OPERATING YOUR FRIDGE/FREEZER
OPERATING WITH 12V/24V DC
12V/24V DC POWER REQUIREMENTS
POWER REQUIREMENTS
The fridge is designed to operate on AC or DC voltage.
If your fridge is shutting off prematurely, it could be due to the following:
Check the power cable and all connections. Adjust the battery monitor on the control panel
if required.
1. The battery voltage protection is set too high on the battery monitor.
2. The DC power cable and/or connections are not suitable to carry the required current.
AC input 110–240 V AC at 50 Hz to AC adaptor (e.g., electrical socket)
If the fridge is operating when the vehicle ignition is switched off, the fridge will switch off
automatically unless the vehicle is fitted with a dual-battery system.
The fridge will automatically switch back on when the vehicle is started and the
power-source voltage reaches the battery monitor cut-in setting.
Plug the 12V/24V DC power cable into the DC POWER socket on the side of the fridge.
Then, connect to the vehicle cigarette lighter socket or another suitable 12V or 24V DC
power source.
The display will automatically show the current internal cabinet temperature.
For optimal performance and efficiency, it is important that the fridge has a reliable DC
power source available. Direct connection to the battery is recommended and reduces the
risk of voltage dropping to the appliance.
Use only the DC power cable supplied with the fridge. IMPORTANT: lf a DC extension
cable is required, we recommended a 6 mm diameter (AWG11) 4.58 mm2 twin-sheath
two-core cable with direct connection to the positive and negative battery terminals with
15A inline fuse protection.
The fridge will turn on automatically. There is no need to switch the appliance on.
DC input 12V/24 V DC (e.g., vehicle cigarette lighter or car battery)

Operation & Installation
Note:
APPLICATION & OPERATION
OPERATING WITH 110–240V AC
CAUTION
The fridge is equipped with a multilevel battery monitor that protects your vehicle battery
against excessive discharging when the fridge is connected to a 12V or 24V DC power
source.
IMPORTANT: When running the fridge on DC power, we recommend setting the battery
monitor to LOW if the fridge is not running on a crank battery.
Your fridge is equipped with reverse polarity protection, which protects your fridge against
reverse battery connections and short circuits.
To protect your battery, the fridge switches off automatically if the power source voltage is
insufficient. The fridge will restart only when the voltage reaches cut-in level.
Over-voltage may damage the electronics of the fridge.
The fridge will turn on automatically. You do not need to switch it on.
The display will automatically show the current internal compartment temperature.
The fridge is equipped with a multi-voltage internal power supply with a priority circuit or
connecting to an AC voltage power source of 110V–240V.
First, plug the 110V–240V AC power adapter and cable into the fridge power socket at the
end of the fridge. Then, connect to a suitable 110V–240V AC power source.
Do not touch cables, plugs, or switches with wet hands or when your feet are in
contact with water! If you operate your fridge on board a boat by means of a
shore connection to a 110V-240V AC power source, the power connection must
include an earth-leakage residual current device (RCD).
Note:
Always consult a qualified automotive electrician when using a DC extension cable.
It is important that the correct cable size and gauge are used for the installation of the DC
supply. Otherwise, the voltage can decrease over a distance.

TEMP CONTROL/GENERAL OPERATION
The fridge is designed to either refrigerate or freeze food. The unit is suitable for outdoor
use, such as camping and tailgating.
The fridge is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between 50° F and 110 °F, in
humidity up to 90%, and can operate continuously at an angle of 30° maximum.
If you wish to refrigerate medicines, first check to ensure the fridge’s cooling capacity
meets the required temperatures for the respective medicines.
Note:
Effective operation of the appliance requires heat to be radiated away from the condenser
located at the end of the cabinet.
There must be adequate airflow around the compressor at all times.
The cooling system has been designed to operate correctly when the appliance is positioned
on an incline of up to 30 degrees. It is recommended that you run the unit on an incline of
more than 30 degrees for no more than four (4) hours at a time.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING YOUR ICE MAKER
MAINTENANCE & SERVICE
Fresh and frozen foods should not be stored next to each other in the compartment. Doing
so may cause fresh foods to freeze and spoil.
When the unit is set at 32 °F or lower, do not store glass bottles or liquids such as beer,
milk, juice, or soft drinks in the unit as these may freeze and shatter, leak, or burst.
Items such as fruit and vegetables should be stored closer to the top of the compartment as
this area is normally slightly warmer. This will reduce the risk of spoiling and ensures that
heavier items won’t crush and damage produce.
To improve the efficiency of your fridge, it is better to keep the compartment as full as
possible at all times. A full compartment traps cold air and consumes less power over 24
hours than a half-empty compartment does.
TIPS & MAINTENANCE
DO NOT use solvents, acids, or gritty substances to clean your fridge.
DO NOT use brushes, files, hard objects, or sharp tools to clean your fridge.
Before cleaning, disconnect the power cable and switch off the fridge.
Opening the door often allows warm air to enter the cabinet. Minimize door-opening as
much as possible.
When located in the rear of a car or trailer, the appliance should be kept out of direct
sunlight to reduce the risk of increased heat. The appliance should also be provided with
suitable ventilation to guarantee efficient power consumption and performance. Keep in
mind that when a vehicle is parked in the sun on a day when the ambient temperature is 86
°F, the interior of the vehicle can reach 131 °F.
Your fridge will be clean when it is delivered from the factory. Nevertheless, you should
clean the appliance prior to initial use. Moisten a soft cloth with lukewarm water and wring
it out if needed, ensuring that no water is dripping into the seals, potentially damaging the
electronics. Dry the fridge with a separate soft cloth after cleaning. Clean your fridge
periodically and anytime it is dirty.
10

TIPS & MAINTENANCE
Clean the fridge inside and out with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use baking soda
dissolved in lukewarm water.
After washing, rinse with clean water and dry carefully.
When storing your fridge for an extended time, DO NOT fully close the lid.
This will prevent mold and odors from forming.
For additional queries related to service and maintenance, please contact After Sales
Support. Our reps can offer expert advice and any further information you may require.
When it comes to the end of its working life, your fridge should be
disposed of responsibly to avoid contaminating the environment. We
recommend that you contact your local government for advice on the
disposal of this unit.
