Connect the drill to the compressed air.
Secure the pressure-hose with the hose-clamp
in such a way, that the connection is always
secure, even during operation at the highest
allowable air-pressure.
TURNING DRILL ON AND OFF
The drill is turn on by pushing the button on
the handle (C) and turn off by releasing it.
ATTNETION !
Best results will be reached when following
next rules :
- Use properly sharpened drills only. They drill
better, do not have increased vibrations and do
not gnaw during drilling.
- Axial thrust keep within 25-75 N (depending
on drill size and material type).
- Prior drilling mark the place to be drilled by
small hole. The drill cannot slip after that.
Use the drill only when connected to a
filter/lubricator including a water-separator (not
supplied with of the drill). We recommend
installing the filter/lubricated elevated from the
work place. Fill the oiler with oil (viscosity of 2.5
–6.5 mm2.s-1 with 40 ºC, such as DEPRAGOL)
and adjust the oiler to dispense 3-5 drops of oil
m3. The pressure hose ID between the drill and
the filter/lubricator should be 8 mm, with a
maximum length of 5 meters.
With respect to achieving maximum applied
properties of the product, we recommend the
following values for the oiled (lubricated) air
pursuant to the standard ČSN ISO 8573-1:

MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, SERVICE
When the drill is not to be used for more
than 1 week, we recommend to apply
additional lubrication once the last operation is
finished by putting 2-4 drops
of oil into the air-inlet hose and to run the
drill without load for a while.
We recommend the drill should receive
expert preventive-maintenance
approximately every 200 operating-hours.
Trained personnel should perform this
maintenance. Drill should be disassembled,
cleaned, re-greased and worn parts should
be replaced.
During the maintenance only the
interventions corresponding with the
Manufacturer´s requirements specified in
the Chapter “Purpose” of this Operation
instruction may be performed.
Any changes of the product, and/or use
of other than original parts is permitted only
with preliminary consent of the
Manufacturer. Should this condition be not
observed, the Manufacturer does not take
guarantee for safety of his product. In such
case the Manufacturer does not provide
guarantee for the product.
The service department at DEPRAG CZ
a.s., Lázně Bělohrad, an authorized
employee or representative of DEPRAG, will
perform repairs, which are either within the
warranty period or out of warranty.
DELIVERY, PACKING, STORAGE,
HANDLING
The impact wrenches are supplied
separately, including the connecting piece
or the connecting piece and a cap nut.
The following accompanying documentation
makes an integral part of the delivery:

b) list of parts
The originally packaged drill can be
stored in a dry warehouse without heating.
However, the temperature should not sink
below -5oC and the relative humidity should
not be higher than 75%.
The maximum storage-period without a
renewed maintenance is 12 months.
Maximum drill packages allowed to be
stacked are seven.
