Important Notes
Dear Customer
Thank you for choosing our product. This appliance is simple to use; however please read this handbook carefully
before installing and operating it. Herein, you will find the correct method of installation and tips for best use and
maintenance of the product.
This appliance is designed to be operated by an adult to use at home. Do not allow children to play with it.
Children need to be supervised when the product is in operation so that they do not go near the oven and
touch the hot surfaces.
This appliance is only intended for domestic use.
This oven is designed for built-in use only. It is not intended for counter top or use in a cupboard.
This product can be installed in a 600mm wide wall mounted cabinet with at least 550mm deep and 850mm
off the floor.
Before maintenance or cleaning of the product, disconnect the appliance from the mains and wait for the
oven to cool down first.
Do not attempt to operate the microwave oven with door opened. This can result in harmful exposure to
microwave energy. It is important not to break or tamper with the safety interlocks.
Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to
accumulate on the sealing surfaces.
Liquids and other food must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.
It is hazardous for anyone other than the authorised personnel to carry out any service or repair work that
involve the removal of the cover which protects against the exposure of microwave energy.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
Only use utensils that are suitable for use in microwave ovens.
The oven should be cleaned regularly and food deposits should be removed.
When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye at the oven due to the possibility of ignition.
If smoke is emitted, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed.
Do not overcook food.
Do not use the oven cavity for storage purposes. Do not store items such as bread, cookies etc inside the
oven.
Remove wire twist ties and metal handles from paper or plastic containers before placing them into the
oven and start cooking.
Install and locate this oven only in accordance to the installation instructions provided.
Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens since they may
explode, even after the heating has ended.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, authorised service agent or similar
qualified personnel to avoid a hazard.
Do not store or use this appliance outdoors.
Do not use this appliance near water, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high during oven operation. The surfaces are liable to get
hot when it is in use. Keep power cord away from heated surface, and do not cover any vents on the oven.
Do not let power cord hang over edge of tables or counter.

Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could
adversely affect the lifespan of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous condition.
The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars shall be stirred or shaken, the food temperature should
be checked before serving to avoid burns.
Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care must be taken while
handling the container.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction regarding the use of the appliance by a person who is responsible of their safety.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote control
system.
Steam cleaner is not to be used.
The microwave oven is intended to be used for heating food and beverages. Drying of food or clothes and
heating of warming pads, slippers, sponges, damn clothes and similar may lead to risk of injury, ignition or
fire.
For any repairs, always contact authorised Customer Service Centre and ask for original spare parts. Repairs
by unqualified people will lead to damage and will void the warranty.
Warning : If the door seal is damaged, the oven must not be operated until a good condition door seal is replaced
by an authorised personnel.
Power Connection:
THE APPLIANCE MUST BE CONNECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT ELECTRICAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
THIS APPLIANCE IS FITTED WITH A PLUG AND MUST BE PROPERLY EARTHED. Installation is to be carried out by an
qualified electrician.
Before connecting to the mains, make sure that:
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage specified in the data label.
The supply system is regularly earthed, according to the regulations.
The isolation switch with a contact gap of at least 3mm can easily be reached after the oven is installed.
After connection to the mains, check that the supply cable does not overheat.
Never use reductions, shunts, adaptors that can cause overheating or burning.
Do not trap or bend the power cable.
The manufacture shall not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by faulty installation. The installer must
ensure that the product installation and connection complies with the local and general regulation in force.
DANGER: Electric Shock Hazard
Touching some of the internal components can cause serious personal injury or death. Do not disassemble the
appliance.
Improper earthing can result in electric shock. In event of an electrical short circuit, earthing reduces the risk of
electric shock by providing an escape wire for the current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an earth
wire with an earthing plug. Therefore the plug must be connected to an outlet that is properly earthed.

If it is necessary to use an extension cord, qualified electrician is to use only a 3-wire extension cord. A short
power supply cord is provided to reduce the risks of becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord.
If a long cord set or extension cord is used,
The marked electrical ration of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance
The extension cord must be an earthed type 3 wire cord
The long cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or tabletop where it can
be pulled by children or tripped over unintentionally.
Installation Instruction
Warning : The fitted cabinet must not have a back wall behind the appliance. Do not cover ventilation slots and
suction holes.

Wall mounted cabinet :
1. Read the instructions written on the Bottom Cabinet Template. Put the template at the bottom panel of
the cabinet.
2. Mark the bottom panel with position “a” according to the template.
3. Remove the template and fix the bracket with screw A.

Installing the microwave oven
Put the microwave oven to the compartment. Make sure the back of the oven is locked on the bracket. Do not
trap or kink the power cord.
Open the door, fix the oven to the cabinet with Screw B, as shown in the diagram below :
Before using the oven, we suggest to:
Remove the special film covering the oven door glass (if there is any)
Carefully clean the internal cavity of the oven with soapy water and rinse it.
IMPORTANT!
When the oven is in operation, hot surfaces might occur at the oven door. Take note of the “Warning! Hot
Surface” sign. Make sure the children do not go near the oven when it is in use.

Note :
Never place the glass tray upside down.
The glass tray should never be restricted

Operating Instructions :
Local Time / Clock Setting
After the microwave is power ON, the LED display shows “0.00”, buzzer will ring once.
Press “Clock / Kitchen Timer” once to select the clock function, the hour digit will flash.
Turn “ ” to adjust the hour value, the input should be between 0 and 23.
Press “Clock / Kitchen Timer” again, the minute digit will flash.
Turn “ ” to adjust the minute value, the input should be between 0 and 59.
Press “Clock / Kitchen Timer” again to finish the clock setting. “:” will flash, and the time set will light up
on the display.
Remark : if the clock is not set, the appliance would not function even the power is ON. During the setting of
clock, if user presses “Stop / Clear”, the oven will go back to the previous status.
Microwave Cooking
Press “Microwave / Grill / Combi” once and the LED display shows “P100”. To choose the cooking power, user can
either press several times of or turn “ ”.After the desired cooking power is
selected, press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection. Cooking options “P100”, “P80”, “P50”, “P30”,
“P10”, “G-1”, “C-1”, and “C-2” are available in sequence. Turn “ ” to set cooking time from 0:05 to 95:00.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” again to start cooking.
For example, to select 80% of microwave cooking power for 20 minutes :
Press “Microwave / Grill / Combi” once, LED display shows “P100”.
Press once again or turn “ ” to choose 80% microwave power.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection and LED display shows “P80”.
Turn “ ” to adjust cooking time until display shows “20:00”.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” again to start cooking.
Note Time increment scale :
0 – 1 min : 5 sec
1 – 5 min : 10 sec
5 – 10 min : 30 sec
10 – 30 min : 1 min
30 – 95 min : 5 min

Grill or Combination Cooking
Press “Microwave / Grill / Combi” once and the LED display shows “P100”. To choose the cooking power, user can
either press several times of or turn “ ”.After the desired cooking power is
selected, press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection. Cooking options “P100”, “P80”, “P50”, “P30”,
“P10”, “G-1”, “C-1”, and “C-2” are available in sequence. Turn “ ” to set cooking time from 0:05 to 95:00.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” again to start cooking.
For example, to select a combination cooking of 55% microwave cooking power and 45% grill power (C-1) for 10
minutes :
Press “Microwave / Grill / Combi” once, LED display shows “P100”.
Press several times again or turn “ ” to choose combi.1 mode.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection and LED display shows “C-1”.
Turn “ ” to adjust cooking time until display shows “10:00”.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” again to start cooking.
Note
The microwave is programmed to buzzer at half of the grilling duration. This is allow the user to turn the food
over for better grilling effect. Open the door, flip the food over, close the door and press “Start / +30sec /
Confirm” again to continue cooking.

Quick Start
At standby mode, press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to start a 30 seconds cooking at 100% microwave
power. Each added press will increase 30 seconds cooking time up to 95 minutes.
During microwave, grill, combination cooking or time defrost state, each press of “Start / +30sec /
Confirm” will have an increment of 30 seconds cooking time.
At standby mode, turn “ ” anticlockwise to set cooking time with 100% microwave power, then press
“Start / +30sec / Confirm” to start cooking.

Defrost By Weight
Press “Weight / Time Defrost” once, the LED display will show “dEF1”.
Turn “ ” to select the weight of food from 100 to 2000g.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to start defrosting.
Defrost By Time
Press “Weight / Time Defrost” twice, the LED display will show “dEF2”.
Turn “ ” to select desired defrost time. Max time allowed is 95 minutes.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to start defrosting. The default defrosting power is P30, and it cannot be
changed.
Timer
Press “Clock / Kitchen Timer” twice, the LED display will show “00:00”.
Turn “ ” to adjust the desired timer value, the max cooking time limit is 95 minutes.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection.
When the time elapsed, buzzer will ring 5 times. If the clock is set to 24 hour system, LED will show the
current time.
Note
Timer is different from local time setting.
Automatic Menu
Turn “ ” clockwise to choose automatic menu from “A-1” to “A-10”.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection.
Turn “ ” to choose the default weight as programmed.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” again to start cooking.
For example, to cook 350g of fish :
Turn “ ” clockwise to choose menu A-4.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection.
Turn “ ” to select the weight until 350g is shown.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to start cooking.

Multi Selection Cooking
This appliance allows up to two selections to be programmed for cooking. If one of the selections is to defrost
the food, defrosting is to be programmed as the first selection.
For example, to defrost the food for 5 minutes and then cook it with 80% microwave power for 7 minutes :
Press “Weight / Time Defrost” twice, the LED display will show “dEF2”.
Turn “ ” to adjust until display shows “5:00”.
Press “Microwave / Grill / Combi” once, LED display shows “P100”.

Press once again or turn “ ” to choose 80% microwave power.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” to confirm selection and LED display shows “P80”.
Turn “ ” to adjust cooking time until display shows “7:00”.
Press “Start / +30sec / Confirm” again to start cooking. Buzzer ring once and defrosting starts for 5
minutes. Buzzer will ring once again after the first selection has finished and now the second selection,
P80, starts. After finished cooking at 80% microwave power for 7 minutes, buzzer will ring 5 times.
Real Time Display
During microwave, grill and combination cooking state, press “Microwave / Grill / Combi” once, the
current cooking power will be shown at the LED display for 3 seconds. After that, the display will go back
to its former state.
During cooking, press “Clock / Kitchen Timer” once to look at local time. Local time will be displayed for
3 seconds.
Child Safe Lock
To lock the oven
In standby mode, press and hold “Stop / Clear” for 3 seconds. A long beep will present to denote it is
now entered the child safe lock mode. will be shown at the display. If the local time has been set,
local time will be shown on LED too. Otherwise, it will be only
To unlock the oven
The oven is locked, press and hold “Stop / Clear” for 3 seconds. There will be a long beep to denote that
the oven is now unlocked.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution: Prior to cleaning or maintenance, always disconnect the power supply.
Make sure a steamer cleaner is not used.
CLEANING OF STAINLESS STEEL
In order to have your oven retain its new appearance; regular cleaning and care should be performed to protect
the s/steel finishes.
Never use gritty or abrasive sponges. Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking in hot water, standard stains
can be removed by applying a clean cloth soaked in soapy water before spillage becomes cold or dries up. Acidic
materials like vinegar and citric juices etc can damage the most resistant surfaces. If a spill occurs wipe it
immediately.
Note : Use only damp cloth to clean the stainless steel panel with printed wording. Stainless steel cleaners and
similar products may remove the print.
OVEN CLEANING
Oven spillages should be cleaned straight away. Leaving it will cause burning and smoking inside the chamber of
oven the next time oven is used. A non-caustic cleaner is recommended to clean the chamber of the oven. Do
not use abrasive scourers, sponges, cleaning products. Wipe out oven regularly and properly while oven is still
warm with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
The door frame and seal and neighbouring parts must be cleaned carefully when they are dirty.
Do not use sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface, and may result
in glass shattering.
Tip for cleaning the chamber : Place half a lemon in a bowl, add 300ml of water and heat them up at 100%
microwave power for 10 minutes. Wipe the chamber using a soft dry cloth.

It is hazardous for anyone other than the authorised personnel to carry out any service or repair work that
involve the removal of the cover which protects against the exposure of microwave energy.
Utensils that is safe in a microwave
There are some non metallic utensils which are not suitable to be used in a microwave. Below is a simple way to
check if a utensil can be used in a microwave :
Fill a microwave safe container with 250ml of water. Put the utensil-under-test in the water and place
them into a microwave.
Start cooking at maximum power for 1 minute.
Carefully feel the utensil-under-test. If the empty utensil is warm, do NOT use it for microwave cooking.
Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

Materials which are microwave safe :
Utensils made from Remark
Aluminium foil Shielding only. Small smooth pieces can be used to cover thin parts of meat or poultry to
prevent over cooking. Arcing can occur if the foil is too close to oven walls. The foil
should be at least 2.5cm away from the oven walls.
Browning dish Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The bottom of browning dish must be at least
5mm above the turntable. Incorrect usage of browning dish may cause the turntable to
break.
Dinnerware Microwave safe only. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not use cracked or
chipped dishes.
Glass jars Always remove the lid. Use only to warm up food. Most glass jars are not heat resistant
and it may break.
Glassware Heat-resistant oven glassware only. Make sure this is no metallic trim. Do not use
cracked or chipped dishes.
Oven cooking bag Follow manufacturer’s instructions. Do not close the bag with metal tie. Make slits to
allow steam to escape.
Paper plates and cups Use for short term cooking / warming only. Do not leave oven unattended while cooking.
Paper towels Use to cover food for reheating and absorbing fat. Use with supervision for a short term
cooking only.
Parchment paper Use as a cover to prevent splattering or a wrap for steaming.
Plastic Microwave safe only. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. There should be marks /
label to show it can be used in a microwave. Some plastic containers soften as food
inside gets hot. “Boiling bags” and tightly closed plastic bags should be slit, pierced or
vented.
Plastic wrap Microwave safe only. Use to cover food while cooking to retain moisture. Do not allow
plastic wrap to touch the food.
Thermometer Microwave safe only (meat and candy thermometers).
Wax paper Use as a cover to prevent splattering and retain moisture.

Wood Wood will dry out if it is put in microwave oven for cooking. It may split or crack.

Troubleshooting
The following scenarios are normal :
Microwave oven interfering TV reception
o Radio and TV reception may be interfered while microwave oven is in operation.
Dim oven light
o In low power microwave cooking, oven light may become dim.
Steam accumulating on door, hot air out of vents
o During cooking time, steam may come out from food. Most of it will get out through vents.
However, some may accumulate at cool places such as oven door.
Warning!
Microwave Oven should not be run with no food in.
