Keypad Summary
Power On / Of f
Navigate through menus and parameters by
pressing up and down keys
Enter key, press to select function or
validate a parameter
Esc key, press to return to the previous m enu
without parameter validation
Pressing the Esc key at the MAKE SELECTION
menu accesses the SETTING menu of the
MULTi-FIT Tool (see section 9)
Indicator will turn red when battery is low
Indicator will turn orange when charging

This function is designed tomanually duplicate an O.E Sensor'suniqueID and to
bypassrelearning the sensor to the vehicle.

more than one type of sensor.

Input ID:
Use the INPUT ID f un c t i on to
i n p u t the ID f r o m the O.E.
Sensor. Press the “Enter” key
to select.
Input Sensor ID:
Use the arrow key
to highlight the value.
Press the ” Enter” key
to select the ID value.

Programming S ensor:
Once the last ID value is
selected the MULTi-FIT Tool
will p r o g r a m the sensor; the
programming process will erase
the flash, program the sensor, and
verify the programming.

Program complete:
When the Program p r o ce ss
i s c o m p l e t e , the tool will
signal with 2 short beeps to
confirm programming completion .

PROGRAMMED SUCCESSFUL
** Note: The MULTi-FIT Sensor is now ready to install and
the vehicle will not need to go through a relearn. The MULTi-
FIT sensor is programmed as an exact duplicate of the O.E.
Sensor that it is replacing. The vehicle will accept the
MULTi-FIT Sensor without the need of the relearning
process. If the vehicle had DTC(s) set for TPMS prior to
servicing, the vehicle may require a brief drive period to clear
these DTC.
** Duplicate and Program function will only work with
Dorman’s MULTi-FIT Sensor and MULTi-FIT Sensor only.

Programming a blanksensor
This function is designed toprogram a new replacement sensor by vehicle application. The
vehicle's relearn procedure must be performed according to manufacturer's instructions
after sensor is programmed and installed on vehicle to properly complete installation.
Function selection:
Use the arrow key

to select.
** Note: make sure the c o rr ec t
sensor is inserted in the cradle.
