DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR PACKAGING it is required incase of
return for WARRANTY ISSUES or REFUND. If it’s too bulky, cut the
tape on the bottom and fold it flat. Store foam endcaps next to it.

The Power Button
This controls the power to the DiamondBoxx.
Push in to switch power on.
Push again to switch DiamondBoxx off. The TWS Switch
The Knobs
Your DiamondBoxx should have been delivered along
with 3 more sets of knobs in other colors. This provides
you with a way to customize your DiamondBoxx the way
you want it.
Volume Knob
We suggest if the music source being connected to the DiamondBoxx also has a
volume control, leave that device's control at MAX volume an use the
DiamondBoxx volume control to control the level. This will provide the
cleanest sound with lowest background noise floor.
Bass Knob
This provides about 10 decibels of range from min to max. It affects
frequencies from 20Hz to 100Hz or so, gradually losing its effect with higher
frequencies. Adjust to taste. Note: If very bass heavy music is used along with
the bass knob at max, some real-time volume limit-ing may occur.
Treble Knob
This provides about 10 decibels of range from min to max. It affects
frequencies from 2,000Hz to 20,000 Hz thus adding some sizzle to music that
needs it or reducing the brightness of music that is overly bright. Adjust to
taste.
To Change the Knobs
1. Turn knob to minimum position. Indicator line should be some-where
between 6 and 7 o’clock when set to minimum
2. Pull the knob straight off without twisting
3. Check to make sure the knob shaft is still at minimum position, Press the
new knob onto the shaft with the indicator line between 6 and 7 o’clock

Battery Life
When you first power up the DiamondBoxx the White LED indicators under the
DiamondBoxx logo will illuminate as a bar graph showing the % of battery
charge. After a full recharge, the DiamondBoxx Model L3 will play up to 40
hours depending on volume level (around 8 hours max volume) and music
type. Charging is accomplished by plugging in the supplied charger to the rear
panel. DiamondBoxx CAN BE played while charging. If the LED on the charger
is RED it is Charging. When it turns GREEN the DiamondBoxx is fully charged.
(If playing while charging, the charger LED might not ever turn green or might
blink red to the beat of the music, this is normal). The battery can be charged at
any time, with the DiamondBoxx playing music or not.
Remember to check the battery level just switch the DiamondBoxx Power
Switch OFF and then back ON to reboot and display charge level on the White
LED bargraph display.
The Diamond
When it looks WHITE (really a combination of all colors so it may look different
from different angles) the battery is more than 25% charged. If your Diamond
turns RED this means your battery is less than 25% and getting low.
NOTE: If playing while charging, the charger LED might not ever turn green as
some charging power will be used to keep the battery fully charged while
playing). The battery can be charged at any time, with the DiamondBoxx
playing music or not.
If audio quits playing and the Diamond is RED mixed with a flashing PINK/BLUE
color this means the battery is completely discharged and music has been
muted to protect it from further discharge. If this happens please plug charger
into DiamondBoxx and let charge for a few minutes before expecting the
DiamondBoxx to unmute and start playing music again.
NOTE:The DiamondBoxx can recharge while in use.

TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Button
This controls the TWS (True Wireless Stereo) system on the
DiamondBoxx. This is used to con-nect two DiamondBoxx
2nd generation or later together wirelessly in a split stereo
pair for an amazing, headphone like stereo experience.
To USE TWS System
1. Start with both DiamondBoxxes powered OFF.
2. Power up one of the DiamondBoxx, pair your Bluetooth device
with it. Start streaming some music to it.
3. Power up the 2nd DiamondBoxx
4. Now go back to the 1st DiamondBoxx, press and hold the TWS
button until the Diamond starts flashing BLUE then release
button. This will set this Diamond-Boxx to “MAIN” speaker
which will receive and play LEFT audio only.
5. Now go to the 2nd DiamondBoxx, press and hold the TWS
button until the Diamond starts flashing GREEN then release
button. This will set this DiamondBoxx to “SECONDARY”
speaker which will receive and play RIGHT audio only.
6. Wait for up to 2 minutes for the DiamondBoxxes to configure
themselves and form a secure connection.
NOTE: The maximum distance between the MAIN and SECONDARY
DiamondBoxxes should be less than 50 feet with a unobstructed path of each
other. If obstructions like walls and human bodies exist between the two
DiamondBoxxes the max range could be shorter than 50 feet.
Tip: Raising the DiamondBoxxes off the ground/floor may help extend the
range.
If the TWS linking procedure didn’t work, press and hold the TWS
button until the Diamond flashes RED, this will CLEAR the TWS
memory.
Do this to both units and start procedure again from Step 1.

The Rear Panel
This is where you plug in the included charger to recharge
your DiamondBoxx. USE ONLY THE INCLUDED CHARGER
OR MAJOR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.The output jack can be
used to connect to DiamondBoxx subwoofers or other
DiamondBoxx products. The input jack is a 2nd input that is
mixed with the front panel AUX jack, they can be used
simultaneously.
These connections can also be used to link multiple DiamondBoxxes together,
or to add a DiamondBoxx Subwoofer. By plugging a 3.5mm Stereo cable into
the OUT jack of one DiamondBoxx and into the IN jack of another
DiamondBoxx you will have double the sound. The first DiamondBoxx will
control the volume for both DiamondBoxxes. You can continue to daisy-chain
them like this up to concert sound levels!
Tip:Turn power off to all DiamondBoxxes involved during this process. Then
turn on the "Main" DiamondBoxx before turning on the next one.
Bluetooth Tip: If using Bluetooth, turn the "Main" DiamondBoxx on first,
connect your Bluetooth device, then continue to turn on any other
DiamondBoxxes. The cable required is a standard STEREO 3.5mm cable
(sometimes called TRS) available at guitar or musical instrument store, or from
our website or an electronics supply store, or Amazon.

The Bluetooth
To connect your Bluetooth device:
1. Turn on the DiamondBoxx
2. Reduce the DiamondBoxx volume to minimum
3. Start the Bluetooth service on your mobile device
4. Click on "DiamondBoxx L3"
Tip: We suggest setting the volume control on your mobile device to MAX and
using the volume control on the DiamondBoxx to set the volume to your
desired listening level for best performance. Also check phone or other
device’s settings for volume and volume limiter.
The Bluetooth range should be about 50 feet in line of sight. Putting things
between (like human bodies) will decrease this.
If you are having trouble with “DiamondBoxx L3” appearing in your Bluetooth
device list power OFF the DiamondBoxx for about 20 seconds. In the
meanwhile turn off Bluetooth services on your wireless device. Then turn back
on the Bluetooth services on your wireless device, and the power ON the
DiamondBoxx L3. It should immediately pop up on the list. If this doesn’t work
delete any other DiamondBoxx that might be on your list and repeat above
procedure.
If DiamondBoxx L3 is already there, delete it. Now power on the DiamondBoxx
and watch for DiamondBoxx L3 to pop-up on the device list. Select it and it
should connect within 10 seconds.

The Handle
The handle was designed to make the DiamondBoxx portable while feeling
good in your hand. It can lock in 2 positions. As with anything leather, it is a
little stiff at first. A good pull on it should lock it in the upright position.
Pressing down on it in the middle and on the ends should lay it flat again.
The DiamondBoxx Enclosure
The enclosure is made from high quality MDF wood. This is what most great
sounding speakers use to make them sound good. Not plastic. The
DiamondBoxx enclosure is coated with DURATEX™speaker coating that will
provide years of protection and provides a barrier for water. If it should ever
get damaged beyond your liking by knocking it into things, dropping it,
scratching it etc; not all is lost. You can send it to us in the ORIGINAL PACKING
or equivalent and we can replace the enclosure for a small fee. As they are all
hand built and the finish coated by hand it is normal for there to be slight
inconsistencies in the finish. Consider them like beauty marks, specific to your
DiamondBoxx. To clean just wipe down with a water dampened cloth.
