A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that
you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1.
Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to the rated voltage manner.
2.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after
malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
3.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard (*).
4.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch
hot surface.
5.
Never immerse the appliance, the cord or plug in water or
any other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never place it
into the dishwasher.
6.
Do not touch hot surface. Use handles or knobs only.
7.
Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being
used near children or infirm persons.
8.
Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated
oven.

9.
Do not use outdoors (Household use only).
10.
Do not touch the cutting blades and do not insert any kind of
object (knives, forks, spoons etc.) into the bowl while the
product is operation. A spatula may be used only when the
product is not in operation, avoiding the risk of serious
injury.
11.
To avoid the risk of personal injury, this product should not
be operated by children or people who are not familiar with
these instructions.
12.
Never operate the product when the bowl is empty and do
not remove the bowl lid before the blades come to a
complete stop.
13.
This appliance is designed to chop small quantities of food
under no circumstances should the bowl be overfilled.
14.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
15.
This Appliance can be used persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
16.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
17.
Never leave the unit unattended when switched on.
18.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system.

times as it comes into direct contact with food.

Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be
ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

D SCRIPTION
Before first use: wipe the jug and lid with a damp cloth

1. Place the base unit on stable surface and put the jug on it aligning the jug handle with the base.
2. Once all your ingredients and liquid are added into the jug, fit the lid by turning it in clockwise and
aligning the arrow of the lid with arrow of the handle jug until lock it. nsure you well fitted the
measuring cup on the lid.
Note: Chop all your ingredients into approximately 2-3cm cubes. Items chopped larger may not cook in
the programmed time.
3. Connect the appliance to power supply and press on/off button, it will illuminate to show you the
appliance is on.
Note: at this moment, if any alarms sound, disconnect the appliance and check that the lid is properly
fitted and the fluid levels are correct as described above.
4. To start the cooking process, choose either functions : you have 6 options as described below:

Above cooking time are for reference only.
Pulse and Mixer functions shouldn’t be used more than 2min30sec.
If you need to add additional ingredients during the cooking process you can remove the measuring cup
stopper and insert food without interrupting the program.
5. Press ON/OFF and choose the type of cooking operation, the appliance will beep 1 time which indicated
that the cooking process has started.
6. When the cooking or blending is completed, the appliance will beep 3 times and the indicator light blink.
Note: During cooking process, if the indicators will blink and beep continuously during operation, it
means there’s a mistake with the operation, so check the following:
•Lid is not properly locked
•No water inside the jug
•Jug is not properly placed in its main body
•Heating base and motor are over-heated. To fix this, separate Jug and motor housing, let it rest for 5
minutes to cool down. Reassemble and retry.
•Water or liquids exceed the MAXIMUM level
•Water or liquid is less than the MINIMUM level
Note:
The above pre-set programs rely on uninterrupted operation. Restarting may affect the finished result.
Pulse:
Press ON/OFF and press PULS to turn on the motor and release the button to stop.
You can also press once PULS for a 3 seconds mixing cycle.
Steaming:
Pouring water between AU MINIMUM and VAP UR MAX mark into the jug, use the egg steamer to place
the eggs to steam. The steam cooking is programmed for a 20 minutes cycle.
It takes about 4 minutes for boiled eggs, 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs and 10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs,
from boiling.
Press ON / OFF to stop the cooking cycle when you want.
Boiling:
Pouring water between AU MINIMUM and BOUILLIR MAXIMUM mark into the jug, place the food to boil
on the bowl, it takes around 20 minutes.
Making soup:
Caution: It is not recommended to use raw meats in the soup maker. Any
meat or fish must be pre-cooked. Do not add any frozen ingredients.
nsure all ingredients are at room temperature.

Smooth soup:
Prepare the appliance as describe before and put all your ingredients into the jug and add the liquid to the
required fill level (check the jug mark). Press SOUP V LOUT button.
Chunky soup:
Insert the filter into the jug ensuring that placement of filter is correct. There is a circular ridge in the base
of the jug that will ensure filter is locked in place when the lid is attached.
Add your chopped ingredients to the jug inside the filter, and then add your liquid to the required fill level.
Press SOUP MORC AUX button.
Any ingredients to be added during the cooking process can be added through the hole in the center of the
lid. Do not unlock or remove the lid as this will stop the program and you may get burned with steam.
Once the program has finished, the soup maker will sound an audible alarm and stop heating.
Your soup can be poured from the jug but be careful when removing the lid from the jug as it will be very
hot.
Note:
All liquids added to the appliance must be at room temperature, and must not be above the maximum or
below the minimum levels as printed on the side wall of the jug.
The functions «smooth soup " and " chunky soup " are intended for the realization of soups and not to warm
soups beforehand prepared. To completely stop the program at any time, simply press the ON/OFF button.
Reheating :
Previously prepared soup that has gone cold can be reheated in the soup maker.
1. Simply set up the soup maker as previously described and add the cooked soup to the jug ensuring the
volume is no less than the minimum and no more than the maximum.
2. Connect the appliance to the power supply and press ON/OFF button, ensure the lid is well fitted and
press R CHAUFF R button.
The reheat program will follow the sequence bellowing:
Mixing- Heating-Mixing-Heating-Mixing
ARNING: Ingredients that contain high levels of starch or sugar can
easily stick to the heating plate and burn.
heat/steam will be emitted from the lid. Care must be taken when
removing the lid and food chute.

This process will continue to follow the above cycle until the soup is heated and reaches the optimum
temperature of 45°C -50°C, ready to serve. The audible alarm will then sound.
The time taken to complete this process will depend on the temperature and volume of the soup added but
should take approximately 10-12 minutes.
Note: the reheat process is not a cooking function; all soups used in this process must be precooked.
Blending :
The soup maker can also be used as a blender; simply set up the soup maker as before and add your
ingredients for blending. Press MIX R button.
Note: it is important that your ingredients reach a minimum depth of 3-4cm so that the safety cutout sensor
does not activate, but no more than the MAXIMUM.
It is NOT possible to blend dry ingredients, as the sensor won’t recognize them.
Connect the soup maker to the mains power supply and press the ON/OFF button. Make sure the lid is
correctly fitted and press the blend button to start the BL ND program.
The blend cycle is a repeating 4 times 20-25 seconds high-speed blend with a slight rest. To stop the cycle
press ON/OFF button.
CL ANING AND STORAG
Always disconnect the soup maker from the mains power supply before cleaning.
Do not immerse the soup maker in water or any liquids. Do not clean the soup maker in a dishwasher.
Clean the surface of the base unit and the outer of the jug with a soft, damp cloth.
Rinse the lid in warm, soapy water.
To clean the inside of the jug, rinse to remove any remaining soup or large food particles. Wipe away any
food remains using a soft cloth and mild detergent before rinsing again.
Caution: the blades inside the jug are not removable and are very sharp, caution should be taken when
cleaning the inside of the jug. Use the included brush.
You can use the appliance programs to aid the removal of stubborn stains:
•Simply assemble the soup maker as previously described and add 800ml of water and a small
amount of mild detergent.
•Fit the lid and switch the soup maker on.
•Press the BL ND R or PULS and the blades will rotate to clean the jug or press the soup making
button to clean the jug. You can stop the cleaning process at any time by switching off the
appliance.

Trouble shooting

The unit is not working
