Assembly Instructions
Before commencing assembly please read the instructions carefully
Safety Precautions.
This radio control model is not a toy, it is recommended for 14yr olds upwards.
Please pay attention to where you fly and the local flying environment and
operate it correctly. If you are a beginner then you must have an experienced
pilot to guide and help you to fly this model. Teenagers should have there parent
or guardian with them whilst flying.

1. Please do not repair or modify the airplane with non-factory parts, the responsibility is yours if you do.
2. Please do not mix new and old batteries, or alkaline and rechargeable batteries. Use only fresh
alkaline batteries, and be sure to install them with the correct polarity.
3. Do not fly the model over roads, railways, near power lines, near airports, or over people or structures.
4. Do lot fly or launch the model towards people's faces.
5. Do not fly in strong winds, rain or thunderstorms.
6. Keep your hands and face away from the propeller.。
This Yak 54 is our latest design of aerobatic 3D RC aircraft and has an incredible flying performance. It’s a
great looking plane with an outstanding design and a perfect combination of flying characteristics. This Yak 54 is
an excellent sport flyer and also a favorite among more experienced RC pilots.
We use a fiberglass tube to reinforce the main wing and join it to the fuselage for easy assembly. Powered by
a huge 800KV brushless powerful OUTRUNNER motor and 14X7 propeller it gives maximum
thrust in all manoeuvers. This Yak 54 will do vertical manoeuvers and 3D flying with ease and style.
The Yak 54 was designed from the ground up to be a top performing aircraft, generous control surfaces and an
awesome performace make this a plane you'll want to fly every time you visit the field!

do 3D flying perfectly.

make 3D flying a breeze.

both the beginner as well as the more advanced pilot.
4. It’s easy to assemble the main wings, elevators and rudders, and these parts are replaceable.
5. It has a large enough battery bay so you can choose different battery packs to fly the Yak 54.
6. This exquisite plane is an excellent scale model of the full size Yak 54 as well.

Battery and charging:
1. Do not charge or use the battery near fire or high temperature, or tinder.
2. Do not leave the battery alone during charging, and remove from the charger as soon as the charge
cycle is complete.
3. Keep children away from the battery and charger.
4. Do not disassemble or modify the battery or charger in any way.
5. Do not completely drain the battery or it will cause the battery permanent damage
6. Allow the battery to cool before attempting to recharge it after flying.
7. Do not use any charger except the factory provided one.
8. Read and follow all instructions...misuse of the Lithium Polymer battery or the charger can result in fire or
explosion

Fuselage, main wing, rudder, elevator, canopy, main landing gear,
tailwheel, propeller, battery, balance charger, adapter, brushless
motor, ESC, servo's, transmitter, receiver, accessories and spinner.
Use of epoxy glue: Mix equal parts of the epoxy glues A & B parts
onto a clean disposable surface and mix well. Apply to the joint and
hold the parts together for about 5mins until cured. Use only a thin
layer of epoxy as any excess only adds weight not strength.
Tail Assembly:
Glue the fuselage and tail part together as shown.
Tip: Apply the glue to the joint and join the parts, hold in place with
masking tape whilst glue cures.

1. Install the metal control horns to the ailerons as shown below.
Install the aileron servo's to the wings using the screws
provided.

Install the aileron pushrods as shown in the picture below.
Glue the servo covers into place as shown below.
1. Fiberglass wing tube assembly.
Pass the fiberglass wing tube through the fuselage as shown below.
