Step 1 - Unpack and Identify Parts
1. Remove stair assembly by
removing temporary transport
bolts each side
2. Take out all parts and check
them off as per parts list below

Step 2 - Fit Pump Handle
1. Install pump handle – slide into
place as shown and tighten grub
screw into indent at the base of
the handle

Step 3 - Fit Deck
1. Loosen M12 Bolts on both sides and
rotate deck into position
2. Hold Deck in position
and insert bolts into holes shown.
Ensure bolt heads are on the inside
(facing the deck)
Fastening List
12 x M10 x 30mm Bolt
12 x M10 Nyloc Nut
24 x M10 Flat Washer
Rotate Deck up into position

Step 4 - Fit Stair Assembly
1. Lift Stair assembly into position
(two people required for this)
2. Insert Bolts on both sides as shown
3. Tighten to maximum of 10Nm
(7.5 ft/lbs) torque

4 x M10 x 80mm Bolt
4 x M10 Nyloc Nut
8 x M10 Flat Washer
M10 x 80mm Bolt
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
10Nm (7.5 ft/lbs) maximum

Step 5 - Fit Floating Treads
1. Fit the five floating treads as shown
2. Ensure orientation is correct

1. Fit the Stair Handrail assembly on
both sides as shown
Fastening List
4 x M10 x 65mm Bolt
4 x M10 Spring Washer
4 x M10 Heavy Duty Washer
Leave this cap
screw loose
M10 x 65mm Bolt
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
Max tightening torque
10Nm (7.5 ft/lbs)

1. Fit the Stair Midrail assembly on both
sides as shown

4 x M8 x 35mm Cap Screw
4 x M8 Nyloc Nut
4 x M10 x 65mm Bolt
4 x M10 Nyloc Nut
4 x M10 Flat Washer
4 x M10 Heavy Duty Washer
Leave these cap

Step 8 - Fit Platform Handrail Assembly
1. Fit the Platform Handrail assembly on
both sides as shown
2. Once in position tighten all M8 Cap
Screws in all fitted assemblies

4 x M10 x 65mm Bolt
4 x M10 Nyloc Nut
4 x M10 Flat Washer
4 x M10 Heavy Duty Washer

1. Fit the left and right Platform Handrail
assemblies as shown

10 x M10 Nyloc Nut
10 x M10 Flat Washer
10 x M10 Heavy Duty Washer
M10 x 70mm Bolt

Step 10 - Fit Left Corner Post + Gate Assembly
1. Ensure the G20 is lifted up two steps
before fitting these handrail assemblies
2. Fit the Upper Platform Stair Handrail
assembly on both sides as shown

2 x M10 x 75mm Bolt
2 x M10 Nyloc Nut
2 x M10 Flat Washer
2 x M10 Heavy Duty Washer

Step 11 - Fit Left Corner Post + Gate Assembly
1. Lower the G20 back to the lowest position
2. Fit left corner post and gate assembly as
shown
3. Align gate and lock/latch before
tightening bolts

1. Fit the right corner post and gates
assembly as shown
2. Align gate and lock/latch before
tightening bolts
