1. Safety instructions
Please read this manual carefully before you start to operate
the device.

 Do not use flammable gases while cleaning
the device.
 Do not store the machine near heat sources
or in direct sunlight.
 Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the
machine yourself.
 Do not attempt to force the machine when it
is opened or operated.
 To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
remove the power cable of the device with
wet hands.
 To prevent a fire or short circuit, disconnect
power from the device before moving it.

 Avoid damaging the power cable of the
device. Do not place heavy objects on the
cable. It is not recommended to overload the
power supply system when using the
machine.
 The device should be stored in a clean, dry,
well-ventilated place at a temperature of -5～
35℃.
 Avoid getting foreign objects and
combustible materials inside the device.
 If the machine has been in a low temperature
environment for a long time, it must be left at
room temperature for approximately two
hours before use.
 Before contacting internal parts (for cleaning
or removing coin jams), make sure that the
power of the machine is turned off.

Purpose
DoCash 913 is a practical and compact automatic coin sorter
which features are simplicity and ease of use, as well as operation
in free count mode and batch of coins of various denominations.
Declaration of Conformity
The counter conforms to the following safety requirements:
General - GOST IEC 60950-1-2011.
Electromagnetic compatibility according to GOST 51318.22-2006
TR TS 004/2011 «Low-voltage equipment safety»;
TR TS 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical
means».
This manual contains information that is actual for the moment of
publishing, and may not contain the latest changes.
The manufacturer may change machine’s specifications and control

Hopper
For the placement of coins intended for counting and sorting.
Coin diverter
For the coin flow separation during loading and control the level
of loading.
Operation panel
Display and keyboard to control the device. Used to set the batch
value (up to 4 values).
Coin boxes
Receiving counted and sorted coins of various denominations.
Power switch
Turning on and off the power of the machine.
Key Set
Displays the coin batch size of each denomination.
Key C
Has three features ：
 Clear the preset batch value that is displayed.
 Display the result of counting and sorting when confirming
the set batch value.
 Reset the total counting result for all loaded coins of
different denominations.

Key Report
Display of counting results on the display. Pressing this key
together with the key from 1 to 8 allows to display the result of
counting and sorting for the selected coin box separately.
Key Start & Stop
Start and stop the count process.
Key Print
Print a report with the results of counting and sorting for loaded
coins of various denominations.
Functions and additional device interfaces:
SET Function
Function for setting the batch value of the number of coins for
different denominations.
REPORT Function
Displays the counting and sorting report of coins for various
denominations.
3. Operation
Set the machine horizontally and turn on the power with the
power switch.
Choose the counting mode
This coin sorter is able to count coins in two modes: free count and
batch mode. The counting mode can be selected with predefined
batch values.

Free Count
In this mode, the sorter counts all the coins in the hopper without
stopping until one of the receiving boxes is full. The sorter will
set the batch value automatically when loading.
Batch Mode
In this mode, the machine will count coins by separating them
according to the set batch value which is displayed. The
description of how to set the batch value is below.
Step 1: Press SET to enter the mode of preset batch sizes. The
coin sorter displays the value for the first coin box. Select the
desired denomination using the numeric keypad (keys 1 to 8). The
blinking indication of the batch size setting will be displayed.
Step 2: Press SET to confirm and save the batch value. The
batch value is saved only after pressing the key SET.
In confirmation mode, the batch value will not be displayed if the
user does not select the appropriate coin box (press keys 1 to 8 to
select the corresponding box in confirmation mode).
Step 3: Place coins into the hopper. The coin loading level should
not be higher than the coin axis. Press the key START/STOP to
start the counting process.

ATTENTION
All damaged coins and foreign objects have to be removed from
the coin mix before count starting.
