In the interests of children's safety:
When isposing of the refrigerator, remove all oors an leave the
shelves insi e. This prevents chil ren from being acci entally trappe or
suffocate in the refrigerator.
Never open the cooling unit - it is un er high pressure.
Never store explosive substances, such as lighter fuel, petrol, ether or
similar pro ucts in the miniBar.
The miniBar must be installe in such a way that acci ental contact with
the cooling unit (which heats up when in use) is impossible.
The appliance has to be connecte to a properly earthe socket in line
with the relevant vali country regulations.
Servicing must only be carrie out by authorise service personnel.
Coolants
Ammonia is use as the coolant. This is a natural compoun which is also
present in common househol cleaners (1 litre of salmiac cleaner contains
up to 200g of ammonia - this is roughly ouble the amount containe in the
cooling unit).
If a leak occurs (which can be easily etecte ue to the unpleasant smell):
Switch the evice off (pull mains plug, if applicable);
Ventilate room thoroughly.
Inform hotel personnel.
For the safety of hotel guests an personnel, it has been establishe by
inspectors that the coolant poses no threat to health.
