Remove shock cap, drain
old uid into an appropriate
container and discard.
Rell with fresh silicone
shock uid.
See additional details on the
reverse side.
Rotate the spring retainer to
lock it on the rod ends.
Loosen the bottom cap.

Do NOT use solvents on rubber
gaskets, seals, or O-rings to prevent
damage when cleaning or rebuilding.

Important Notice:
ALWAYS USE SILICONE OIL, NEVER USE ANY OTHER TYPES OF OIL.
It may be necessary to replace the silicone oil in the shock absorbers every 40 runs
(depends on how you drive and the type of terrain you drive on).
Fill the shock with
silicone oil.
Move the piston up&down
(3-4x) to release the air
bubbies in the silicone oil.
Pull the Shock shaft down
and wait until the bubbles
rise to the surface.
Screw in the shock absorber
cap at 50%.
Gently move the piston in
upper position, the oil exces
will ow out.
Now tighten the cap fully but
not too much otherwise the
membrane will be deformed.
