Safety Instructions
Before connecting the appliance to the electric
current, please read this user manual carefully,
which contains important safety and operating
instructions.
Personal Safety
This device can be used by children from 8
years old as well as by people with restricted
physical, sensory or mental faculties, or without
sufficient experience and / or knowledge. This is
provided if they are supervised or have been
instructed on the safe use of the device, and if
they have understood the possible dangers.
CAUTION: Do not allow children to play
with the device, or to climb on or sit on it.
Children should not be allowed to clean or
service the device without supervision.
Keep children under 8 years away from the
device, as well as from the power supply and its
cable.
WARNING: Store the packaging out of the
reach of children or discard it immediately to
prevent risk of suffocation!
Secure connection of the device
As this device operates on a power supply, there is
a risk of electric shock. The following instructions
should therefore be observed:
Before use, check that the device and the power
supply unit are free from defects. Never switch
on a defective device or power supply.
Connect the power supply unit only to power
outlets whose characteristics correspond to the
indications on the power supply ratings label on
the adaptor included.
Never attempt to carry out repairs on the
device or on the power supply unit yourself. To
avoid any risk, repairs must be carried out
exclusively by the Strategic Marketing (S) Pte
Ltd. Any defective device must be checked /
repaired by Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.
WARNING: Never immerse the device or
the power supply in water or other liquids. Keep
the device and power supply away from rain
and moisture. Do not use the device and the
power supply outdoors or in very humid
environment. Risk of electric shock!
CAUTION: Do not touch the device and the
power supply with wet hands. To disconnect the
power supply from the socket, always grasp it
by the plug.
Make sure that the power supply cable is
not twisted, pinched, or crushed. Prevent contact
with sources of heat, moisture, or sharp objects.
CAUTION: Be careful not to leave the
power supply cable in pathways to avoid any
risk of tripping.
Before cleaning or servicing the appliance,
switch off the appliance and make sure that the
power supply is not connected.
Safety when using the battery
WARNING: Improper handling of the
battery poses a risk of injury or explosion.
Never replace the battery with an accumulator
or other battery.
Never short-circuit the battery, i.e., do not touch

the two poles at the same time with conductive
objects. Store the battery properly so that it
cannot be accidentally short-circuited by other
batteries or metallic objects.
Use only the supplied power supply for
recharging the battery. Never charge the battery
with a different power supply. Also, do not use
the supplied power supply to charge anything
other than the battery.
At the end of its useful life, disassemble the
battery. Take the battery to a collection point
near you to ensure proper and environmentally
friendly recycling. Never dispose of the
batteries in ordinary waste!
WARNING: Before removing the battery,
make sure the power supply is unplugged from
the outlet.
Never remove the battery, expose it to high
temperatures, or throw it into fire.
If handled improperly, liquid may leak from the
battery. Do not use the battery if it is damaged
or if liquid leaks out.
Avoid contact with liquids leaking from a
battery.
If this happens, rinse the affected area
thoroughly with running water. In case of
hesitation, consult a doctor.
Rotary cylindrical brush
The device is equipped with a motorized
cylindrical brush. It can cause injury not used
properly. Therefore, observe the following
instructions:
Before cleaning and servicing the device, make
sure the device is turned off and not charging.
Make sure that no part of the body can pass
under the cylindrical brush.
CAUTION: Do not vacuum near cables or long
fringes. On the one hand, you risk damaging the
cable insulation. On the other hand, these objects
could become entangled in the cylindrical brush,
and damage the device.
CAUTION: When vacuuming, make sure that
no clothing (cloth, scarf, etc.) or long hair can get
into the cylindrical brush. Risk of injury!
Intended use
This device is intended for household use only. It
should only be used for cleaning hard, flat,
normally soiled floors, or carpets or rugs with short
pile, which can withstand without damage the stress
exerted by the rotating brush. Use the vacuum
cleaner only for household use. It is suitable for
cleaning dry and normally soiled floors as well as
furniture and cushions with the appropriate
accessories. Any use other than those described will
be considered non-compliant and therefore
excluded.
WARNING! Never place the vacuum directly
next to a heat source (e.g. heater, oven). Avoid
direct sunlight. Heat will damage the device.
WARNING: To avoid any risk of injury, fire,
property damage, vacuuming the following objects
is prohibited:
People, animals, plants. Always keep away from
any part of the body, as well as from hair and
clothing.
Incandescent particles (e.g., ash, embers,
charcoal, cigarettes, matche
Explosive or highly flammable materials - very
fine materials such as ash, cement, toner, lime,
flour, etc.
Water and other liquids, p. ex. water-based
carpet cleaning foams.
Sharp objects such as broken glass or nails.
Dirt whose quantity or size exceeds the normal
proportions, p. ex. rubble.
The following are also prohibited:
CAUTION: Use near explosive or easily
flammable substances. Risk of fire or explosion!
Transformation or repair of the device or its

power supply by the user.
Introduction of objects into the openings of the
device. Except for the accessories provided for
this purpose.
Used in outdoor environments or otherwise
stated above

Unpacking
Remove the vacuum cleaner and the accessories
from the packaging
Check the presence of all parts in the
packaging (see image page 04)
Check that the network voltage (100-240 V)
corresponds to that of the device (see power
supply plate)
WARNING! Destroy all plastic bags that
can be a dangerous game for children! Risk of
suffocation!
Advice:
Keep the packaging for possible transport (e.g.,
moving, repair, etc.)

BEFORE THE FIRST START-UP
WARNING! Be extremely careful, as improper
handling of electric current can be fatal. Please
read the safety instructions on page 01 carefully
and observe the following safety rules:
Only use the vacuum cleaner in dry rooms
Do not vacuum up any liquid, such as water, etc.
Do not pick up sharp, sharp, burning, or
incandescent objects (such as shards, needles,
cigarettes, hot ashes, etc.)
Empty the dust container when it is full
Never vacuum toner dust (from the printer,
copier) or very fine dust particles (cement,
plaster, ash, site etc.)
Never vacuum without a motor protection filter
Before the first start-up, mount the binding and
charge the battery.
USE
The device allows easy and fatigue-free dusting.
Thanks to the highly efficient and washable "HEPA
H12" filter, the finest particles of dust are retained
in the device, keeping your home free from harmful
allergens and particles.
FIT THE FIXING
The support can be screwed to the wall or
placed on the floor.
Keep the wall support aligned vertically with
respect to the wall (Release button (22) facing
upwards)
Mark the holes in the dowels with a pencil
Drill the holes (approx. 6 mm Ø)
Put the plugs provided in the holes
Hang the charger cable in the side hook
Secure the wall mount with the screws provided.
Do not clamp or pinch the cable
Operation

Hang the device first from the bottom side and
rotate it backwards until it clicks into place
(make sure it is in place)
CHARGE THE BATTERY
Ideally, recharge the battery before each use,
especially after an extended period of shutdown.
This increases the battery life and ensures the
longest possible cleaning cycles.
Connect the supplied power supply to the power
outlet
The LEDs on the handle start to flash / light up in
blue. The more LEDs light up, the more advanced
the charging process (one LED = 30%, two LEDs
= 65% and three LEDs = 100% charge)
All LEDs light up when the battery is fully
charged. Charging the empty battery takes
approx. 4 hours
Unplug the power supply from the power outlet
TIP: When the battery is fully charged, the
usage time is approx. 25-40 minutes
VACUUM WITH THE FLOOR TIP
CAUTION! Check the device for damage
before each use. Do not use a damaged device.
Risk of injury !
WARNING! Use only tips in perfect condition.
Damaged tips can damage surfaces or objects
TIP: It is also possible to use the floor nozzle
without the suction tube, p. ex. to vacuum the
furniture
Ensure that the surface resists the stress exerted
by the cylindrical brush, without being damaged
Always turn off the device before installing or
replacing accessories
Vacuum hard floors
Attach the floor nozzle to the suction tube. Then
mount the tube on the device
Press the ON / OFF key to switch on the
appliance (the blue light comes on)
With the speed switch (9), the speed can be
changed between two options
Vacuum the floor
Raise the nozzle from the ground
TIP: Once the floor nozzle has been fitted, the
appliance starts up with the brush roller running
Empty and clean the dust container. (See
chapter "Cleaning")
Vacuum carpets or rugs
TIP: With the floor nozzle, vacuuming is only
possible on rugs and low pile carpets
Make sure that the surface resists the stress
exerted by the cylindrical brush, without being
damaged
Press the ON / OFF key to switch on the
appliance
Vacuum the floor
Press the ON / OFF key to stop the appliance
Empty and clean the dust container (see
"Cleaning")
Vacuum with accessories
TIP: It is also possible to use the accessories
without the suction tube, p. ex. to vacuum the
furniture
Attach the desired nozzle to the suction pipe or
directly to the device
Padding tip for cushion, with rotating brush
End cap for grooves suitable for angles, edges,
and slots. The built-in brush can be pushed
forward. Prevents scratches on sensitive surfaces

Press the ON / OFF key to switch on the
appliance
Vacuum the floor
Switch off the appliance by pressing the ON /
OFF button
Empty and clean the dust container (see
"Cleaning")
Cleaning
Empty the dust bin
Before any cleaning operation, switch off the
appliance and disconnect the charger from the
mains
The amount of dust that the bin can collect is
limited
Empty the dust container after each use
Make sure that the device is switched off and
that it is not charging. (Remove the plug from the
charger)
Keep the appliance just above the dustbin, so as
not to raise too much dust
Open the dust bin cover by pressing the button
below
Empty the bin
Close the cover
Make sure that the rubber seal on the cover
does not fall off or get caught in the holder
Advice for allergy sufferers:
For allergy sufferers it is advisable to remove
the handle with the battery from the tank (see
next paragraph)
Then put a small clean plastic bag on the tray
from below
Keep the bag closed and open the lid of the bin
through the bag (= press the bottom button)
Slowly empty the container into the bag
Close the cover
Close the bag and throw it away
If necessary, rub the device with a slightly damp
absorbent paper
Clean the dust bin
Make sure that the device is switched off and
that it is not charging. (Remove the plug from the
charger and remove the handle with the
battery)
Remove the handle with the battery: with one
hand, hold the engine with the dust container,
On the other hand press the large button on the
upper part. Push the handle down and remove it
Separate the dust container from the motor: with
one hand hold the drive unit (top) and with the
other hold the dust container (bottom)
On the upper part of the dust container there are
two padlock symbols and on the drive unit a
vertical bar. Slightly turn the power unit (top) to the
right until the bar points to the open padlock
Remove the drive unit upwards and carefully lay it
on its side. Ensure that it cannot fall while driving

Empty the dust container as described in the
previous paragraph
Remove the HEPA filter and the metal filter:
hold the small handle in the middle, release it
and remove it by a slight rotation anticlockwise
Remove the HEPA filter: hold the metal filter
firmly and hold the small inner handle with the
other hand. Remove it by slightly rotating it
counterclockwise and remove the HEPA filter
Clean the dust container and the metal filter:
these parts can be cleaned under running water.
Then dry or allow to dry completely (24 hours).
CAUTION: never put the pan and the metal filter in
the dishwasher, they could deteriorate. Do not
clean the metal filter with a brush or hard
accessories, it could tear and be damaged
Clean the HEPA filter with a fine brush
The HEPA filter can be cleaned under running
water
The “HEPA H12” filter must be replaced after a
certain time; its fine pores may become
clogged. You can order a replacement filter
from Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.
Clean the cylindrical brush
Contamination can possibly prevent the
cylindrical brush from turning correctly
Clean the cylindrical brush regularly
Make sure that the appliance is switched
off and that it is not charging (remove the
plug from the charger)
Remove the floor nozzle from the suction
tube
Loosen the latch (on the lower part) of the
brush (= push it outwards)
Remove the cylindrical brush
Remove the bristles and dirt from the brush. Pliers
and sissors can also be used with caution.
WARNING! Never immerse the device, the
battery, or the charger in water, never wash
them under running water. Risk of short circuit or
electric shock!
CAUTION! Never use abrasive, corrosive or
scratching cleaning utensils
CAUTION! Clean only with a cloth wet and allow
it to dry, avoiding touching and moistening the
plug

In case of malfunction
Repairs can only be carried out by Strategic
Marketing (S) Pte Ltd. Third party repairs can lead
to risks for the user.
In the event of non-conforming repairs, no
warranty will be assumed for any breakdowns. In
this case, any warranty claim is excluded.
Out-of-use devices should be returned unusable
immediately. Unplug the power plug and cut the
power cable.
To avoid breakdowns, empty the dust container in
good time, check and clean the motor protection
filters on this occasion.

days from the date of purchase. You will enjoy an additional 3 months of the product
standard warranty when you register online. Please produce your E-warranty registration
when requesting for repair and service at our Service Centres nearest to you.
In the event, if you are unable to register the product warranty online you must produce your
purchase receipt/tax invoice and such other documentary proof of purchase of the appliance
when requesting for repair and service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY (THIS WARRANTY IS VALID IN SINGAPORE
ONLY)
Your appliance is warranted against faulty design, workmanship or materials for a period of
12 months unless otherwise stated from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms
& conditions herein below:-
1) That the owner shall register the product warranty online at our website www.eu-
ropace.com.sg within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
2) That the appliance shall be used solely for domestic purposes and not for commercial
purposes or any other purposes whatsoever and used strictly under the instruction for
operation as provided by the manufacturers or the appliance.
3) That if any time during the warranty period any part or parts of this appliance is removed,
tampered, modied, adjusted, altered, handled or repaired in any way whatsoever by any
persons other than those authorized by Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, this warranty shall
immediately cease to be valid and become void.
4) That the owner shall produce the E-warranty registration or tax invoice/receipt and such
other documentary proof of purchase of the appliance to our satisfaction as we may deem
necessary when requesting for repair and service.
5) That our decision on all queries relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship
or of materials shall be conclusive and the owner shall agree to abide by such a decision. Any
appliance or defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.
6) The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be contained exclusively in this document
and no other presentation of provision, either written or otherwise, regardless of the origin of
the same, shall be accepted as either adding or removing from these terms and conditions.
7) That this warranty shall cease to be valid and void if the appliance is exported or
relocated from Singapore.
8) That there shall be no removal, alteration, defacement, or made illegible/tampered or any
kind of the serial number on the appliance.
9) That the owner shall be fully responsible for the due delivery and collection of the
appliance for any work done according to this warranty. Transportation expenses incurred for
delivery or handling the appliance are chargeable to the owner.
10) Transportation and labour charges apply after the full parts warranty expires. Refer to

In addition to the above, this warranty shall be subjected to the following limitations and

- Compressor warranty applies only to selected models of System Air Conditioners
and Portable Air Conditioners.
5 years - Compressor warranty applies to Refrigerators, Freezers, Wine Coolers, Portable
Air Conditioners & Casement Air Conditioners (Outdoor warranty). Transportation is
chargeable from the 2nd year to 5th year.
- Compressor warranty applies to Dehumidiers (Walk-in warranty)
- Motor warranty applies only to selected models of Stand Fans (Walk-in warranty).
3 years - Full parts warranty applies only to selected models of Air Puriers & selected

1 year - Full parts warranty applies to *Lifestyle Products (cash & carry items), Small
Kitchen Appliances, Fans, Air Coolers, Wine Coolers of 20 Bottles & below, Mini
Bar Fridge (Walk-in warranty)
- Full parts warranty apply to Refrigerators, Air Conditioners & Freezers
(Outdoor warranty).

b) The owner waives all or any claims to compensation monetary or otherwise which
he/she may be entitled to and shall agree to accept any compensation whatsoever by
way of additional repairs or otherwise which we in our absolute discretion may deem t
to oer. The giving of compensation shall be subjected to the other provisions of the
warranty.
c) This warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.
d) The warranty does not include transport delivery or handling charges incurred in the
transportation of the appliance to and from Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.
e) Damage caused during transit where the appliance is transported for servicing, repair,
or in relation thereof or connection therewith.
f) In respect of refrigerator and air conditioner only, upon the expiry of 12 months from
the date of purchase, this warranty will not cover transport, refrigerant and labour to
install a new compressor.

g) This warranty will not cover chemical cleaning, maintenance service, general service and
overhaul, which if conrm is chargeable.
h) Defects or fault in the appliance which has been used for commercial purposes or which
have been rented/leased or which have been otherwise subject to other than household
use.
i) Claims for damaged/missing parts after 3 days from the original date of goods received
will not be valid.
j) This warranty and the Replacement Scheme does not particularly cover damages and/or
defects arising from
• Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage.
• Usage not according to the Instruction Manual provided by the manufacturers.
• Misuse, accidents, negligence, abuse, improper installation, or any manner of tampering.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Corrosions rusting or stains.
• Scratches, dents on the unit body, casing or paintwork of the appliance.
• Act of God, re, ood and civil unrest.
• We shall not under any obligation, legal or otherwise to repair this appliance or one to one
exchange if the same shall be required as a result of losses, damages, and malfunctions
arising from any of the causes mentioned in the paragraph.
k) All accessories, external parts and extruded parts such as front panel, casing, door, glass
cover, glass door, cable/cord assembly, batteries, adaptor, plug, remote control, control
knob, buttons, lter, UV lamp, oven tray, wooden rack, exhaust hose, xtures, panels, cover,
lid and lever, plastic parts, fan blades, blade guard, inner pots, brushes, water tanks,
attachments made of glass, plastic and/or porcelain, detachable parts, and other option
items are excluded from this warranty.
All services provided after the warranty period will be chargeable at standard rates deter-
mined by STRATEGIC MARKETING (S) PTE. LTD.
The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be varied except with the written and
express consent or agreement of Strategic Marketing (S) Pte. Ltd. While Strategic Marketing
(S) Pte. Ltd. endeavours to repair any defects after the warranty period, it is subject to
availability.
It is hereby expressly provided that any liability of Strategic Marketing (S) Pte. Ltd. for any
loss or damage whatsoever arising from, relating to or in connection with the purchase of
the appliance shall not exceed the purchase price (excluding installation costs) of the
appliance. Similarly, Strategic Marketing (S) Pte. Ltd.’s liability for any breach of this warranty
shall be limited to the purchase price (excluding installation costs) of the appliance.
