1. INSTALLATION OF 600-IFD-140-SRS
1. Select the power supply voltage by the internal voltage selector switch. The module can work
at 115 or 230VAC –50/60Hz.
SET = 230VAC
(Default setting)
SET = 115VAC
2. Select the FFRT (Flame Failure Response Time) between 0 second and 3 seconds.
FFRT = 0 SECOND
(Default setting)
FFRT = 3 SECONDS

3. Connect own power supply cable to LINE & NEUTRAL module terminals.
4. Connect the ionisation cable to ROD & GND module output. GND terminal is for the ground
connection. Please be sure to have the correct ground connection because this is the most
important thing for the correct working of the module.

5. The module has two normal open contacts that close when the current flowing through the rod
is more the 2μA. This condition represents the presence of the flame.

2. LED STATUS
1st led (RED LED): power on
10th led (LIGHT BLUE LED):
maximum air ionisation
Relay will change status approx.
at the 3rd led.
The led scale (from 1 to 10) represents the intensity of the air ionisation: the more LEDs are
on, the higher is the air ionisation.

NOTE:
Attention shall be taken when the ionisation module is installed near one High Tension
transformer (keep them separated, in particular the output wires)
