Do not use this product if there are discomfort symptoms such as skin damage,
swelling inflammation, congestion on massage area.
Do not use if those have operation, glaucoma, cataract, Retinal detachment, eye
disease, high intraocular pressure or discomfort on massage area.
After the use, the visual field is blurred at first, close your eyes for 1-3 minutes, and
the it will slowly turn clear.
Please charge the product with the USB cable.

Common questions and solutions about eye massager
Do not use in the wet environment such as bathroom.
Please keep this product away from water, fire and corrosive environment.
Pregnant, menstrual women do not use massager.
Please remove the contact lens, hair clip and hair accessories to avoid discomfort
during massage before use.
If it’s necessary to clean, you should wipe with the disinfection cotton of neuter

1. The sound is heavy in massaging?
Answer: The pressing and contracting of the air bag is a process of repeatedly
charging and deflating the air bag by the pump. In the process of charging and
deflating, the sound of rapid going in and out of the air bag is normal.
2. After massaging, your eyes were blurred?
Answer: When closing eyes to massage for a long time, eye muscles are relaxed, it
needs to adapt to the light when opening eyes. If you start the hot compress, eye
blood flow will speed up, becoming blind, this is a normal phenomenon and can
be alleviated in a short time.
3. The massager doesn’t fit the face perfectly?
Answer: The proper gap is to reserve space to inflate the air for the balloon. If the

Product function
Please remove your contact lens, hair clip and hair accessories to avoid
discomfort before use. Do not operate the product when your hands are
wet.
Preparation before use:
Start: Long press switch for 2 seconds and it will start.
Shutdown: In the state of power on, long press the switch key for 2
seconds, or send voice command “please shutdown” and it will shut
down.
Restore factory settings: long press “switch key” to connect USB interface
for power, continue long press for 10s to restore the strength adjustment,
volume adjustment and the factory default settings.

Fault repair
If the failure happens during operation, please perform the following
checks. If the failure cannot be eliminated or the product is still not ideally
operated, please cut off the power to professional and technical person-
nel for maintenance. Please do not disassemble this product!
Strength adjustment: Press the switch key 2 times in a short way contin-
uously, you will hear the voice prompt “you have entered the strength
adjustment mode”. Right hand slides to switch the function mode toward
the right (or the left front) side, massage strength changes from Gear1-5,
the greater the number is, the greater the strength will be. Stop operation
for 10 seconds and then exit strength adjustment mode.
Volume adjustment: press the switch key 3 times continuously in a short
way, and you will hear the voice prompt “you entered the volume
adjustment mode”. Right hand slides the function mode switch key
toward the right (or left front) side, volume change from Gear 1-5, the
greater the number is, the greater the volume will be. Stop operation for
10 seconds and then exit volume adjustment mode.
Bluetooth connection: Open your phone or computer Bluetooth to
search for Bluetooth device. You can find Bluetooth device “Intelligent AI
Eye Massager”; Click to complete the pairing and you’ll be able to play
music via Bluetooth.

Steps on battery dismantling
Basic steps on the battery dismantling:
Cut off the external power supply or shut down, remove the product shell.
Cut off two power cords that connect the battery in turn.
Remove the battery and stick to the broken section of the power cord
with the insulation tape.
Wasted batteries should be placed at a fixed collection station.
Reservation protection

If the storage term exceeds 3 months, the product should be checked and
recharged. Do not fit to the floor, walls or roof in the storage. Indoor it
should be well ventilated well, avoid the exposure to the strong sunlight
and corrosive gas erosion.
Transport

Maintenance

sional personnel do not dismantle and assemble the product.
