To make the packing compact \ve have femoved fo llo\ving components and packed them in t he same
box. You are requested to assemble them in se que nce, keeping vehicle on it s own stand.

A-1.Handle bar
a) Unwrap Handle Bar Clamp & Bolls etc. pac~ed in po lythene bags.
b) Check the Sector Plate on upper plate slots remove the tape.
c) Place the Handle Bar on the sectorplate with clam p. With the use of m6x40 Socket Head scre\v,
tighten the handle bar slightly. ·
d) W hil e ti ghtening the bo lts please ensure ;-
(i) Ha nd le bar is properly ce nt ered while the bo lt s are still loose.
(ii) Aftercentering adjust 1he angle of handle bar v1h i ch suits you. Ti gh1en the screws fu lly &
ensure that handle baris not rotating under normal handling pressure.
(iii) We have provided one mirrorjust screv1 it in the l ef t handle bar threaded hole nearswilch.

We have removed the Crank, Pedal Assy. Wi th taper pin. Nvls. and Washers to reduce Box
111id th.
You a re reques1ed 10 take ou t all abo ve i tems fr om its packings. Place the pedal ar ms on pedal
shaft ol Engine. Ensure both pedal acms are placed on its respective place LH side & RH side.
P ut one tapered pin in the ho le on any one ot th e pedal ar ms and gen tly ta p. Rotate the pe dal arm
for 1
80 Oegrees, other si de pedal arm take its correct position. In sert the tapered pin and ge ntly
tap .
Please no te that befo re inserting tapered pin you ne ·ed to matchthe slotprovided on the horiz oi l·
taJspindle to ensure that both pedals b ec ome pa rallel.
d) Tighten both tapered pins \V ilh the nutsprovided check that the pedals a re tightened fu lly that are
already assembled on the Pedal ARMS (Note: • Aight Pedal is tightened in a clock\vise di r ec ti on,
while the left is tightened in an anticlock\Vise d ir ection.)

Remove spark plug
an d turn pedal 10 expel p ro teciive oil insi de Engine. Wash the Spa rk plug in
solvent and carefully rep la ce.
T wo st roke o il must be mi xed w ith g as oline othe rw ise eng !rie will seize. For fi r st 300 mile s mix
4% oil per ga llon. Afterwards reduce lo 3 o/o oil per gallon.
Check the ty re pres su re 26 PSI in front and 34 PSI in rear.
Do not exceed
20 MPH t or f ir st 300 miles running in period.

3. Tesl Head Light : Front & Rear Tum Signals & Rear tail light tor proper working order.
4. Check Gas Tank Petrol Cock (Gas valve from gas tank
to En gine) Located on left side Bottom of
lhA Gas Tank. Make sure it is not leaking before operation.
5. Check seat height, Handle bar li ghtness.

You must mix 4% 2 S or o ke Oil for fi rst 500 kms (300 miles) & 151.5 ml (5.8606 OZ) per US Gall o" of
Gas. Mix 3% 2 Slroke oil atter 500 kms ( 300 miles) & 113.6 ml (4 .3954 OZ) per US Gallon of Gas. Mix

Tum tho key clockwise and push insi de . Do not leave the key bunch on vetocle wtile running. II

5. TAUN THE KEY CLOCKWIS E. Be su re swit ch is in (RUN) on position.

2. Maintain Gear Box Oil (350 -m l)
3. Inspect front and rear brakes t or \vear befo re any ride and every 20 miles of operation.
4. Checkproper Tire pressure before and atter every ride. FRONT TIRE : 26 PSI REAR TIRE : 34
PSI.

SPARK PLUG CLEANING :
The gap in th e spark pl ug electr odes should be co rr ectly ma intained tor optimum fue l consum p·
tion
and proper cunning of the veh icle.
Check el e<:tro des for Carbon deposilion or \vear arte1 every 2500 Kms (1500 mil es}
For cleaning the plu g, us e eme ry p aper and then •Nash In pe1roL
Set the gap between 0.5 mm (0 .020 in) to 0.6 mm (0.023in) and measure it with a feeler Gauge.
Filling of o il in Gear Box :
Adeq uate quantity of oil in the gear box is necessaryto absorb the heat generated by gea rs and s ubse-
quenlly lubticate to redu ce \vear and tear of th9,parts.
Recommended oil capacity is 350 ml. SAE30 o i l~ A plug Is provi de d to check the oil level.
Change the oil af t er every 3000 kms (1800 m il es} of ru nn ing.
