Ostrzeżenie
Przed rozpoczęciem montażu należy uważnie zapoznać się z instrukcją obsługi w celu
zapewnienia prawidłowego montażu. Prace montażowe powinny wykonywać co
najmniej dwie osoby posiadające kwalifikacje w zakresie montażu zgodnie z niniejszą
instrukcją. Firma EDBAK nie bierze odpowiedzialności za straty materialne oraz
uszkodzenia mienia lub ciała, wynikające z nieprawidłowego montażu. Dlatego należy
zawsze przestrzegać:
- w trakcie montażu dokładnie przestrzegać załączonej do produktu instrukcji
montażowej, w przeciwnym razie może to prowadzić do zniszczenia sprzętu, a
nawet uszkodzeń ciała,
- koniecznie przed montażem upewnić się, że pod powierzchnią, na której będzie
mocowane urządzenie nie ma kabli elektrycznych, rur wodnokanalizacyjnych lub
instalacji gazowych,
- w miejscach wskazanych w instrukcji, w których są ruchome elementy uchwytu
zachować szczególną ostrożność w celu uniknięcia przyciśnięcia, dłoni i palców.
Niniejszy sprzęt może być użytkowany przez dzieci w wieku co najmniej 8 lat i przez
osoby o obniżonych możliwościach fizycznych, umysłowych i osoby o braku
doświadczenia i znajomości sprzętu, jeżeli zapewniony zostaje nadzór lub instruktaż
odnośnie do użytkowania sprzętu w bezpieczny sposób, tak aby związane z tym
zagrożenia były zrozumiałe. Dzieci nie powinny bawić się sprzętem. Dzieci bez nadzoru
nie powinny wykonywać czyszczenia i konserwacji sprzętu.
Warning Please read this manual before starting the installation to ensure
correct assembly. The assembly should be carried out in accordance with this manual
by at least two fully qualified people. The EDBAK Company shall not be liable for any
injuries or damage to material or property caused by incorrect assembly. Hence, please
ensure that:
- during the assembly all the instructions are followed carefully. Failure to do so may
result in damage to the product or property, or even personal injury;
- before assembly there are no power cables, or water, sewage or gas pipes in the
area of the ceiling where the mount is to be fixed;
- extra caution should is taken with movable parts in order to avoid crushing or
pinching your hands or fingers. The movable parts are identified in this manual.
This equipment may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons of
diminished physical, mental capacity and lack of experience and knowledge of the
equipment if supervision or instruction is provided regarding the safe use of the
equipment so that the hazards involved are understood. Children without
supervision should not perform cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.

1. ROZPAKOWANIE / UNBOXING
Po dostawie, należy sprawdzić zawartość opakowania:
o czy dostarczony uchwyt dotarł w stanie nieuszkodzonym, czy nie zawiera widocznych wgnieceń
ani zadrapań.
o czy dostarczone są śruby i narzędzia umożliwiające montaż uchwytu
After delivery, check the contents of the package:
o make sure that the delivered bracket is undamaged and that there are no visible dents or
scratches.
o make sure that the screws, expansion plugs and Allen keys are delivered

2. MONTAŻ ADAPTERÓW 400 (* opcja) / ADAPTERS 400 MOUNTING (*optionally)
Jeśli posiadany przez klienta telewizor posiada otwory montażowe w rozstawie VESA 200x200 lub
100x100, należy pominąć ten punkt.
If your TV set has VESA 200x200 or 100x100 mounting holes, skip this point.
W przypadku posiadania telewizora z rozstawem otworów VESA 300x300 lub 400x400 należy
zastosować dołączone do zestawu, ramiona adapterów. W tym celu kluczem ampulowym o
rozmiarze 3mm (poz.6) przykręcamy 8 sztuk śrub M5x10 (poz. 5) wraz z podkładkami powiększanymi
M5 (poz. 3) oraz plastikowymi podkładkami dystansowymi fi15xfi8,4x5 (poz.4).
If you have a TV with a VESA 300x300 or 400x400 hole pattern, use the adapter arms included in the
set. To do this, use a 3mm Allen key (item 6) to screw in 8 pcs of M5x10 screws (item 5) with M5
enlarged washers (item 3) and plastic spacers fi15xfi8.4x5 (item 4).

Nagwintowane wypustki w adapterze należy umieścić wewnątrz otworów w gwieździe. Dodatkowo
należy zwrócić uwagę aby ramiona z „zamkowymi otworami” montować w „zamkowych otworach”
w gwieździe. W celu ułatwienia identyfikacji miejsca montażu ramion, każde z nich posiada kształt
puzzli. Dzięki temu ramiona da się zamontować tylko w jednej pozycji:

wszystkich puzzli, dokręcenie śrub kluczem)

3. ZDJĘCIE ZAŚLEPEK / PLUGS REPLACING

pociągnięcie zaślepki do przodu i do góry jednocześnie.

4. ODZNACZENIE MIEJSCA KOTWIENIA / ANCHORING POINTS MARKING
Podczas wyboru miejsca montażu uchwytu należy wziąć pod uwagę kilka aspektów:
- ściana na której będzie wisiał uchwyt musi być stabilna, prosta, i wykonana z solidnego materiału
(belit, pustak, beton, cegła, drewno)
- w miejscu punktów kotwiących nie mogą znajdować się przewody wysokiego napięcia, rury
hydrauliczne lub przewody z innymi mediami.
- ze względu na kształt uchwytu nie zaleca się mocowania go w miejscu gdzie panują silne przeciągi
lub panuje nasilony ruch komunikacyjny
- uchwyt należy ustawić w pozycji pion-poziom (uchwyt nie posiada regulacji obrotu lewo-prawo)

5. ODWIERCANIE OTWORÓW KOTWIĄCYCH / ANCHORING HOLES DRILLING
W miejscu zaznaczonych na ścianie punktów (w rozstawie 132,5x28mm) wykonać 4 odwierty pod:
- kołki rozporowe o rozmiarze fi10x60 (wiercenie w belicie, betonie, cegle)
- kotwy chemiczne o rozmiarze M6x60 (wiercenie w pustaku, belicie, betonie, cegle)
- wkręty do drewna o rozmiarze 6x60 (wiercenie w drewnie)
At the points marked on the wall (spaced 5,21x1,1”), drill 4 holes for:
- dowels with a size of fi10x60 (drilling in belit, concrete, brick)
- M6x60 chemical anchors (drilling in hollow brick, belit, concrete, brick)
- 6x60 wood screws (drilling in wood)

6. MONTAŻ UCHWYTU NA ŚCIANIE / MOUNTING THE BRACKET ON THE WALL
Uchwyt przykręcić do ściany w sposób pewny, wykorzystując wszystkie cztery otwory montażowe.
UWAGA! Należy zwrócić uwagę aby „otwory zamkowe” w gwieździe VESA był skierowane do góry.
Screw the bracket to the wall securely, using all four assembly holes.

7. MONTAŻ ZAŚLEPEK / PLUGS ASSEMBLY
Po przykręceniu uchwytu do ściany można zamaskować miejsce montażu. Zaślepki (poz.2) nałożyć
na blachę ścienną (poz.1) do momentu bardzo delikatnego zakliknięcia.
After screwing the bracket to the wall, you can mask the place of installation. Put the plugs (item 2)
on the wall plate (item 1) until they click very slightly.

8. PRZYKRĘCENIE ŚRUB DO TELEWIZORA / SCREWING THE SCREWS TO THE TV
W dwa górne otwory telewizora wkręcić (bez dokręcania – pozostawiając ok 5mm luzu) śruby
montażowe. W przypadku gdy stosujemy śruby M4 lub M5 należy dodatkowo zastosować podkładki
powiększane. W przypadku śrub M6 lub M8 podkładki nie są wymagane.
Dwa dolne otwory w telewizorze należy w tym momencie pozostawić wolne.
Attach (without tightening – leaving ap.5mm gap) the mounting screws to the two top holes of the
TV. When using M4 or M5 screws, additional washers should be used. Washers are not required for
M6 or M8 bolts.
Leave the bottom two holes on the TV free at this point.

9. ZAWIESZENIE MONITORA NA UCHWYCIE / SUSPENDING THE MONITOR ON THE MOUNT
Wkręcone w telewizor śruby przełożyć przez „zamkowe otwory” w gwieździe VESA i zawiesić na nich
telewizor.
Put the screws in the TV set through the "lock holes" in the VESA star and hang the TV on them.

Po zawieszeniu telewizora można wkręcić pozostałe dwie śruby, a następnie dokręcić wszystkie
cztery.
