Basic3RADIOTACTIL THERMOSTAT
The Basic3RADIOTACTIL thermostat has 11 zones
On standby it displays the room temperature in Celsius degrees (ºC)
Zone in which low battery indicator is displayed.
Key to reduce comfort temperature.
Key to increase comfort temperature.

Day of the week.
Actual time.
Hourly programming.
Display zone of operating mode.
Programming key.

Functions
Operating mode selection:
Press the key to change the operating mode of the Basic3RADIOTACTIL. The
different modes are shown in 9alternatives as follows: off , heating , cold and
ventilation .
Activation/de-activation of weekly programming:
Press to activate/de-activate weekly programming. The programme of the day is
displayed when weekly programming is activated in 8for example . .
8is blank when programming is de-activated. Setup of programemer on page 16.
Zone Functions
AIncrease / reduce comfort temperature
· Press or . After doing this the target temperature will be displayed in 1.
· Press or several times to increase or reduce the comfort temperature.
· after few seconds 1will display the room temperature again.
Zone On/Off:
· Press to switch between on and off mode. . is displayed in 1in off mode. In
on mode, the temperature is displayed in Celsius degrees (ºC) in 1.
Key panel locking:
· To activate the key panel locking function, first press and then while still pressing
press . will be displayed in 1for 2 seconds.
· To unlock the thermostat press again and while maintaining , press . will
be displayed in 1for 2 seconds.

Set time
· Press to go to set day.
· Press for 7 seconds. The actual time will start to
flash in 7.
· Press to change the actual time and to
change the minutes.
· The arrow which points to the day of the week
flashes in 6.
Set day
· Use and to increase and reduce the day of
the week until the arrow is on the present day of the
current week (Ex.: 1 sunday, 2 monday, 3 tuesday,
…).
· Press again to go to weekly programming.

Set operating hours
· The saved programme corresponding to day 1 of the
week will be displayed in 8. The hour box 1 flashes;

· To switch to the actual time press .or will
appear in 1depending on which has been selected.
· To change the hour press to go to the next or

SETTINGS
Warning: The thermostat’s factory settings are appropriate for most applications.
Changes should be carried out by qualified personnel.
The thermostats include settings.
Press for 5 seconds to access the setting mode. will be displayed in 1.
The function is accessed by pressing . By pressing in this function, the
thermostat sends a communication signal to the receiver which causes the led of the
deasignated zone of the control panel to flash.
By pressing again the temperature calibration probe configuration is accessed.
is displayed in 2alternating with the calibration temperature (default value 0ºC).
Generally, the default value should not be changed. The thermostat will add or deduct
the degrees of calibration to/from the degrees measured by the thermostat probe.
By pressing again, is displayed alternating with thermostat‘s differential (default
value 0,5 ºC).
Note: If the key panel is not pressed for 4 seconds, the thermostat returns to normal
operating mode.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Location of thermostats: given that the thermostats measure the temperature of each
zone, we recommend that:
· Thermostats should be fixed to the walls of the premises 1,5 m. from the floor and
in an area free from draughts and hotspots. Particular care should be taken to
ensure that the air-shaft that comes from the discharge outputs does not have a
direct impact on the thermostat.
· Avoid obstructing the ventilation holes of the thermostat which are found at the
top and bottom of it: if not the temperature of the premises will not be measured
accurately. Do not leave the thermostat in a drawer, cupboard or other place which
would impede the free circulation of air through it.
· In the case of a failure in the electricity feed the control will reset itself automatically
15 minutes after the electricity supply is re-established on the control panel.
