B. Those that are not encased by non-
combustible materials and set up in a
more modern setting without sides or a
top. We refer to this installation type as
“WITHOUT A FIREBOX SETTING”
Side clearances to xed and stable
furniture items that are not susceptible
to movement such as lounges or patio
furniture must remain a minimum of 600mm
[23.6in] away from the ame at all times.
Overhead clearances to items that are
susceptible to movement (e.g. Curtains/
Trees) must remain a minimum of:
- Indoors: 1650mm [65in] away from the
ame at all times.
- Outdoors: 2000mm [78.7in] away from
the ame at all times.
If converting an existing replace, in order
to keep the heat from escaping through the
ue, place a panel of non-combustible heat
reective material such as stainless steel
across your ue opening.


EcoSmart™ Fire Grates können in zwei (2)
verschiedenen Umgebungen installiert werden.

INNERHALB EINER FIREBOX“ bezeichnet.
B. Grates, die nicht von einem nicht brennbaren
Material umschlossen sind und in einer modernen
Umgebung ohne Seitenteile oder Decke installiert
werden. Diese Installation wird als „PLATZIEREN
OHNE EINE FIREBOX“ bezeichnet.
Der seitliche Abstand der Flamme zu schweren bzw.
fest platzierten Einrichtungsgegenständen, die nur
unter hohem Aufwand bewegt werden können, wie
z.B. Lounge- oder Terrassen-Möbel, sollte
mindestens 600mm (23.6 inch) betragen.
Der obere Abstand zu windanfälligen, beweglichen
Materialien oder Gegenständen wie Bäumen oder
Vorhängen muss mindestens die folgenden

Grate Range モデルでは燃料がこぼれた場合、
床面まで到達することがあるため、床面には必ず不
燃性素材をお使いください。他の種類の Burner
Range について「床面の材質は問いません」と記載
されていますが（20 ページ参照）、「Grate」の場合
は 他よりも厳しい 要 件となっています。
EcoSmart™ バーナー「Grate」には2 通りの取
り付け方法があります。
A. ビルトイン設置：伝統的な石造り暖炉台のよ
うな、不燃性の素材を使用した製品にはめ込
む方法。
B. オープン設置：不燃性の素材を使用した製品
にはめ込まず、側面または上方を囲まないモ
ダンな取り付け方法。
寝椅子やパティオなど、固定されて容易に動かせ
ない家具類の近くに設置する場合には、常にレン
ジの炎と家具類の間に60cm以上の空間を取っ
てください 。
カーテンや樹 木など 、容 易 に 動 か せ な い も の の 近
くに設置する場合には、
－ 屋内：常に炎の上部に1.65m以上の空間を取
ってください 。
－ 屋外：常に炎の上部に2m以上の空間を取って
ください 。
* 【警告】背面の壁は不燃性でなければなりませ
ん。可燃性の場合は、60cm の離隔距離を保つ
必要があります。
