INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
AIR ANTENNA SUPPORT
AIR antenna support in two levels for installation of one AIR unit or other
common panel antenna on the market. For installation directly on tower
leg or other vertical structures of various size and shape.
Mounting tube not needed. Including features such as compensation for
inclined tower legs, turnable azimuth and mechanical tilt.

THIS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
This installation instruction covers the Air antenna support. The support are made of anodized alu-
minium and the fasteners are acid proof stainless steel. This instruction shows howe the brackets
are assembled and mounted towards the Air antenna.

PREPARATION OF THE BRACKET

Preassembled at delivery.
Nut M12

Nut M12
Mount the 2pc M12x200 and tighten M12 nut to moment 57 Nm.
STEP 3
STEP 4
1) Push the parts to its bottom po-
sition and tighten the M12 locking
nut on both sides.
2) Make sure that the rotating plate is in a neutral position like
the picture and tighten the two M12 locking nuts underneath.

Pull the antenna tilt part to its bottom position like
picture and then tighten the M12x160 bolt.
Slide on the two Bolt M10x30
to the antenna tilt part.

MOUNTING THE ANTENNA TOWARDS THE TOWER LEG
STEP 9
TIGTENING MOMENT FOR M12 = 57 Nm
Lift up the antenna and mount it towards
the tower leg.
Make sure You turn the Clamp profile
back in right position depending on the
shape and size of the tower leg.
See mounting examples on page 10.

Make sure You mount the antenna in direction like picture
first. If the tower leg is inclined You should compensate for
the inclination before adjusting the azimuth and tilting.

After You have made all adjustments make sure You tightening all bolts.
TIGTENING MOMENT FOR M12 = 57 Nm
Adjust bolts for compen-
sate of inclined tower leg
Un tighten the nuts and turn
the antenna in your azimuth.
Adjust for mecha-
nical tilt 0 – 4 ˚

35x35 to 60x60 mm 60x60 to 90x90 mm
Minimum opening 40 mm 100 mm opening
90˚ ANGLE PROFILES 35x35-90x90 mm
For 90˚ angle frame legs the back clamp profile should be turned with the protruding
lips towards the frame member.
60˚ ANGLE PROFILES 40-100 mm
For 60˚ angle frame legs turn the back profile with the protruding lips away from the
frame member.
EXAMPEL OF PROFILES
ROUND TUBES Ø25-120 mm
For tubes Ø25-60 mm the back clamp profile should be turned with the protruding lips
towards the tube. For tubes 60-120 mm the lips should be turned away from the tube.
Ø25-60 mm Ø60-120 mm
35x35 to 50x50 mm 50x50 to 90x90 mm
SQUARE PROFILES 35x35 – 90x90 mm
For square profiles 35x35 to 50x50 mm the back clamp profile should be turned with
the protruding lips towards the frame member. For squares 50x50 to 90x90 mm the
lips should be turned away from the frame member.
