Dear Light Aura Customer thank you for purchasing this product. We are certain that you will
appreciate the quality and reliability of this device, designed and manufactured by putting customer
satisfaction in the foreground.
Please read the operating instructions carefully, particularly the safety
precautions, before using the appliance. Keep this manual along with
the relative illustrative guide, for the entire life span of the appliance,
for consultation purposes. In case the appliance is transferred to a
third party, also consign the entire documentation. Should certain
parts of this booklet be di󰀩cult to understand or should doubts arise,
contact the company before using the product, at the address indicated

SAFETY WARNINGS
This appliance is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16; by persons with reduced
physical, sensory, mental capabilities, or by inexperienced persons. Unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning safe and proper use of the device by a person
responsible for their safety. Children should not use, play with, maintain or clean the devise.
If you are using the appliance in bathroom premises, disconnect the plug from the socket after
use, proximity to water is also dangerous even the appliance is switched o󰀨.
In order to ensure better protection, it is advisable to install the power circuit feeding the
bathroom a residual current device, the residual current should not exceed 30 ma (Ideal 10
ma). Ask your installer for advice.
CAUTION! Do not use this appliance in the vicinity
of bathtubs, showers, sinks or other containers
containing water! Do not immerse the appliance in
the water!
After removing the appliance from the packaging, make sure that the product is complete
and in perfect condition. Check the integrity of the supply, the design and any presence of
transport damages. In case of doubt, contact the authorized service department.
Before connecting the appliance, ensure that the power supply voltage corresponds with the
rating quoted on the equipment identication nameplate. The nameplate is located on the
appliance’s power supply.
Do not expose the appliance to moisture or atmospheric agents (rain, sun).
Always disconnect appliance from the power supply when not in use and before cleaning or
servicing.
This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it has been designed as a pulsed
light xture for home use. Any other use is considered improper and therefore dangerous.
This device is not suitable for use in the presence of ammable anesthetic mixture with air or
oxygen or nitrous oxide.
Do not use the appliance with wet hands, damp or bare feet.

Do not pull the power cord or the appliance to unplug it from the power socket.
In case of appliance failure or malfunction, switch it o󰀨 and do not tamper with it. For repairs,
please contact the D Light technical support center.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorized technical service center,
in order to prevent any risk.
The appliance can be used only on human hair. Do not use it on animals.
Do not obstruct the ventilation holes.
Do not use appliance if it is cracked or broken..
Do not use the appliance if the light is damaged, or the surface treatment is cracked, chipped
or missing.
Never look directly at the light coming from the treatment area.
Never point the treatment surface by trying to emit a light impulse from an open space.
In case of side e󰀨ects or complications, it is advisable to contact your doctor or dermatologist.
Protective eyewear is highly recommended when using the appliance.

OF TREATMENT:
Pregnant or breast-feeding
If you were exposed to strong sunlight or an articial tanning machine during the past 28 days.
If you have a tattoo or permanent makeup on the area to be treated.
If you have dark brown or black spots, such as large freckles, birth marks, or warts on the
area to be treated.
If you have eczema, psoriasis, lesions, open wounds or active infections, such as cold sore in
the area to be treated. Wait for the a󰀨ected area to heal before using the appliance.
If you have a history of keloidial scar formation, a known sensitivity to light (photosensitivity)
or are taking medication that makes the skin more sensitive to light, including anti-
inammatory agents (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, paracetamol, acetaminophen), tetracyclines,
phenothiazines,thiazide, diuretics, sulphonylureas, sulfonamides, DTIC, uorouracil,
vinblastine, griseofulvin, Alpha-Hydroxi Acids (AHAs), Beta-Hydroxi Acid (BHA), Retin-A ®,
Accutane ® and/or topical retinoids.
If you have abnormal skin conditions, such as vitiligo or albinism.
If you have varicose veins in the treatment area.
If you are currently or have recently been treated with Alpha-Hydroxi acids (AHA), Beta-Hydroxi
acids (BHA), Retin-A ,topical retinoids or azelaic acidH.
If you have abnormal skin conditions, caused by diabetes, for example, or other systematic or
metabolic diseases

If you have been treated with Accutane ® (isotretinoin) within the past 6 months..
If you have been taking on steroid regimen within the past 3 months.
If you have a history of herpes outbreaks in the area of treatment, unless you have consulted
your physician and received preventive treatment before using the appliance.
If you su󰀨er from epilepsy.
If you have an active implant, such as a pacemaker, an incontinence device, insulin pump,
etc.
If you have a disease related to photosensitivity, such as porphyria, polymorphic light eruption,
solar urticaria, lupus, etc..
If you have a history of skin cancer or areas of potential skin malignancies.
If you have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the past 3 months.
If you have any other condition which in your physician’s opinion would make it unsafe for you
to be treated. In case of doubt, consult with your physician.
The appliance removes unwanted hair by selectively addressing hair pigment. Varied quantities
of pigment (melanin) are also present in the surrounding tissue of. The quantity of pigment in a
particular person’s skin, which is manifested by their complexion, determines the degree of the
risk they are exposed to using any method of light-based epilation.
SKIN TONE
Before using the appliance, compare your complexion
with the skin tone chart shown on the product packaging
Do not use the appliance on a naturally dark
complexion!
Treating the dark skin with the appliance may cause sunburn, blisters and skin
color changes (hyper or Hypo-pigmentation).
TANNED SKIN
Tanned skin particularly following sun exposure, contains large amounts of melanin. This applies
to all skin types and all complexion, including those who do not seem to tan quickly. The presence
of large quantities of melanin exposes the skin to higher risk when using any method of light
based treatment.
Avoid exposure to sun and/or tanning lights for 4 weeks before using the appliance!
Never use the appliance around or near the eyes!
The appliance can be used for the treatment of facial area.
Extra caution should be taken during the treatment to avoid
eye area.
EYE CAUTION
Do not use the appliance on nipples or genital
organs (male or female) and on the lips.

ENERGY LEVEL
Choose your energy levels CAREFULLY! Energy level refers to the light pulse that is projected on
the skin during use, from the lower level to the highest level. The notches on the status display (1)
indicate the energy level at which the machine is set. As the energy level increases, it improves
results as well as the risk of side e󰀨ects (See “Possible Side E󰀨ects” below).
Always begin treatment using the lowest
energy level!

Only if you experience little or no discomfort during and after use of the devise energy at the
lowest energy setting, you can increase the energy level, and so on for each subsequent session.
For detailed instructions on energy level setting, see “Energy Level”.
Always shave the area to be treated and make sure the skin is clean and dry before using the
appliance.
Cover tattoos, lips and nipples before applying the appliance.
Cover dark brown or black spots, such as large freckles, birth marks, moles or warts before
using the appliance.
Never use ammable liquids such as alcohol (including perfumes, sanitizers, or other
applications containing alcohol), or acetone to clean the skin before using the appliance.
Do not use the appliance on any body part where you might later want hair.
PATCH TEST
Before you begin the treatment, it is recommended that you perform a patch test to identify
your skin’s highest level of tolerance to the pulsed light. For instructions on how to perform a
patch test, see “Inspection before use” section.
DURING TREATMENT
If blisters are formed on the skin, or if the skin burns, IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE
APPLIANCE.
Always make sure that the treatment surface points toward the skin, and is completely in
contact with it.
Remove the surface treatment (12) from the skin if it becomes excessively hot.

Pay attention to the direction of insertion. There are 3 pla󰀬ic pivot hinges (A C D) found behind
the light and an electronic card (B). During in󰀬allation of the light, be careful to match these
elements with their corresponding housings on the machine’s attachment. In󰀬allation and
removal of the light does not require equipment and is hand-made when the Machine is o󰀨 and
disconnected from the power socket.

Not treat the same area of skin more than once per
session! Do not repeat the spots.

Do not use the appliance on naturally dark
complexion or on tanned skin!
HOW TO PREPARE THE TREATMENTS
Before starting treatments, prepare the treatment area by thoroughly cleaning the skin and remove
makeup. Hair must be shaved with a razor or a hair clipper, it is preferable to use a clipper as you
immediately obtain an optimal length of 1mm, and maximizes the absorption of pulsed light (in
epilation treatment), using the clipper will also avoid any skin irritation.
Given that the pulsed light is absorbed by dark colors, it is necessary to protect small, dark
birthmarks and tattoos, cover it with white eyepencil makeup, or with a specic product like the D
Light Patch Pro.
Do not let the pulsed light pass on large or irregular areas! In
the presence of doubt, ask your dermatologist before initiating
treatments!
Do not use the pulsed light on varicose veins and any type of skin
lesions
It is always advisable to begin at the lowest energy level and gradually increase to nd the right
intensity according to your own tolerance. The energy level is selected by repeatedly pressing the
energy button (10) after the machine has been started.
As the enegry level increases, so does the results, as well as the risk of possible side e󰀨ects.
SELECT ENERGY LEVEL
If blistering occurs on the skin, or if you feel burning,
IMMEDIATELY STOP using the device.
EPILATION TREATMENT
The D Light Aura epilation treatment is suitable for all body areas that have hair except the scalp,
male beard, eyebrows, genital and perianal areas.
Any birthmarks or tattoos on the area to be treated must be covered before starting the treatment,
to protect them, you can use an opaque white makeup pencil or a specic product like the D light
Patch Pro. Before starting the treatment, it is advisable to wear certied laser safety glasses or
pulsed light safety eyewear, as an alternative, you can close your eyes when the ash is emitted.
Dene the area to be treated (can also help by drawing a grid with a white makeup pencil) and
select the appropriate energy level of the skin type when you are ready.
It is always advisable to start at the lowest energy level and depending on your tolerance, if
you experience no discomfort, you can increase the energy level, treatment is more e󰀨ective
at highest energy level, but the ash takes longer to load. You can choose between two modes
of operation: single ash or scroll. Using the single ash mode, a ash is emitted everytime the
Flash button (2) is pressed. The scroll mode is activated by holding the Flash button (2) down for
3 seconds, then you can release it and the device will emit ash repeatedly whenever the Flash
window will come into contact with the skin. To turn o󰀨 scroll mode, just press the Flash button (2)
once and the appliance resumes to function on single ash mode.
When the Flash window is correctly in contact with the skin and the machine is ready for the
Flash, the display starts ashing. It is recommended to radiate 1, maximum 2 times on each
treated area then proceed and move to the next area.
EPILATION TREATMENT CYCLE
For the rst 3 months, it is advisable to proceed with 1 treatment per week or every 2 weeks if
you are also doing IPL photorejuvenation or acne treatments on the same area, it is important to
spend at least one week between other treatments by alternating Epilation to the others. The skin
should be hairless after nishing the rst 3 month cycle, therefore there will only be maintenance
sessions needed when the hairs begin to reappear (usually a session every 2 or 3 months,
depends on the of individual growth rhythm).

AFTER TREATMENT
After treatment, do not expose the skin to the sun and/or tanning
lights. For the following two weeks after each treatment session, in
case of exposure to the sun, protect the treated skin with a minimum
of SPF30 cream.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
When used in accordance with the instructions, side e󰀨ects and complications associated with
the use of the appliance are rare. However, any cosmetic procedure, including those intended
for household use, involve some risk. Consequently, it is important to understand and accept the
risks and complications that may occur with designed pulsed light epilation systems for household
use.

Despite the domestic pulsed light treatments are generally tolerated very well, most users try a
annoyance during use, generally described as a slight warm sensation or a pinch in the treated
skin areas. This sensation can be an alert during application or for a few minutes after application.
Any sensation beyond this minimal annoyance is not normal and it means that you need to
interrupt the use because your skin is not able to tolerate epilation treatment, or the energy level
is too high.
Skin Redness
Skin may be reddened immediately after using appliance or during the following 24 hours. Redness
generally disappears within 24 hours. Consult your physician if the redness does not disappear
within 2 or 3 days..
Increased Skin Sensitivity
The skin of the treated area becomes more sensitive and can be dry or scaly.
Skin wounds and burns
Burns or wounds may occur after application. They may take a few weeks to heal, and, in very
rare cases, may leave a visible permanent scar.
Scars
Although it is very rare, permanent scars may be formed. Generally when scars are formed, they
have a at lesion and white skin (hypertrophic). However, the scar may be very large and red
(hypertrophic) or large and extends beyond the margins of the wound itself (keloid). Subsequent
aesthetic treatments can be necessary to improve the appearance of the scar.
Pigmentation Changes
In some rare cases there is a risk of temporary pigmentation (greater pigment or
Brown bleaching) or IPO-pigmentation (whitening) in the surrounding skin area leeping. The risk
of skin pigmentation change is higher for people with dark skin complexion.
Redness and excessive swelling
In some rare cases the skin can become very red and swollen. This is more common in sensitive
areas of the body. Redness and swelling should decrease between 2 and 7 days later, it must be
cured with frequent applications of ice. You can gently wipe the area, but avoid exposing to the
sun.
Infection
Infection of the skin is very rare but it is a possible risk due to scalding or injury caused by the
device.
Bruises
Very seldom use of the device may cause blue-violet bruises that may last from 5 to 10 days.

NOTE:
Treating the same body part more frequently than recommended does not improve results. Due
to hormonal and physiological changes or other type, hair follicles, latents can become active.
Hair removal sessions or occasional maintenance treatment can therefore be necessary.
Individual reaction depends on hair type and biological factors that can a󰀨ect the hair growth
cycle. Compared to the recommended epilation program, some people may react faster or
slower.
The appliance is not e󰀨ective on very clear hair, on naturally white, gray, light blond and red hair
(see color scale on the packaging). If the hairs of your body are one of these colors, the device
will not be e󰀨ective.
INSPECTION BEFORE USE
ENERGY LEVEL
he appliance can be set to 5 energy levels, from 1 (the lowest)
to 5 (the highest), represented by the 5 lines arranged like a fan
on the status display (1). The energy increases and decreases
repeatedly pressing energy level button (10) Increasing the
power of treatment increases the e󰀨ectiveness of the CIA, but
also possible side e󰀨ects, it is advisable to perform a patch
test to identify the appropriate energy level according to proper
tolerance.
NUMEBER OF DISPOSABLE SPOTS
The meter reads the number of disposable spots available to the
light inserted. Spot counting is stored in an internal chip in the
light, then dismantling and reassembling the light, the count is
never lost, but reparts from the point where it was left. Each light
has its own count, when the light is 0, it must be replaced.
TEMPERATURE LOCK
In order to avoid burns, if the temperature is more than protective
temperature of the device during the treatment, the protection
lock icon (as shown) will show on the display and the device will
stop working to send pulse.
HOW TO PERFORM A PATCH TEST
Because the skin tone varies from area to another, you should perform a patch test to each
body area to be treated. First check your skin tone comparing it with the skin color chart on the
instruction manual and packaging.
Identify a small area to be treated.
Shave the area to be treated.
After having set to the lowest level, apply the handpiece to the area and emit the rst pulse.
If you do not feel any kind of discomfort, increase the energy to the next level, move the
handpiece to the adjacent part of skin and emit a new ash.
Increase the energy level on every part of the next skin until reaching the highest level (but it must
remain bearable depending on skin type). During treatment it is possible (and normal) to feel a
warm sensation on the skin. If there is a feeling of discomfort, it means that the highest energy
level endured the previous one.
After 24 hours check the area: the persistence of redness indicates that the skin tolerated
the highest energy level on the previous one. Although it is extremely rare, if hypersensitivity
persists for more than 24 hours, it is advisable to consult a physician.
CAUTION: The energy directly delivered a󰀨ects the result, but because of the principle
treatment, you should not exceed the maximum threshold that your skin is able to tolerate. This
threshold is normally high for light skins and low for dark skins, because the presence of melanin
darkens the skin, increases heat production. Do not exceed the highest threshold that your skin
can tolerate without any kind of discomfort.
MAINTANANCE
CLEANING AND CONSERVATION
It is recommended that you clean the Flash window after each epilation session:
Switch o󰀨 the appliance by holding the ignition button down (9) and disconnect the Power plug

Gently wipe the ash window of the device (12) with a clean dry cloth. For proper cleaning of
the ash area, it is highly recommended to use Kera Flux detergent
Store the appliance in a cool dry place, away from heat and water sources.
When the light is empty, the counter reaches zero.
LAMP PROTECTION ERROR
If you forcibly pull the lamp out when the appliance is still working
or on standby, the protection lock icon (as shown) will shown on
the display and the device will stop working to send pulse.

NOTE:
If large stains appear inside the treatment surface (12) or if the latter is cracked or broken, do not
use the appliance and contact the D Light Service center. After replacing the lamp, always set the
energy level to lower than the one used normally. In the next session, increase the energy level
again only if the there is no abnormal discomfort during or after treatment.

This warranty is without prejudice to any rights established for the consumer by the consumption Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and
art.1519 bis and following the Civil Code. SMA S.R.L. With current headquarters in Via Bianche 3Aura10 Carrè (vi) guarantees the buyer of the
product (buyer) that under normal conditions of use the electronic appliances produced, assembled and distributed by SMA S.R.L. with “D light”
brand (products) are free of material and workmanship defects and have been constructed in compliance with current regulations; The same
products were thoroughly tested and subjected to stringent inspections by quality control. The present is the only valid guarantee; Nobody is
authorized with Exclusion of the SMA s.r.l., to extend or modify the terms of the same, and even more to release other written or verbal warranties.
In any case of product replacement, as well as the extension of the warranty, is excluded, as a result of the defect of conformity
WARRANTY PERIOD AND COVERAGE AREA
The products-intended as new products-are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, which is proven by presenting the
certicate and the scal receipt; while purchases by invoice and URP.IVA are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase
pursuant to law. You do not accept purchase documents with modications and/or additions. Failure to exhibit valid documents and proof of
purchase in the above terms will result in the warranty and the charge of the entire buyer’s repair costs. SMA S.R.L. does not respond to the loss
of the warranty certicate and will not be liable to issue duplicates. After 2 years from the date of purchase, the product will no longer be covered
by warranty and assistance may be given by the technical assistance centers (d light) authorised by the SMA S.R.L. That will charge the buyer
with the current tari󰀨s. Any form of warranty expires in any case after three years after the product has been eliminated from the o󰀩cial list of SMA
S.R.L. Repairs made under warranty will not give any extension or renewal of the same.
WARRANTY SERVICES
All services covered by this warranty shall be subject to the actual defect of the product pursuant to this warranty. If the damage and/or defect is
not covered by this warranty and/or the exclusion of the warranty, The buyer will be charged all costs related to verication, labor, replacement
parts and transport of the product. The warranty may be asserted and will be e󰀨ective only with the product is presented at the D Light Centre
authorised by SMA S.R.L. or the direct seller. However, the product must be repaired at one of the light centers authorized by the SMA S.R.L.
Under no circumstances shall the seller or buyer of the product be able to or by third parties other than authorized light centres, repairs or
replacements of the product; In the case of infringement of this prohibition, the product will not be considered in warranty. It will be the buyer’s
responsibility to communicate to the D Light Center or to the direct seller of the product, any defects and vices of the same and the willingness
to use the guarantee. The expenses and risks of transport to and from the aforementioned D Light centers will be charged to the buyer. The
intervention of the authorized D light centres, the withdrawal of the product, its repairs, and its eventual substitution will occur within the time limits
that are compatible with the service to be carried out, unless repairs and/or replacements are di󰀩cult. Any defective component replaced will be
owned by the SMA S.R.L.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
All parts that are defective or damaged due to transport, negligence and carelessness in use, incorrect installation or maintenance performed
by the buyer or by unauthorized personnel are not covered by any warranty, Improperly or otherwise from the one for which the product was
constructed, i.e., due to circumstances which, however, can be traced to product manufacture defects. In any case, glass parts and accessories
are excluded from the warranty. Do not prove that it is a manufacturing defect. The technical interventions inherent in the installation and/or testing
of the equipment are also excluded from the product, in addition to parts subject to normal wear.
In any case, the warranty does not cover the products with:
• Serial number is unreadable, deleted modied or removed;
• Defects due to any use not complying with the detailed instructions stated in the user manual;
• Defects due to faults or uctuations in electrical current and/or electrical system, air conditioning,Humidity or other environmental conditions;

verantwortliche Person, die sichere und ordnungsgemäße Verwendung des Gerätes erklärt.
Kinder sollten dieses Gerät weder benutzen, noch damit spielen, es instand halten oder es
säubern.
Sollten Sie dieses Gerät in ihrem Bad benutzen, ziehen Sie nach der Benutzung den Stecker
aus der Steckdose, zudem ist die Nähe zu Wasser gefährlich, selbst wenn das Gerät ausges-
chaltet wurde.
Um einen bessern Schutz zu gewährleisten, ist es ratsam, den Stromkreis zu installieren, der
das Bad einem Fehlerstromgerät zuführt, der Reststrom darf 30 mA (ideal sind 10 mA) nicht
überschreiten. Fragen Sie Ihren Installateur um Rat.

Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht ins Wasser!
Nach dem Sie das Gerät aus der Verpackung genommen haben, stellen Sie sicher, dass
das Produkt vollständig und in einwandfreiem Zustand ist. Überprüfen Sie die Unversehrtheit
der Lieferung, des Designs und mögliche Transportschäden. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich
bitte an den autorisierten Kundendienst.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes, dass die Versorgungsspannung
mit der auf dem Typschild des Gerätes angegebenen Kennzeichnung übereinstimmt. Das
Typschild bendet sich auf der Stromversorgung des Gerätes.
Setzen Sie das Gerät keiner Feuchtigkeit oder Witterungsbedingungen (Regen, Sonne) aus.
Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker des Gerätes aus der Steckdose, wenn das Gerät nicht in
Benutzung ist oder bevor sie es reinigen oder Warten.
Dieses Gerät ist lediglich zur Benutzung, als pulsierende Lichtstrahlung daheim geeignet.
Jegliche andere Nutzung wird als unsachgemäß und damit gefährlich eingestuft.
Diese Vorrichtung eignet sich nicht zur Verwendung in Gegenwart einer ammbaren Anästh-
esiemischung aus Luft oder Sauersto󰀨 oder Lachgas.

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es angebrochen oder gebrochen ist.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn das Licht defekt ist oder die Behandlungsäche ange-
brochen, abgebrochen ist oder ganz fehlt.
Schauen Sie niemals direkt in das Licht, dass von der Behandlungsäche kommt.
Zeigen Sie niemals die Behandlungsäche an, indem Sie versuchen, einen Lichtimpuls aus
einem o󰀨enen Raum zu emittieren.
Im Fall von Nebenwirkungen oder Komplikationen ist es ratsam, einen Arzt oder Dermatolo-
gen aufzusuchen.

VERWENDEN SIE DAS GERÄT NICHT, WENN DIE FOLGENDEN BESCHWERDEN ZUM
ZEITPUNKT DER BEHANDLUNG VORHANDEN SIND:
Schwanger oder Stillen
Wenn Sie während der letzten 28 Tage starkem Sonnenlicht oder einem Sonnenbett aus-
gesetzt waren.
Wenn Sie ein Tattoo oder permanentes Make-up an der zu behandelten Stelle haben.
Wenn Sie dunkelbraune oder schwarze Stellen, wie große Sommersprossen, Muttermale,
oder Warzen an der zu behandelten Stelle haben.
Wenn Sie Ekzem, Psoriasis, Liäsionen, o󰀨ene Wunden oder Infektionen, wie Herpes an der
zu behandelten Stelle haben. Warten Sie bis die befallene Stelle geheilt ist, bevor Sie das
Gerät benutzen.
Wenn in Ihrer Familie keloidiale Narbenbildungen bekannt sind, eine Lichtempndlichkeit
bekannt ist oder Sie Medikamente einnehmen, die, die Haut empndlich auf Licht machen,
einschließlich Anti-in Ammoniatoren (wie Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, Acetaminophen),

Wenn Sie anormale Hauterkrankungen haben, die z.Bsp. durch Diabetes oder andere sys-
tematische oder metabolische Erkrankungen verursacht werden.

Wenn Sie in den letzten 3 Monaten eine Steroide-Behandlung aufgenommen haben.
Wenn Sie in der Vergangenheit immer wieder zu Herpes Ausbrüchen im zu behandelten
Bereich geneigt haben, es sei denn, Sie haben Ihren Arzt konsultiert und erhielten vorbeu-
gende Behandlungen vor der Verwendung des Gerätes.
Wenn Sie an Epilepsie leiden.
Wenn Sie ein Implantat, wie zum Beispiel einen Herzschrittmacher, ein Gerät gegen Inkonti-
nenz, eine Insulinpumpe etc. haben
Wenn Sie eine Krankheit im Zusammenhang mit Lichtempndlichkeit, wie Porphyrie, poly-
morphen Lichtausbruch, Sonnen-Urtikaria, Lupus, etc. haben.
Wenn Sie bereits Hautkrebs oder Bereiche potenzieller Hautanomalien haben.
Wenn Sie innerhalb der letzten 3 Monate Strahlentherapie oder Chemotherapie erhalten
haben.
Wenn Sie irgendeine andere Bendlichkeit haben, die nach Meinung ihres Arztes eine Be-
handlung mit diesem Gerät unsicher machen würde. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich bitte an
Ihren Arzt.
Dieses Gerät entfernt unerwünschte Haare, durch selektives aussuchen des Haarpigments. Ver-
schiedene Mengen an Pigment (Melanin) sind auch im umgebenden Gewebe vorhanden. Die
Pigmentmenge der Haut einer bestimmten Person, die sich durch ihren Teint manifestiert, bes-
timmt den Grad des Risikos, dem sie jeglicher Methode der lichtbasierenden Epilation ausgesetzt
sind.
HAUTFARBE
Bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen, vergleichen Sie ihren
Teint mit dem auf der Produktverpackung dargestellten
Hautton.
Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht bei
natürlich dunklem Teint!
Sie Behandlung von dunkler Haut mit dem Gerät kann zu Sonnenbrand,
Brandblasen und Farbveränderungen der Haut (hyper or Hypo-pigmenta-
tion)..
GEBRÄUNTE HAUT
Gebräunte Haut, enthält vor allem nach dem Sonnenbad große Mengen an Melanin. Dies
bezieht sich auf alle Hauttypen und Teints, inklusive derer nicht schnelle zu bräunen scheinen.
Das Vorhandenensein von großen Mengen an Melanin setzt die Haut einem höheren Risiko
aus, wenn man die Methode der lichtbasierenden Behandlung verwendet.
Vermeiden Sie Sonnen-und/oder Bräunungslampen für 4 Wochen vor dem Gebrauch des
Gerätes!
Benutzten Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe oder am Auge!
Das Gerät kann zur Behandlung im Gesicht benutzt werden.
Sie sollten dort mit größerer Vorsicht vorgehen um die Au-
genpartie zu vermeiden.
VORSICHT BEI DEN AUGEN
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht an Brustwarzen
oder den Genitalien (männlich und weiblich) oder
an den Lippen.

ENERGIELEVEL
Wählen Sie ihr Energieniveau SORFÄLLTIG! Das Energieniveau bezieht sich auf den
Lichtimpuls, der während des Gebrauchs auf die Haut projiziert wird, vom niedrigsten
zum höchsten Niveau ausgehend. Die Kerben auf der Statusanzeige (1) zeigen das Ener-
gielevel, auf welches die Maschine eingestellt ist, an. Wenn das Energieniveau zunimmt,
verbessert es die Ergebnisse sowie das Risiko von Nebenwirkungen (siehe „Mögliche
Nebenwirkungen“ weiter unten).

Nur wenn Sie während der Benutzung der Energieerzeugung bei der niedrigsten Energieeinstel-
lung wenig oder gar keine Unannehmlichkeiten erleben, können Sie das Energieniveau erhöhen
und so weiter für jede nachfolgende Sitzung vorgehen. Detaillierte Anweisungen zur Einstellung
des Energieniveaus nden Sie unter „Energielevel“.z`
Rasieren Sie immer den zu behandelnden Bereich und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Haut sau-
ber und trocken ist, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
Decken Sie Tattoos, Lippen und Brustwarzen ab, bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden.
Decken Sie dunkelbraune oder schwarze Flecken, wie große Sommersprossen, Geburts-
ecken, Muttermale oder Warzen vor dem Gebrauch des Gerätes ab.
Verwenden Sie niemals brennbare Flüssigkeiten wie Alkohol (einschließlich Parfums, Desin-
fektionsmittel oder andere Alkoholhaltige Flüssigkeiten) oder Aceton, um die Haut zu reini-
gen, bevor sie das Gerät verwenden.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät auch nicht an einem Körperteil, auf dem Sie vielleicht später Haare
wachsen lassen möchten.
PATCH-TEST
Bevor Sie mit der Behandlung beginnen, wird dazu geraten, einen Patch-Test an einer Haut-
stelle durchzuführen, um die Toleranzschwelle des Lichtimpulses zu testen. Anweisungen zum
Ausführen eines Patch-Tests nden Sie unter „Überprüfung vor dem Gebrauch“.
WÄHREND DER BEHANDLUNG
Es wird empfohlen, den Blitz nicht häuger als 1, maxi-
mal 2 mal pro Behandlung an der gleichen Stelle zu be-
nutzen.
Sollten sich während der Behandlung Blasen bilden oder die Haut verbrennen, SCHALTEN
SIE SOFORT DAS GERÄT AUS!
Achten Sie immer darauf, dass die Behandlungsäche auf die Haut zeigt und vollständig
damit in Berührung kommt.
Entfernen Sie die Behandlungsäche (12) von der Haut, wenn sie übermäßig heiß wird.
INSTALLATION
1) Die Lampen installieren
Achten Sie auf die Einführungsrichtung. Hinter dem Licht sind 3 Kun󰀬󰀬o󰀨-Gelenkscharniere
(A C D) und eine elektronische Karte (B) zu nden. Bei der Montage i󰀬 darauf zu achten,
dass diese Elemente mit den entsprechenden Gehäusen am Gerät befe󰀬igt werden. Die
Montage und Demontage des Lichts erfordert keine Ausrü󰀬ung und kann von Hand erfolgen,
wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet und von der Steckdose getrennt i󰀬.

Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht bei natürlich
dunklem Teint!
WIE WERDEN DIE BEHANDLUNGEN VORBEREITET
Bevor Sie mit der Behandlung beginnen, säubern Sie die Behandlungsstelle fürsorglich, indem
sie die Haut von jeglichem Make-up befreien. Die Haare müssen mit einem Rasierer oder einer
Haarschneidemaschine geschnitten werden. Es wäre eine Haarschneidemaschine vorzuziehen,
da Sie sofort eine optimale Länge von 1mm erreichen und damit die Aufnahme des pulsieren-
den Lichts (bei der Epilationsbehandlung) maximieren. Wenn Sie eine Haarschneidemaschine
benutzen, vermeiden Sie zudem Hautverletzungen.
Angesichts der Tatsache, dass das pulsierende Licht von dunklen Farben absorbiert
wird, ist es notwendig, kleine, dunkle, Muttermale und Tattoos zu schützen. Decken Sie
diese mit einem weißen Makeupstift oder einem speziellen Produkt, wie dem D Light
Patch Pro ab.
Lassen Sie das pulsierende Licht nicht auf große oder unre-
gelmäßige Bereiche übergehen! Sollten Zweifel vorhanden sein,
fragen sie bitte ihren Hautarzt vor der ersten Behandlung!
Verwenden Sie das pulsierende Licht nicht auf Krampfadern und
anderen Hautliäsionen.
Es ist immer ratsam, von einem niedrigen Energieniveau auszugehen und allmählich auf die
richtige Toleranz zu erhöhen. Das Energieniveau wird durch wiederholtes drücken des Ener-
gielevel (10) nachdem die Maschine gestartet wurde, gewählt.
Mit dem Anstieg des Energieniveaus, erhöht sich auch das Resultat, genauso wie aber
auch das Risiko für eventuelle Nebenwirkungen.
AUSWAHL ENERGIELEVEL
Sollten sich während der Behandlung Blasen bilden oder die
Haut verbrennen, SCHALTEN SIE SOFORT DAS GERÄT AUS
EPILATIONSBEHANDLUNG
Die D Light Aura Epilationsbehandlung eignet sich für alle Körperstellen, auf denen Haare
wachsen, ausgenommen der Kopfhaut, männlichem Bart, Augenbrauen, genitalen und periana-
len Bereichen. Alle Muttermale oder Tattoos auf dem zu behandelnden Bereich müssen vor der
Behandlung abgedeckt werden, um diese zu schützen können Sie einen weißen Makeupstift
oder ein spezielles Produkt, wie dem D Light Patch Pro verwenden. Bevor Sie die Behandlung
beginnen, ist es ratsam eine zertizierte Laser –Sicherheitsbrille oder eine Sicherheitsbrille die
vor pulsierendem Licht schützt zu tragen, sie können als Alternative auch die Augen schließen,
wenn der Blitz verteilt wird. Markieren Sie den zu behandelten Bereich (es kann hilfreich sein,
wenn sie mit einem weißen Stift ein Muster vorzeichnen) und wählen Sie das entsprechende
Energieniveau für Ihren Hauttyp aus, wenn Sie soweit sind.
Es ist immer ratsam, auf dem niedrigsten Energieniveau zu beginnen und je nach Toleranz,
wenn Sie keine Beschwerden erleben, dieses zu erhöhen. Die Behandlung ist mit dem höch-
sten Energieniveau am E󰀨ektivsten, aber die Blitze dauern auch länger, bis sie geladen sind.
Sie können zwischen zwei Betriebsarten wählen: Einzel- Blitz oder scrollen. Mit dem Einzel-
Blitz-Modus wird immer ein Blitz abgegeben, sobald die Blitz-Taste (2) gedrückt wird. Der
Scroll-Modus wird aktiviert, indem Sie die Blitz-Taste (2) für 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten, dann
können Sie diese frei geben und das Gerät sendet immer wieder Blitze, wenn das Blitz-Fenster
mit der Haut in Kontakt kommt. Um den Scroll-Modus auszuschalten, drücken Sie einmal auf
die Blitz-Taste (2) und das Gerät führt seine Funktion im Einzel-Blitz-Modus weiter.
Wenn das Blitzfenster korrekt mit der Haut in Berührung kommt und die Maschine für den Blitz
bereit ist, blinkt die Anzeige. Es wird empfohlen 1 bis maximal 2 mal auf jedem zu behandeln-
den Bereich zu strahlen und dann in den nächsten Bereich überzugehen.
EPILATIONSBEHANDLUNGSZYKLUS
Für die ersten 3 Monate ist es ratsam, mit einer Behandlung pro Woche oder alle 2 Wochen
fortzufahren, wenn Sie auch Photorejuvenation oder Aknebehandlungen auf dem gleichen Geb-
iet durchführen, ist es wichtig, mindestens eine Woche zwischen den Behandlungen zu lassen
und mit der Epilation abzuwechseln.
Die Haut sollte nach Beendigung der ersten 3 Monatszyklen Haarlos sein und benötigt dann
nur regelmäßige Nachbearbeitung, wenn die Haare nachwachsen (in der Regel eine Sitzung
alle 2 oder 3 Monate, je nach individuellem Wachstumsrhythmus).

NACH DER BEHANDLUNG
Setzen Sie die Haut nach der Behandlung nicht der Sonne und/oder
Sonnenlampen aus. Schützen Sie die behandelte Haut mit einer min-
imalen SPF30 Creme für zwei Wochen nach jeder Behandlung, vor
Sonneneinstrahlung.
MÖGLICHE NEBENWIRKUNGEN
Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen sind rar, wenn das Gerät der Bedienungsanleitung
zufolge benutzt wird. Jedoch beinhaltet jedes kosmetische Verfahren, einschließlich derjeni-
gen, die für den Hausgebrauch bestimmt sind, ein gewisses Risiko. Folglich ist es wichtig die
Risiken und Komplikationen zu verstehen und zu akzeptieren, die bei künstlich erzeugtem
Pulslicht-Epilationssystemen für den Hausgebrauch auftreten können.

Obwohl die pulsierende Lichtbehandlung daheim, meist recht gut vertragen wird, spüren die
meisten Nutzer eine leichte Veränderung, die meist als ein leicht warmes Gefühl oder ein Kne-
ifen auf der zu behandelten Hautstelle beschrieben wird. Diese Empndung kann während
der Anwendung oder für einige Minuten nach der Anwendung wahrgenommen werden. Jede
Veränderung jenseits dieser Hautirritation ist nicht normal und bedeutet, dass Sie die Anwend-
ung unterbrechen müssen, da Ihre Haut eine Epilationsbehandlung nicht tolerieren kann oder
das Energieniveau zu hoch ist.
Hautrötungen
Die Haut kann direkt nach der Behandlung oder während der nächsten 24 Stunden gerötet sein.
Hautrötungen verschwinden in der Regel nach 24 Stunden wieder. Konsultieren Sie Ihren Arzt,
wenn die Rötung nicht innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Tagen verschwindet.
Erhöhte Hautempndlichkeit
Die Haut an der behandelten Stelle kann empndlicher, trocken und schuppig werden.
Wunden und Verbrennungen
Nach dem Auftragen, können Wunden und Verbrennungen auftreten. Es kann einige Wochen
dauern, bis diese ausgeheilt sind und in seltenen Fällen können sie sichtbare Narben hinterlas-
sen.
Narben
Obwohl dies sehr selten vorkommt, können sich dauerhafte Narben bilden. Normalerweise
haben Narben, wenn sie sich bilden eine Läsion und die Haut ist weiß (hypertroph). Allerdings
kann die Narbe sehr groß und rot (hypertrophe) oder groß sein und sich über die Ränder der
Wunde selbst, erstrecken (Keloid). Nachfolgende ästhetische Behandlungen können notwenig
sein, um das Aussehen der Narbe zu verbessern.
Veränderungen in der Pigmentation
In ganz seltenen Fällen besteht die Gefahr einer vorübergehenden Pigmentierung (größere Pig-
mente oder Braun-Bleichen) oder IPO-Pigmentierung (Ausbleichen) der angrenzenden, hervor-
stehenden Hautbereiche. Das Risiko einer Pigmentveränderung ist vor allem bei Menschen mit
dunklerer Haut gegeben.
Rötungen und übermäßige Schwellungen
In ganz seltenen Fällen, kann die Haut sehr Rot werden und anschwellen. Das kommt vor allem
auf empndlichen Körperstellen vor. Rötungen und Schwellungen sollten nach 2 bis 7 Tagen
nachlassen und sollte durch häuges Kühlen mit Eis geheilt werden. Sie können die Stelle sanft
abwischen, aber vermeiden Sie die Sonne.
Infektion
Eine Infektion der Haut ist sehr selten, aber ein mögliches Risiko durch die Verbrennungen oder
Verletzungen, die durch das Gerät verursacht werden können.
Prellungen
Ein sehr seltener Gebrauch des Gerätes kann dazu führen, dass blau-violette Prellungen auftre-
ten, die 5 bis 10 Tage andauern können.

HINWEIS:
Die Behandlung des gleichen Körperteils häuger als empfohlen, verbessert das Ergebnis
nicht. Durch hormonelle und physiologische Veränderungen oder andere Arten der Haarfol-
likel, können Latents aktiv werden. Haarentfernungssitzungen oder gelegentliche Instandhal-
tungsbehandlungen können daher notwendig sein.
Die individuelle Reaktion hängt vom Haartyp und biologischen Faktoren, die den Haarwach-
stumszyklus beeinussen können, ab. Im Vergleich zum empfohlenen Epilationsprogramm
können manche Menschen schneller oder langsamer reagieren.
Das Gerät wirkt nicht bei sehr klarem, natürlich weißem, grauem, hellblondem oder rotem
Haar (siehe Farbskala auf der Verpackung). Wenn die Haare an Ihrem Körper eine dieser
Farben haben, wird das Gerät bei Ihnen nicht wirken.
INSEPKTION VOR DEM GEBRAUCH
ENERGILEVEL
Das Gerät kann auf 5 verschiedene Energielevel eingestellt
werden: von 1 (das Kleinste) bis 5 (das Höchste), die von 5 Drei-
ecken die wie ein Ventilator auf der Statusanzeige (1) angeord-
net sind dargestellt werden. Wenn man die Energielevel (10)
drückt, erhöht und verringert sich die Energie konstant. Eröht
man die Kraft der Behandlung, so erhöht sich auf die E󰀨ektivität
des CIA, allerdings erhöhen sich auch mögliche Nebenwirkun-
gen. Es empehlt sich, einen Patch-Test durchzuführen, um das
Energienniveau entsprechend der geeigneten Toleranz zu iden-
tizieren.
TEMPERATURSCHUTZ
Um Verbrennungen vorzubeugen, falls die Temperatur während
der Behandlung die Schutztemperatur übersteigt, erscheint in
einem solchen Fall das Sicherheitsschloss-Symbol (wie darg-
estellt) und das Gerät wird aufhören, Impulse auszusenden
LAMPENSCHUTZFEHLER
Falls Sie gewaltsam die Lampe entnehmen, wenn das Gerät
gerade in Betrieb ist oder sich im Standby-Modus bendet, er-
scheint in einem solchen Fall das Sicherhheitsschloss-Symbol
(wie dargestellt) auf dem Display und das Gerät wird aufhören,
Impulse auszusenden.
WIE BEREITEN SIE EINEN PATCH-TEST VOR
Da der Hautton von Bereich zu Bereich variiert, sollten Sie einen Patch-Test für jeden zu behan-
delten Körperbereich durchführen. Überprüfen Sie zuerst Ihren Hautton mit der Farbkarte auf
der Bedienungsanleitung und Verpackung.
Bestimmen Sie einen kleinen Bereich, der behandelt werden soll.
Rasieren Sie den zu behandelnden Bereich.
Nachdem Sie die unterste Stufe eingestellt haben, legen Sie das Handstück auf den Bereich
und geben den ersten Puls ab. Wenn Sie kein Unbehagen verspüren, erhöhen Sie auf die
nächste Energiestufe, bewegen sie das Handstück auf den angrenzenden Teil der Haut und
verteilen Sie eine neue Asche.
Erhöhen Sie das Energieniveau auf jedem Teil der nächsten Hautstelle bis zum höchsten
Niveau (aber es muss je nach Hauttyp erträglich bleiben). Während der Behandlung ist es
möglich (und normal), ein warmes Gefühl auf der Haut zu spüren. Wenn Sie Unbehagen ver-
spüren, bedeutet dies, dass das höchste Energieniveau, das Sie aushalten können, das vor-
herige ist.
Überprüfen Sie nach 24 Stunden den behandelten Bereich: Die bestehende Rötung zeigt
an, dass die Haut das höchste Energieniveau auf dem vorherigen Level toleriert hat. Obwohl
es sehr selten vorkommt, ist es ratsam einen Arzt zu konsultieren, wenn die Überempnd-
lichkeit länger als 24 Stunden andauert.
ACHTUNG: Die direkt gelieferte Energie beeinusst das Ergebnis, aber durch die grundsätzli-
che Behandlung, sollten Sie die maximalle Toleranzstufe Ihrer Haut nicht überschreiten. Diese
Toleranzstufe ist in der Regel für helle Hauttypen hoch und niedrig für dunkle Hauttypen, da die
Anwesenheit von Melanin die Haut dunkler macht und die Wärmeproduktion erhöht.
Überschreiten Sie die höchste Schwelle, die ihre Haut tolerieren kann nicht.
INSTANDHALTUNG
REINIGUNG UND INSTANDHALTUNG
Es wird empfohlen, dass das Blitz-Fenster nach jeder Epilationssitzung gereinigt wird:
Schalten Sie das Gerät, indem Sie den Zündknopf (9) nach unten halten und den Stecker
aus der Steckdose (6) ziehen, ab.
Wischen Sie das Blitz-Fenster des Gerätes (12) sanft mit einem trockenen Lappen ab. Für
die ordnungsgemäße Reinigung des Blitzbereiches empehlt sich die Verwendung des Kera
Flux Waschmittels
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort von Hitze und Wasserquellen ent-
fernt, auf.
Wenn das Licht leer ist, erreicht der Zähler null.
NUMMER DES BLITZLICHTES ZU ANORDNUNG
Der buchhalter liest in echtzeit die nummer von verfügbaren
stößen der eingefügten lampe. Die zählung der stöße wird in ei-
nem chip innerhalb der lampe gespeichert. Wenn er demontiert
wird und wieder die lampe zusammenbaut, geht die zählung nie
verloren, sondern er beginnt, woher er sich ließ. jede lampe hat
ihre eigene rechnung und wenn das messgerät zu 0 kommt, es
ist notwendig, die lampe zu ersetzen.

HINWEIS:
Wenn große Flecken innerhalb der Behandlungsäche (12) auftreten oder wenn diese an-
geknackst oder gebrochen ist, verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht und wenden Sie sich an das
