PRODUCT DIMENSIONS
DRILL OR PUNCH A FAUCET HOLE IN SINK OR COUNTERTOP
Using a 1¼” hole saw bit or knock-out punch, create a hole for the faucet in sink or countertop.
Different sink or countertop materials require different tools and methods for punching
or drilling a hole. Use proper tools and follow your sink or countertop manufacturer’s
instructions to prevent damage. EasyWater accepts no responsibility for damage resulting
from the installation of an RO faucet.

TOP MOUNT FAUCET INSTALLATION
Mounting hole size: Minimum 1” ; Maximum 1¼”
Max torque on toggle bolt: 5 lb. in.
1) Remove faucet base and faucet spout from bags. Ensure that 2 black O-rings and 3-prong
plastic spacer are attached to the base of faucet spout, as pictured above.
2) Attach blue tubing to the bottom of the toggle bolt on faucet base. Remove adhesive backing
from faucet base.
3) Feed the faucet tubing and toggle bolt down through the hole in sink. Ensure that the rubber
gasket is uniformly positioned between the base and sink.
4) Align faucet base with handle on right side and base sitting on top of sink. Turn the handle down
(towards you) to the “on” position to reveal the tightening screw (located where the spout will
be inserted). Using a Phillips head screwdriver, turn the screw clockwise until the toggle bolt
secures the faucet base snug on the sink top.
5) When faucet base is securely fastened to the sink, insert the faucet spout into the faucet base
until it is fully sealed. Do NOT remove O-rings or plastic spacer on faucet spout base. Turn the
handle to the “off” position.
6) Proceed to Adapt-A-Valve Installation.

ADAPT-A-VALVE INSTALLATION
1) Verify contents prior to installation.
• plastic Adapt-A-Valve
• brass adapter with washer
• brass adapter without washer
• white rubber washer
2) Locate and turn off the cold water supply line under the sink.
3) Attach the Adapt-A-Valve to the cold water supply line as illustrated below, choosing the
conguration that ts your plumbing. Do NOT use Teon tape to assemble Adapt-A-Valve.
4) The red ¼” tubing connecting the Adapt-A-Valve to the inlet of the reverse osmosis module will
be cut to length and attached later in the installation.
REVITALIFE MODULE MOUNTING
Determine the best location for the RO wall module to be mounted to allow for future cartridge
changes and system maintenance. If installing under a sink, be sure the mounting screws are at
least 19” from the bottom of the cabinet to allow for changing cartridges. Mount securely. System
is heavy when installed and full of water.
Note: Do NOT cut any system tubes at this time.

DRAIN SADDLE INSTALLATION
Drain Saddle ts standard 1 ¼” – 1 ½” drain pipes
Important: When installing under a sink, the drain saddle will be installed on the vertical drain
pipe (tailpiece), above the p-trap. The drain line installation must be either above the disposal, or if
a second sink drain is available, install it above the cross bar on the second sink. Installation of the
drain saddle below where the outlet of a garbage disposal connects to the vertical drain pipe may
cause the drain line to plug.
»Verify contents prior to installation
(2) Screws with nuts
(1) Semicircle bracket with opening
(1) Semicircle bracket
(1) Foam gasket
1) Apply the adhesive-backed foam gasket to the inside of the semicircle bracket with opening,
aligning holes.
2) Drill a ¼” hole through the sink’s drain pipe at least 1 ½” above the connecting nut of the P-trap;
be sure to allow for future removal of the P-trap. Place the drain saddle around the drain pipe,
positioning the drain saddle over the drilled hole in the pipe. To ensure proper alignment, insert
a screwdriver through the opening of the drain saddle and the drilled hole in the drain pipe.
Tighten screws evenly and securely on both sides of the drain saddle.
Caution: Do not over tighten the screws. This may crack the drain saddle.
TANK VALVE INSTALLATION - PLASTIC TANK
1) Make sure the O-ring is located at the bottom of recess
for the tank connection.
2) Thread the plastic tank shut-off valve onto the tank tting.
Hand tighten only. Do not over tighten or the valve
could crack.
NOTE: Tank can stand vertically or lay horizontally.

TUBING CONNECTIONS
1) Connect red ¼” supply line from
Adapt-A-Valve outlet to RO inlet.
3) Connect blue 3∕8” line from nal polishing lter
cartridge (D) to faucet.
2) Connect green 3∕8” line from T tting to tank.
4) Connect black ¼” line from permeate pump
output to ¼” x 3∕8” tting drain saddle.
IF FAUCET AIR GAP IS REQUIRED
1) The black ¼” line from permeate pump output will connect to faucet air gap inlet.
2) The black 3∕8” line from faucet outlet will connect to drain saddle.
If you opt to cut tubing prior to making connections, ensure tubing is cut at a 90° angle. Improper
cutting will increase risk of leaks.

Start Up Instructions
Important: If system is connected to a refrigerator, shut off water flow to the refrigerator
until Step 5, “flushing”, is complete and the tank has been filled completely.
1) Turn off the valve connected to the tank.
2) Turn on the incoming cold water at the angle stop valve. Open the Adapt-A-Valve by turning
counter clockwise. Check the system for leaks and tighten any ttings as necessary.
3) Open the RevitaLife faucet and leave open until water begins to trickle out slowly, then close the
faucet.
4) The tank will take approximately 2-3 hours to ll completely. Check frequently over the next
24 hours to ensure no leaks are present. EasyWater accepts no responsibility for damage
resulting from leaks.
5) After the tank has filled, open the faucet and allow water to run until the tank empties
and water flow slows to a trickle. Carbon fines, or slightly grayish water, may be present.
Flush the tank in this manner 3 times. You only need to flush the tank during initial
installation or cartridge replacement.
The A, B, C and D cartridges should be changed annually. The reverse osmosis membrane (E)
should be changed every two years. Note: Although each cartridge head has a built-in automatic
shutoff, a small amount of water may be released when changing cartridges.
1) Shut off the water supply line.
2) Rotate the cartridge ¼ turn to the left.
3) Pull down on the cartridge.
4) Remove the protective cap from the new cartridge.
5) Position the new cartridge with the label facing left.
6) Push the cartridge onto the head and rotate to the right ¼ turn until it locks in position.
7) Repeat steps 4-6 for each cartridge.
Note: See Start Up Instructions for how to restart system after cartridge replacement.

4) Drain the water from the tubing and inject one teaspoon of household bleach into the tubing.
5) Reinstall the tubing between the tank and the RO unit.
6) Turn on the water supply at the Adapt-A-Valve.
7) Allow the RO tank to ll, open faucet and fully drain the tank, then close the faucet. Repeat Step
7 a second time.
TANK AIR PRESSURE
1) Turn off the incoming water supply at the Adapt-A-Valve.
2) Open the faucet, allow tank to empty, then close faucet.
3) Check the pressure in the tank using a tire pressure gauge.
4) Once emptied, the tank pressure should be between 5-7 psi. Add air if necessary by using an
air compressor. Do not overll.
5) Turn on the water supply at the Adapt-A-Valve.
PROCEDURE FOR EXTENDED NON-USE
(if system is not used for more than two months)
1) Turn off the incoming water at the Adapt-A-Valve.
2) Open the faucet, allow tank to empty, then close the faucet.
3) Remove and discard all lters (A, B, C and D) and membrane (E).
4) To place system back in service, replace lters (A, B, C and D) and membrane (E), then follow
