1. Introduction
Wir gratulieren Ihnen zu Ihrem neuen Scooter. Um Schäden am Fahrzeug, sowie Verletzungen durch
unsachgemäßen Gebrauch vorzubeugen, lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme
aufmerksam durch. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie die Anweisungen dieser Anleitung verstehen und befolgen.
2. Safety instructions
• Personen, die mit der Betriebsanleitung nicht vertraut sind, sowie Personen unter Alkohol-,
Drogen- oder Medikamenteneinfluss dürfen das Fahrzeug nicht führen.
• Das Fahrzeug darf nur an Benutzer ausgeliehen werden, die bereits Erfahrung damit haben.
• Die Betriebsanleitung ist dabei zu übergeben.
• Benutzen Sie dieses Fahrzeug nur wenn es ordnungsgemäß ge flegt und gewartet ist.
• Halten Sie immer einen Sicherheitsabstand zwischen Ihrem und anderen Fahrzeugen.
• Das Fahrzeug darf nur in guter kör erlicher Verfassung geführt werden.
• Auch Ermüdung führt zur Unachtsamkeit.
• Tragen Sie stets ge rüfte Schutzausrüstung (Helm, Hand, Knie und Ellenbogenschützer), um
gefährliche Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
• Der Scooter sollte nicht genutzt werden, soweit Sie sich für den Fall eines Sturzes vorab nicht
hinreichend schützen können.
• Schwangere Frauen und Menschen mit einer Behinderung dürfen den Scooter nicht benutzen.
• Das Fahren ist nur außerhalb öffentlicher Verkehrsflächen zulässig.
• Um das Risiko einer Überbelastung und dadurch verursachte Schäden zu vermeiden, darf die
maximale Zuladung nicht überschritten werden.
• Die minimale Zuladung darf nicht unterschritten werden, da der Scooter sich lötzlich abschalten
könnte.

It is im ortant that you understand and follow the instructions of this owner manual.
• Peo le who are not familiar with this owner’s manual as well as eo le who are intoxicated are
not allowed to use this vehicle
• Only borrow the vehicle to eo le who already gained ex eriences with it.
• In case of borrowing, you have to hand out the owner’s manual.
• Only use the scooter when it has been ordinarily maintained.
• Please kee a certain distance between each other in order to avoid collision.
• Only use the scooter if you are in good sha e.
• Fatigue leads to carelessness.
• Always wear a ro riate rotective equi ment (helmet, hand-, knee- and elbow- ads), in order
to avoid erilous injuries.
• If you are not able to rotect yourself against a fall, you should not be riding the scooter.
• Pregnant women and eo le with disabilities are rohibited to drive the vehicle.
• You are not allowed to drive on ublic roads.
• In order to avoid overcharging the machine, you must not exceed the maximum ayload.
• The minimum ayload has to be given as the scooter could shut down, otherwise.

5. Operation
Ste 1: Um den Scooter zu starten, drücken Sie bitte den Einschaltkno f, es ertönt ein
kurzer Signalton und die Batterieanzeige auf dem Scooter leuchtet grün auf.
Ste 2: Fahren Sie nur, wenn die Batterieanzeige grün leuchtet. Stellen Sie nun einen Fuß auf eines
der beiden Trittbretter, Sie werden sofort das automatische Balance System fühlen.
Balancieren Sie den Scooter mit einem Fuß aus, um ein Gefühl für die Reaktionen des
Scooters, zu bekommen.
Ste 3: Stellen Sie nun den zweiten Fuß auf den Scooter. Balancieren Sie dabei den Scooter mit
dem anderen Fuß aus. Wichtig! Machen Sie keine hektischen Bewegungen, da der
Scooter auf jegliche Gewichtsverlagerung reagiert.
Ste 4: Nachdem Sie erfolgreich auf dem Scooter stehen, können Sie vorsichtig das Vor-
und Zurückfahren durch einfache Gewichtsverlagerung nach vorn oder hinten üben. Wenn Sie
den Schwer unkt mittig des Scooters halten, wird der Scooter auf der Stelle stehen
bleiben.

When reaching the maximum s eed, the scooter buzzer will send out an alarm. If the alarm sounds, lease
reduce s eed in order to avoid a fall.

To start the scooter, lease ress the ower switch. A short signal tone will sound and the
battery dis lay of the scooter will
flash green.
Only drive when the battery dis lay flashes green. Ste on one of the single footboard and
you will feel the automatic balancing system. Balance the scooter with one foot in order to get
a feeling for its reaction.
Now, ut the other foot on the footboard and meanwhile balance the scooter with the other
foot. Important! Do not move hectically as the scooter react to every shifting of weight.
After you achieved to stand on the scooter, you can carefully start learning how to drive
forwards and backwards by shifting of weight gently. If you hold the balance oint centrally,
the scooter will stay on the s ot.

Ste 5: Durch die Gewichtsverlagerung von nur einem Fuß, können Sie die Fahrtrichtung ändern.
Neigen Sie den rechten Fuß nach vorne, um nach links zu fahren. Neigen Sie den linken Fuß
nach vorne, um nach rechts zu fahren.
Ste 6: Zum Absteigen heben Sie zuerst ein Bein leicht an, und stellen Sie es anschließend auf den
Boden. Balancieren Sie dabei den Scooter mit dem anderen Fuß aus. Nehmen Sie
anschließend den zweiten Fuß vom Trittbrett.

Üben Sie anfangs das Auf- und Absteigen. Lassen Sie sich dabei gegebenenfalls von einer zweiten
Person helfen. Aufgrund der besonderen Antriebstechnik ist ein gewisses Maß Geschicklichkeit gefordert.
Um Unfälle und Verletzungen zu vermeiden, sollte deshalb der Betrieb durch Kinder besonders kritisch
ge rüft werden. Um gefährliche Verletzungen zu vermeiden em fehlen wir stets ge rüfte
Schutzausrüstung (Helm, Hand, Knie und Ellenbogen-schützer) zu tragen.
6. Safety functions
Sollten Unregelmäßigkeiten oder Fehler auftreten, signalisiert der Scooter dies durch o tische bzw.
akustische Signale. In diesem Fall rüfen Sie bitte folgende Funktionen.
Die Batteriespannung ist zu niedrig
- Laden Sie die Batterie
Das System konnte sich nicht ausbalancieren
- Schalten Sie den Scooter aus.
- Legen Sie Ihre Hände auf die Stehflächen des Scooters.
- Bewegen Sie die Stehflächen nach vorn und hinten.
- Schalten Sie den Scooter anschließend wieder ein.
Hinweis:
Wenn sich der Scooter in einem Ausfallzustand befindet, wird das System den Scooter automatisch
s erren. Durch drücken auf den Einschalter, können Sie den Scooter wieder ents erren. Wenn die
Batterie annähernd aufgebraucht ist, ertönt sein Signalton. Fahren Sie in diesem Fall nicht weiter, da das
Balance-System lötzlich abschalten kann, was einen Sturz und Verletzungen zur Folge haben kann.
W RNUNG!
- Halten Sie immer einen Sicherheitsabstand, um einen Zusammenstoß zu vermeiden.
- Vergessen Sie nie, dass Sie wesentlich größer sind, wenn Sie den Scooter benutzen.
- Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie durch Türrahmen fahren.
- Achten Sie beim Fahren stets darauf, die Balance zu halten, um ein Herunterfallen zu vermeiden.
- Fahren Sie nicht auf nassen Strecken.
- Drehen Sie sich nicht abru t um, wenn Sie mit dem Scooter fahren.
- Benutzen Sie den Scooter nicht im Dunklen oder an nicht ausreichend beleuchteten Orten.
- Das Fahren ist nur außerhalb öffentlicher Verkehrsflächen zulässig.
- Vermeiden Sie Hindernisse und Oberflächen wie Eis, Schnee sowie nassen Untergrund.
- Vermeiden Sie Strecken mit kleinen Ästen, herumliegendem Abfall oder kleinen Steinen.
- Wenn Sie mit dem Scooter an s eziellen Orten fahren, gehen Sie bitte sicher, dass Sie keine
Erlaubnis brauchen. Wenn Sie eine Erlaubnis benötigen, dann holen Sie sich diese bitte ein, bevor Sie
den Scooter dort benutzen.
- Starten und halten Sie nicht abru t.
- Vermeiden Sie steile Hänge.
- Vermeiden Sie die Nutzung des Scooters an Orten, an dem es entzündliches Gas gibt, da es im
Zusammenhang mit der Benutzung des Scooters zu Feuer oder Ex losionen kommen kann.
If you shift the weight of only one foot, you can change the driving direction. Tilt the right foot
gently forwards in order to make a left turn. Tilt the left foot gently forwards in order to make a
right turn.
When you want to descend, lease rimarily lift one foot gently and stand on the ground.
Meanwhile, balance the scooter with the other foot. Afterwards, remove your other foot from
the footboard.

At first, lease ractice ascending and descending. If necessary, lease consult someone to hel you. Due
to the s ecific drive technology, a certain degree of skill is needed. To avoid accidents and injuries you
should verify crucially the o eration of the scooter by children. To revent from erilous injuries, we
recommend to always wearing certified rotective equi ment (helmet, hand-, knee- and elbow- ads).
If there occur irregularities or errors, the scooter will signal it through visual or acoustic signals. In that
case, lease verify the following functions:
The battery voltage is too low
- charge the battery
The system was not able to equilibrate
- switch off the scooter
- ut your hands on the footboard (left and right) of the scooter
- move the footboard forwards and backwards
- switch on the scooter

If the scooter is in a failure condition, it will automatically block the system. By ressing the on-off switch,
you can unblock the scooter. If the battery is almost reaching low voltage, an acoustic signal will sound. In
this case, do not drive on as the equilibrating system could suddenly shout down. This could lead to a fall
and injuries!
W RNING!
- Always kee enough safety distance in order to avoid a crash.
- Please consider that you are taller when using the scooter.
- Watch out when you are driving through door jambs.
- While driving, always try to kee balance in order to avoid falling down.
- Do not drive on wet surfaces.
- To not turn abru tly.
- Do not drive in the dark or at insufficiently lighted laces.
- You are not allowed to drive on ublic roads.
- Avoid obstacles and surfaces with snow, ice or moistness.
- Avoid ways with little branches, stones or waste.
- If you want to use the scooter outside your rivate ro erty, lease inquire about otential ermission you
might need to obtain before.
- Do not start or sto the scooter abru tly.
- Avoid stee hillsides.
- Do not use the scooter at laces where flammable gas is around. Using the scooter here could cause fire or
ex losions.

7. Battery
Leuchtet die Batterieanzeige auf dem Scooter rot oder ertönt ein dauerhaft wiederkehrender Signalton
dann ist der Batterieladezustand des Scooters erschö ft. Fahren Sie in diesem Fall nicht weiter, da dies
zu Unfällen führen kann und die Lebensdauer der Batterie dadurch negativ beeinflusst wird.
W RNING!
Sollten Sie eines der folgenden Anzeichen bemerken, benutzen Sie bitte die Batterie nicht mehr.
1. Wenn die Batterie Geruch oder Hitze abgibt
2. Wenn es ein Leck im Material gibt
Vermeiden Sie jeglichen Kontakt mit der Batterie, wenn irgendein Material austritt. Sollte Material aus der
Batterie austreten, muss diese sofort entsorgt werden.
Die Batterie darf dabei nur mit der Übereinstimmung lokaler Gesetze entsorgt werden.
Lassen Sie Kinder nie in die Nähe der Batteriezellen, da die Batterien gefährliche Substanzen beinhalten.
Öffnen Sie nie die Batterie oder stecken irgendwelche Gegenstände in die Batterie.
Benutzen Sie den Scooter nicht während des Lade rozesses.
Battery Ordinance
Im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertrieb von Batterien oder mit der im Lieferung von Geräten, die Batterien
enthalten, sind wir ver flichtet Sie auf folgendes Hinzuweisen:
Sie sind zur Rückgabe gebrauchter Batterien als Endnutzer gesetzlich ver flichtet. Sie können
Altbatterien, die wir als Neubatterien im Sortiment führen oder geführt haben, an unserem Versandlager
(Versandadresse) oder in den dafür vorgesehenen Rücknahmestellen (z.B. in Kommunalen
Sammelstellen oder im Handel) unentgeltlich zurückgeben.
Die auf den Batterien abgebildeten Symbole haben folgende Bedeutung:
= Batterie darf nicht in den Hausmüll gegeben werden
Pb = Batterie enthält mehr als 0,004 Masse rozent Blei
Cd = Batterie enthält mehr als 0,002 Masse rozent Cadmium
Hg = Batterie enthält mehr als 0,0005 Masse rozent Quecksilber
If you should notice one of the following indications, lease do not use the battery anymore.
1. If the battery emits smell or heat.
2. If there is a leak of material.
If there is any material emitting, lease avoid any contact with the battery. If there is material emitting, you
need to dis ose the battery immediately.
You must dis ose the battery only in accord with local laws.
Never let children go near the battery cells as the battery contains dangerous substances. Never o en the
battery or insert objects.
As we are distributing roducts that contain batteries, we are obliged to oint out the fowolling:
Since you are an end-user, you are obligated to return used batteries. You can return used batteries to us
if the corres onding battery (new condition) is or was listed in our assortment. Please use our ostal
address. Alternatively you can give it back to rovided locations (i. e. munici al collecting oint or sho s).
The images you find on the battery have the following meanings:
Do not dis ose the battery in household garbage
The battery contains more than 0.004 % lead by weight
The battery contains more than 0.002 % cadmium by weight
The battery contains more than 0.0005 % quicksilver by weight
If the battery’s dis lay lights u red or if a ermanent acoustic signal is sounding, the charge of battery is
too low. In that case, do not drive on as it could lead to accidents and could affect the battery’s durability
negatively.

8. Battery charging
- Versichern Sie sich, dass der Auflade-Kontakt am Scooter trocken ist.
- Stecken Sie das Ladegerät zuerst in die Steckdose.
- Sobald die grüne Lam e am Ladegerät aufleuchtet, stecken Sie das andere Ende in den Scooter.
- Das rote Licht von der Betriebsanzeige des Ladegerätes sollte nun aufleuchten. Wenn nicht, rüfen
Sie bitte die Steckverbindungen.
- Der Scooter sollte während des Ladevorgangs ausgeschaltet sein.
- Sollte die Anzeige auf dem Scooter aufleuchten schalten Sie den Scooter bitte aus.
- Wechselt die Anzeige auf dem Ladegerät (Licht) von Rot auf Grün, ist der Lade rozess
abgeschlossen.
- Sto en Sie nun den Lade rozess, da eine verlängerte Aufladung die Lebensdauer der Batterie
negativ beeinflussen kann.
- Lagern und laden Sie die Batterie ents rechend den beschriebenen Regelungen, ansonsten wird die
Batterie beschädigt und die Lebensdauer der Batterie ggf. verkürzt.
- Die Aufladezeit des Scooters beträgt etwa 2 Stunden.
- Sollte Feuchtigkeit auf dem Ladegerät sein, benutzen Sie bitte das Ladegerät nicht mehr.

Für die höchstmögliche Batterie Effizienz, sollte die Umgebungstem eratur innerhalb der em fohlenen
Tem eraturbegrenzung liegen. Sollte diese Situation gegeben sein, so ist die Aufladung am Effektivsten.
Wenn die Umgebungstem eratur zu kalt oder zu heiß ist, dauert die Aufladung länger und die Batterie
kann nicht kom lett aufgeladen werden.

Lithium Batterien werden als gefährliche Waren eingestuft. Bitte beachten Sie dieses wenn sie den
Scooter oder die Batterien trans ortieren wollen. Lithium Batterien sind z. B. vom Trans ort er Luftfracht
ausgeschlossen oder nur mit s ezieller Genehmigung der lokalen Behörden möglich.
- Make sure that the charging- lug of the scooter is dry.
- First, connect the charger with socket-outlet.
- As soon as the green light of charger flashes, you can connect the charger to the scooter.
- Now, the red light of charger should flash. If not, lease check all connections.
- The scooter should be switched off during the charging rocess.
- If the scooter’s dis lay lights u , lease switch off the scooter.
- When the charger’s dis lay changes from red to green, the charging rocess is com leted.
- Now, lease sto the charging rocess as an extended charging could affect the battery’s durability
negatively.
- Please obey to the described rules when charging or storing the battery. If not, the battery can be
damaged and its durability can reduced.
- The charging time is about 1 – 2 hours.
- If you discover moisture on the charger, lease do not use it anymore.
In order to rovide most efficiency of the battery, the surrounding tem erature should be within the
recommended tem erature limit. If this environment is given, the charge rocess will be more effective.
If the surrounding tem erature is too cold or too hot, the charge rocess lasts longer and the battery
cannot be charged com letely.
