UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Unpack the unit from the carton carefully. The following items are
included in the box. Make sure to remove plastic bags and dispose of
properly as they can pose a suffocation risk. Also remove any labeling
or other packaging materials from the parts prior to use.

When cooking with oil/grease, DO NOT allow the oil/grease to
exceed 350°F (176.5°C). DO NOT store or use extra cooking oil in
the vicinity of this or any other appliance.

3. To protect against electrical shock, DO NOT immerse cord, plug or heating element in
water or other liquid.

6. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before handling
parts.
7. DO NOT operate any electrical appliance with a damaged cord or plug. DO NOT operate
after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to
the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
8. The use of accessory attachments is not recommended by the appliance manufacturer and
may cause injuries.
9. DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table/counter or touch hot surfaces.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
If a longer extension cord is used:
1.
The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance;
2.
The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally; and
3.
The extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
IMPORTANT - When using electrical appliances, basic
safety precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of re, electric shock and / or injury to persons,
including the following:

10. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot
liquid.
12. Always use caution when plugging cord into the wall outlet. Make sure controller is set to
OFF position then plug into outlet. To disconnect, turn the control to “OFF”, then remove
plug from wall outlet.
13. Use only with GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) protected circuit.
14. Unplug grill when not in use and before moving.
15. To prevent grill from being splashed or falling into water, do not use grill within 10 feet of a
pool, pond or other body of water.
16. Keep grill and electric controller dry and out of rain at all times.
17. Use only on properly grounded outlet. NEVER remove grounding plug or use with 2-prong
adapter.
18. For best grill performance, detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are not
recommended.
19. If you must use an extension cord for your safety:
a. Use shortest length required, only outdoor type with 3-prong grounding plug, rated
for 15 amperes or more, approved by UL, marked with W-A and a tag stating “Suitable
for Use with Outdoor Appliance”.
b. DO NOT connect 2 or more extension cords together, A 12 or 14 gauge extension
cord 50 feet or less is acceptable.
20. DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table top or other items where it can be pulled by
children or tripped over.
21. Fuel, such as charcoal briquettes is not to be used with this appliance.
22. The connection to an extension cord should be kept dry and off the ground.
23. Store product in a dry place when not in use and out of reach of children.
24. DO NOT clean this product with a water spray hose or the like.
25. DO NOT use if the dome lid is damaged, or any electrical parts (wiring,connectors, etc)
are exposed.
26. DO NOT use appliance for any purpose other than its intended use.

OTHER CONSUMER SAFETY INFORMATION
This appliance is intended for household use only and is not intended for commercial,
professional, or industrial type usage. This product is designed only for cooking food. It
should not be used for heating non-food products such as melting wax.
WARNING: Electric Shock Hazard: This product is equipped with a polarized
plug which has one prong wider than the other. The plug will t only one way to an
electrical outlet as a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug into the outlet,
reverse the plug and try again. Should the plug still fail to t the outlet, contact a qualied
electrician to replace the obsolete outlet. Do not try to defeat the safety purpose of the
polarized plug.

The length of the cord used on this appliance was selected to reduce the hazards of
becoming tangled in or tripping over a longer cord. If a longer cord is necessary, an
approved extension cord may be used. The electrical rating of the extension cord must
be equal to or greater than the rating of the dome oven. Care must be taken to arrange
the extension cord so that it will not drape over the counter-top or tabletop where it can
be pulled on by children or accidentally tripped over.

WARNING:
Failure to follow the warnings and cautions in this manual may result in serious
bodily injury or death, or in a re or an explosion result in damage to property.
WARNINGS:
When Opening Lid, Always use a Barbeque Mitt to prevent Scalding or
Burns.
This grill is for OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Always attend to the appliance while in
use. Grill should never be left unattended or used by children or persons with
decreased physical or mental capacities.
DO NOT operate or use this appliance within three feet (1.00 m) of walls,
structures or buildings.
For Residential use only. This grill is NOT for commercial use.
This grill is NOT intended for and should never be used as a heater.
This grill is safety-certied for use in the United States only. DO NOT modify
for use in any other location. Modication will result in a safety hazard and will
void your warranty.
APARTMENT DWELLERS:
Check with management to learn the requirements and re codes for using
an electric grill in your community/complex.
This appliance is for use with electricity. DO NOT use with any other fuel
source.
USE ONLY a 12 or 14 gauge extension cord 50 feet or less. Failure to
follow this recommendation may result in damage to household wiring
and/or re.

ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN KILL OR RESULT IN SERIOUS
INJURY. TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK:
a.
Use only with GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) protected circuit.
b.
DO NOT use grill while raining , snowing or during inclement weather.
c.
To prevent grill from being exposed to water, DO NOT use grill within
ten feet (3.05 m) of pool, pond or other body of water.
d.
Keep grill and electric controller dry and out of rain when not in use.
e.
DO NOT operate grill with an electric controller that has a damaged
cord, plug or heating element.
f.
Never remove the grounding plug or use 2-prong converter. This is
unsafe and voids warranty.
g.
Keep electrical plug dry and off ground.
h.
In case ames in grill, turn controller “OFF,” unplug grill from outlet and
allow re to burn out. DO NOT use water to put out a re in this or any
other electrical appliance.
DO NOT block drain holes on any part of the grill.
NEVER use charcoal, lighter uid, lava rocks, gasoline, kerosene or alcohol
with this product.
DO NOT store or use gasoline or other ammable liquids or vapors within
25 feet (7.82 m) of this appliance.
DO NOT use in an explosive atmosphere. Keep grill area clean and free
from combustible materials, gasoline and other ammable vapors and
liquids.
Minimum clearance from sides and back of unit to combustible
construction is 36 inches (1.00 m). DO NOT use this appliance under any
type of overhang or roof.
Inspect grill before each use.
DO NOT alter grill in any manner. Any alteration may deem appliance
unsafe and will void your warranty.
DO NOT use the grill unless it is COMPLETELY assembled and all parts are
securely fastened and tightened.
This grill should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected on a regular basis.
Clean and inspect the temperature control dial and electrical cord before
each use of the appliance. If there is evidence of abrasion, wear or cuts, the
temperature control dial and electrical cord must be repaired or replaced
by a qualied service technician prior to the appliance being put into
operation.

Use only parts and accessories recommended by EaZy BrandZ LLC
DO NOT operate this appliance without reading “Operating Instructions”
in this manual.
DO NOT touch metal parts of grill or grease tray until they have completely
cooled (about 45 min.).
DO NOT install or use in boats or RVs.
When cooking, re extinguishing materials should be readily accessible. In
the event of an oil/grease re, DO NOT attempt to extinguish with water.
Use type BC dry chemical re extinguisher or smother with dirt, sand or
baking soda.
USE EXTREME CAUTION when cooking with this appliance. The unit
produces large amounts of steam. NEVER lean over the grill when
operating. Always Use Barbeque Mitts or Gloves when opening lid.
DO NOT leave grill unattended while in operation. Keep children and pets
away from grill at all times.
DO NOT leave grill unattended while preheating or burning off food
residue on high. Thoroughly clean grill after each use once it has cooled.
DO NOT place empty cooking vessels on the appliance while in operation.
DO NOT attempt to move grill when in use. Allow the grill to cool before
moving or storing.
Always open grill lid carefully and slowly as heat and steam trapped
within grill can cause injury and can severely burn you. Always Use
Barbeque Mitts or Gloves when opening lid.
Always place your grill on a hard, non-combustible, level surface. An
asphalt or blacktop surface may not be acceptable for this purpose.
Keep all electrical cords away from a hot grill.
The use of accessory attachments other than specied by EaZy BrandZ is
not recommended by the appliance manufacturer and may cause injuries.
After a period of storage and/or nonuse, inspect the electrical cord and
controller for any abrasion, wear or cuts.
Always use a meat thermometer to ensure food is cooked to a safe
temperature.
NEVER use grease from grease tray for cooking or consumption.Use
protective gloves when assembling this product.
DO NOT force parts together as they can result in personal injury or
damage to the product.

Never cover entire cooking surface with aluminum foil.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge.
Children should be supervised to ensure they DO NOT play with the
appliance.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in death, serious injury
and/or property damage.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Fully extend (4) four legs and place on stable, at, and heat resistant
surface.
DO NOT RETURN TO PLACE OF PURCHASE.

reference.
Note: The model number can be found on the back of the grill.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
1. This grill must be grounded while in use to protect the operator from
electrical shock.
2. The grill is equipped with a 3-conductor cord and should be used with
a dry GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt-er) 3-prong outlet.
3. An adapter should Never be used to convert or connect a 3-prong
plug to a 2-plug for a 2-prong receptacle.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Make sure all labels, packaging and protective lms have been
removed from the grill.
2. Remove manufacturing oils before cooking on this grill for the rst time
by operating the grill for at least 15 minutes on “HIGH” setting with
element selector switched to center position-both elements on and the
lid closed. This will eliminate manufacturing odors.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. The short cord is provided for safety.
2. An extension cord may be used with care.
3. If an extension cord is necessary:
• Use a UL-approved, 3-prong plug (grounded) that is rated for at
least 15 amperes and suitable for outdoor use.
• NEVER connect two or more extension cords together.
• Use the shortest extension cord possible.
• A 12- or 14-gauge cord of less than 50 feet is acceptable.
• Keep connections dry and off the ground.
• Avoid draping the grill cord over a countertop or tabletop where it
can be pulled on or tripped over.
NOTE: This grill functions best without an extension cord.
1. Open lid.
2. Make sure there are no obstructions of airow to the grill.
3. Make sure that temperature control assembly is turned fully to the
“OFF” position.
4. Plug the electrical cord connector into a dry GFI 3-prong outlet, per
“Grounding Instructions.”
5. Position Element Selector switch to center position (both top and
bottom elements are on).
TURNING ON
• Keep this appliance area clear and free from
combustible materials, gasoline and other ammable
vapors and liquids.
• DO NOT obstruct the ow of ventilation air.
CAUTION

6. Preheat BBQ grill for 8-10 minutes on High.
7. Position Element Selector Switch to desired cooking position.
8. Adjust the settings on the temperature control dial to desired
temperature level.
TURNING OFF
1. Turn the temperature control dial to “OFF.”
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
COOKING
1. Open lid and start grill per “Turning On” section.
2. Close lid and preheat grill on “HIGH” setting.
3. While wearing protective gloves or oven mitts, open lid and place food
onto cooking grid with long handle tongs.
4. Adjust temperature control dial as needed to control temperature.
5. With lid closed, cook until desired internal food temperature is
achieved.
6. Turn grill off per “Turning Off” section.
7. Leave lid open to cool off.
CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
1.
All cleaning and maintenance should be done when
grill is cool and with the cord unplugged.
2.
Do not touch grease tray when grill is in use or until it
has completely cooled.
NOTES:
1. EMPTY GREASE TRAY BEFORE EACH USE.
2. This grill should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected on a regular basis.
3. Abrasive cleaners will damage this product.
4. Never use oven cleaner to clean any part of grill.
5. Any other servicing should be performed by authorized service
representatives.

BEFORE EACH USE
CLEANING SURFACES
1. EMPTY GREASE TRAY BEFORE EACH USE.
2. Keep the grill area clean and free from any combustible materials, gasoline,
and other ammable vapors or liquids.
3. Keep the grilling surface free and clear of debris.
4. See sections below for proper cleaning instructions.
1. Wipe surfaces clean with mild dishwashing detergent or baking soda mixed
with water.
2. For stubborn stains, use a citrus-based degreaser and a nylon scrubbing
brush.
3. Rinse clean with water.
4. Allow to air dry.
5. Do not clean in a self-cleaning oven. The extreme heat will damage the
nish.
CLEANING LOWER HEATING ELEMENT
1. Turn grill off per “Turning Off” section. Before cleaning, be certain the
element is completely cooled.
2. Remove cooking grid.
3. Clean lower heating element with damp cloth. Be careful not to scratch
surface.
CAUTION: DO NOT immerse heating element in water.
4. Inspect heating element for any damage. If damage is found, servicing
should be performed by authorized service representatives.
5. Reinstall cooking grid.
6. Inspect electric cord for any damage. If damage is found, servicing should
be performed by authorized ser-vice representatives.
