ALARMS
DISPLAY REASON SOLUTION
Indicates the presence of an alarm. To reset the alarm, just hold key 1 down for 3 seconds when the stove is cold.
ASPIRATION
FAULT
FLUE GAS INDICATOR LIGHT
FLASHING
Flue gas motor fault.
Check that the fumes motor turns freely
Control fumes motor and encoder wiring
Replace the fumes motor.
FUMES PROBE Fumes probe failure. Replace the fumes probe.
HOT FUMES High flue gas temperature.
Check pellet flow (see“Pellet feed adjustment”).
Check that the machine is clean, including the flue route.
Do not rest cloths on the machine.
ALARM
NO FLOW
The door is not closed correctly.
The ash drawer is not closed correctly.
The combustion chamber is dirty.
The flue exhaust pipe is blocked.
Check hermetic door closure.
Check hermetic closure of the ash drawer.
Check cleanliness of the fumes pipe and the combustion chamber.
NO
IGNITION
The pellet feed-box is empty.
Pellet feed calibration inadequate.
Check for the presence of pellets in the feed-box.
Regulate the pellet flow.
Check that the machine is clean.
Check that the ign-plug is positioned correctly.
Replace the ign-plug.
Check that there is not too much draught, if this is not the case, lower the fumes
motor in ignition parameter.
NO IGNITION
BLACK OUT No current during the ignition phase.
Reset the alarm by pressing key 1 for 3 seconds, after having waited for 10 minutes.
Ignite the product and check if the current still cuts-out: if this is the case, find out by
exclusion which electro-mechanical component causes the black-out or whether it
is a problem with the electrical system.
NO PELLETS
The flame is off in the work phase. The
pellet feed-box is empty.
No pellet feed.
The motor reducer does not feed pellets.
Check that there are pellets in the feed box. If there are no pellets, ll the
feed box and auger (“load”function: with the motors o, press keys 2 and 4
simultaneously, to stop the function and ignite the stove).
Check the calibration of the pellet and the quality of the same (see the marks
stated at the beginning of the instruction book).
Check whether the alarm has taken place due to lack of pellets or due to
excessive feed, by igniting the stove and checking combustion.
DEPR ALARM
The door is not closed correctly.
The ash drawer is not closed correctly.
The combustion chamber is dirty.
The flue exhaust pipe is blocked.
Check closure of the door.
check the status of the tube to the silicon sensor
Check cleanliness of the flue
check the amount of pellets in the feed box.
DEBIMETER
FAULT
flow sensor faulty
sensor disconnected.
check that the sensor is disconnected
check whether the sensor is faulty, replace it if necessary.
WATER OVERTEMPERATURE
The water temperature inside the stove
exceeds 95 °C.
Possible air in the system.
Lack of circulation
Safety zone lacking
or inadequate.
Possible circulator anomaly.
Ensure that there is no air in the system; if necessary,
bleed both the product and the system
ensure that the circulator is operating properly
verify the presence of the safety zone and relative
installation.

DISPLAY
The displays allow to make adjustments to the product, control
the correct functioning by displayed messages.
CIRCUIT BOARD
The circuit board manages the various inputs/outputs necessary
for functioning of the product.
ULTRAWATT CARTRIDGE
The ign-plug is just a heating resistor:
once powered, it can develop a temperature that allows to cause a
ame.
Models:
Lucrezia, Lp14/ 20 (cable mm500, 400 Watt)
LP30 (cable mm850, 400 Watt)
FLUE GAS EXPULSION MOTOR
Flue gas motor compatible with: Lucrezia, Lp14/ 20/ 30
PELLET FEED MOTOR REDUCER
This motor allows automatic pellet feeding inside the burner.
Motor reducer with 4.75 rpm.
Exchanger cleaning motor reducer
This motor allows automatically cleaning the exchanger Code:
Motor reducer with 4.75 rpm.
MOTOR REDUCER FOR OPENING/CLEANING THE TRAPDOOR
This motor allows automatically cleaning the trapdoor Code:
Motor reducer with 2 rpm.
MICRO SWITCH
The micro switch is a device that is used in some products as a safety
device or as a limit switch indicator.

BULB THERMOSTAT
The bulb thermostat is a mechanical safety device for temperature
that acts as a switch: if the temperature is lower than the value at
which the thermostat is calibrated, the contact remains closed
allowing passage of the current. If the temperature exceeds the
value set in the thermostat, the contact opens and must be restored
manually after having analysed the cause of the event.
There are two types of thermostat:
85°C - Pellet tank
100°C - H2O
TEMPERATURE PROBE
The temperature sensor is available in dierent lengths in relation
to use.
3 BAR SAFETY VALVE
In the event of overpressure the safety valve triggers at pressure of
3 bar, installed in all thermo-products and boilers.
AIR BLEED VALVE
The air bleed valve is used to evacuate any presence of air in the
stove body.
