INSTALLATION
Position the plank on the substructure. Depending on the wood
type, it may be necessary to keep a distance between the plank
and the substructure (TENAX spacer, EPDM band 3 mm, etc.).
The advantages of the procedure are better back ventilation
and the prevention of waterlogging.
Position the drill tool on the plank in alignment with the
substructure.
For any type of wood, the mounting points should be
pre-drilled using a step drill (3.3 mm to 4.5 mm).

Insert the screws into the pre-drilled hole, which has a
prescribed angle of 50°. This procedure can be performed
with or without the seated Drill Tool 50X. Start with the screw
in the opposite direction (as shown on the right).

NOTE
When using clamping devices/screw clamps, other
spacers/tile spacers ≥ 6 mm must be used to prevent the
tool from getting jammed or even damaged.
