SIDE EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH
In normal use, the risk of adverse effects such as skin redness or burning is extremely low, but nevertheless exists. If these effects
occur, the use of the device should be discontinued immediately.
A simple solution involves the testing of the device on a small area of skin. If no skin reaction occurs, device may be used in complete
safety.
Where is used in accordance with instructions, secondary effects and complications are rare. However, all cosmetic
treatments, involve certain risks. It is therefore important that your client should understand and accept these risks and potential
complications, where a pulsed light depilation or collagen stimulation system is used.
NOTE: In order to ensure the optimum effectiveness of treatment, the recommended intervals between each session should
be observed.
NOTE: Optimum results are achieved after an average of 8 –
10 sessions, scheduled at two-month intervals. If, for personal
reasons, the patient wishes sessions to be conducted more
frequently, you may accept that, provided that you observe a
minimum interval of 4 weeks, and explain to your patient that
this will not result in any increased effectiveness. The total
number of sessions required will be increased accordingly.
NOTE: If the patient wishes to apply other types of beauty
treatments (excluding the use of cosmetic moisturizing and/
or anti-wrinkle creams), it is recommended that they should
consult a dermatologist beforehand, in order to allow the
appraisal of skin quality and the waiting time to be observed
between these two types of treatment.
