EINFÜHRUNG UND ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Der MASTERFLEX Auto-Stromadapter ist für die 12
V-Gleichstromversorgung der tragbaren Probeentnahmeantriebe
07571-00 and 07571-05 vom elektrischen System eines
Kraftfahrzeugs über den Zigarettenanzünder vorgesehen, der in
den meisten in- und ausländischen Fahrzeugen vorhanden ist.
Der Auto-Stromadapter ist durch die vom Kunden auszu-
tauschende Sicherung strombegrenzt. Bei der Sicherung handelt
es sich um eine flinke Sicherung F (3AG) mit einer Nennleistung
von 5,0A 250V.

1. Lösen Sie das Adapterkabel vom Zigarettenanzünder im
Fahrzeug. Lösen Sie das andere Ende vom tragbaren
Probeentnahmegerät.
2. Um sich Zugang zur Sicherung zu verschaffen und die
Sicherung auszutauschen, schrauben Sie die ADAPTER-
SPITZE vom ADAPTER ab. Die SICHERUNG gleitet heraus
und kann ausgewechselt werden. Die COLE-PARMER
Teilenummer für die Ersatzsicherung ist 77500-03.
ACHTUNG: Die Sicherung darf nur gegen eine Sicherung
des gleichen Typs und der gleichen Nennleis-
tung wie die Originalsicherung ausgetauscht
werden. Die Verwendung eines Sicherungstyps
oder einer Nennleistung, die von den
angegebenen Werten abweicht, kann zu
Geräteschaden oder zu Verletzungen des Bedi-
eners führen.
3. Zum Einsetzen der Sicherung führen Sie die genannten
Schritte zum Auswechseln in umgekehrter Reihenfolge aus.

INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The MASTERFLEX Automotive Power Adapter is intended to provide
12V DC power to the Portable Sampling Drives 07571-00 and 07571-
05 from an automotive electrical system through the cigarette
lighter present in most foreign and domestic vehicles.
The Automotive Power Adapter is current limited by the customer
replaceable fuse. The fuse is a fast acting type F (3AG) rated @ 5.0A
250V.
FUSE REPLACEMENT
1. Disconnect the adapter cable from the cigarette lighter in the
vehicle. Disconnect the other end from the Portable Sampling
Drive.
2. To access and replace the fuse, unscrew the ADAPTER TIP
from the ADAPTER BODY, the FUSE will slide out and may be
replaced. The COLE-PARMER fuse replacement part number
is 77500-03.
WARNING: Replace the fuse only with the same type and rating
as the original. Use of a fuse type of rating other
than specified can result in damage to equipment or
injury to the operator.
3. To install, reverse the replacement process.

Ce produit n’est pas conçu ni supposé être utilisé dans les
applications relatives aux patient, y compris, mais sans s’y
limiter, l’utilisation médicale ou dentaire, et par conséquent
n’a pas été soumis à l’accord de la FDA.
INTRODUCTION ET DESCRIPTION GENERALE
L’adaptateur d’alimentation par courant automobile MASTER-
FLEX est conçu pour alimenter en courant continu 12 V les
entraînements d’échantillonnage portatifs 07571-00 et 07571-
05 à partir d’un circuit électrique automobile par l’intermédiaire de
l’allume-cigarette présent dans la plupart des véhicules fabriqués
dans tous les pays.
L’adaptateur est équipé d’un fusible limiteur de courant rem-
plaçable par le client. Le fusible est du type à action instantanée
F (3AG) d’une intensité nominale de 5 A à 250 V.
REMPLACEMENT DU FUSIBLE
1. Débrancher le câble d’adaptateur de l’allume-cigarette du
véhicule. Débrancher ensuite l’autre côté de l’entraînement
d’échantillonnage portatif.
2. Pour accéder au fusible et le remplacer, dévisser la POINTE du
CORPS DE L’ADAPTATEUR. Le FUSIBLE glisse hors de ce
dernier et peut alors être remplacé. Le numéro de pièce du
fusible de rechange COLE-PARMER est 77500-03.
AVERTISSEMENT : ne remplacer le fusible que par un
autre de mêmes type et intensité nom-
inale. L’utilisation d’un fusible d’un type
ou d’une intensité nominale hors spéci-
fications peut entraîner des dégâts
matériels ou des blessures pour
l’opérateur.
3. Pour mettre un fusible en place, procéder dans l’ordre inverse
du remplacement.

Questo prodotto non è progettato per apparecchiature
che agiscono sul paziente e non è inteso per usi medici
e odontoiatrici (senza escluderne altri). Di conseguenza
non è stato sottoposto all’approvazione della FDA, l’ente
statunitense per gli alimentieifarmaci.
INTRODUZIONE E DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
L’adattatore di alimentazione ad uso automobilistico MASTERFLEX
fornisce alimentazione a 12V C.C. agli azionamenti di campionatura
portatili 07571-00 e 07571-05. Usa l’impianto elettrico automobilistico
tramite la presa dell’accendisigari che si trova nella maggior parte
degli autoveicoli nazionali e stranieri.
I limiti di corrente dell’adattatore sono determinati dal
fusibile sostituibile del cliente. Il fusibile è del tipo ad azione
rapida F (3AG) con limite di impiego @ 5,0 A 250V.
SOSTITUZIONE DI FUSIBILI
1. Scollegare il cavo dell’adattatore dall’accendisigari. Scollegare
l’altra estremità dall’azionamento per campionatura portatile.
2. Per accedere al fusibile e sostituirlo, svitare la PUNTA
DELL’ADATTATORE dal CORPO DELL’ADATTATORE,
togliere il FUSIBILE e sostituirlo. Il codice del fusibile
di ricambio COLE-PARMER è 77500-03.
ATTENZIONE: sostituire il fusibile solo con uno che sia dello
stesso tipo ed abbia la stessa potenza nomi-
nale dell’originale; se si usa un fusibile di
potenza nominale diversa da quella specifica-
ta, si rischia di danneggiare l’attrezzatura o
causare lesioni all’operatore.
3. Per montare il fusibile, seguire le istruzioni procedendo all’inver-
so.

INTRODUCCIÓN Y DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
El adaptador eléctrico automotriz MASTERFLEX sirve para
suministrar corriente de 12VCC a las unidades de muestreo
portátil 07571-00 y 07571-05 de un sistema eléctrico automotriz
a través del encendedor de cigarrillos presente en la mayoría de
los vehículos extranjeros y nacionales.
El adaptador eléctrico automotriz tiene la corriente limitada por
el fusible reemplazable del cliente. El fusible es del tipo de acción
rápida F (3AG) con unos valores nominales de 5,0A y 250V.
REEMPLAZO DE FUSIBLE
1. Desconecte el cable del adaptador del encendedor de cigarril-
los en el vehículo. Desconecte el otro extremo de la unidad de
muestreo portátil.
2. Para tener acceso y reemplazar el fusible, desatornille la
PUNTA DEL ADAPTADOR del CUERPO DEL ADAPTA-
DOR, el FUSIBLE se deslizará hacia afuera y podrá reem-
plazarse. El número de pieza del fusible de repuesto COLE-
PARMER es 77500-03.
ADVERTENCIA: Reemplace el fusible sólo por un fusible del
mismo tipo y valores nominales que el original.
El uso de un tipo de fusible de valores nomi-
nales distintos de los especificados puede
dañar los equipos o lesionar al operador.
3. Para instalar, invierta el proceso de reemplazo.
