Congratulations for the purchase of a DOMOLIFT tool!
CPM1 is the best tool to placing a projector on ceiling, or at wall .
This unit, entirely in ANTICORODAL (anodized aluminum alloy) is unique in its genre,
and represent the state of the art in the matter of mounts for video projectors. The
CPM1 bracket allows a real correction of the projection plan, independently in all
possible positions in the space, by three different knobs.
Its unique and attractive design, hides nine ball bearings and together its three
adjustment knobs allows to implement a precise and smooth movement, totally immune
to mechanical yoke, giving a high precision in centering panel projection.
Thanks to its 13 different degrees of freedom, CPM1 is almost universal,respecting its
clamping area and its capacity (Max 35Kg, 77 lb).

Read and follow these instructions carefully to best use this ceiling mount
projectors tool.
ATTENTION!
The equipment to be installed on the ceiling, like most of the components in
suspension, requiring knowledge and skills to manage tools for the
installation such as drill and / or screwdriver.
All DOMOLIFT products must be installed by qualified and adults personnel,
they can safely use these tools. DOMOLIFT assumes no liability for products
that are improperly installed or subjected to misuses.
WARNING!
Failure to follow these instructions may cause the fall of the projector with
possible damage and/or personal injury.
NOTE
Into CPM1 there are several screws and ball bearings, these parts require oil
and grease to obtain the best performance. Because of these parts, some
stains could be present on the surfaces.

1. Checking the right positioning on the ceiling
To get best performance, reliability and ease of alignment of the image on the
screen, you must identify the optimum position of the projector that will be
placed on the ceiling, before starts the mounting operations.
Please do not omit to read the entire section. In case of misunderstanding of
some point of these simple instructions, see your DOMOLIFT dealer before go
on.
• Identified the correct location on the ceiling, make sure Identified the correct
location on the ceiling, make sure the anchor dowel chosen (minimum 6 mm
diameter ) ensure a minimum extraction force of 50 kgf for each piece.
Check this requirement with the technical characteristics of the anchor dowel
used in combination with the shape of the wall.
Mark the position of the three holes directely on the ceiling as shown in the
drawing in Annex 1.
To mark the centers of holes in the ceiling you may use the template in 1:1 scale
available in the Annex 2.
If your ceiling is predisposed you can run the cables directly into the support
CPM1 by the center hole to obscure the view of the descent.
2. Anchoring the C M1’s plate to the ceiling
• Inserted the three anchor sockets into the ceiling, tighten the three screws on
the plate up to close CPM1's disc to the ceiling.
3. Anchoring the projector to the C M1
• Check that the useful area of the CPM1 is compatible with the anchor points
on the projector. A first verification may easily done by comparing the area of
work included in Annex 3 page 9.

4. Settings and configurations of the C M1
-A Turning the screws indicated in positions "A" you can slide and rotate
at will by the two brackets connected to the projector. Found the correct
positioning, tighten the screws using the supplied wrench.
-B loosening the screws marked in "B" position, is possible slide the main
CPM1 body, to get easily balance of the support. Found the correct
positioning, tighten the screws using the supplied wrench.
-C Turning the knob marked "C" you can adjust the tilt on the vertical
plane of the projector.
-D Turning the two knobs marked “D” you can independently adjust the
inclination of the projector from the horizontal.
ATTENTION!
Always move a knob at a time, and not exceed the adjustment quota indicated
in the figure below (105 to 125 mm). Failure to observe this procedure carries a
risk of loss of control of one of three leveling screws, in this case some damage
and personal injury may occur. In order to grant best results, please respect the
clamping schema as showed in the annex 4 at page 10.

ANNEX 1
Draw three holes of the anchor dowels at 120 ° on a diameter of 110mm or use
the template in 1:1 scale on the following page (ANNEX2) directly on the ceiling
to mark the centers.

Fitting the projector to the ceiling.
Having set the CPM1 body to the projector and the plate to the ceiling, match
the two parts interlocking them as shown below and tighten the fluted ring
till the end.
