SETTINGS
Although ozone is a healthful constituent of clean fresh air, high
concentrations for prolonged periods can produce respiratory irri-
tation and diskess. This unit is capable ofproducing ozone con-
centrations that are unsafe when used in confined spaces. Do not
direct the output at your face for prolonged periods of time.
WARNING
Use normal precautions, as with any electrical appliance, to avoid
possible shock. Avoid exposure to sources of moisture. Use prop-
erly grounded electrical outlets.

Important
Your generator will become damaged, your
warrantee voided, and the ozone output lessened if
immersed in water or operated when humidity
(moisture in the air) is above 600/0. Lowering the
humidity can often be accomplished by simply
running a dehumidifier or air-conditioner in the
room to be treated.

I INSTALLATION
The EDENAIR PTlOl-2K is portable and ready to plug
in as it comes from the box. Its effectiveness depends
on the amount of ozone that is dispersed and allowed to
contact the ambient air.
. Place the PTl0l-2K as close to the offending agent
as possible. The ozone concentration is highest as
it exits the unit.
. Place the PTl01-2K as high in the room as possi-
ble. Ozone is heavier than air and will drift down,
neutralizing offending agents in its path.
. Use existing air currents or larger circulating fans to
help disperse the ozone. The ozone will cover
large areas as it travel on drafts or moving air, neu-
tralizing odors along its path.
CONTINUOUS OPERATION:
Depress the ON button
Adjust the desired fan speed.
Adjust the desired ozone level.
A mild bleach like odor that is barely detectable is safe.
. TIMED OPERATION
The unit may be set to operate from a minimum of 1
minute to a maximum of 99 hours and99 minutes
1. Depress the TIME button.
2. Use the increase, decrease, and digit select buttons to
set the DISPLAY to the desired hours and/or minutes
of operation.
3. The left two digits are to set number of hours, and
the right two digits are to set number of minutes.
4. Depress the TIME button.
The Ozone level and Fan Speed can be adjusted before
or anytime during the operation. The use of these con-
trols is best determined by experience, conditions and
the extent of air pollutants.
. CYCLED 24 HOUR OPERATION
The unit may be set to operate from l-99 minutes ON
and from I to 99 minutes OFF. The left two digits in
the display are minutes ON. The right two digitsae
minutes OFF.
Depress the24 HR button.
Use the increase, decrease and Digit Select
buttons to set the Display to the desired
minutes of operation on. and the number of
minutes the unit is to remain off.
Depress the24 HR button.
The unit will cycle, continuously, on for the minutes in
the left two digits of the display, and off for the min-
utes in the right two digits of the display.
