With the automatic lockstitch button sewer class 531 buttons
can be attached reliably and durably – in all variations and with
the most different stitch patterns. Thus, loose or lost buttons
are a thing of the past.
The new control generation (Dürkopp Adler Control 4) com-
bined with approved CNC and step motor technology stands for
individual programming, easy handling and maximum reliability.
Up to 5 various sections per seam pattern can be programmed
with the electromagnetic thread tension.This allows a quick and
reproducible adaptation to different materials.
The graphic display simplifies the operation and allows to cre-
ate up to nine own stitch patterns without an additional pro-
gramming station or a lot of time spent on training. Thus, there
is no limit to creativity.

Mit dem Doppelsteppstich-Knopfannähautomat der Klasse 531
werden Knöpfe absolut zuverlässig und haltbar angenäht – in
allen Variationen und mit den verschiedensten Stichmustern.
Abfallende oder verlorene Knöpfe gehören damit der Vergan-
genheit an.
Die neue Steuerungsgeneration (Dürkopp Adler Control 4) in
Verbindung mit bewährter CNC- und Schrittmotortechnik ste-
hen für individuelles Programmieren, einfache Handhabung und
größtmögliche Zuverlässigkeit.
Mit der elektromagnetischen Fadenspannung können bis maxi-
mal 5 unterschiedliche Bereiche je Nahtbild programmiert wer-
den. Dies ermöglicht eine schnelle und reproduzierbare Anpas-
sung an unterschiedliche Materialien.
Das Grafik-Display vereinfacht die Bedienung und erlaubt, ohne
eine zusätzliche Programmierstation oder großen Schulungsauf-
wand, das Erstellen von bis zu 9 eigenen Stichmustern. Damit
sind der Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt.
