1. Operational principle
The ultrasonic humidifying device adopts electronic overclocking shock (oscillation
frequency is 1.7 MHz, more than human hearing range, no harm to human and
animal), through the high frequency resonance of ceramic chip, it will make the water
leaving the cover to create the water mist shape, no need to heat or chemical to
produce 1 to 5 mu water particles floating in the air, thereby to improve the air quality
and improve the environment.

3. Installation instruction
Place the humidifier horizontally, fill the inner water bucket with solution liquid.
Sink the suction pipe of the pump into the bottom of the tank. Power on, the water
pump starts to absorb water, and the machine starts to work automatically when
the liquid reach to the operating water level.
When install the pipe, the pipe line must be arranged reasonably, the interface
must be sealed to prevent leakage of gas or water, please also make the pipe line
in leveled to ensure the fog pressure smoothly so as to avoid the machine damaged
by any blocking. In order to avoid the fog hole water beard down, the outlet hole
of the fog should be located in the position of the PVC pipe cross section level up
30 degrees or so. The best diameter of the out put fog hole is 20 to 30mm , the
spacing between the outlet hole of the fog is depends on the length of the pipe(for
example, if the single pipe length is 12m, the spacing should be with 15-20cm).
Please also block off the end of the pipe so as to avoid water accumulation in the
pipeline, the level height of the ends should be adjustable slightly above the mist
side for the principle, condensate can return.
In addition, do not reduce the pipe diameter or make to much turning. See Fig 7.

When install the machine, the pipe height should be higher than 1 meter but lower
than 3 meter, the horizontal length according to the following table please.

Tips: in the place where there is no need to install pipes, try not to spray mist along
the front of the machine. Please ensure each outlet of the fog with a length of no less
than 1 meter pipe extension(you can also increase a 45℃ elbow). Under the condition
of no pipeline, it is not allowed to be used for a long time, otherwise the equipment
will be easily damaged by the dripping of fog droplets and the short cycle of moisture
will lead to the failure of components. The worst result is cause accidents. Equipment
be separated from the humidifying room where the humidity is higher than 85%RH.

4. Atomizing system
The indicator light is green when powered up ，and is red when working. The
indicator light is green when the water is not enough or water level is not reached.
Requirements for water quality: when the water temperature of the tank is
≥45℃,the atomizer is forced to start protection, not to run; when there is oily or
sticky substances in the water, the atomizer does not work or fog; when the water
level exceeds the limit, the atomizer can not produce fog or spray column with a
small amount of fog.
The local water quality, environment, maintenance and other factors will directly
affect the life of atomizer, the working life of atomizing ceramic disc is generally
about 5,000 hours. When the atomizer runs for a long time, the spray amount is
reduced or only the spray column is used, or some holes do not even produce fog,
it is necessary to clean the water tank, or to replace a new atomizer or atomizing
ceramic disc .The replacing method of ceramic disc is as follow, see fig 11

Operation as following:
a) Cut off the power, drain the water from the tank and dry the water on the
surface of the atomizer.
b) Unscrew the ring with the lock piece, remove the old ceramic disc, and keep
the atomizer chamber clean.
c) When install the new ceramic disc front face up, and reverse side back down.
Then tighten the pressure ring.
Special tips: When the water level 0.1-0.5cm higher than the atomizer’s sensor,
the atomizer in the best working status. If the water level is too high or too low,
the fog outlet capacity will be affected.
（Remark：To avoid the float displaced in transportation，please adjust the water
level when the first time using.）

6. Maintenance
1. Water tank maintenance: Please replace the water in the water tank regularly to
reduce the deposition of scale in the atomizer.
2. Water tank cleaning: clean the water tank regularly. Turn off and uplog the
machine before cleaning so as to avoid contact incident.
3. Cleaning method: Turn the fixing screw on the cover of the water tank, and open
the tank cover plate(please pay attention to the circuit connection inside), use a

soft cotton close or brush to clean(Dish soap is available). see Fig 12. The scale
and other foreign matter around the water tank, then use clean water to flush out,
be careful not to spill water on the components and wiring to avoid short circuit.
(Don’t use high acid alkaline liquid cleaner to clean any parts of the atomizer.)
Remind: We don’t recommend to add the water from the fog outlet or water outlet,
as the water level in the tank is difficult to be controlled by this way.
7. Precautions
1、The power supply must be grounded.
2、In principle, don’t add water from the outlet of fog , please connect the water
pipe to input water.
3、Direct humidification is not allowed, it is required that the pipe at the nozzle of
the fog out let should not be shorter than 1 meter.
4、The outlet of the fog should be 1 meter from the equipment at least, and the total
diameter of the mist vent is not less than the diameter of the mist vent of the
equipment.
5、The equipment is not suitable for long-term use in the environment of high
temperature (≥50℃), high dust, strong magnetism and acid and alkali gas.
6、Water tank cleaning period please according to the actual situation, we
recommend once a month least.
7、Please drain out the water if the machine is out of working for long time.
8、Please don’t dig hole on the cover of the machine directly when install the water
filter.
9、The power supply must be cut off, if the machine stop working over 48 hours,
and the water storage in the tank must be drained out entirely. As if the storage
water stocked too long time, it will become ropy, this will affect the function
of the equipment.
10、The overflow and drain pipes must be connected to the floor drain to avoid
accident caused by leakage.

8. After-sales service
1、1 year warranty for the whole machine.
2、Atomized ceramic wafers, filter and fans are belong to the consumables, it’s not
covered by the warranty. If you need to replace them , please contact us ,we will
supply them to you at cost price. You can also buy them in your own in local.
3、The power supply must be cut off, if the machine stop working over 48 hours,
and the storage water in the tank must be drained out entirely. As if the storage
water stocked too long time, it will become ropy, this will affect the function of
the equipment.
4、The overflow and drain pipes must be connected to the floor drain to avoid
accident caused by leakage.
Thank you very much for buying our company’s ultrasonic humidifiers. In order to
better understand the installation and operation, to make full use of the equipment’s
function. Please read this manual carefully before installing the equipment. We give 1
year warranty for the whole machine, in the warranty period, as a result of the failure
problem of the product quality, our after-sales will give free maintenance. The
artificial damage and the damage caused by the irresistible force are not covered in
the warranty. We will charge a trend in the maintenance if the machine is not be
operated correctly.
Please use clean water. If the water is harder, easy to produce white powder, so should
often change the softening resin.
Please clean the water tank 1 to 2 times a month with an appropriate amount of
neutral detergent (detergent, etc.) to remove the oil film.
If the atomizer plate is blocked due to no cleaning and maintenance, the free warranty
terms shall not apply.
