Dear User,
Thank you for purchasing World Kitchen’s Low Sugar Rice
Cooker. Before using the product, please read this manual
carefully for instructions on its proper usage. Please keep the
warranty card that comes together with this manual.

The normal working elevation range of the product is 0-2000 meters.
Do not place the product on an unbalanced surface, humid areas or
near other sources of fire/ heat sources (such as furnaces).
Preferably at a distance of more than 30 cm.
Steam and heat can cause damage, discolouration and deformation of
walls and furniture, please use more than 8 cm away from walls and
furniture.
Keep ventilated when storing in cabinets and other places.
Do not place this product on a soft surfaces (such as carpets, rags, etc.).
This product is only for indoor use, and keep away from direct sunlight.
Do not place the inner pot on any other heat sources for heating (such
as induction cooker, gas cooker).
Only inner pot attached to this product can be used, and cannot be
replaced by other manufacturers or other inner pots, in order to avoid
malfunction or accidents.
Do not start operation when the inner pot is not placed into the main
machine or when the inner pot is empty.
Do not put any food or water in the main machine before the inner pot
is put into the main machine.
Do not remove inner pot when the product is working.
The product will produce high temperature and steam.
Keep away from steam vent during operation to prevent accidents.
Do not cover steam vent in order to avoid deformation of the upper
cover and malfunction.
Do not use this product in high temperature and humidity.
Do not wash rice in inner pot, rice should be placed in other containers
to clean, then poured into the inner pot of World Kitchen Low Sugar
Rice Cooker, to avoid deformation of the inner pot and non-stick
coating scratches.
If the inner pot is deformed, please do not continue to use it.
Before putting the inner pot into the main machine, please confirm
whether there is any sticking of rice grains or other vegetable residues
on the bottom of the inner pot and the heating plate. You have to
remove them first, then put them into the inner pot.
After the inner pot is put in, it must be rotated around to secure it.

Do not use power sources other than 220V AC in order to avoid fire.
Use sockets with grounding wires above rated current 10A separately,
so as not to cause fire and other dangers.
Do not use wet hand plugs or power cord plugs when there are water
marks.
Please clean them .
Disconnect AC power line on the AC power socket before performing
maintenance operations, checking for faults or moving.
Do not over twist, bend or twist AC power lines, otherwise the cores
may be exposed or broken.
Please avoid spillage on power cord and connector.
The heat will remain on temperature sensor and detachable cover
after use.
Keep out of children’s reach.

Before cleaning World Kitchen Low Sugar Rice Cooker, please ensure
power plug has been pulled out of the power socket, and wait for it to
be completely cooled.
When cleaning World Kitchen Low Sugar Rice Cooker, do not immerse
the product in water or wash it under the tap.
The anti-spill cover and steam cover should be cleaned regularly to
avoid odour and clogging of food particles.
When not in use, the plug should be pulled out of the socket and stored
in a ventilated and dry place.
If the power cord or plug is found to be damaged or broken, do not
continue to use this product.
If any malfunction occurs, please turn off the power supply and pull
the plug out of the socket. Do not continue.
Please read this manual carefully before use.
Before plugging in the plug, please ensure that the outlet voltage at
home is in accordance with the product.
Before the first use, please take out all the packaging items, remove
the inner pot, overflow-proof cover plate and steam valve and wash
them under running tap for cleaning.
Before putting the inner pot into the body, please check if there are
any food residues in the bottom of the inner pot and the heating plate.

The maximum boiled rice content of this product is 2 cups of rice to 5
cups of water. The recommended ratio is 1 cup of rice to 3.3 cups of
water.
The ratio of rice to water should not exceed the maximum boiled rice
content (the above ratio of rice to water can be adjusted according to
individual preferences).
Press "Functions" button to select “Quick Cook” function.
Cooking time will be 40mins to 60mins
Complete the required settings, press the “Start” button, 5 seconds
later, it will enter into the cooking process after 2 beeps. LED display
will show horse-running lamp.
Cooking countdown timing will remain on LED display.
After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state. Buzzer will ring four times, and the “Warm” button
on panel will light up.

LED display will show countdown mode, and the light of “Porridge” on
panel will remain on.
After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state. Buzzer will ring four times, and the “Warm” button
on panel will light up.

Press the "Functions" button and select the "Porridge" function.
Cooking time will be 1-2hrs.

Slow Cook

After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state. Buzzer will ring four times, and the “Warm” button
on panel will light up.

Claypot Rice
Porridge
Press the "Functions" button and select the "Soup" function.
Recommended pre-set time is 2 hrs.
Complete the required settings, press the “Start” button. 5 seconds
later, it will enter into the cooking process after 2 beeps. The time on
LED display will show countdown mode, and the light of “Soup” on
panel will remain on.
After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state.
Buzzer will ring four times, and the “Warm” button on panel will light up.
Soup
(Slow Cook Function makes the rice texture softer for consumption.)

Press the "Low Sugar" function button.
Cooking time will be 50 mins to 60 mins.
Complete the required settings, press the “Start” button. 5 seconds
later, it will enter into the cooking process after 2 beeps. The time on
LED display will show countdown mode, and the light of “Low Sugar”
on panel will remain on.
After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state.Buzzer will ring four times, and the “Warm” button
on panel will light up.

Press "Functions" button and select "Reheating" function.
Recommended pre-set time is 25 minutes.
Complete the required settings, press the “Start” button, 5 seconds
later, it will enter into the reheating process after 2 beeps. LED display
will show horse-running lamp.
“Reheating” button on panel will remain on LED display.
After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state.
Buzzer will ring four times, and the “Warm” button on panel will light up.
Reheating
The reservation time of this product is 24 hours, and the reservation
time of this product is the start time of cooking.
The appointment time should not be too long, so as to avoid
contamination, it is recommended not to exceed 12 hours.
Press the "Functions" button to select your preferred cooking function,
and then select the “Pre-set" button.
After setting the appointment time, press the “Start” button or wait for
5 seconds and then ring 2 beeps to enter the working process of your
preferred cooking function.
When the “Pre-set" indicator is on, press “Pre-set" to increase the time
(Within 10 hours, it will increase by 0.5 hours, and after 10 hours, it will
increase by 1 hour.)
“Pre-set” on panel and the cooking function will remain on
simultaneously.
After the cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically enter the
keep warm state.Buzzer will ring six times, and the “Warm” button on
panel will light up.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Do not use a metal spatula or spoon to avoid scratching the surface
and coating of inner pot.
Do not cut food in inner pot to prevent damaging non-stick coating
of inner pot.
Do not pour vinegar into inner pot, to avoid corrosion.
Clean and maintain other parts of the cooker
During Stand-by state, LED display will show "-- --"
“Start” indicator light always remains on.
During Reservation state, LED display will show appointed countdown
time. The reservation indicator and the function indicator always
remains on.
During Insulation state, LED display will show "00:00"
The insulation indicator always remains on, and time is progressive in
unit of 1 minute.

Use hot water, dishwashing liquid and sponge to clean the inner
pot, steamer and aluminium alloy anti-overflow cover.
Do not use detergent or wire pellets.
If food sticks to the bottom of the inner pot, soak it for a while
before cleaning, and then wipe it clean.

Warranty Service Rules
The user should have purchased the product via the company’s
authorised sales channels.
The user must provide the product’s original proof of purchase and
warranty card.
Any installation, usage and the maintenance of the appliance should
be carried out strictly in accordance with the rules and requirements
stipulated by the instruction manual.
The product was not purchased via our company’s authorised dealers
and channels.
Failure to provide relevant proof of purchase should the sales receipt
or warranty card for the product be lost.
Malfunctions and damages caused by foreign objects entering the
internal part of the product due to human negligence.
The product is disassembled or repaired by any entities and persons
not specified and commissioned by our company to carry out repairs,
and especially if damage arises from the act.
Product damage such as rust and inner lining breakage that are caused
by Human Negligence or misuse.
Damage caused by external forces (e.g. natural disasters, fires and
wars).
The product’s warranty period is expired.
Products that have been used for industrial or experimental purposes,
as well as products that have been fitted with other accessories or
which functions have been altered.
Damage caused to the product during the delivery process because of
the unforeseen mechanical impact, stacking, dropping or flooding, but
is not due to inherent product quality issues.
Measuring cups, rice spoons and packaging are not covered by the
warranty.

purchase. The warranty will be void if the warranty card and proof of
purchase is misplaced and/or registration of warranty is later than 2
weeks of purchase.

Should the user discover faults while using our company’s products,
please immediately email Corelle Brands (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd In order to
be eligible for product replacement, the user should produce a valid sales
receipt and warranty card, and describe how the product was used and
the fault encountered to our staff.
After verifying the information, we will carry out necessary tests and
repair works. The user is responsible to deliver the faulty product to the
respective regional office advised by our staff. After repairs are complete,
the user should pick up the product and approve the work done and affix
his/her signature on the installation/ repair service form.
This product is intended for household use only. It is not meant for
commercial use (including businesses, guesthouses, hotels, and
restaurants, places of entertainment, serviced apartments and other
business establishments, as well as experimental purposes in
laboratories). Should the user use the products for purposes beyond its
intended use, the user bears full personal responsibility for any
consequence that arises from the usage.

responsibility for providing services beyond what is stipulated by this
