• Haga siempre una pausa de 10 –15 minutos después de cada hora de uso.
2. Mantenga el dispositivo alejado de la humedad y el polvo.
3. No guarde el dispositivo en un ambiente con una temperatura elevada, en especial en el coche cerrado y al sol. Para
evitar el exceso de temperatura, cuando el dispositivo está encendido, no lo deje en un espacio sin ventilación (como
una carpeta o mochila).
4. Evite que el dispositivo se caiga o se golpee. Podría provocar un funcionamiento incorrecto del hardware y/o
rotura de la pantalla de LCD.
5. No sacuda el dispositivo de manera violenta, podría provocar la alteración de la visualización de la pantalla de LCD.
6. Cuando se utilicen auriculares, ajuste el volumen adecuado a su oído.
7. No desconecte el dispositivo del ordenador durante el traspaso de archivos en descarga o carga o mientras se
formatea, de lo contrario podrían producirse errores de programación en el dispositivo.
8. No desmonte el dispositivo sin la ayuda de un técnico experto.
9. No utilice alcohol, disolventes o benceno para limpiar la supercie del dispositivo, utilice un paño suave para limpiar
la pantalla.
10. El dispositivo NO es impermeable; evite el contacto con el agua.
11. No utilice el dispositivo en lugares prohibidos, como hospitales, aeropuertos y aviones. El uso en estos lugares podría
provocar interferencias o funcionamientos incorrectos de los aparatos y posibles lesiones. Respete las disposiciones
y las indicaciones que regulan el uso de aparatos wireless en lugares concretos.
12. El dispositivo puede emitir ondas de radio que pueden interferir en el funcionamiento correcto de otros aparatos
electrónicos que se encuentren cerca, incluidos los marcapasos. Si lleva marcapasos u otro aparato médico, no
utilice la conexión wireless sin consultar antes a su médico o al fabricante de dicho aparato médico. Cuando se
utilice la función de conexión a una red wireless, mantenga el dispositivo a una distancia de al menos 25 cm del
marcapasos u otros dispositivos médicos.
13. Realice siempre un backup de sus archivos. El fabricante no asume ninguna responsabilidad por lo que
respecta a la eliminación de los archivos después de una avería o reparación del dispositivo.
14. El fabricante se reserva todos los derechos sobre la tecnología y el diseño del dispositivo y no tiene obligación de
informar al usuario sobre el desarrollo de nuevas versiones o nuevos diseños.
15. Antes de preparar el dispositivo para su transporte, es necesario apagarlo y desconectar todos los periféricos
externos como los dispositivos de memoria USB para evitar dañar los conectores.
16. La funda antigolpes de silicona, si está incluida, no protege al dispositivo de los daños provocados por golpes
violentos o caídas involuntarias y tiene la función de proteger el dispositivo de arañazos y abolladuras
solamente en las partes del dispositivo cubiertas realmente por la funda.
¿Cuándo efectuar este tipo de restablecimiento?
• Cuando encuentre que el dispositivo Clempad funciona lentamente al efectuar operaciones.
• Cuando desee efectuar una limpieza completa de las aplicaciones instaladas.
• Cuando las aplicaciones que desea utilizar se bloqueen repetidamente de manera anómala.
¿Cómo efectuar el restablecimiento?
Acceda al Área Adulto, toque Conguraciones Clempad por último, toque el botón Reset Clempad y conrme la
operación.

El alimentador incluido sirve exclusivamente para recargar la batería del dispositivo Clempad y para utilizarlo en
condiciones de autonomía baja.
• Introducir el conector del alimentador en el puerto Micro USB
• Introducir el enchufe del alimentador en la toma de corriente.
ATENCIÓN: para recargar el dispositivo utilice exclusivamente el alimentador suministrado, otros tipos de
alimentadores podrían dañar el dispositivo. La garantía Clementoni no cubre daños provocados por otros
alimentadores.
Recomendamos recargar el dispositivo Clempad cuando:
• El icono de la batería indique una carga residual mínima (al menos por debajo del 15%).
• El dispositivo Clempad se apaga automáticamente y si lo enciende se vuelve a apagar.
¡ATENCIÓN! La conexión a la alimentación debe efectuarla un adulto. El alimentador debe examinarse con regularidad
para comprobar si está dañado el cable, la clavija, la funda y el resto de partes y, en caso de daños, NO debe utilizarse
el alimentador hasta que se haya reparado. El dispositivo no debe conectarse con un alimentador con características
diferentes de las recomendadas, tampoco debe conectarse a una alimentación superior a la recomendada. El alimentador
no es un juguete. El dispositivo no está destinado a niños menores de 3 años. El dispositivo debe desconectarse del
alimentador antes de su limpieza. No lave nunca el alimentador con líquidos.
¡ATENCIÓN! No está indicado para niños menores de 36 meses. Si el niño juega con el alimentador, está expuesto
al riesgo de descarga eléctrica. En caso de que no se utilice durante mucho tiempo, desconecte el alimentador del
dispositivo y de la toma de corriente. Extracción del adaptador de la toma de corriente

Debe desconectar el adaptador y desconectar cualquier otro cable si se produce alguna de estas condiciones:
- Desea limpiar el producto.
- Se introducen desechos en el puerto de alimentación.
- Hay un problema con una clavija en el conector.
- El cable de alimentación o el enchufe están desgastados o dañados.
- El tablet o el adaptador de potencia se han expuesto a la lluvia, humedad excesiva, o ha caído líquido en la caja.
- El tablet o el adaptador de potencia se ha caído, la caja se ha dañado, o sospecha que es necesario realizar operaciones
de servicio o reparación.
Nota: El enchufe de red debe instalarse cerca del equipo y debe poder accederse al mismo fácilmente.
Desconexión del adaptador del tablet
Tome la cabeza de la toma y tire para desconectar el adaptador.La desconexión correcta del adaptador reducirá el
desgaste del cable y aumentará la duración del adaptador.
Nota: No tire el cable ni lo doble para desconectar el adaptador ya que producirá un ulterior esfuerzo en el mismo.
Es importante comprobar el estado de la batería, para evitar que el dispositivo Clempad se apague
autónomamente al agotarse la carga: conecte el dispositivo Clempad a la toma de corriente cuando la carga
esté por debajo del 15%. Evite cargar el dispositivo Clempad cuando la autonomía de la batería esté por encima
del 30-40% o efectuar recargas que no lleguen al 100% de autonomía para proteger la duración de la batería.
La primera vez que utilice el dispositivo Clempad, efectúe una carga de al menos 2 horas. La duración ideal de la carga
es de 8 - 12 horas, correspondiente a la carga completa de la batería. No desconecte el alimentador durante este
tiempo. Para controlar el avance de la carga cuando el dispositivo esté apagado, basta con pulsar el botón On/O. Para
controlar el avance del nivel de carga de la batería mientras el dispositivo está encendido, compruebe el icono de la
parte inferior derecha de la pantalla, en la barra de estado.
Para garantizar un buen funcionamiento de la batería y proteger la duración de la autonomía con el paso del
tiempo, tenga en cuenta las siguientes advertencias:
• No efectúe una recarga a temperaturas elevadas.
• No es necesario dejar que se descargue completamente la batería antes de cargarla, sin embargo,
recomendamos no cargarla antes de que esté por debajo del 15 - 20% de carga residual. Si el dispositivo
no se utiliza durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado, efectúe una carga cada 2 semanas. Si se conserva
una batería completamente descargada durante más de un mes, podría entrar en un estado de descarga
profunda, que dañaría irreparablemente su autonomía.
• Asegúrese de conservar el dispositivo Clempad en una zona con una temperatura alrededor de los 15-25 grados.

Para aumentar la duración de la batería durante el uso:
• Desactive la tarjeta Wi-Fi, si no la utiliza.
• Reduzca el brillo de la pantalla y el tiempo para su suspensión: Área Adulto/Conguraciones Clempad
/Conguraciones Tablet/Pantalla/Brillo o Pantalla/Suspensión.
• Evite dejar el dispositivo Clempad encendido, incluso en modalidad de stand-by, durante periodos prolongados.
Apague siempre el dispositivo al nalizar su uso y cuando desee cargar la batería sin usarlo.
A causa de las características químicas de la batería, su autonomía se reduce con el paso del tiempo. Es un fenómeno
completamente normal.
¡ATENCIÓN! La batería está en garantía solo durante los 6 meses sucesivos a la fecha de compra del dispositivo
Clempad. La batería tiene una duración mínima garantizada de 2 horas. Para más información visite nuestra

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA ELIMINACIÓN DE APARATOS ELÉCTRICOSY ELECTRÓNICOS SUJETOS A RECOGIDA SELECTIVA
¡IMPORTANTE! Los componentes del producto marcados con el símbolo (o indicados como tales en las instrucciones)
están sujetos, en todos los países de la Unión Europea (Directiva UE 2002/96/CE) y en aquellos que adoptan sistemas de
recogida selectiva, a la obligación de recogida selectiva al nal de su ciclo de vida útil, por lo tanto:
• Está prohibido eliminar estos componentes como residuo urbano no diferenciado ni tampoco pueden
eliminarse con los otros residuos domésticos.
• Es obligatorio recoger por separado dichos componentes y depositarlos en los centros de recogida
especícos creados a tal n o, si está permitido, devolver el producto que se quiere eliminar al comerciante al
comprar un producto análogo o a título gratuito en caso de que el tamaño sea inferior a 25 cm.
• Una eliminación incorrecta puede provocar daños al medio ambiente y está sancionada de acuerdo con la
legislación vigente.
• Está prohibido utilizar estos componentes de manera inadecuada y, en particular, está prohibido desmontar
los componentes eléctricos y electrónicos del dispositivo y utilizarlo si está dañado. Estos comportamientos
podrían provocar daños a la salud.
NOTA: todo lo indicado se reere exclusivamente a los componentes marcados (o indicados en la documentación como
sujetos) con el símbolo . Los demás componentes del dispositivo y el embalaje no están sujetos a las indicaciones
anteriores y pueden eliminarse con el resto de residuos domésticos. Por lo tanto, no deben entregarse en los centros de
recogida ni devolverse al vendedor en el momento de la compra de un nuevo producto. Se recomienda a los usuarios
domésticos (no profesionales) que se pongan en contacto con su distribuidor, los centros públicos previstos para la
eliminación de los residuos o con el Servicio de Atención al cliente de CLEMENTONI S.p.A. (Tel. [phone]; fax

ATENCIÓN: Todo el material de embalaje no forma parte de este juego y deberá desecharse en los contenedores
especícos para la recogida selectiva antes de su uso, para garantizar la seguridad de los niños.
Accediendo a Android, en la lista de las aplicaciones presentes en el interior de Clempad, se encuentra el administrador
de los archivos OI File Manager. Permite acceder al contenido de la memoria interna de Clempad o de la tarjeta Micro
SD, si estuviera introducida en el alojamiento correspondiente y con datos en su interior. Además, permite desplazar,
copiar, renombrar y eliminar archivos.

Maak voor elke verzending een back-up van de gegevens die eventueel in uw Clempad
opgeslagen zijn, aangezien het product wegens de tijd die voor het verhelpen nodig is of
wegens interne schade door een nieuw exemplaar kan worden vervangen, of van nieuwe
gegevens en software kan worden voorzien.
We behouden ons het recht voor te verifiëren of de schade niet te wijten is aan stoten
of de niet-inachtneming van de aanwijzingen voor het bewaren van het product. In

Wanneer pas ik deze herstelmethode toe?
• Als de Clempad regelmatig geblokkeerd raakt en/of u het Clempad-systeem niet kunt bereiken.
• Als de Clempad opgestart wordt, maar het scherm zwart blijft.
• Als de Clempad opgestart wordt, maar het startscherm geblokkeerd raakt.
• Als u het Clempad-systeem reset en u problemen hebt tijdens het gebruik van het toestel.
Hoe herstel ik Clempad?
1. Verzeker u ervan dat de tablet is uitgeschakeld.
2. Houd de toets VOLUME +, ingedrukt en, breng vervolgens de voedingskabel aan die u
al in het stopcontact hebt gestoken.
DE FABRIEKSINSTELLINGEN VAN HET SYSTEEM HERSTELLEN
HERSTELLEN MET COMBINATIE VAN TOETSEN
U kunt de fabrieksinstellingen van het systeem van Clempad herstellen en dus de softwarevoorwaarden herstellen die
het systeem vóór de inschakeling en conguratie had. Dit is op twee manieren mogelijk: herstellen met een combinatie
van toetsen (hardware) of Clempad instellingen resetten (software).
OPGELET: Deze handelingen wissen uw gegevens! Maak een back-up van uw gegevens (afbeeldingen,
muziek, applicaties, enz.) voor u deze handeling verricht, aangezien deze gegevens denitief zullen worden
geëlimineerd!
3. Wacht ongeveer 10 seconden tot de
Android-robot en een rode driehoek worden
weergegeven.
4. Laat de toets VOLUME + los.
5. Druk op de fysieke toets Terug.
6. U beschikt over 7 opties. Loop met de toetsen VOLUME + et VOLUME –.
langs de verschillende opties. Druk op de toets om de gekozen optie te
bevestigen.
1. Reboot system now: gebruik deze optie om het systeem opnieuw zonder
wijzigingen op te starten of om zonder herstel dit scherm af te sluiten.

3. Update rkimage from external storage: een besturingssysteem installeren
met een micro SD.
4. Apply update from cache: direct vanuit de cache een update appliceren (AFGERADEN).
5. Wipe data/factory reset: compleet herstel van de fabrieksvoorwaarden van het systeem: elimineert al uw gegevens,
instellingen, proelen, afbeeldingen en applicaties. (AANBEVOLEN).
6. Wipe cache partition: gedeeltelijk herstel van de fabrieksinstellingen van het systeem: elimineert uw instellingen,
afbeeldingen, geregistreerde proelen (enz.), maar bewaart de geïnstalleerde applicaties (AANBEVOLEN).
7. Recovery system from backup: herstelt het systeem naar een eerder gemaakte back-up – men garandeert niet dat deze
handeling correct wordt verricht (AFGERADEN).
OPGELET! Bij deze handelingen, met uitzondering van Reboot system now, gaan uw gegevens gedeeltelijk of
helemaal verloren. Maak een back-up vóór u het systeem herstelt.
OPGELET: we raden u aan om tijdens deze handeling de Clempad op de voedingskabel aangesloten te laten! Als tijdens
deze procedure de batterij leegloopt, kunt u Clempad niet herstellen en dus niet inschakelen!

1. OPGELET! Sommige personen (ongeveer 1 op 4.000) kunnen lijden aan epileptische aanvallen of tijdelijk het
bewustzijn verliezen als ze worden blootgesteld aan bepaald intermitterend licht of beeldsequenties, ook als deze
problemen zich nooit eerder hebben voorgedaan. Iedereen die lijdt aan epileptische aanvallen, het verlies van het
bewustzijn, en andere problemen verbonden aan epilepsie, moet voor het gebruik van het toestel de raad van een
arts inwinnen. Onderbreek het gebruik van het toestel en raadpleeg een arts bij symptomen, zoals wijzigingen
in het zicht, oog- of spiertrekkingen, duizeligheid, ongecontroleerde bewegingen, verlies van het bewustzijn of
stuiptrekkingen. Volg de volgende aanwijzingen op om het risico op een aanval tot een minimum te beperken:
• Gebruik het toestel niet als u moe bent of u slaap nodig hebt;
• Gebruik het toestel altijd in een voldoende verlichte omgeving;
• Voeg na elk uur gebruik een pauze van 10 – 15 minuten in.
2. Houd het toestel buiten bereik van vocht en stof.
3. Bewaar het toestel niet in een ruimte met een hoge temperatuur, en met name niet in een gesloten auto in de
zon. Om oververhitting te vermijden als het toestel is ingeschakeld, laat het niet te lang in op een niet of slechts
geventileerde plaats achter (zoals bijvoorbeeld in een tas of rugzak).
4. Laat het toestel niet vallen of stoten. Hierdoor kan de hardware storingen oplopen en/of kan het lcd-scherm
beschadigd raken.
5. Laat het toestel niet te hard schudden omdat daardoor de weergave van het lcd-scherm kan worden aangetast.
6. Stel bij gebruik van oordoppen het volume zo in dat het voor uw gehoor geschikt is.
7. Ontkoppel het toestel niet van de pc terwijl u bestanden down- of uploadt of tijdens de formattering om fouten in
de programmering van het toestel te vermijden.
8. Probeer het toestel niet te openen zonder de hulp van een ervaren technicus.
9. Gebruik geen alcohol, oplosmiddelen of benzine om de oppervlakken van het toestel schoon te maken. Maak het
scherm schoon met een zachte doek.
10. Het toestel is NIET waterdicht, vermijd contact met water.
11. Gebruik het toestel niet op plaatsen waar dit verboden is, zoals in ziekenhuizen, luchthavens of vliegtuigen. Het gebruik
op deze plaatsen kan storingen of interferenties met andere apparatuur en mogelijk letsel veroorzaken. Houd u aan de
aanwijzingen en voorschriften die het gebruik van wireless-toestellen bepalen op bepaalde plaatsen.
12. Het toestel kan radiogolven produceren die de correcte functionering van andere elektronische apparaten in de nabijheid,
waaronder ook pacemakers, kunnen verstoren. Als u een pacemaker of een ander medisch apparaat draagt, gebruik de wireless-
communicatie dan niet vóór u uw arts of de fabrikant van het medische apparaat hebt geraadpleegd. Als u de verbindingsfunctie
van een wireless-netwerk gebruikt, houd het toestel dan op een afstand van minstens 25 cm van pacemakers of andere medische
apparaten.
13. Maak altijd een back-up van uw bestanden. De fabrikant acht zich niet aansprakelijk voor het wissen van bestanden
na een defect of een reparatie van het toestel.
14. De fabrikant behoudt zich de rechten voor over de technologie en het ontwerp van het toestel en is niet verplicht om de
gebruiker in te lichten over nieuwe versies of nieuwe ontwerpen.
15. Voor u het toestel voor het transport gereed maakt, moet u het uitschakelen en van alle externe randapparatuur

Wanneer pas ik deze herstelmethode toe?
• Als uw Clempad de handelingen erg langzaam verricht.
• Als u de geïnstalleerde applicaties wilt opfrissen.
• Als de applicaties die u wilt gebruiken regelmatig op vreemde wijze geblokkeerd raken.

De meegeleverde voeding kunt u uitsluitend gebruiken voor het opladen van de batterij van Clempad en om Clempad
te gebruiken als de batterij (bijna) leeg is.
• Steek het stekkertje van de voeding in de Micro USB-poort..
• Steek de stekker van de voeding in het stopcontact.
OPGELET: laad het toestel uitsluitend op met de meegeleverde voeding, andere voedingen kunnen schade
aan het toestel verrichten. Clementoni dekt geen schade die wordt veroorzaakt door het gebruik van andere
voedingen.
We raden u aan de Clempad op te laden als:
• De icoon van de batterij aanduidt dat de batterij bijna leeg is (onder 15%).
• De Clempad automatisch uitgeschakeld wordt en na de inschakeling onmiddellijk weer wordt uitgeschakeld.
OPGELET! Uitsluitend een ouder mag het toestel op de voeding aansluiten. Controleer de voeding regelmatig om
mogelijke schade aan de voedingskabel, de stekker, de behuizing en alle andere delen vast te stellen. Gebruik de
voeding NIET als deze schade vertoont, maar laat de schade eerst repareren.
Sluit het toestel niet aan op een voeding met andere specicaties dan beschreven. Sluit het toestel niet aan op een groter
aantal voedingen dan is aanbevolen. De voeding is GEEN speelgoed. Het toestel is niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger
dan 3 jaar. Ontkoppel het toestel van de voeding voordat u het reinigt. Maak de voeding nooit schoon met een vloeistof.
OPGELET! Niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 36 maanden. Als uw kind met de voeding speelt, kan het elektrische
schokken oplopen. Ontkoppel de voeding van het toestel en het stopcontact als het toestel lange tijd niet wordt gebruikt
De voeding uit het stopcontact verwijderen
Verwijder de voeding en elke andere kabel die op het product is aangesloten als een van de volgende situaties zich voordoet:
• Het product moet worden gereinigd.
• Vuil of stof aanwezig in de voedingsstekker.
• Problemen met het stekkertje van de voeding.
• Elektrische kabel versleten of stekkertje beschadigd
• Tablet of voeding blootgesteld aan regen, veel vocht of vloeistof in de tablet of de voeding gekomen.
• De tablet of de voeding is gevallen, de plastic behuizing is beschadigd, technische assistentie is nodig of de
tablet of de voeding moet worden gerepareerd.
OPMERKING: Het stopcontact moet zich in de buurt van de voeding bevinden en moet eenvoudig bereikbaar zijn.
De voeding van de tablet loskoppelen
Neem de stekker vast en trek eraan om de voeding van de tablet los te koppelen. De kabel verslijt minder snel en de
levensduur van de voeding wordt verlengd als u de voeding correct loskoppelt.
OPMERKING: Niet aan de kabel trekken of de kabel verbuigen om de voeding los te koppelen aangezien daardoor de
kabel onder extra spanning wordt geplaatst.

BATTERIJ
Controleer de staat van de batterij om te vermijden dat Clempad automatisch uitgeschakeld wordt omdat de batterij
leeg is: sluit Clempad aan op de elektrische voeding als de batterij minder dan 15% is opgeladen. Laad Clempad niet
op als de batterij meer dan 30-40% is opgeladen en laad de batterij altijd 100% op, om de levensduur van de batterij te
behouden. Laad de batterij minstens 2 uur lang op als u Clempad de eerste keer gebruikt. Het opladen duurt doorgaans
8 - 12 uur, waarna de batterij helemaal is opgeladen. Ontkoppel de voeding niet tijdens het opladen. Druk op de toets
On/O om na te gaan in welke mate de batterij is opgeladen als het toestel is uitgeschakeld. Controleer de icoon op
de statusbalk rechts onderaan op het scherm om na te gaan in welke mate de batterij is opgeladen als het toestel is
ingeschakeld.
Pas de volgende aanwijzingen toe om een correcte functionering en lange levensduur van de batterij te
waarborgen:
• Laad de batterij niet op bij hoge temperaturen.

INSTRUCTIES VOOR HET GESCHEIDEN INZAMELING VAN ELEKTRISCHE EN ELEKTRONISCHE APPARATUUR
BELANGRIJK! De componenten van het product die zijn voorzien van het symbool (of op dergelijke wijze in de
aanwijzingen zijn beschreven) moeten op het einde van de levensduur gescheiden worden ingezameld in alle landen
van de Europese Unie (Europese richtlijn 2002/96/EG) en in alle landen met gescheiden afvalinzamelsystemen.

Open Android. De lijst van applicaties die in Clempad aanwezig zijn bevat de bestandsbeheerder OI File Manager. Dit

When should you use this kind of reset?
• When the Clempad keeps crashing and/or you can’t access the Clempad system.
• When Clempad starts up but the screen remains completely black.
• When Clempad starts up but freezes on the boot screen.
• When you have reset the Clempad system but the problems encountered when using the device persist.
How do you run this reset?
1. Make sure the tablet is switched o.
2. Press and hold down the VOLUME + key and then insert the power cable that should
already be plugged into a power supply socket.
FACTORY RESET
RESETTING WITH A KEY COMBINATION
Resetting the Clempad to its original factory settings means returning the device and its software to how they were
before the device was switched on for the rst time, and there are two ways of doing it:resetting with a key combination
(hardware) or resetting from Clempad Settings (software).
CAUTION: These operations will delete all your data! So before performing a reset, make a backup copy of all
your data (pictures, music, apps, etc.) as they will be deleted forever!
3. Wait for about 10 seconds until the Android
robot with a red triangle appears.
4. Release the VOLUME + key.
5. Press the physical Back button.
6. 7 options are available. To scroll the options from top down, use the
VOLUME + and VOLUME – keys. To conrm the option selected, press the
power button.
1. Reboot system now: select this to restart the system without making any
changes or to exit the current screenpage without resetting.
2. Apply update from external storage: this updates the operating system from
a micro SD card.
3. Update rkimage from external storage: this installs an operating system
from a micro SD card.
4. Apply update from cache: this applies an update directly from the cache (NOT RECOMMENDED).
5. Wipe data/factory reset: this resets the system completely to the original factory settings: it deletes all your data, settings,
proles, pictures and apps. (RECOMMENDED)
6. Wipe cache partition: : this resets the system partially to the original factory settings: it deletes all your settings, pictures,
registered proles (etc.), but keeps any apps you have installed (RECOMMENDED).
7. Recovery system from backup: this resets the system from a backup created previously – the success of this operation
cannot be guaranteed (NOT RECOMMENDED).
CAUTION! Apart from the Reboot system now option, all the others involve losing all or part of your data. So
before resetting the system, make a backup copy .
CAUTION: during this operation we suggest you leave the Clempad connected to the power cable. If the battery runs out
during the reset procedure, it will be impossible to reset the Clempad and start it up again!

temporary loss of consciousness if exposed to ashing lights or visual sequences, even if these disturbances have never
emerged before. Anyone suering from seizures, losses of consciousness or any other epilepsy-related disturbance
should consult a doctor before using the device. And if symptoms such as altered vision, ocular or muscular contractions,
vertigo, uncontrolled movement, loss of consciousness or orientation or convulsions should occur, stop using the device

pacemakers and other medical devices.

The power adapter included should only be used to recharge the Clempad battery or to run the Clempad when its
battery is low.
• Insert the power cable connector in the Micro USB door.
• Plug the power cable to a power socket.
CAUTION: to recharge the device only use the power adapter included, as other types of adapter may damage it.
The Clementoni warranty does not cover damage caused by other adapters.
We suggest you recharge your Clempad when:
• The battery indicates that the battery charge is at a minimum (less than 15% at least).
• Clempad turns o automatically and when you turn it on, it switches back o again automatically.
CAUTION! The power connection should be made by an adult.The power adapter should be checked regularly to make
sure the power cable, plug, case and all other parts are not damaged. If they are damaged, the power adapter should
NOT be used until the damage has been repaired.
The device should not be connected using a power adapter with characteristics other than those recommended and
it should not be connected to more than the recommended number of power feeds. The power adapter is not a toy.
The device is not suitable for children under three years old. The device must be disconnected from the power adapter
before cleaning. Never wash the power adapter with liquids.
CAUTION! Not suitable for children under three years old. Playing with the power adapter exposes children to the risk
of an electric shock. If the adapter is not used for a long period, disconnect it from the device and the mains socket.
Removing the adapter from power
You should disconnect the adapter and disconnect any other cables if any of the following conditions exists:
- You want to clean your product.
- If debris gets into the power port.
- There is an issue with a pin on the connector.
- The power cord or plug becomes frayed or otherwise damaged.
- Your tablet or power adapter is exposed to rain, excessive moisture, or liquid has spilled into the case.
- Your tablet or power adapter has been dropped, the case has been damaged, or you suspect that service or repair is
required.
Note:The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
Disconnecting the adapter from your tablet
Grab the head of the jack and pull to disconnect the adapter. Disconnecting correctly the adapter will reduce wear on
the cable and will increase the life of your adapter.

It is important to check the level of the battery so that your Clempad does not switch o because it is at.
When the level drops below 15% charge up your Clempad by connecting it to a mains power supply. To ensure
a long battery lifetime, avoid charging the Clempad when the battery level is already over 30-40% and when
recharging, always perform a full, 100% charge.
The rst time you use your Clempad, charge it for at least 2 hours. An ideal recharge should last 8 - 12 hours as this
will recharge the battery completely. Do not disconnect the power adapter when recharging. To check the progress of
the recharge procedure when the device is switched o, simply press the On/O button. To check the progress of the
battery charge when the device is switched on, check the icon at the bottom right of the screen in the status bar.
To ensure that the battery operates properly and maintains its battery life over time, observe the following instructions:
• Do not recharge the battery at a high temperature.
• You do not need to wait until the battery has run out completely before recharging it, but we suggest you wait until
the battery level has dropped below 15 - 20% before recharging. If the device is not used for a long period of time,
recharge it every 2 weeks. If a battery is left completely discharged for more than a month it may relapse into a state
of deep discharge that could damage its battery life irreparably.

When you access Android, the list of apps contained in the Clempad includes the OI File Manager. With this app you can access the
contents of the Clempad built-in memory or the Micro SD card memory, if it is inserted in its slot and contains data. The app also
allows you to move, copy, rename and delete les.
As our products are continuously updated and improved, the device software may look slightly dierent and its
functions may be slightly dierent to those illustrated in this user guide.

To prolong the battery charge life when in use:

Πότε να χρησιμοποιήσετε αυτό το είδος επαναφοράς;
• Όταν το Clempad συνεχίζει να μην ανταποκρίνεται ή/και όταν δεν έχετε πρόσβαση στο σύστημά του.
• Όταν το Clempad ενεργοποιείται αλλά η οθόνη του παραμένει μαύρη.
• Όταν το Clempad ενεργοποιείται αλλά παγώνει στην οθόνη εκκίνησης.
• Όταν έχετε επαναφέρει το Clempad αλλά τα προβλήματα που συναντήσατε παραμένουν.
Πώς να κάνετε αυτή την επαναφορά;
1. Σιγουρευτείτε πως το tablet είναι απενεργοποιημένο.
2. Πιέστε και κρατήστε πατημένο το κουμπί ΕΝΤΑΣΗΣ + και μετά
εισάγετε το τροφοδοτικό στην αντίστοιχη υποδοχή.

Επαναφορά του Clempad στις αρχικές εργοστασιακές ρυθμίσεις του σημαίνει επιστροφή της συσκευής και του
λογισμικού της στην κατάσταση πριν από τη λειτουργία της συσκευής για πρώτη φορά. Υπάρχουν δύο τρόποι για
να γίνει αυτό: με επαναφορά με ένα συνδυασμό πλήκτρων (hardware) ή με επαναφορά από τις ρυθμίσεις του
Clempad (software).
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Η εργοστασιακή επαναφορά θα διαγράψει όλα τα δεδομένα σας! Έτσι, πριν από την εκτέλεση της
επαναφοράς, δημιουργήστε ένα αντίγραφο ασφαλείας όλων των δεδομένων σας (εικόνες, μουσική, εφαρμογές,
κ.λπ.) που θα διαγραφούν για πάντα!
3. Περιμένετε για περίπου 10 δευτερόλεπτα μέχρι
να εμφανιστεί το σύμβολο ρομπότ του Android
με ένα κόκκινο τρίγωνο.
4. Απελευθερώστε το κουμπί της ΕΝΤΑΣΗΣ +.
5. Πιέστε το κουμπί Πίσω.
6. Υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες 7 επιλογές. Για να μετακινηθείτε σε αυτές, χρησιμοποιήστε
τα κουμπιά ΕΝΤΑΣΗ+ και ΕΝΤΑΣΗ-. Για να επιβεβαιώσετε την επιλογή σας,
πιέστε το κουμπί Έναρξης της συσκευής.
1. Reboot system now: για να κάνετε επανεκκίνηση χωρίς να γίνει καμία αλλαγή ή
για να βγείτε από την τρέχουσα επιλογή χωρίς να γίνει επανεκκίνηση.
2. Apply update from external storage: για να κάνετε αναβάθμιση του λειτουρ-
γικού συστήματος από μία κάρτα micro SD.
3.Update rkimage from external storage: για να εγκαταστήσετε ένα λειτουργικό
σύστημα από μία κάρτα micro SD.
4. Apply update from cache: για να εγκαταστήσετε μια ενημέρωση απευθείας από τη μνήμη cache (ΔΕΝ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΑΤΑΙ).
5. Wipe data/factory reset: για να επαναφέρετε το σύστημα στις αρχικές εργοστασιακές ρυθμίσεις. Διαγράφει όλα σας
τα δεδομένα, ρυθμίσεις, προφίλ, φωτογραφίες και εφαρμογές (ΣΥΝΙΣΤΑΤΑΙ).
6. Wipe cache partition: για να επαναφέρετε μερικώς το σύστημα στις αρχικές εργοστασιακές ρυθμίσεις. Διαγράφει όλες τις
ρυθμίσεις, φωτογραφίες, καταχωρημένα προφίλ (κτλ), αλλά παραμένουν όλες οι εγκατεστημένες εφαρμογές (ΣΥΝΙΣΤΑΤΑΙ).
7. Recovery system from backup: για να επαναφέρετε το σύστημα από ένα προηγούμενο αντίγραφο ασφαλείας – η επιτυχία
αυτής της διαδικασίας δεν μπορεί να εγγυηθεί (ΔΕΝ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΑΤΑΙ).
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Εκτός από την επιλογή 1. Reboot system now, όλες οι άλλες θα προκαλέσουν διαγραφή όλων ή
μέρους των δεδομένων σας. Πριν επαναφέρετε το σύστημα με οποιαδήποτε επιλογή, κρατήστε ένα εφεδρικό
αντίγραφο ασφαλείας.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της διαδικασίας σας συνιστούμε να έχετε το Clempad συνδεδεμένο με το τροφοδοτικό
στο ρεύμα. Αν η μπαταρία εξαντληθεί κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας επαναφοράς, το Clempad θα είναι αδύνατο να
την ολοκληρώσει και να ξεκινήσει ξανά!

1. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Ένα μικρό ποσοστό ατόμων (αναλογία περίπου 1 προς 4.000) μπορεί να υποφέρουν από κρίσεις επιληψίας
ή προσωρινή απώλεια συνείδησης όταν εκτίθενται σε φώτα που αναβοσβήνουν ή οπτικές ακολουθίες, ακόμη και
αν αυτές οι διαταραχές δεν έχουν παρουσιαστεί στο παρελθόν. Όποιος πάσχει από επιληπτικές κρίσεις, απώλεια της
συνείδησης ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη επιληπτική διαταραχή θα πρέπει να συμβουλευτεί ένα γιατρό πριν από τη χρήση
της συσκευής. Αν εμφανιστούν συμπτώματα, όπως διαταραχές στην όραση, οφθαλμικές ή μυϊκές συσπάσεις, ίλιγγος,
ανεξέλεγκτες κινήσεις, απώλεια συνείδησης, αποπροσανατολισμός ή σπασμοί θα πρέπει να διακόψετε τη χρήση της
συσκευής και να συμβουλευτείτε ένα γιατρό. Για να μειωθεί ο κίνδυνος μιας ξαφνικής εμφάνισης των παραπάνω στο
ελάχιστο, παρακαλείσθε να ακολουθείτε τις παρακάτω οδηγίες:
• Μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή αν είστε κουρασμένοι ή χρειάζεστε ύπνο.
• Να χρησιμοποιείτε πάντα τη συσκευή σε ένα χώρο με επαρκή φωτισμό.
• Αν χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή για περισσότερο από μία ώρα, κάντε ένα διάλειμμα 10-15 λεπτών για κάθε μια
ώρα χρήσης.

Επίσης για να αποφύγετε την υπερθέρμανση της συσκευής από το περιβάλλον, μην την ενεργοποιήσετε και την
αφήσετε σε μία θήκη ή σε κάποιο σάκο.
4. Μην αφήνετε απότομα και μη χτυπάτε τη συσκευή καθώς κάτι τέτοιο μπορεί να προκαλέσει δυσλειτουργία
στο υλικό και/ή να σπάσει την οθόνη LCD.
5. Μην τραντάζετε απότομα τη συσκευή καθώς κάτι τέτοιο μπορεί να προκαλέσει μεταβολές στη σωστή απεικόνιση της
οθόνης LCD.
6. Όταν χρησιμοποιείτε ακουστικά, ρυθμίστε την ένταση σε ένα επίπεδο που δεν θα προκαλέσει βλάβη στην ακοή σας.
7. Mην αποσυνδέετε τη συσκευή από τον υπολογιστή κατά τη διάρκεια λήψης ή φόρτωσης ενός αρχείου ή κατά τη διαδικασία
διαμόρφωσης καθώς κάτι τέτοιο μπορεί να προκαλέσει σφάλματα ή/και απώλεια δεδομένων.
8. Μην αποσυναρμολογήσετε τη συσκευή χωρίς τη βοήθεια ενός εξειδικευμένου τεχνικού.
9. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε οινόπνευμα, διαλυτικά ή βενζίνη για να καθαρίσετε την επιφάνεια της συσκευής και χρησιμοποιήστε ένα
μαλακό πανί για να καθαρίσετε την οθόνη.
10. Η συσκευή δεν είναι ανθεκτική στο νερό, για αυτό αποφύγετε οποιαδήποτε επαφή με υγρά.
11. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε το Clempad σε χώρους όπου απαγορεύεται η χρήση ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών, όπως νοσοκομεία,
αεροδρόμια και αεροπλάνα. Χρησιμοποιώντας τη συσκευή σε αυτά τα μέρη μπορούν να προκληθούν παρεμβολές,
δυσλειτουργίες και ενδεχομένως κάποια ζημιά σε σημαντικό εξοπλισμό. Να τηρείτε πάντα όλους τους κανονισμούς που
διέπουν τη χρήση των ασύρματων συσκευών σε ειδικούς χώρους.
12. Η συσκευή μπορεί να εκπέμπει ραδιοκύματα που θα μπορούσαν να επηρεάσουν τη σωστή λειτουργία των υπολοίπων
ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των τεχνητών καρδιακών βηματοδοτών. Εάν είστε ασθενής με
βηματοδότη ή εάν χρησιμοποιείτε οποιαδήποτε άλλη ιατρική συσκευή, μην χρησιμοποιείτε και μην ενεργοποιείτε την
ασύρματη σύνδεση αν δεν έχετε συμβουλευτεί το γιατρό σας ή τον κατασκευαστή της εν λόγω ιατρικής συσκευής. Όταν
χρησιμοποιείτε μια ασύρματη σύνδεση δικτύου, να κρατάτε πάντα τη συσκευή σε απόσταση τουλάχιστον 25 εκ. μακριά
από βηματοδότες και άλλες ιατρικές συσκευές.
13. Πάντα να κρατάτε αντίγραφα ασφαλείας των αρχείων σας. Ο κατασκευαστής δεν έχει καμία ευθύνη για τη
διαγραφή των αρχείων μετά από βλάβη ή κατά την επισκευή της συσκευής.
14. Ο κατασκευαστής διατηρεί όλα τα δικαιώματα για την τεχνολογία και το σχεδιασμό της συσκευής και δεν είναι σε καμία
περίπτωση υπεύθυνος για την ενημέρωση του χρήστη σχετικά με τις νέες εκδόσεις ή νέους σχεδιασμούς.
15. Πριν από τη μεταφορά της συσκευής φροντίστε να την απενεργοποιήσετε και να έχετε αποσυνδέσει τις εξωτερικές
περιφερειακές συσκευές, όπως USB ash drives, για να μην καταστρέψετε τις υποδοχές.
16. Η προστατευτική θήκη από σιλικόνη, αν περιλαμβάνεται, δεν θα εμποδίσει τη συσκευή από το να καταστραφεί, αν χτυπηθεί ή πέσει,
καθώς έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προστατεύει από το γδάρσιμο ή χάραγμα, μόνο τα μέρη που κυρίως καλύπτει.
