1: Guidance of replace the controller on armrest.
A: Locate the controller on right side armrest.
B: Pry the controller out by a slot type screwdriver. Disconnect the connectors and the
controller can be taken off.
2: Guidance of replace the backrest pad.
A: Locate the pillow on top of backrest. Unzip the zipper to take off the pillow.
B: Locate the zipper head on right side of seat portion. Unzip the zipper to take off the
backrest pad.
Locate the controller.

3: Guidance of replace the main PCB & power adaptor
A: Disconnect the power cord of the chair. Take off the backrest pad. (Refer to 2: Guidance of
replace the backrest pad )
B: Locate the main PCB box under the seat portion.
C: Take off the screws which fixing the main PCB box cover and take it away.
Locate the zipper head.
Locate the PCB box at
here inner side.
Locate the main PCB box.
Locate the screws.
Power adaptor

D: Disconnect all the wire connectors on the main PCB. Remove the three screws which
fixing the main PCB. Then the main PCB can be take off.
C: Disconnect all the wire connectors on the power adaptor PCB. Remove the three screws
which fixing the power adaptor PCB. Then the power adaptor PCB can be take off.
4: Guidance of replace the main power switch assembly
A: Disconnect the power cord of the chair.Take off the backrest pad. (Refer to 2: Guidance of
replace the backrest pad )
B: Locate the screws which fixing the main power switch assembly. Take these screws off.
C: Disconnect the wire connectors then take off the main power switch assembly.
Locate the nine screws of
the main power switch
assembly.

5: Guidance of replace the base
A: Disconnect the power cord of the chair. Turn the chair over.
B: Pull the base to take it off.
C: Turn over the base and remove the screws that fixing the base cover. Then the base cover
could be taken away.

6: Guidance of replace the rear cover of the backrest cover
A: Disconnect the power cord of the chair.Take off the backrest pad. (Refer to 2: Guidance of
replace the backrest pad )
B: Locate the screws which fixing the main power switch assembly. Take these screws off and
detach the main power switch assembly from the rear cover.
C: Locate the four screws that fixing the rear covers on the top of backrest.
Locate the nine screws of
the main power switch
assembly.

D: Detach the the rear cover from the chair. Now the rear cover is fixed by eight snap joints.
Each side four snap joints.
E: Turn on the chair and drive the massage mechanism to upper backrest. Then locate the
screws that secure the lower cover of the chair. Remove these screws.
F: Remove the two screws which fix the lower cover, then detach the lower cover.
Pull the rear cover backwards to
separate these two snap joints.
Pull the rear cover to right side of the
chair to separate these two snap joints.
Rear cover had been taken off.
Locate the screws

G: Take off the base of the chair and turn it over. Remove the two screws that fixing the lower
cover. Then take them off.
7: Guidance of replace the Backrest frame assembly
A: Take off the rear cover and lower covers and the base. Turn over the chair.
B: Disconnect the wire connectors of USB board and remote control.
C: Remove the screws which fixing the backrest frame assembly onto front cover of
backrest.
Locate the two screws
Lower covers had been taken off.
Locate the USB and remote control wire connectors.
