Components
Remove the Short Cross Beam by unscrewing
the 4 Screws holding it to the Frame (2 Screws
on each side).
These Screws will be used for the next step.

Step 3
On the left side of the Accessory Rack, near the Base, use
the Screwdriver to insert the 4 Screws, taken from the
previous step, into the holes in the Frame (2 on the rear
beam and 2 on the front beam).
Leave an approximate gap of 3 mm between the frame
and the Head of the Screw.

On the left side of the frame, use a Screwdriver to insert 3
M4 x 8 Screws into the holes in the frame.
Leave an approximate gap of 3 mm between the frame
and the Head of the Screw.

Beam
Hang the Upper Support on the pre-attached
Screws inbetween the Extension Frame and
the Accessory Rack.
Tighten the 2 Lower Screws (1 Screw on each
side). Do not tighten the Upper Screws, as
these will be tightened in the next step.

Upper Screws
Hang the Long Cross Beam on the pre-attached
Screws.
Tighten the 4 Screws holding the Long Cross
Beam in place (2 Screws on each side).

Hang the other Lower Support on the pre-
attached Screws.
Tighten the 4 Screws holding the Lower Support
in place (2 Screws on each side).
Hang one of the Lower Supports on the pre-
attached Screws.
Tighten the 4 Screws holding the Lower Support
in place (2 Screws on each side).

Tape
Foam Pad
Slide the Base onto the Lower Supports. The 2
holes should be towards the front.
Secure the Base by screwing it in place with 6
M4 x 4 Countersunk Screws.
Remove the cover strip from the Double-Sided
Tape on the Base.
Place the Foam Pad inside the Base and press
down onto the Double-Sided Tape.

Note: Make sure the 2 holes in the Foam Pad line up with the
holes in the Base and that they are towards the front.

Slide the Tab into the slot in the beam. The Tab
should stick out from the front of the Frame.
Screw it in place with an M4 x 8 Screw.
Attach the 2 Flywheel Rods by inserting the 2
M8 x 50 Bolts through the holes in the rear of the
beam and into the Flywheel Rods.
Tighten the 4 Flywheel Rods in place by holding
the Flywheel Rod in your hand and tightening
the bolt on the other side of the beam with the
screwdriver.

Re-attach the Short Cross Beam to the
Extension Frame by hanging it on to the pre-
attached Screws.
Tighten the 4 Screws holding the Short Cross
Beam in place (2 Screws on each side).

Securing the Rack
Option A
Tab

Countersunk Screw
To help keep the Accessory Rack stable during use, we
recomend you use option A or B
Option B
A) Attach 2 Tabs to the front of the Accessory
Rack (one on each side), securing each one in
place with two M4 x 4 Screw.
B) Screw the Extended Accessory Rack to the
wall through at least 2 of the 4 holes in the Upper
Support. The holes have a diamater of 7 mm
(0.295 inches)
Screws for mounting to the wall are not included,
use the appropriate screws for your wall’s
specifications.
