1. Shows the set temperature.
Operation modes are: Cool, Dry,Fan, andAuto.
Time is displayedusing the timer setting.
Digital Display:
and Button:2. Use these buttons on the
control panel and remote to increase or decrease
the Set Temperature or Timer.
Temperature range: 61 ~88 or 16 ~31 .
3. Turn the air conditioner on and
off.
Power Button:
Press the mode buttonto cycle
through the various modes: Cool, Dry, Fan and
Auto.
4. Mode Button:
Use buttons on thecontrol panel
and remote to setthe TIMER.
Timer Off:The timed stop is programmed by
pressing the TIMER button. Set the time by
pressing the button or
Timer On:
, set the temperaturewith pressing
the button or . with pressing the
button or .
Note:It can be setto automatically turn off or on in
0.5-24 hours. Each pressof the
buttons will increase or decrease the timer. The
Timer can beset in 0.5 hoursincrement below 10
hours and 1 hourincrement for 10 hours or above.
The SET light will turn on whilesetting.

5. Timer Button:
Cool Mode:The cooling function allows the air
conditioner to cool theroom and at the same time
reduces humidity. Press the MODEbutton to
activate the cooling function. To optimize this
function adjust the temperature by pressing the up
and down arrows andthe speed by pressing the
Fan Speed button.
Dry Mode: This function reduces the humidity of
the air to makethe room more comfortable. Press
MODE button to setthe DRY mode.An automatic
function of alternating cooling cycles and air fan
is activated.
Fan Mode:
Auto Mode: In AUTO mode the unitautomatically
chooses the fan speedand the mode of operation
(COOL, DRY, or FAN). In this mode the fan speed
and the temperature areset automatically
according to the roomtemperature (
).
This mode will onlycirculate the air.
Press MODE button toselect FAN MODE.
Pressing the FAN SPEED button allowsyou to
change the fan speedsetting from HI, MED, and
LO. If using theremote control, it will store the fan
speed setting of theprevious use.
Room
temperature is determined by the temperature
sensor located in theindoor unit.

When the unit isin ECO mode, the
light will turn on.In ECO mode, theunit will
turn-off once theroom is cooled tothe user set
temperature. The fanwill also be off at this point.
The unit will turnback on when theroom
temperature rises above theuser set temperature.
Before the compressor stars,the fan motor will
run for a while,then it will stopfor a while-and will
repeat to provide amuch more comfortable-feeling
and save energy.
6. Eco Button:
Press the SLEEP button, the Sleep
Light will be on after 10s. and the remaining lights
on the display will be off. In SLEEP mode, the air-
conditioner will automatically adjust the
temperature and fan speed to make the room more
comfortable during the night. The set temperature
will automatically raise by 1 every 30-60
minutes and at most change six times until the set
temperature is 28 .
Run time will depend on set temperature.
7. Sleep Button:
Press the FAN SPEED button
to select the fanspeed. In COOLMODE you can
choose the following settings:HI, MED, LO, or
AUTO. In FAN MODE you canchoose from HI,
MED, and LO.
8. Fan Speed Button:
The Filter Check lightwill only turn
on as a reminderto clean the filterafter the fan
motor has been inoperation for a totalof 500
hours. To turn the lightoff, press theFilter Check
button.

to control horizontal airflowand the air deflectors
to control vertical airflow.

When the unit isin ECO mode, the

temperature. The fan will also be off at this point.
The unit will turnback on when the room
