Safety Guidelines
This fixture is a sophisticated piece of electronic equipment. To guarantee a smooth operation,
it is important to follow all instructions and guidelines in this manual. After you have become
familiar with this manual, we recommend that you keep a copy for future reference. Erik Nelson
Entertainment is not responsible for injury or damages resulting from the misuse of this fixture.
Only qualified personnel should perform installation and maintenance of this fixture and only
the original omega brackets included with this fixture should be used for installation.
Modifications to the fixture or the included mounting hardware will void the original
manufactures warranty and increase the risk of damage or personal injury.
PROTECTION CLASS 1 - FIXTURE MUST BE PROPERLY GROUNDED
DO NOT PLUG FIXTURE INTO A DIMMER PACK
NEVER OPEN FIXTURE WHILE IN USE
UNPLUG POWER BEFORE SERVICING FIXTURE
NEVER TOUCH FIXTURE DURING OPERATION, AS IT MAY BE HOT! KEEP FLAMMABLE MATERIALS
AWAY FROM FIXTURE
NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE LIGHT SOURCE RETINA INJURY RISK - MAY INDUCE BLINDNESS
SENSITIVE PERSONS MAY SUFFER AN EPILEPTIC SHOCK

7
Safety Guidelines Cont.
DO NOT TOUCH the fixture housing during operation. Turn OFF the power and allow 10 minutes
for the fixture to cool down before servicing.
DO NOT shake fixture, avoid brute force when installing or operating fixture.
DO NOT operate fixture if the power cord is frayed, crimped, or damaged.
NEVER force a power cord connector into the fixture. If the power cord or any of its connectors
are damaged, replace it immediately with a new one of equal or greater power rating.
DO NOT block any air vents.
All fan and air intakes must remain clean and unobstructed.
Allow 6” (15cm) on all sides of fixture for proper cooling.
Always disconnect fixture from power source before performing any type of service and/or
cleaning procedure.
During the initial operation of this fixture, a light smoke or smell may emit from the interior of
the fixture. This is a normal process and is caused by excess paint in the interior of the casing
burning off from the heat associated with the lamp and will decrease gradually over time.
Consistent operational breaks ensure fixture will function properly for many years.
Condensation may form on the fixture In places with fog or a high level of humidity or when the
fixture is suddenly moved from a cold to a warm environment, or vice versa. In such cases, you
must wait for the fixture to fully adjust to the ambient temperature of the room where it will be
installed for operation.

8
Maintenance Guidelines
DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE!
Cleaning
Frequent cleaning is recommended to ensure proper function, optimized light output, and an
extended life. Clean the external lens surface at least once a month with a soft cloth to avoid
dirt/debris accumulation. The frequency of cleaning depends on the environment in which the
fixture operates: damp, smoky or particularly dirty environments can cause greater
accumulation of dirt on the fixture’s optics and may require more frequent cleaning.
NEVER use alcohol, solvents, or ammonia-based cleaners.
Inspection
Regular inspections are recommended to ensure proper function and extended life.
Please refer to the following points during routine inspections:
Be sure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened.
Check for any deformations on the housing, color lenses, rigging hardware and rigging points
(ceiling, suspension, trussing).
Electric power supply cables must not show any damage, material fatigue or sediments. NEVER
remove the ground prong from the power cable.
If any defects are found with the fixture, it should be removed from service immediately until it
can be repaired by a qualified technician.

9
Error Messages
When you turn on the fixture, it will first perform an automatic reset where it calibrates all of its
channel functions. The display may show “Err channel is XX” indicating there is a problem with
one or more of the channels.
1. If there is an error on channel 1 and channel 3 at the same time, the following error message
may appear: “Err channel is Pan movement”, “Err channel is Tilt movement.” The system will
flash twice, and the fixture will start a second reset. If the error message persists after more
than two resets, the channels showing errors will not work properly but the other channels will
function normally.
PAN- movement Er
(PAN-yoke movement error): This message will appear after the reset if the yoke’s magnetic-
indexing circuit malfunctions (failed sensor or magnet missing) or the stepping-motor is
defective (also caused by its driving IC on the main PCB). The PAN- movement does not return to
the default position after the reset.
TILT- movement Er
(TILT-head movement error): This message will appear after the reset if the head’s magnetic-
indexing circuit malfunctions (sensor failed or magnet missing) or the stepping-motor is
defective (also caused by its driving IC on the main PCB). The TILT- movement does not return to
the default position after the reset.
