Before use, check that your mains power supply corresponds to the voltage shown
on the rating plate of the Oven, located to the rear of
the Oven Lid
Do not oprerate this oven with the bowl directly on the work surface this may
damage the work surface
The Oven carrage must be placed on a at, stable and level surface.
Do not let children near the Oven when in use.
Do not let the Power Cable hang over the edge of the worktops, touch hot surfaces.
Do not place the Oven near any other heat source.
This appliance must be earthed.
Do not place the Glass Bowl on directly on any heat souce.
Only move the Oven, when operating, with great care.
Do not touch hot surfaces;
use the Carrying Handles. Never lift with the Glass Bowl without its carraige
The Glass Bowl and Oven Lid will remain HOT after cooking.
The Racks may be lifted from the Glass Bowl using the Tongs provided.
After removing the Oven Lid place it on a heat resistant surface, as the underside
is very hot during cooking.
Do not place the Oven Lid anywhere other than on the Glass Bowl during operation.
Always place the Oven Lid on the Glass Bowl before connecting to the wall socket.
Do not use the Oven with an external timer switch.
Do not use the Oven for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
Do not drop the Oven. glass is fragile
Do not share a socket with other appliances, as the socket may overheat.
Do not immerse the Oven Lid in water or other liquids, or allow liquids to get into the lid.

Introduction
The multifunction convection oven has brought an end to the traditional cooking way .While
cooking ,the convection oven produces a circle of hot moving air ,which cooks the food all over
evenly .The cooked food becomes a very delicious dish wish its natural avour and nutrition.
The model of the convection oven is reasonably designed with attractive appearance 0-60
minute. In it, there are a 65 – 250oC scope temperature controller (thermostat) and 0-60 minute
scope timer .You may select the cooking temperature and cooking time for your food.The hot
air inside the oven will never bring about smoke, nor will the food be burnt.Your kitchen is then
clean and safe, free from contamination.
The convection oven not only saves you from the heavy kitchen work, but also makes your
cooking enjoyable.
Operation
1. Put the steel racks into container, and then put the food in. Note there is some space
between the food and oven lid.
2. Insert the oven plug according to the power specication. It is not allowed to share the same
plug-set with other electrical appliances.
3.Turn the timer clockwise to your required time, then the red lamp lights up.
4. Set the temperature controller clockwise to your required temperature, and then the green
light turns on.The convection starts working.
5.The green lamp can be turned off before the due time.This shows the oven has achieved the
set temperature.When the oven’s temperature becomes lower than what you need, the oven
will automatically turn the heater on and green lamp will also turn on to indicate heating
process.
Important
1.When the convection oven operates, the handles, which are linked to steel bar, will
be expanded by heat and become loose, they ill return to their original shape when
the temperature reduces.
2. Don’t put the oven lid directly on the non heat resistant surfaces after cooking as this may
cause damage to the surface.
3.The devices lid is not allowed to be washed in the water as it contains electrical components.
To clean the lid use a clean damp soft cloth in the case of stubborn

Unplug the Oven when not in use.
Allow the Oven to cool before cleaning.
Do not clean the Oven with metal scouring pads. Pieces may break off the pad and

Do not use the Oven outdoors.
If the mains supply cable becomes damaged,it must be replaced by a qualied electrician.
Do not operate the Oven with a damaged Power Cable, plug or when the Oven
has malfunctioned.
Do not attempt to repair the unit as there are no user serviceable part in this appliance.
Do not place bowl directly into cold water when hot.
This product is not intended for use by children or the inrm without adequate supervision or
training by the person responsible for their safety.

Safety Information

How to Broil
Place the food directly on the wire rack (low or high rack)
For very thick cuts of meat, turn the food at the halfway point
Like roasting, broiling time may vary depending on cut, size, amount of fat, etc.
How to Steam
You can steam vegetables at the same time you cook your main dish by placing the vegetables
in an aluminium foil pouch: add a few drops of water and seal the pouch.
You can also add a cup of water in the bottom pot, with savoury herbs and spices to steam sh
or vegetables, but just a little water.
How to Fry
You can get the effect of deep-fat French fries without all the oil by dipping potato strips
in polyunsaturated cooking oil, allow excess oil to drain away and cook according to cooking
guide.
To make delicious fried chicken, dip chicken pieces in batter and then in cooking oil, drain
excess oil and cook according to chart provided.
How to Toast
You can get perfectly toasted bread and snacks with the convection oven without preheating.
Simply put the food directly on wire rack and watch it toast. It will be crisp on the outside
and stay soft on the inside.
Selected Recipes
Lobster
Ingredients:
Lobster 1kg, nger juice, salt, sugar, liquor, pepper
Method
Place the lobster in salt for about 10-15 minutes
Then put them in the convection oven and cook
for 12-15 minutes at temperature of 140oC-160oC
Crispy chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken, a little starch, some wine, malt sugar, honey,
vinegar, warm water.
Method
Wash and clean the chicken with boiling water
and then with cold water immediately.
Mix the starch, melt sugar, honey and vinegar
with some water. Apply the mixture to the chicken
with a brush several times.When the chicken dries,
put it into the halogen oven.
Bake the chicken 20 minutes with a temperature of 150-200OC
Then re-apply the mixture and bake 10 minutes in low temperature.

Spinach stuffed chicken Serves 1
Ingredients
70g fresh spinach leaves 30g sour cream
15g shredded pepper jack cheese 1 clove garlic, minced
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to ½ inch thickness
0.2g ground black pepper 2 slices bacon
Instructions
1. Place spinach in a large glass bowl, and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every
minute or so, or until wilted.
2. Drain and stir in sour cream, pepperjack cheese, and garlic.
3. Lay the chicken breast out on a clean surface, and spoon some of the spinach mixture onto
centre of each one.
4. Roll up chicken to enclose the spinach, and then wrap each chicken breast with two slices of
bacon. Secure with toothpicks, and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
5. Bake covered for 20-22 minutes on 180°C in your Halogen Oven, then increase heat to
250°C for an additional 5 minutes to brown the bacon.

Thai Vegetable Curry Serves 2
Ingredients
Low fat spray
4 shallots sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ small butternut squash, chunks
1 courgette, sliced
1 red pepper sliced thickly
50g ne green beans, halved
1 vegetable stock cube, in 300ml
(10 oz) boiling water
150ml fat free coconut milk
½ tsp ready prepared 'fresh' lemongrass
½ tsp 'fresh' root ginger
1-2 tsp Thai red or green curry paste, according to taste 1 tbs chopped fresh coriander
Salt and freshly ground black pepper Coriander sprigs, to garnish
Instructions
1. Lightly spray a wok or large frying pan with low fat cooking spray.
2.Add the shallots or onion and garlic and sauté them for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
3.Transfer to casserole dish and add the butternut squash, courgette, pepper, beans, vegetable
stock, coconut milk, lemongrass, ginger and curry paste.
4. Cook in Halogen Oven for 20-25 minutes at 250°C, until the vegetables are tender and the
liquid has reduced.
5.Add the coriander and season to taste.

we brought it over here, we shipped it on a container ship,
along with 10,000 containers of other things. It may not be
fast, it takes about 4 weeks, but it’s the greenest way of doing
it.

can’t think of a good use for the box as it is, please fold it at
and put it out with your other recycling. If you don’t have
regular collections, it can be taken to any cardboard recycling
area or even used in your composter. Now you can play your

We started thinking about how to make this packaging
“Green” from the very beginning,
and thought that using as little paper as possible would be
a good idea. So the whole design process was carried out
online.We didn’t post anything, kept printouts to a minimum
and let technology take the strain.
Sustainable Packaging:
The trees used to make the card board for this box all come
from sensitively managed forests. Since 2006, the people that
made the cardboard for this box have planted over 700,000
acres of trees. On top of that, the whole manufacturing
process is ISO14001 approved.
