AND THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT IN GEAR

Mobile Oce Features
Adjustable Keyboard Tray
Your desk is equipped with an adjustable
tray for your keyboard or laptop. To adjust
the height, remove the screws from the
L brackets on each side of the underside
of the tray. Pull the laptop tray out from
the desk and move it to a new groove to
achieve the desired height. Reattach the
L brackets and tighten to secure the tray.
Locking Drawers
Your desk is equipped with locking
storage drawers to safeguard your
equipment or condential documents.

opening unexpectedly keep them locked
while your vehicle is moving.

Slatwall Overhead Hutch
The overhead hutch provides additional storage
for your mobile oce. The standard accessories
are easy to install. First determine the desired location,
drill holes in the slatwall that align to the accessory’s
holes, then adhere the noise-reducing stickers to the back
of the bracket and secure using the hardware provided.
Video instructions for attaching the accessories can
be found by scanning the QR code on your desk or
at the end of this guide with a mobile device.

Printer Tie-Downs (Thumb Lock TV Grips)
Your desk comes with a set of tie-downs which
should be used to secure your printer to the
desktop. Instructions are included in the package.
Note: Failure to use the Thumb Lock TV Grips
could result in personal injury to you or damage
to your printer or the vehicle.

Auxiliary Power
Your vehicle is equipped with auxiliary power enabling you to plug in your electronic devices.
Power Strip
The power strip, located on the right side of the
desk, has 2 USB ports and 4 outlets. The power
strip should stay on at all times.
Power Inverter
The power inverter, located under the desk drawers,
should be turned on each time it is needed and turned
o when not in use. To prevent the vehicle battery
from draining, the power inverter will automatically
turn o after 4 hours. The auto shut-o device is
located next to the inverter.
Note: Your computer should be powered
on prior to plugging it into the power strip
to avoid overloading the inverter.
Note: To reset the auto shut-o timer, turn o
your vehicle’s engine for at least 30 seconds.

Chair (ECO-MESH-DT2-ARL)
Your mobile o ce chair is equipped with an auto-return
cylinder which prevents it from spinning while the vehicle
is in motion. The mechanism will keep the chair facing
the same direction when it is unoccupied.
A. BACK ANGLE - To adjust the back angle, pull
up on the TRIANGULAR paddle and hold it in
the up position. Lean backward or forward until
the backrest is at the desired angle. Release
the paddle to lock. When adjusted correctly
the angle between your upper body and thighs
should be greater than 90 degrees.
B. LUMBAR SUPPORT - To adjust the lumbar support,
push the lumbar pad up or down to the desired height.
C. SEAT HEIGHT - To raise the seat, pull up on the
SQUARE paddle while raising your weight o the
chair. To lower the seat, pull up on the paddle while
sitting. Release the paddle to lock.
D. SEAT ANGLE - To adjust the seat angle, pull up on
the CIRCULAR paddle and shift your weight forward
or backward until the seat is at the desired angle.
Release the paddle to lock.

Sliding Chair Base
The chair rests in a custom designed sliding base that
allows it to slide forward and backward. To operate
the mechanism, sit in the chair, lift up the black handle
on the base and slide the chair until the desired position
is reached. Then release the handle.
Do not push down on the handle with your
foot as this could damage the mechanism.

Ladder Rack (optional)
Your vehicle may be equipped with a Prime Design
Drop Down Ergorack Ladder Rack. Prime Design’s
website provides feature descriptions and video
instructions for operating and adjusting the Drop
Down Ergorack Ladder Rack. Select the Video
tab on the Prime Design page and view the bottom
right video to see the ladder rack in operation.

The height of the vehicle with a ladder rack is on a sticker
on the front dashboard. The ladder rack’s extension pole
is located on the floor behind the desk.

Slatwall Laptop Shelf
The RAM®Tough-Tray™ laptop mount bolts directly to
the overhead slatwall hutch. It features a spring-loaded
tray that accommodates laptop computers ranging from
10” wide to 16” wide. The tray includes four adjustable
clamping arms that can be moved both vertically and
horizontally to adjust for dierent thicknesses of
laptops and give the freedom to not block any ports
or drives. The laptop tray is held by a double socket
arm that can be easily adjusted to nd the ideal
ergonomic viewing angle.

Slatwall Monitor Mount
The RAM®Slatwall Monitor Mount bolts
directly to the overhead slatwall hutch.
The universal VESA plate has both
75mm X 75mm and 100mm X 100mm
hole patterns to accommodate virtually
any external computer monitor. The mount
is adjustable at both ends for almost innite
adjustment and the perfect viewing angle.

Desktop Monitor Mount
The RAM®Desktop Monitor Mount bolts directly
to the desk top. The universal VESA plate has
both 75mm X 75mm and 100mm X 100mm hole
patterns to accommodate virtually any external
computer monitor. The height of the monitor can
easily be adjusted up to 4” by turning the knob
at the top of the pole. The monitor can be both
tilted and rotated using the double-swing arm
and ball socket.

Slatwall Hook
The slatwall hook is ideal for storing cables,
extension cords or hoses. It easily attaches
to either the side or the back of the VanGo
Desk for an out of the way storage solution.

easy customization of your VanGo Mobile Oce. The
baskets are mounted using standard slatwall hardware.

Chair Arms Compatible with ecoMesh chair
Arms can be added to your mobile oce chair.
The nger-tip adjustable T-arms are easy to attach
to your chair. They are height adjustable up to 3”
and width adjustable up to 2” per arm.

Alternate Chair Cylinders
For chairs that cannot be adjusted to a comfortable
height, alternative chair cylinders to raise or lower
the chair further are available.
Note: The alternate chair cylinders do not have the
auto-return feature that keeps the chair from spinning
while the vehicle is in motion. The use of a bungee cord
is recommended to prevent the chair from spinning.

further than the standard cylinder.)

File Tote
The File Tote has a durable outer shell with padded
inner walls and can be secured with a vehicle seat belt.
It comes with a lid to keep documents private and safe
