INSTRUCTIONS
WARNINGS
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMENCING ANY WORK
•This is a Class 1 product and must be earthed.
•This unit must be fitted by a competent and qualified electrician.
•Install in accordance with IEE wiring regulations and current Building Regulations
•To prevent electrocution, switch off mains supply before installing or maintaining this
fitting. Ensure other persons cannot restore the electrical supply without your
knowledge.
•This light fitting should be connected to a circuit with a 30Ma RCD fitted.
•If replacing an existing fitting, make a careful note of the connections.
•When changing the bulb, always switch off at the mains & allow the bulb to cool
before handling.
•All connections should be made as watertight as possible to avoid electrical shortage
•Always use the correct type & wattage of bulb. Never exceed the wattage stated.
•The unit may get warm whilst on for a period of time.
CLEANING:
Occasional cleaning and care is recommended for this product. Please refer
to our website for the best way to clean different materials.

INSTALLATION:
•A length of 240v 3 core cable is supplied. Junction box provided with Photocell
versions.
•Connect Earth Input wire to green / yellow terminal on the connection block
•Connect Live input wire to brown (L) terminal on the connection block
•Connect Neutral input wire to blue Neutral (N) terminal on the connection block.
PHOTOCELL VERSIONS ONLY –NOTE: The Photocell will be pre-wired to a 4
way connector block, therefore one terminal will contain two neutral wires. This
MUST NOT be changed.
•Check that you have correctly identified the supply wires, the connections are tight
and that no loose strands have been left out of the connection block.
•Unscrew the head carefully & install an ES/E27 (screw type) bulb into the bulb holder.
•Carefully place the rubber seal between the body and head to ensure a waterproof
seal and screw on head securely.
NOTES:
•To ease with head / body assembly, a small amount of oil such as ‘3 in 1’ can be
applied to the neck thread.
•If the head is accidentally cross-threaded when securing to the body, turn anti-
clockwise and try again –it should then screw on easily.
•Product base is fixed to the main part of the light. 4 x Anchor bolts can be used to
fix the product to the relevant surface (not supplied).
•The rubber seal supplied must be installed between the head and the body and
MUST NOT be twisted to ensure a waterproof connection.
•Photocell versions - photocell is factory pre-set and cannot be changed
