Chap 1 PREFACE
Failure to follow the instructions provided in the attached documentation may jeopardize
safety of the appliance and immediately cancel the warranty.
The warnings contained in this manual provide important information regarding
safety during the various installation, operation and maintenance stages.
•Carefully store all documentation near the appliance; give it to the technicians and operators
who will be using it. It is the operator’s duty to read, understand and learn this manual
before starting any operation on the machine. The appliance is intended for the
professional washing of dishes for dining facilities. Therefore, installation, use and
maintenance must in all cases be performed by trained personnel who follow the
manufacturer’s instructions. Do not leave within the reach of children. The choice of
materials, construction in conformity with EC safety directives and complete testing ensure
the quality of this machine.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damage to property or injuries to persons
deriving from failure to comply with the instructions given or from improper use of the
machine.
Chap 2 INSTALLATION
Proper installation is essential in order for the machine to operate well. Some of the data needed
for machine installation can be found on the data plate placed on the right side of the machine and
in duplicate on the cover of this manual.
Only qualified, authorised technicians must install the machine.
2.1 Unpacking
Check that the packing is in perfect condition and write down any damage found on the delivery
note. After you have removed the packing, make sure the appliance is intact. If the machine is
damaged, immediately notify the dealer by fax or by registered letter with advice of receipt and the
haulage contractor that transported it. If the damage is such as to jeopardize machine safety, do
not install and/or use it until a qualified technician services it.
The packing components (plastic bags, foam polystyrene, nails, etc. ...) must not be
left within the reach of children and pets as they may be dangerous.
2.2 Positioning
•Check that there are no objects and materials in the installation area
that can be damaged by steam that may exit the machine during
operation, or at least that they are sufficiently protected.
•In order to ensure stability, install and balance the machine on its
four feet.
•Different installation solutions must be agreed upon and approved
by the manufacturer.

2.3 Electrical connection
•There must be an omnipolar type of main switch that
disconnects all contacts, including the neutral, with a distance
of at least 3 mm between the open contacts and with safety
circuit breaker tripping or connected with fuses, to be sized or
calibrated in conformity with the power indicated on the machine’s
data plate.
•The main switch must be located on the electric line close to the
place of installation, and it must serve only one appliance at a time.
•Electric network voltage and frequency must coincide with those
given on the data plate.
•There must be an effective earthing system in conformity with
the prevention standards in force for operator and equipment
safety.
•The power supply cable (type H07RN-F only) must not be pulled or
crushed during normal operation or routine maintenance.
•The unipotential terminal fastened to the body must be connected to
a unipotential cable having a section suited to the application.
•Respect the polarities indicated in the wiring diagram.
•Consult that attached wiring diagram for additional information.
Do not use adaptors, multiple socket outlets or cables of inadequate type and
section or with extension connections not compliant with plant engineering
standards in force.
2.4 Plumbing connection
The appliance is to be connected to the water network with a hose.
There must be a slide on-off, ball or gate valve able to quickly and
completely turn off the water if necessary between the water network
and the appliance’s solenoid valve. The on-off valve must be on the line
near and just before the appliance.
•If the system is new or nearly so, let the water run a long time before making the connection.
•The water supply, temperature and pressure must be compatible with what is indicated on the
machine’s technical data plate.
•If the water’s hardness is greater than 14 F (8 dH), we recommend you use the machine with
internal water softener (available on request). If the water’s hardness is greater than 35 F (19.5
dH), we recommend you install an external water softener upline of the solenoid valve.
Free drain
2.5 Connection to the drain line
•The drain line must be made up of a free water trap of a size
proportionate to the delivery of the drain pipe supplied with the
machine. The pipe must be able to reach the water trap without
being pulled, squeezed, bent, crushed, pressed or forced in any
way.
•The tank empties by gravity, so the drain must be at a lower level
than the base of the machine.

•If the drain is not at a lower level than the base of the machine, you
can use the version equipped with a discharge pump (available on
request).
•In this case the maximum drain height is 1 m.
•Always check that the drain works properly and that it is not clogged.
•All other solutions must be previously agreed upon and approved by
the manufacturer.
2.6 Rinse aid and detergent
•Rinse aid is dispensed by the hydraulic dispenser installed standard on the
machine.
•Dispensing of detergent is manual, even if installation of an automatic dispenser
is always recommended.
•Dispensing is established based on water hardness by the installation
technician, who will also calibrate the dispensers.
•The level of liquids in the container must be high enough that it can be
drawn. It must never empty completely, or be topped off with corrosive or
impure products.
Chap 3 RISKS AND IMPORTANT WARNINGS
•This appliance is to be used only for the use for which it was expressly designed. All other uses
are to be considered unfit and therefore dangerous.
•The specialised personnel who will install the machine are obliged to appropriately
instruct the user on the appliance’s operation and any safety measures that are to be
complied with, also by providing practical demonstrations.
•Any type of service done on the machine, also in case of failure, must be performed only by
the manufacturer or by an authorised service centre and by qualified personnel, using only
original spare parts.
•Always disconnect or separate the machine from the electric and water networks before
performing maintenance, repairs or cleaning.
•Untrained personnel must NOT use the machine.
•The machine must NOT remain powered on when it is not in use.
•NEVER open the machine door quickly if it has not finished the cycle.
•NEVER use the machine without the factory-installed safety attachments.
•NEVER use the machine for washing object of a type, shape, size or material not guaranteed
for machine washing or not perfectly intact.
•NEVER use the appliance or its parts as a ladder or support for people, things or animals.
•NEVER overload the open door of front-loading machines, which are sized to support only the
rack loaded with kitchenware.
•NEVER immerse bare hands in the washing solutions.
•NEVER turn the machine over after installation.

Chap 4 MACHINE USE
To simplify the description of the various functions, the layout of the control panel is shown below,
with the name of each key or indicator light and the corresponding numbers. The figures to which
reference is made are included and the beginning of the manual. In the description of the operation
of the machine, reference is always made to these numbers or names.
4.1 Legend and symbol
Fig.1 shows:

4.2 Starting
•Turn on the main electrical switch and open the external
water tap.
•Check the presence of the overflow.
•Press the ON/OFF key (1) as shown alongside (the
POWER ON indicator light (4) will come on ).

•The machine starts filling automatically, the indicator light
for the TEMPERATURE (7) flashes
, until the working
level is reached.

•The DISPLAY (10) shows the boiler temperature.
•When the TEMPERATURE INDICATOR LIGHT (7)
comes on, it means that optimal wash conditions have
been reached.

4.3 Washing cycle
With reference to
Fig.2 , for correct operation of the machine, it is advisable to follow these rules:
•Use a suitable rack, filling it without overloading it and without placing the dishes one on top of
the other. Always clean off the dishes beforehand, and do not load dishes with dry or solid
residue on them.
•Place empty containers upside-down on the rack. Put the plates and similar kitchenware into
the special inclined rack, with the internal surface facing upwards. Put mixed silverware into
the special basket with the handles facing downwards.
•Wash the dishes immediately after use, in order to prevent any residuals from hardening and
sticking on them.
•Load the rack into the machine and close the door.
•To avoid breakage, use only dishes that are intact and guaranteed for machine washing.
•Do not place silver and stainless steel cutlery in the same basket, since this would cause the
silver to tarnish and the steel to corrode.
4.4 Cycle selection and start-up
•Based on the type of dishes and their conditions, two types of cycles are available.
•Select a wash cycle that is suitable for the dishes to be washed by pressing the PROGRAMME
SELECTION key (2). The corresponding indicator will light up (
Fig.3 ).

•To start the programme, press the START button (3) as
shown alongside. The corresponding cycle light flashes
and the cycle starts.
•When the cycle is complete, the indicator light for the
selected programme stays on steady.
•In order to get rapid drying, immediately remove the rack from the machine at the end of the
cycle.
•If you want to stop the washing cycle in advance, press the ON / OFF button ON/OFF button
(1).
4.5 Automatic cycle start-up
This function makes it possible to start the cycle simply by closing the door without pressing any
button. To activate the function proceed as follows(
Fig.4 ):
•With the machine on and the door open, press and hold (for at least five seconds)the START
key (3) until the display shows AS.
•To de-activate the function, with the door open, press and hold the START key (3) for five
seconds.

4.6 Turning off the machine
Press the ON/OFF button (1) as shown alongside, and the
corresponding indicator light will go off. On the DISPLAY
(10), two segments will remain on to show that power is
being provided.

4.7 Removal of integral filter
1. Turn off the machine.
2. Place the wash and rinse arms at a right angle to the edge
of the door
( Fig.5 ).
3. Raise each semi-filter, grasping it by the handle.
4.8 Emptying the machine
4.8.1 Machine without drain pump
¾Turn off the machine.
¾Remove the integral filter (
Fig.5 ).
¾Extract the overflow by pulling upwards (
Fig.6 B ), and wait for the tub to drain
completely.
If necessary, extract the tub filter and clean (
Fig.6 C ).
4.8.2 Machine with drain pump
¾With the machine on ( Fig.7 ), press the PROGRAMME SELECTION button (2)
until the DRAIN CYCLE indicator light (5) comes on.
¾Remove the integral filter(
Fig.5 ).
¾Extract the overflow (
Fig.6 B ).
¾Press the START button (3). Machine draining starts and the indicator light flashes.
¾The machine turns off at the end.
If necessary, extract the tub filter and clean ( Fig.6 C ).
4.9 Resin regeneration
In machines with internal softener (available on request), when the REGENERATION indicator
light (8) flashes rapidly
( Fig.8 ), you need to run a resin regeneration cycle to restore proper
operation of the internal softener.
Proceed as follows:
•Empty and clean the machine.
•Open the salt container of the tub after removing the integral filter.
•Pour approx. 300 g of regeneration salt into the container (kitchen salt without additives in 1 or
2-mm diameter granules).
•Close the container again firmly.
•Make sure that the overflow has been removed.
•Close the door and turn on the machine.
•Use the PROGRAMME SELECTION key (2) to select the resin regeneration cycle (the
REGENERATION indicator (8) turns green ).
•To start the cycle, press the START button (3) (the REGENERATION light (8) flashes
). The
regeneration cycle starts and continues for about 20 minutes .
•The machine turns off when the cycle ends.

4.10 End of service
•At the end of the day always drain the machine as described in the “Machine draining” section.
•Disconnect the power supply by means of the main switch and close the external water
cock.
•Perform routine maintenance and clean the machine as described in the “Maintenance” section.
•If possible, leave the door ajar to prevent the formation of unpleasant smells inside.
Chap 5 MAINTENANCE
Before performing any maintenance, drain all water, disconnect the electrical power
supply, and close the external water cock.
5.1 Cleaning and hygiene
To ensure machine hygiene, periodically perform the maintenance tasks listed below. Also carry
out a periodical sanitising treatment with suitable non-corrosive products available on the market.
5.2 Maintenance of filtering group
Carry out this procedure at the end of the day when you see residual dirt on the filters:
1. Remove and clean the baskets.
2. Remove the tub as per the instructions in the paragraph on draining the machine.
3. Carefully clean the integral filter.
4. Thoroughly clean the tank and machine with non-abrasive disinfectant products.
5. Remove the standard filter by pulling it upwards as shown and clean it carefully.
6. Do not use abrasive products or objects for cleaning the steel tank. Instead use a slightly
soapy damp cloth.
7. Do not use pressurised jets of water because they could damage the electric system.
8. When finished with the described tasks, carefully reposition each part.
5.3 Cleaning of wash arms
The wash and rinse arms can easily be removed to allow periodic cleaning of the nozzles so as to
prevent possible clogging and/or deposits.
Proceed as follows (
Fig.9 ):
•Unscrew ring nut R and release the arms.
•Wash all parts with running water. Clean the nozzles carefully, using a toothpick or small tools if
necessary.
•Clean the arm rotation pins in the machine and the washing and rinsing water outlet area.
•Put the arms back in place and check that they rotate freely.

Chap 6 SELF-DIAGNOSIS
The machine is equipped with a self-diagnosis system that can detect and signal a series of
malfunctions.
Anomaly Description and possible remedies
BOILER TANK
Water drainage anomaly.
Water does not drain or drains abnormally. Check to see if the overflow has been
removed. Check the drain tube is not bent or crushed, and that none of the filters are
clogged. Run another drain cycle.
BOILER TANK
Boiler temperature reset anomaly.
The boiler temperature reset has not occurred within the time limits set forth in the
wash cycle. Turn the machine off and then back on and run another cycle.
BOILER TANK
Water filling anomaly.
Check whether the plumbing connections are correct, and that the water supply cock is
open. Check the presence of the overflow.
BOILER TANK
Tub thermometer anomaly. (Probe open)
The machine does not measure the temperature in the tub. Turn the machine off and
then back on.
BOILER TANK
Tub thermometer anomaly. (Probe shorted out)
Interrupt the programme in progress, and shut off the dishwasher. Turn it back on after
a few minutes and start the cycle again.
BOILER TANK
Boiler thermometer anomaly. (Probe open)
The machine does not measure the temperature in the boiler. Turn the machine off and
then back on.
BOILER TANK
Boiler thermometer anomaly. (Probe shorted out)
Interrupt the programme in progress, and shut off the dishwasher. Turn it back on and
start the programme again.
BOILER TANK
Boiler temperature beyond limit.
Interrupt the current programme, turn off the dishwasher and wait for a few minutes.
Turn it back on after a few minutes and start the cycle again.
BOILER TANK
Tub temperature beyond limit.
Interrupt the current programme, turn off the dishwasher and wait for a few minutes.
Turn it on and start the programme again.
BOILER TANK
Electromechanical safety.
The value of the temperature (of the boiler and tub) or the level in the tub are beyond
safe values. The electromechanical safety has tripped. Contact an authorized service
centre.

CAUTION! Turning the machine off and then back on resets the notification. If, after
following the instructions provided, the problem reoccurs, contact an authorized service
centre.
Chap 7 DISPOSAL
There are no materials on our machines that require special disposal procedures.
7.1 Information for users
in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree dated 25 July
2005, no. 151 "Implementation of Directives 2002/95/EC,
2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, concerning reduction of use
of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment, and disposal of waste"
•The symbol showing a barred-out dustbin on the
appliance or its packaging indicates that, at the end of its
life cycle, the product must be collected separately from
other waste.
•Separate waste collection of this appliance at the end of
its life cycle is organized and managed by the
manufacturer. The user who wishes to dispose of this
appliance should therefore contact the manufacturer and
comply with the procedures established to allow separate
collection of the appliance at the end of its life cycle.
•Proper separate waste collection for subsequent
recycling, handling and ecologically friendly disposal
helps to prevent possible negative effects on the
environment and on health and the favours the reuse or
recycling of the materials that the appliance is made of.
•Abusive disposal of the product by the owner may result
in the application of penalties as set forth by current law.

Kap 1 EINLEITUNG
Die Nichtbeachtung der in der vorliegenden Anleitung enthaltenen Anweisungen kann die
Sicherheit des Geräts beeinträchtigen und führt zum sofortigen Verfall der Garantie.
Die in der vorliegenden Bedienungsanleitung enthaltenen Warnhinweise geben wichtige
Sicherheitsanweisungen bei den einzelnen Installationsphasen, dem Gebrauch und der
Wartung.
•Die gesamte Dokumentation sorgfältig in der Nähe des Geräts aufbewahren; sie muss den
Technikern und Bedienern ausgehändigt werden. Der Bediener ist verpflichtet, die vorliegende
Bedienungsanleitung vor jeglicher Arbeit an der Maschine zu lesen, zu verstehen und zu
lernen. Das Gerät ist für das gewerbliche Geschirrspülen in Gemeinschaftsküchen vorgesehen, d. h.
die Installation, der Betrieb und die Wartung erfolgen durch ausgebildetes Fachpersonal, das sich an
die Herstelleranweisungen halten muss. Von Kindern fernhalten. Die Qualität dieser Maschine wird
durch die Materialauswahl, der Herstellung gemäß den EG-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und durch eine
vollständige Endprüfung garantiert.
Der Hersteller übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Sach- oder Personenschäden, die aus der
Nichtbeachtung der gegebenen Anweisungen oder einem unsachgemäßen Einsatz der Maschine
entstehen.
Kap 2 INSTALLATION
Eine richtige Installation ist grundlegende Voraussetzung für ein gutes Funktionieren der Maschine. Einige
notwendige Angaben für die Maschineninstallation befinden sich auf dem Typenschild auf der rechten
Maschinenseite, die auch als Kopie auf dem Deckblatt der Bedienungsanleitung wiedergegeben sind.
Die Installation darf ausschließlich von qualifiziertem und autorisiertem Fachpersonal
vorgenommen werden.
2.1 Auspacken
Die Verpackung auf Schäden überprüfen. Eventuell bemerkte Schäden auf dem Lieferschein vermerken.
Nach der Entfernung der Verpackung sicherstellen, das das Gerät sich in einwandfreiem Zustand
befindet. Wenn die Maschine beschädigt ist, sofort den Vertragshändler per Fax oder Einschreiben mit
Rückantwort und den Transporteur, der die Ware transportiert hat benachrichtigen. Wenn die Schäden die
Maschinensicherheit beeinträchtigen, die Maschine bis zum Eingriff eines Fachtechnikers nicht installieren
und/oder benutzen.
Die Verpackungsteile (Plastiktüten, Styropor, Nägel usw.) von Kindern und Haustieren
fernhalten. Die Verpackungsteile können mögliche Gefahrenteile darstellen.
2.2 Aufstellung
•Prüfen, dass sich im Installationsbereich keine Gegenstände oder
Materialien befinden, die vom Wasserdampf, der während des Betriebs aus
der Maschine austreten kann, beschädigt werden können, bzw. diese
ausreichende geschützt sind.
•Um die Stabilität sicherzustellen, die Maschine installieren und mit den vier
Stellfüßen nivellieren.
•Andere Installationslösungen müssen mit dem Hersteller vereinbart und
von diesem genehmigt werden.

2.3 Elektrischer Anschluss
•Es muss ein Hauptschalter vorhanden sein, mit dem alle Kontakte
einschließlich des Nullleiters getrennt werden. Die getrennten
Kontakte müssen einen Abstand von mindestens 3 mm haben. Der
Schalter muss über einen magnetthermische Schutzvorrichtung
ausgelöst bzw. zusammen mit Sicherungen gekoppelt werden. Die
Sicherungen und der Schalter müssen anhand der auf dem Typenschild
angegebenen Maschinenleistung ausgelegt werden.
•Der Hauptschalter muss sich an der Stromleitung in der Nähe des
Aufstellungsortes befinden. Am Hauptschalter darf stets nur ein Gerät
angeschaltet sein.
•Die Spannung und die Frequenz des Stromnetzes müssen mit den
Angaben auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmen.
•Für die Sicherheit des Bedieners sowie die Gerätesicherheit muss
entsprechend der geltenden Schutzvorschriften eine ausreichende
Erdung vorgesehen werden.
•Das Anschlusskabel darf ausschließlich ein Kabel des Typs H07RN-F sein.
Das Kabel darf bei normalem Maschinenbetrieb oder der normalen
Wartung nicht gezogen bzw. gequetscht werden.
•Die am Gehäuse befestigte Äquipotential-Klemme muss an ein
Äquipotential-Kabel angeschlossen werden, das einen für die Anwendung
geeigneten Querschnitt haben muss.
•Beachten Sie die auf dem Schaltplan angegebene Polarität.
•Für weitere Informationen siehe den anliegenden Schaltplan.
Keine Adapter, Mehrfachsteckdosen, Kabel mit unzureichendem Querschnitt oder mit
Verlängerungsanschlüssen verwenden, die nicht den geltenden Anlagennormen
entsprechen.
2.4 Wasseranschluss
Das Gerät wird mit einem Schlauch an die Wasserleitung angeschlossen.
Zwischen dem Wasseranschluss und dem Elektroventil im Gerät muss ein
Absperrventil (Schieber, Kugelhahn oder Schieberventil) angebracht werden,
das in der Lage sein muss notfalls ein schnelles und vollständiges
Absperren der Wasserversorgung sicherzustellen. Das Absperrventil muss
sich an der Wasserleitung in der Nähe und direkt vor dem Gerät befinden.
•Ist die Anlage neu und wenig benutzt worden, vor dem Anschließen lange das Wasser laufen lassen.
•Die Wasserversorgung, die Temperatur und der Druck müssen mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild
der Maschine übereinstimmen.
•Liegt die Wasserhärte über 14 F (8 dH) raten wir dazu, die Maschine mit eingebautem Wasserenthärter
zu benutzen (auf Anfrage erhältlich). Liegt die Wasserhärte über 35 F (19,5 dH) raten wir dazu, einen
externen Wasserenthärter vor dem Elektroventil zu installieren.
Freier Abfluss
2.5 Abflussanschluss
•Die Abflussleitung muss aus einer Grube mit freiem Siphon bestehen.
Die Maße müssen für den Durchsatz des mit der Maschine mitgelieferten
Abflussrohrs geeignet sein. Das Abflussrohr muss ohne gezogen,
gebogen, gedrückt, gequetscht oder sonst wie behindert zu werden
zur Grube geleitet werden.
•Das Entleeren der Grube erfolgt durch Schwerkraft, d. h. der Abfluss muss
sich unterhalb des Maschinenboden befinden.

Mit Abwasserpumpe (auf
Anfrage erhältlich)
•Falls sich der Abfluss nicht unterhalb des Maschinenbodens befindet, kann
ein Modell mit Abwasserpumpe benutzt werden (auf Anfrage erhältlich).
•In diesem Fall ist die maximal zulässige Höhe des Abflusses gleich 1 Meter.
•Stets prüfen, dass der Abfluss richtig funktioniert und nicht verstopft ist.
•Alle anderen Lösungen müssen vorher mit dem Hersteller abgesprochen
und von diesem genehmigt werden.
2.6 Klarspülmittel und Spülmittel
•Die Dosierung des Klarspülmittels erfolgt über die hydraulische Dosiervorrichtung, die
serienmäßig in der Maschine eingebaut ist.
•Die Dosierung des Spülmittels erfolgt manuell (auch wenn die Installation einer
automatischen Dosiervorrichtung immer empfohlen wird.
•Die Dosierung wird abhängig von der Wasserhärte vom Installationstechniker bestimmt,
der auch die Dosiervorrichtungen eicht.
•Der Flüssigkeitsstand im Behälter muss für die Ansaugung ausreichend sein. Er
darf nie bis zur Entleerung absinken und auch nicht mit korrosiven oder unreinen
Produkten aufgefüllt werden.
Kap 3 RISIKEN UND WICHTIGE WARNHINWEISE
•Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch vorgesehen, für das es ausdrücklich entwickelt wurde. Jeder
andere Einsatz ist ungeeignet und daher gefährlich.
•Das Installations-Fachpersonal ist angehalten, den Benutzer auf angemessene Weise über die
Bedienung des Geräts und eventuell zu beachtende Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, auch mit
praktischen Vorführungen, zu unterrichten.
•Alle Arbeiten an der Maschine, auch bei Störung bzw. Ausfall, dürfen nur vom Hersteller oder einem
autorisierten Kundendienstzentrum bzw. Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden. Dabei müssen
ausschließlich Originalersatzteile verwendet werden.
•Vor Wartungsarbeiten, Reparatur und Reinigung die Maschine stets vom Stromnetz und vom
Wasseranschluss trennen.
•Die Maschine darf NICHT von nicht ausgebildetem Personal benutzt werden.
•Die Maschine darf NICHT unter Spannung bleiben, wenn sie nicht benutzt wird.
•Solange der Spülzyklus nicht beendet ist, NIEMALS kurz die Gerätetür öffnen.
•Die Maschine NIEMALS ohne die vom Hersteller vorgesehenen Schutzvorrichtungen benutzen.
•Die Maschine NIEMALS zum Spülen von Gegenständen benutzen, die von Form, Ausmaßen oder
Material nicht zum Spülen in Maschinen garantiert oder die nicht in perfektem Zustand sind.
•Das Gerät oder Geräteteile NIEMALS als Leiter oder Halt für Personen, Sachen oder Tiere verwenden.
•Die geöffnete Klappe der Maschine mit Frontladung NIEMALS überlasten. Die Klappe ist so ausgelegt,
dass sie nur den mit Geschirr beladenen Korb aushält.
•NIEMALS die nackten Hände in die Spüllösungen tauchen.
•Die Maschine nach der Installation NIEMALS kippen.

Kap 4 BENUTZUNG DER MASCHINE
Um die Beschreibung der verschiedene Funktionen zu vereinfachen, wird in der Folge die Anordnung der
Bedienblende mit der Benennung aller Tasten oder Kontrolllampen abgebildet. Die entsprechende
Nummerierung der Abbildungen, auf die Bezug genommen wird, sind am Beginn des Handbuchs abgebildet.
Bei der Beschreibung des Betriebs der Maschine wird immer Bezug auf diese Nummerierung und
Benennung genommen.
4.1 Zeichen- und Symbolerklärung

4.2 Einschalten

4.3 Spülzyklus
Mit Bezug auf die
Abb.2 wird für einen korrekten Betrieb der Maschine empfohlen, die folgenden Regeln zu
befolgen:
•Einen geeigneten Korb verwenden. Der Korb darf nicht überladen werden. Das Geschirr nicht
übereinander legen. Das Geschirr stets vorspülen; nie Geschirr mit angetrockneten oder festen Resten
einsetzen.
•Leere Behälter umgedreht in den Korb stellen. Teller und ähnliches geneigt in den Tellerkorb einsetzen.
Die innere Oberfläche muss nach oben gerichtet sein. Das Besteck so in den Besteckkorb einsetzen,
dass der Griff auf den Korbboden weist.
•Das Geschirr sofort nach dem Gebrauch zu waschen, so dass der Schmutz nicht hart werden und sich
nicht auf dem Geschirr festsetzen kann.
•Den Korb in die Maschine laden und die Tür schließen.
•Um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, nur einwandfreies und für Maschinenspülung garantiertes Geschirr
verwenden.
•Silberbesteck und Besteck aus rostfreiem Stahl nicht in den gleichen Korb geben.
4.4 Auswahl und Start des Zyklus
•Je nach Art des Geschirrs und dessen Zustand stehen zwei Zyklusarten zu Verfügung.
•Den für das zu spülende Geschirr geeigneten Spülzyklus auswählen, indem man wiederholt die Taste
PROGRAMMAUSWAHL (2) drückt. Die entsprechende Anzeige leuchtet auf (
Abb.3 ).

•Um das Programm zu starten, reicht es jetzt, die Taste START
(3) wie nebenstehend angegeben zu drücken: die
entsprechenden Kontrolllampe des Zyklus blinkt,
und der
Zyklus beginnt.
•Am Ende des Zyklus leuchtet die Kontrolllampe des
ausgewählten Programms wieder fest.
•Um ein schnelles Trocknen zu haben, den Korb bei Zyklusende sofort aus der Maschine ziehen.
•Um den Spülzyklus vorzeitig zu unterbrechen, die Taste ON/OFF drücken.
4.5 Automatischer Start des Zyklus
Diese Funktion gestattet es, den ausgewählten Zyklus durch das bloße Schließen der Tür ohne Drücken
einer Taste zu starten. Um die Funktion zu aktivieren, wie folgt vorgehen (
Abb.4 ):
•Bei eingeschalteter Maschine und mit offener Tür die Taste START (3) (mindestens fünf Sekunden)
gedrückt halten, bis auf dem Display die Anzeige AS erscheint.
•Um die Funktion zu deaktivieren, bei offener Tür erneut fünf Sekunden lang die Taste START (3)
drücken.

4.6 Ausschalten der Maschine
Die Taste ON/OFF (1) drücken, wie nebenstehend angegeben (die
entsprechende Kontrolllampe schaltet sich aus). Auf dem
DISPLAY (10) bleiben zwei Segmente eingeschalten, die das
Vorhandensein der Spannung anzeigen.

4.7 Entfernung des Vollfilters
1. Die Maschine ausschalten.
2. Die Spül- und Nachspülarme in rechten Winkel zum Türrand
bringen
( Abb.5 ).
3. Jeden Halbfilter anheben, indem man ihn am entsprechenden Griff ergreift.
4.8 Entleeren der Maschine
4.8.1 Maschine ohne Abwasserpumpe
¾Die Maschine ausschalten.
¾Den Vollfilter entfernen (
Abb.5 ).
¾Den Überlauf herausziehen, indem man ihn nach oben zieht (
Abb.6 B ), warten, bis die Wanne
vollkommen entleert ist.
Falls notwendig, den Wannenfilter herausziehen und reinigen (
Abb.6 C ).
4.8.2 Maschine mit Abwasserpumpe
¾Bei eingeschalteter Maschine (
Abb.7 ) die Taste PROGRAMMAUSWAHL (2)
drücken, bis die Kontrolllampe ABLAUFZYKLUS (5) aufleuchtet.
¾Den Vollfilter entfernen (
Abb.5 ).
¾Den Überlauf herausziehen (
Abb.6 B ).
¾Die Taste START (3) drücken. Der Ablauf der Maschine beginnt, die Kontrolllampe blinkt.
¾Am Ende schaltet sich die Maschine aus.
Falls notwendig, den Wannenfilter herausziehen und reinigen (
Abb.6 C ).
4.9 Harz-Regeneration
Bei Maschinen mit eingebautem Enthärter (auf Anfrage erhältlich) muss wenn die Kontrolllampe
REGENERATION (8) schnell blinkt
( Abb.8 ), ein Harz-Regenerationszyklus ausgeführt werden, um den
korrekten Betrieb des eingebauten Enthärters wieder herzustellen.
Wie folgt vorgehen:
•Die Maschine entleeren und reinigen.
•Den Salzbehälter in der Wanner öffnen, nachdem der Vollfilter entfernt wurde.
•Ungefähr 300 Gramm Regenerations-Salz (Küchensalz ohne Zusätze mit Korndurchmesser von 1 oder 2
mm) in den Behälter füllen.
•Den Behälter fest verschließen.
•Sicherstellen, dass der Überlauf entfernt wurde.
•Die Tür schließen und die Maschine einschalten.
•Mit der Taste PROGRAMMAUSWAHL (2) den Zyklus Harz-Regeneration wählen (die Kontrolllampe
REGENERATION (8) wird grün ).
•Um den Zyklus zu beginnen, die Taste START (3) drücken (die Kontrolllampe REGENERATION (8)
blinkt
). Der Regenerationszyklus beginnt und läuft zirka 20 Minuten.
•Am Ende des Zyklus schaltet sich die Maschine von aus.

4.10 Betriebsende
•Am Ende des Tages das Gerät immer entleeren. Halten Sie sich dabei an die Anweisungen im Abschnitt
“Entleeren der Maschine".
•Mit dem Hauptschalter die Stromversorgung abtrennen und den externen Hahn der Wasserzufuhr
schließen.
•Die normalen Wartungsarbeiten ausführen und das Gerät entsprechend der Beschreibung im Abschnitt
“Wartung” reinigen.
•Lassen Sie die Tür möglichst angelehnt, um das Entstehen unangenehmer Gerüche im Inneren zu
vermeiden.
Kap 5 WARTUNG
Vor jedweder Wartungsarbeit das Wasser vollständig ablassen, die Spannung abtrennen und
das externe Wasserventil schließen.
5.1 Reinigung und Hygiene
Um die Hygiene der Maschine zu gewährleisten, müssen regelmäßig die Wartungsarbeiten ausgeführt
werden, die in der Folge angeben werden: Das Gerät muss außerdem regelmäßig mit geeigneten, nicht
korrosiven, handelsüblichen Produkten entkeimt werden.
5.2 Wartung der Filtergruppe
Diese Arbeit am Ende des Tages ausführen, oder wenn man Schmutzrückstände an den Filtern bemerkt:
1. Die Körbe entfernen und reinigen.
2. Die Wanne entsprechend den im Absatz “Entleeren der Maschine” angeführten Anweisungen
entleeren.
3. Den Vollfilter sorgfältig reinigen.
4. Die Wanne und die Maschine mit desinfizierenden, nicht scheuernden Produkten sorgfältig reinigen.
5. Den Standardfilter entfernen, indem man ihn wie auf der Abbildung angegeben nach oben zieht, und
ihn sorgfältig reinigen.
6. Zum Reinigen der Stahlwanne keine scheuernde Produkte oder Gegenstände benutzen. Es muss mit
einem feuchten, leicht eingeseiften Lappen gereinigt werden.
7. Keinen Druckwasserstrahl benutzen, da dieser die elektrische Anlage beschädigen könnte.
8. Am Ende der aufgelisteten Arbeiten alle Teile sorgfältig wieder in Position bringen.
5.3 Reinigung der Spülarme
Die Spül- und Nachspülarme können einfach entfernt werden, um die regelmäßige Reinigung der
Düsen zu gestatten und möglichen Verstopfungen und/oder Ablagerungen vorzubeugen.
Wie folgt vorgehen (
Abb.9 ):
•Die Nutmutter R abschrauben und die Arme herausziehen.
•Alle Teile unter fließendem Wasser waschen, die Düsen sorgfältig reinigen, dafür eventuell
einen Zahnstocher oder kleine Werkzeuge benutzen.
•Die Drehzapfen der Arme in der Maschine und den Austrittsbereich des Spül- und
Nachspülwassers reinigen.
•Die Arme wieder positionieren und sicherstellen, dass sie frei drehen.
