the following operating instructions.

1. Description
This air conditioner is designed to cool down or dehumidify indoor rooms.
The appliance is not intended for any commercial or industrial use. Do not use
it for other purposes. Any other use might lead to damage of the appliance or
personal injury.

Read this instruction manual carefully
before using the appliance. Familiarise
yourself with the operation, adjustments
and functions of switches. Internalise

instructions for cleaning and care.

Do not touch the power plug with wet
hands.
This appliance is classified as protection
class I and must be connected to a
protective ground.
Only use in dry indoor rooms.

Air conditioner warnings
1. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
2. Children shall not play with the appliance.
3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
5. Ensure the minimum surrounding distance
around the appliance stated in the
technical data and always provide sufficient
ventilation.

6. Do not place the appliance in direct sunlight
or close to any heat sources as this will
hinder the cooling process.
7. Place the appliance on a stable and levelled
surface.
8. Do not tilt the appliance over a 45 degree
angle to prevent damages on the cooling
circuit.
9. The appliance shall be installed in
accordance with national wiring regulations.
10.Do not install the appliance in a location with
high humidity or where splash water is likely
to occur (e. g. laundry room).
11. Do not use the appliance in explosive
atmospheres given through a combustible
mixture of air and flammable fumes,
vapours, mist or dust.
12.Do not use aerosol cans near the appliance.
13.The appliance is only for indoor use.
14.Position the appliance so that the plug is
accessible.
15.Observe the minimal and maximal ambient
temperature for operation stated in the
technical data.
16.Do not attempt to modify the appliance
in any way. Only use attachments and
accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
Electrical safety
1. Ensure the rated voltage shown on the rating
label corresponds with the voltage of the
power supply.
2. Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged power cord or plug, when the
appliance malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
3. Protect the power cord against damages.
Do not let it hang over sharp edges, do not
squeeze or bend them. Keep the power cord
away from hot surfaces and ensure that
nobody can trip over it.
4. Do not insert fingers or foreign objects in any
opening of the appliance and do not obstruct
the air vents.
5. Protect the appliance against heat. Do not
place close to heat sources such as stoves
or heating appliances.
6. Do not connect the appliance to extension
cords or shared power outlets.
Battery warnings
1. Keep batteries out of reach of children at all
times.
2. Seek immediate medical advice if batteries
have been swallowed.
3. Handle leaking batteries with proper
protection and dispose them of accordingly.
Prevent battery acid from coming into
contact with skin and eyes. If you do get
battery acid in your eyes or mouth, flush
them thoroughly with lots of water and seek
medical advice immediately. If battery acid
comes into contact with your skin, wash the
affected area with lots of water and soap.
4. Clean the contacts on batteries and the
appliance prior to inserting.
5. Do not use old and new batteries, batteries
of different types or different manufacturers
together. Always replace all batteries of a set
at the same time.
6. Only use batteries recommended for this
appliance; refer to technical data.
7. Observe the polarity (+ and -) when inserting
batteries. Pay attention to the markings on
the appliance and the battery.
8. Remove batteries from the appliance if it
is not to be used for an extended period of
time.
9. Remove exhausted batteries promptly from
the appliance.
10.Do not attempt charging non-rechargeable
batteries.
11. Never expose batteries to extreme
environmental conditions like heat, cold or
moisture.
12.Do not dismantle, open or shred batteries.
13.Do not short-circuit batteries. Do not store
them haphazardly in a place where they may
short-circuit each other or be short-circuited
by other metal objects.
Additional safety warnings
1. Use and assemble the appliance only as
described with in this manual.
2. Examine the wall you want to install the air
exhaust to before you start installation. Make
sure that there are not hidden power supply
cables, water or gas pipes or other objects
hidden in the wall that might be hit by the drill.
3. Keep children and pets away during
installation. They might swallow up bits and
pieces – danger of suffocation.

4. Only use proper tools to install this product.
5. Ensure to tighten screws well but do not over
tighten them.
3. Installation
Transportation
• The appliance is heavy. Therefore move the appliance whenever possible
by pushing or pulling it, rolling on the castors.
• When lifting is unavoidable, use the recessed handles and lift with two
people.
• Do not move the appliance during operation.
• Wait at least 2 hours after moving before operating the appliance to avoid
damages on the refrigerating circuit.
Placement
When choosing an installation place, consider following points:
• Observe all safety warnings!
• Ensure the minimum surrounding distance in every direction of 30 cm
and 100 cm to other electrical appliances.
• Keep a surrounding distance of minimum 50 cm around the outside
exhaust wall outlet and protect it from entering objects and moisture.
• Make sure the wall behind the appliance is an exterior wall not a divider
and the drill holes can be made in a safe way, not obstructed by hidden
objects in the wall.
• Ensure that a suitable power outlet is within reach at the desired location
and remains accessible after installation.
• Consider that during dehumidifying operation water is collected inside
the appliance, which must be continuously drained through a connected
drainage hose into a suitable container or a nearby drain.
• Ensure there are no obstacles obstructing the airflow.
The appliance is intended for the following ambient temperatures:

WARNING! Any other conditions and locations as the mentioned above
may result in reduced performance of the appliance, injuries and damage to
property.
Air exhaust
1. Screw the wall connector and exhaust connector onto either side of the
exhaust hose.
2. Connect the exhaust connector to the air exhaust of the appliance.
3. Use the wall adaptor as template to mark the hole pattern on the wall.
4. Drill the holes with a suitable power tool.
5. Free the holes from dust and mount the wall adapter using supplied
screws and plugs.
6. Connect the wall connector to the wall adaptor.
Notes:
• The exhaust hose can be expanded and compressed, but for optimal
performance, keep the exhaust length to a minimum.
• Do not extend the exhaust hose.
• Avoid over-bending.
• Observe the decommissioning instructions in the respective section, if
the appliance is not to be used for a longer period of time.
Drainage hose
The drainage hose is used to drain water from the upper drain outlet.
1. Slide the drainage hose as far as possible onto the outlet.
2. Lead the other end of the drainage hose into a suitable container or a
nearby drain.
Notes:
• Depending on the set modus the water is either drained directly or
collected in an internal tank. Drain the water respectively.
• Always cover the drain outlets when not in use.
• Observe the decommissioning instructions in the respective section, if
the appliance is not to be used for a longer period of time.

Notes:
• Every press of a button on the control panel and every successfully
transmitted signal from the remote control is confirmed by an audible signal.
• All function of the appliance can be controlled via the control panel or
the remote control, with exception of the display illumination LED and
SHORTCUT buttons, which are to be found exclusively on the remote control.
Remote control
Using the control panel and the remote control alternately might lead to a
misalignment of the appliance and the information displayed on the remote
control.
• Press any button on the remote control and the appliance adopts the
current setting from the remote control.
Notes:
• The signals of the remote control will be transmitted with a short delay
after a button is pressed. This process is indicated by the appearing
symbol on the remote control display.
• The operating appliance is indicated by the symbol on the remote
control display.
• Shortly after a reset the display of the remote control shows all display
elements for a few seconds.

Switching on/off
The appliance can only be switched on or into standby. Unplug in order to
switch off.
Press the on/standby button or ON/OFF button to switch the appliance on
or into standby.
Notes:
• After a power break or when the appliance is switched into standby and
on again in a short time, the refrigerating compressor will resume work
after 3 minutes (delay start). This is to prevent the refrigerating circuit
from damages.
• If the appliance is knocked over, switch into standby and unplug
immediately. Wait at least 2 hours before operating the appliance again,
to avoid damages on the refrigerating circuit.
• Always switch the appliance into standby before unplugging.

SLEEP
Setting the temperature
1. Press and hold both, the increase and decrease buttons of the
control panel for more than 3 seconds to toggle between °C or °F.
2. Press the increase / or decrease / button separately to
select a temperature between 17 °C to 30 °C or 62 °F to 86 °F.
Setting the fan speed
Press the fan speed button FAN to toggle between the speed settings. The
respective indicator on the control panel and the remote control show the
current setting.
Note: There is no indicator for the auto speed setting.
Louvre adjustment
The louvres of the air outlet can be adjusted manually in any mode to fit
required needs.
Setting the timer
The timer switches the appliance on or into standby when a user-defined
time has elapsed. When switching on, the last mode and setting will be used.
The set durations will be counted down immediately after the input without
correlation to the contrary time setting.
1. Press the timer program button TIMER at the appliance or the specific
TIMER ON/OFF button at the remote control to enter timer setting for
either the auto-on or auto-standby timer. The respective indicator for each
setting will light up.
2. Press the / buttons or the specific TIMER ON/OFF button at the
remote control as often as necessary to set a time from 0.5 to 24 hours.
3. The setting will be saved after 5 seconds without input.
Examples:
• To have the appliance switched off after 1 hour and on again after
another 1 ½ hours, set the auto-off time to 1.0 h and the auto-on time to
2.5 h during operation.
• To have the appliance switched on after 8 hours and off after another 8
hours, set the auto-on time to 8.0 h and the auto-off time to 16.0 h while
in standby.
Notes:
• The adjusting increments are 0.5 hours up to 10 hours, then 1 hour up to
24 hours.
• The respective indicator will be lit, when a time is set.
• Switching the appliance on or into standby manually will cancel the timer
setting.
• The timer settings will be lost once the respective actions were
conducted and the time needs to be set again.
• The timer setting will be lost in case an error occurs (see protection and
error codes).
Preprogramming a function
• By pushing the SHORTCUT button any function and temperature can be
saved and recalled.
1. Choose your desired function e.g. using the MODE, TEMP / or
/ and FAN buttons, etc.
2. Press and hold SHORTCUT button until the display flashes one time to
save the setting.
3. The preset setting can be recalled anytime and from any mode by simply
pushing the SHORTCUT button.
Water drainage
Water is only collected during automatic AUTO, cooling and dehumidifying
mode .
During dehumidifying mode water is drained immediately through the upper
drain outlet and the drainage hose must be continuously connected. The
water is drained through the hose into a suitable container or nearby drain.
WARNING – Danger of flooding! Do not leave the appliance unattended
when draining to an external container! Empty the container frequently to
avoid spilling over and water damage.
During automatic AUTO and cooling mode water is collected in an internal
tank, which must be drained when full. In this case the appliance will emit an
audible signal, while the display on the control panel is showing the protection
code P1. The cooling process will stop until the water is drained and the
appliance restarted, while the fan remains running.
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
2. Place the appliance with the lower drain outlet above a suitable container
or a drain.
3. Remove the cover of the lower drain outlet.
4. Attach the cover of the outlet again, when all water is drained.
5. Connect the plug to a suitable socket.
6. The appliance is ready to be switched on.
5. Cleaning & care
Cleaning
1. Clean the appliance every two weeks.
2. Clean the outer surfaces of the appliance with a damp cloth soaked in
neutral detergent. Dry it with a lint-free cloth.
3. Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive or other aggressive detergents as
they might be harmful to the surfaces.
4. Clean the air filters in warm water (below 40 °C) and neutral detergent.
Let them dry thoroughly before re-attaching.
5. Do not open the housing of the appliance and do not insert any tools into
the air vents.
6. This appliance does not contain any parts that can be repaired or
serviced by the consumer. Contact a qualified specialist to have it
checked and repaired as necessary.
Decommissioning
1. Drain all water from the appliance and dry it using the fan mode for
half a day in a dry, warm room to prevent mould.
2. Switch the appliance into standby.
3. Unplug and fix the power cord with the cable tie on the back of the
appliance.
4. Remove the exhaust hose assembly from the appliance.
5. Cover all drain outlets.
6. Remove the batteries from the remote control.
7. Close the cover of the wall adaptor.
Troubleshooting
Suspected malfunctions, errors or damage are often due to causes that the
users can fix themselves. Therefore check the product using below table
before contacting a qualified specialist. In most cases the problem can be
solved quickly.

Only perform the steps described within this instruction
manual! All further inspection, maintenance and repair work
must be performed by an authorised service centre or a
similarly qualified specialist.

Note: Murmur of water is heard when the appliance is operating. It is a normal
sound of the coolant circulating in the system.

Sie nie die Lüftungsöffnungen.
5. Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Hitze. Stellen
Sie das Gerät nicht in der unmittelbaren
Nähe von Hitzequellen wie z. B. Herden
oder Heizgeräten auf.
6. Verbinden Sie das Gerät nicht
mit Verlängerungskabeln oder
Mehrfachsteckdosenleisten.
Sicherheitshinweise für Batterien
1. Halten Sie Batterien jeder Zeit außer
Reichweite von Kindern.
2. Suchen Sie umgehend ärztliche Hilfe auf,
wenn Batterien verschluckt wurden.
3. Fassen Sie ausgelaufene Batterien nur mit
entsprechendem Schutz an und entsorgen Sie

Wechseln Sie alle Batterien eines Satzes
gleichzeitig aus.

Zusätzliche Sicherheitshinweise
1. Montieren und verwenden Sie das Gerät
ausschließlich wie in dieser Anleitung
beschrieben.
2. Untersuchen Sie die Wand, an der Sie den
Abluftschlauch montieren wollen, bevor Sie
damit anfangen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich
keine versteckten Objekte wie z. B. Strom,
Wasser oder Gas führende Leitungen an
der Montagestelle befinden, die vom Bohrer
getroffen werden könnten.
3. Halten Sie Kinder und Haustiere währen
der Montage fern. Diese könnten Kleinteile
verschlucken – Erstickungsgefahr.
4. Verwenden Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge
zur Montage des Produktes.
5. Ziehen Sie alle Schrauben und andere
Verbindungen stets gut fest, überdrehen Sie
diese aber nicht.
3. Installation
Transport
• Das Gerät ist schwer. Bewegen Sie das Gerät deshalb nach Möglichkeit
durch Schieben oder Ziehen auf den Rollen.
• Wenn ein Anheben unvermeidlich ist, verwenden Sie die Griffmulden und
tragen Sie das Gerät zu zweit.
• Bewegen Sie das Gerät nicht während des Betriebs.
• Warten Sie nach dem Bewegen mindestens zwei Stunden, bevor Sie
das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, um Schäden am Kältemittelkreislauf zu
vermeiden
Aufstellort
Beachten Sie folgende Punkte bei der Wahl des Installationsorts:
• Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise!
• Halten Sie einen Umgebungsabstand in jede Richtung von 30 cm und
100 cm zu anderen Elektrogeräten ein.
• Halten Sie einen Umgebungsabstand von 50 cm rund um den äußeren
Abluftauslass ein und schützen Sie diesen vor eintretenden Objekten
oder Feuchtigkeit.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wand hinter dem Gerät eine Außenwand und
keine Trennwand ist und dass die Bohrlöcher sicher und ungehindert von
versteckten Objekten in der Wand ausgeführt werden können.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass eine geeignete Steckdose in Reichweite ist und
diese nach der Installation erreichbar bleibt.
• Seien Sie sich bewusst, dass sich während des Entfeuchtungs-
Vorgangs Wasser im Gerät ansammelt, welches durchgehend mit dem
mitgelieferten Entwässerungsschlauch in einen geeigneten Behälter oder
einen Ablauf abgeführt werden muss.
• Versichern Sie sich, dass keine Hindernisse den Luftstrom blockieren.

Abluftschlauch
1. Schrauben Sie den Wandverbinder und den Abluftverbinder jeweils auf
eine Seite des Abluftschlauchs.
2. Verbinden Sie den Abluftverbinder mit dem Luftauslass des Geräts.
3. Verwenden Sie den Wandadapter als Schablone, um das Bohrmuster auf
die Wand zu übertragen.
4. Bohren Sie Löcher mit einem geeigneten Elektrowerkzeug.
5. Befreien Sie die Löcher von Bohrstaub und befestigen Sie den
Wandadapter mit den beiliegenden Schrauben und Dübeln.
6. Verbinden Sie den Wandverbinder mit dem Wandadapter.
Hinweise:
• Der Abluftschlauch kann auseinandergezogen oder
zusammengeschoben werden; halten Sie die Schlauchlänge für eine
optimale Leistung jedoch so kurz wie möglich.
• Verlängern Sie den Abluftschlauch nicht.
• Vermeiden Sie ein Überbiegen.
• Beachten Sie die Hinweise zur Außerbetriebnahme im entsprechenden
Abschnitt, falls Sie das Gerät über längeren Zeitraum nicht verwenden.
Entwässerungsschlauch
Der Entwässerungsschlauch wird benötigt, um Wasser aus dem oberen
Ablauf abzuleiten.
1. Schieben Sie den Entwässerungsschlauch so weit wie möglich auf den
oberen Ablauf.
2. Führen Sie das andere Ende des Entwässerungsschlauch in einen
geeigneten Behälter oder einen nahegelegenen Ablauf.
Hinweise:
• Abhängig von dem eingestellten Betriebsmodus wird das Wasser nach
außen geleitet oder in einem internen Tank gesammelt. Entwässern Sie
das Gerät entsprechend.
• Decken Sie die Abläufe stets ab, wenn sie nicht gebraucht werden.
• Beachten Sie die Hinweise zur Außerbetriebnahme im entsprechenden
Abschnitt, falls Sie das Gerät über längeren Zeitraum nicht verwenden.

Fernbedienung
Die abwechselnde Verwendung des Bedienfeldes und der Fernbedienung
kann zu einer Abweichung des Geräts und der dargestellten Information auf
der Fernbedienung führen.
• Betätigen Sie eine Taste Ihrer Wahl auf der Fernbedienung und das
Gerät übernimmt die momentane Einstellung der Fernbedienung.
Hinweise:
• Die Signale der Fernbedienung werden mit einer kurzen Verzögerung
übertragen. Dieser Vorgang wird mit dem Erscheinen des Symbols
auf der Anzeige der Fernbedienung angezeigt.
• Der Betrieb des Geräts wird mit dem Symbol auf der Anzeige der
Fernbedienung angezeigt.
• Kurz nach dem Zurücksetzen der Fernbedienung zeigt diese alle
Elemente auf der Anzeige an.
Ein-/Ausschalten
Das Gerät kann nur ein oder in Standby geschaltet werden. Ziehen Sie den
Stecker, um das Gerät auszuschalten.
Betätigen Sie die Ein-/Standby-Taste oder die Taste ON/OFF, um das
Gerät ein oder in Standby zu schalten.
Hinweise:
• Nach einem Stromausfall oder wenn das Gerät in Standby und kurz
darauf wieder eingeschaltet wird, startet der Kühl-Kompressor nach
3 Minuten (Einschaltverzögerung). Dies soll Beschädigungen am
Kältemittelkreislauf verhindern.
• Falls das Gerät umgestoßen wird, schalten Sie sofort in Standby und
ziehen Sie den Stecker. Warten Sie mindestens 2 Stunden, bevor Sie
das Gerät wieder in Betrieb nehmen, um Schäden am Kältemittelkreislauf
zu verhindern.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät vor dem Ausstecken stets in Standby.

Temperatur einstellen
1. Drücken und halten Sie die beiden Tasten erhöhen und verringern
gemeinsam länger als drei Sekunden, um zwischen °C und °F zu
wechseln.
2. Drücken Sie die Tasten erhöhen / und verringern / einzeln,
um die Temperatur zwischen 17 °C bis 30 °C bzw. 62 °F bis 86 °F
einzustellen.
Lüftergeschwindigkeit einstellen
Betätigen Sie die Wahltaste für die Lüftergeschwindigkeit FAN, um zwischen
den Geschwindigkeiten zu wählen. Die jeweilige Kontrollleuchte auf dem
Bedienfeld und der Fernbedienung zeigen die momentane Einstellung an.
Hinweis: Es gibt keine Kontrollleuchte für die automatische
Geschwindigkeitseinstellung.
Lamellen einstellen
Stellen Sie die Lamellen manuell so ein, dass der Luftstrom in eine beliebige
Richtung geleitet wird. Dies ist in allen Modi möglich.
Zeitschaltuhr einstellen
Die Zeitschaltuhr schaltet das Gerät ein oder in Standby, nachdem eine
wählbare Zeit verstrichen ist. Beim Einschalten verwendet das Gerät den / die
letzten verwendeten Modus und Einstellung.
Die eingestellte Dauer wird umgehend nach der Eingabe heruntergezählt,
ohne Zusammenhang mit der gegenteiligen Zeiteinstellung.
1. Betätigen Sie die Zeitschaltuhr-Einstelltaste TIMER oder die spezifische
TIMER ON/OFF -Taste der Fernbedienung, um jeweils einen Zeitpunkt
für Auto-Ein oder Auto-Aus festzulegen. Die jeweilige Kontrollleuchte
leuchtet auf.
2. Betätigen Sie die Taste / oder die spezifische TIMER ON/OFF
-Taste der Fernbedienung so oft wie nötig, um eine Zeit zwischen 0,5 bis
zu 24 Stunden festzulegen.
3. Die Einstellung wird nach 5 Sekunden ohne Eingabe gespeichert.
Beispiele:
• Um das Gerät nach 1 Stunde aus und nach weiteren 1 ½ Stunden wieder
einzuschalten, stellen Sie während des Betriebs die Auto-Aus-Zeit auf
1,0 h und die Auto-Ein-Zeit auf 2,5 h.
• Um das Gerät in 8 Stunden für einen Zeitraum von 8 Stunden
einzuschalten, stellen Sie in Standby die Auto-Ein-Zeit auf 8,0 h und die
Auto-Aus-Zeit auf 16,0 h.
Hinweise:
• Die Einstellung erfolgt in 0,5-Schritten bis zu 10 Stunden und 1-Stunden-
Schritten ab 10 bis zu 24 Stunden.
• Die jeweilige Kontrollleuchte leuchtet, wenn eine Zeit eingestellt ist.
• Die Einstellungen werden gelöscht, wenn das Gerät vor Ablauf der Zeit
manuell ein- oder in Standby geschaltet wurde.
• Nach Ausführung des Auto-Ein-/Aus-Befehls wird die Einstellung
gelöscht und das Gerät muss erneut eingestellt werden.
• Die Einstellungen werden gelöscht, wenn es zu einem Fehler kommt
(siehe Schutz- und Fehlercodes).
Funktion vorprogrammieren
• Durch Drücken der Taste SHORTCUT lässt sich eine beliebige Funktion
und Temperatur abspeichern und abrufen.
1. Wählen Sie z. B. mit den Tasten MODE, TEMP / und verringern
/ , FAN usw. die gewünschte Funktion.
2. Halten Sie nun die Taste SHORTCUT gedrückt bis die Anzeige einmal
blinkt, um die Einstellung zu übernehmen.
3. Sie können die abgespeicherte Einstellung jederzeit und aus jedem
Modus heraus durch kurzes Drücken der Taste SHORTCUT aktivieren.
Entwässern
Wasser wird ausschließlich während des Automatik- AUTO, Kühl- und
Entfeuchtungsmodus angesammelt.
Während des Entfeuchtungsmodus wird Wasser unverzüglich durch den
oberen Ablauf abgeleitet und der Entwässerungsschlauch muss dauerhaft
angeschlossen sein. Das Wasser wird durch den Schlauch in einen
geeigneten Behälter oder einen nahegelegenen Ablauf geleitet.
WARNUNG – Überschwemmungsgefahr! Lassen Sie das Gerät während
des Entwässerns in einen externen Behälter niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Leeren
Sie den Behälter regelmäßig, um eine Überlaufen und Wasserschäden zu
vermeiden.
Während des Automatik- AUTO und Kühlmodus wird das Wasser in einem
internen Tank angesammelt, welcher entleert werden muss, wenn er voll ist.
In diesem Fall ertönt ein akustisches Signal, auf der Anzeige erscheint der
Schutzcode P1. Der Kühlprozess wird gestoppt, bis das Wasser entleert und
das Gerät neugestartet wurde, während der Lüfter weiterhin arbeitet.
1. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung.
2. Platzieren Sie das Gerät mit dem unteren Ablauf über einem geeigneten
Behälter oder Ablauf.
3. Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung des unteren Ablaufs.
4. Bringen Sie die Abdeckung wieder an, nachdem das Wasser vollständig
abgelaufen ist.
5. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine geeignete Steckdose.
6. Das Gerät ist bereit zum Einschalten.
5. Reinigung und Pflege
Reinigung
1. Reinigen Sie das Gerät alle zwei Wochen.
2. Reinigen Sie die äußeren Oberflächen des Geräts mit einem feuchten
Lappen und neutralem Reinigungsmittel. Trocknen Sie das Gerät mit
einem fusselfreien Tuch.
3. Verwenden Sie keine chemischen, alkalischen, schmirgelnde oder
andere aggressive Reinigungsmittel, da diese die Oberflächen
beschädigen können.
4. Reinigen Sie den Luftfilter in warmem Wasser (unter 40 °C) und
neutralem Reinigungsmittel. Lassen Sie den Filter vor dem Einbau
vollständig trocknen.
5. Öffnen Sie nicht das Gehäuse des Geräts und führen Sie keine
Werkzeuge durch die Lüftungsöffnungen.
6. Im Innern dieses Geräts befinden sich keine Teile, die vom Benutzer
repariert oder gewartet werden können. Wenden Sie sich an eine
qualifizierte Fachkraft, um das Produkt überprüfen und gegebenenfalls
instand setzen zu lassen.
Außerbetriebnahme
1. Entleeren Sie jegliches Wasser aus dem Gerät und trocknen Sie dieses
einen halben Tag lang im Lüftermodus in einem trockenen, warmen
Raum, um Schimmel vorzubeugen.
2. Schalten Sie das Gerät in Standby.
3. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und befestigen Sie das Netzkabel in der
Netzkabelschlaufe.
4. Entfernen Sie die Abluftschlauch-Baugruppe von dem Gerät.
5. Schließen Sie die Abdeckung des Wandadapters.
6. Decken Sie die Abläufe ab.
7. Entnehmen Sie die Batterien aus der Fernbedienung.

Avertismente legate de baterii
1. Nu lăsaţi bateriile la îndemâna copiilor, în
orice moment.
2. Cereţi sfatul medicului imediat dacă bateriile
au fost înghiţite.
3. Manipulaţi bateriile care curg cu
protecţie adecvată și aruncaţi-le în mod
corespunzător. Preveniţi ca acidului din
baterie să vină în contact cu pielea și ochii.
Dacă ajunge acid de baterie în ochi sau în
gură, clătiţi bine cu multă apă şi cereţi sfatul
medicului imediat. Dacă acidul de baterie
intră în contact cu pielea, spălaţi zona
afectată cu o multă apă și săpun.
4. Curăţaţi contactele de pe baterii și aparat
înainte de a introduce.
5. Nu utilizaţi împreună baterii vechi și
noi, baterii de diferite tipuri sau diferiţi
producatori. Înlocuiţi întotdeauna toate
bateriile unui set, în același timp.
6. Utilizaţi numai baterii recomandate pentru
acest aparat; consultaţi datele tehnice.
7. Respectaţi polaritatea (+ și -) la introducerea
bateriilor. Acordaţi atenţie marcajelor de pe
aparat și baterie.
8. Scoateţi bateriile din aparat în cazul în care
nu va fi utilizat pentru o perioadă mai lungă
de timp.
9. Scoateţi bateriile epuizate imediat din aparat.
10.Nu încercaţi încărcarea bateriilor
nereîncărcabile.
11. Nu expuneţi niciodată bateriile la condiţii
extreme de mediu, cum ar fi căldură, frig sau
umezeală.
12.Nu demontaţi, deschideţi sau rupeţi bateriile.
13.Nu scurtcircuitaţi bateriile. Nu le păstraţi la

Avertismente de siguranţă adiţionale
1. Folosiţi şi asamblaţi aparatul numai aşa cum
este descris în acest manual.
2. Examinaţi peretele pe care doriţi să instalaţi
evacuare aerului înainte de a începe
instalarea. Asiguraţi-vă că nu sunt ascunse
cabluri de alimentare, conducte de apă sau
gaz sau alte obiecte ascunse în perete care
ar putea fi lovite de foraj.
3. Ţineţi copiii și animalele de companie la

3. Instalarea
Transportul
• Aparatul este greu. Prin urmare, mutaţi aparatul ori de câte ori este
posibil prin împingere sau tragere, rulare pe roţi.
• Când ridicarea este inevitabilă, utilizaţi mânerele încastrate și ridicaţi cu
doi oameni.
• Nu mișcaţi aparatul în timpul funcţionării.
• Așteptaţi cel puţin 2 ore dupa mutare înainte de porni aparatului, pentru a
evita daunele pe circuitul de răcire.
Plasamentul
La alegerea unui loc de instalare, luaţi în considerare următoarele aspecte:
• Respectaţi toate avertismentele de siguranţă!
• Asiguraţi distanţa minim în toate direcţiile de 30 cm și 100 cm de alte
aparate electrice.
• Păstraţi o distanţă de minim 50 cm în jurul prizei de pe perete de
evacuare din afara și protejaţi de intrarea de obiecte și umiditate.
• Asiguraţi-vă că peretele din spatele aparatului este un perete exterior
nu un divizor și găurile pot fi făcute întrun mod sigur, neobstrucţionat de
obiecte ascunse în perete.
• Asiguraţi-vă că o priză adecvată este în apropiere de locaţia dorită și
rămâne accesibilă după instalare.
• Gândiţi-vă că în timpul operaţiei de dezumidificare apa este colectată în
interiorul aparatului, care trebuie să fie drenată continuu printr-un furtun
de drenaj conectat întrun recipient adecvat sau un canal de scurgere din
apropiere.
• Asiguraţi-vă că nu există obstacole care împiedică fluxul de aer.

Evacuarea aer
1. Înșurubaţi conectorul de perete și conectorul de evacuare pe fiecare
parte a furtunului de evacuare.
2. Conectaţi conectorul de evacuare a aerului la evacuarea aerului a
aparatului.
3. Utilizaţi adaptorul de perete ca șablon pentru a marca găuri pe perete.
4. Găuriti cu un instrument de putere adecvat.
5. Eliberaţi găurile de praf și montaţi adaptorul de perete cu șuruburi și
diblurile furnizate.
6. Conectaţi conectorul de perete la adaptorul de perete.
Notă:
• Furtunul de evacuare poate fi extins și comprimat, dar pentru

Furtun de drenaj
Furtunul de evacuare este folosit pentru a drena apa de la evacuarea de
drenaj superioară.
1. Glisaţi furtunul de evacuare, pe cât posibil în evacuare.
2. Conduceţi celălalt capăt al furtunului de scurgere întrun recipient adecvat
sau un canal de scurgere din apropiere.
Notă:
• În funcţie de modul reglat apa este drenată fie direct, fie colectată întrun
rezervor intern. Drenaţi apa corespunzător.
• Acoperiţi întotdeauna evacuările de drenaj atunci când nu sunt în uz.
• Respectaţi instrucţiunile de dezafectare în secţiunea respectivă, în cazul
în care aparatul nu va fi utilizat pentru o perioadă mai lungă de timp.

Notă:
• Fiecare apăsare a unui buton de pe panoul de control și fiecare semnal
transmis cu succes de la telecomandă este confirmată de un semnal
acustic.
• Toate funcţiile aparatului pot fi controlate prin intermediul panoului de
control sau a telecomenzii, cu excepţia iluminatului afișajului LED și a
butoanelor de LEGĂTURĂ, care sunt prezente exclusiv pe telecomandă.
Telecomanda
Utilizarea panoului de control și telecomenzii alternativ ar putea duce la o
aliniere greșită a aparatului și a informaţiilor afișate pe telecomandă.
• Apăsaţi orice buton de pe telecomandă și aparatul adoptă setările
actuale de pe telecomandă.
Notă:
• Semnalele de la telecomandă vor fi transmise cu o întârziere scurtă după
apăsarea unui buton. Acest proces este indicat de simbolul care apare
pe ecranul telecomenzii.
• Functionalitatea aparatului este indicată de simbolul care apare pe
ecranul telecomenzii.
• La scurt timp după o resetare ecranul telecomenzii prezintă toate
elementele de afișare pentru câteva secunde.
Comutarea pornit/oprit
Aparatul poate fi comutat doar pe pornit sau în modul de aşteptare.
Deconectaţi-l pentru al opri.
Apăsaţi butonul pornit/ aşteptare / PORNIT/OPRIT pentru a porni aparatul
sau al pune în aşteptare.
Notă:
• După o întrerupere a curentului sau atunci când aparatul este pornit în
aşteptare și apoi pornit din nou întrun timp scurt, compresorul frigorific va
relua activitatea după 3 minute (pornire cu întârziere). Acest lucru este
efectuat pentru a preveni circuitul frigorific de la daune.
• În cazul în care aparatul este răsturnat, treceţi-l în modul aşteptare și
scoateţi imediat din priză. Așteptaţi cel puţin 2 ore înainte de a porni
aparatului, pentru a evita daunele pe circuitul de răcire.

Reglarea temperaturii
1. Apăsaţi și menţineţi ambele, butonul de creștere și scădere de
pe panoul de comandă timp de mai mult de 3 secunde pentru a comuta
între °C sau °F.
2. Apăsaţi butonul de creștere / și scădere / separat pentru
a selecta o temperatură între 17 °C până la 30 °C sau 62 °F până la 88
°F.
Setarea vitezei ventilatorului
Apăsaţi butonul de viteza al ventilatorului FAN pentru a comuta între setările
de viteză. Indicatorul respectiv de pe panoul de control și telecomandă arată
setarea curentă.
Notă: Nu există niciun indicator pentru stabilirea automata a vitezei.
Ajustare fante
Fantele de evacuare a aerului pot fi reglate în orice mod pentru a se potrivi
nevoilor necesare.
Reglarea temporzatorului
Temporizatorul pornește aparatul sau regimul de aşteptare atunci când
intervalul de timp definit de utilizator a expirat. La pornire, va fi folosit ultimul
mod și setările. Durata reglată va incepe sa fi contorizată imediat după
intrarea fără corelaţie cu setarea de timp contrară.
1. Apăsaţi butonul de programare a temporizatorului TIMER de pe
aparat, sau butonul specific TIMER ON/OFF (TIMP PORNIT/OPRIT)
de pe telecomandă pentru a intre în setările orei sau pentru a seta

temporizatorul de pornire sau oprire automată. Indicatorul respectiv
pentru fiecare setare se va aprinde.
2. Apăsaţi butoanele / sau butonul specific TIMER ON/OFF (TIMP
PORNIT/OPRIT) de pe telecomandă cât de des este necesar pentru a
seta ora între 0,5 și 24 de ore.
3. Setarea va fi salvată după 5 secunde fără o introducere.
Exemple:
• Pentru a avea aparatul oprit după o oră și pornit din nou după 1 ½
ora, reglaţi ora de oprire la 1,0 h și timpul de pornire in 2,5 h în timpul
funcţionării.
• Pentru a avea aparatul pornit după 8 ore și oprit după alte 8 ore, setaţi
timpul pentru automat pornit 8,0 h, iar timpul de automat oprit la 16,0 h în
timpul regimul de aşteptare.
Notă:
• Ajustările de reglare sunt de 0,5 ore până la 10 ore, apoi o oră până la 24
de ore.
• Indicatorul respectiv va fi aprins, atunci când este setat un timp.
• Comutarea aparatului pe pornit sau în regimul de aşteptare manual va
anula reglarea temporizatorului.
• Reglajele temporizatorului se vor pierde odată ce acţiunile respective
sunt desfășurate și timpul necesar trebuie să fie reglat din nou.
• Setarea temporizatorului se va pierde în cazul în care a apărut o eroare
(a se vedea codurile de protecţie și de eroare).
Preprogramarea unei func ii
• Apăsând butonul SHORTCUT (LEGĂTURĂ), orice funcţie și temperatură
pot fi salvate și reapelate.
1. Selectaţi funcţia dorită, de ex. utilizând butoanele MODE, TEMP /
sau / și FAN, etc.
2. Apăsaţi și menţineţi butonul SHORTCUT (LEGĂTURĂ) apăsat, până ce
afișajul se aprinde intermitent o dată, indicând salvarea setării.
3. Setarea actuală poate să fie reapelată oricând și din orice mod, apăsând
pur și simplu butonul SHORTCUT.
Evacuarea apei
Apa este colectată doar în timpul raciri automate AUTO, și modul de
dezumidificare .
În timpul modului de dezumidificare apă este drenată imediat prin orificiul
de scurgere superior și furtunul de evacuare trebuie să fie conectat continuu.
Apa este drenată prin furtun întrun recipient adecvat sau un recipient de
drenat din apropiere.
AVERTISMENT - Pericol de inundaţii! Nu lăsaţi aparatul nesupravegheat
atunci când drenaţi întrun recipient extern! Goliţi recipientul frecvent pentru a
evita vărsarea și daune de la apă.
În modul automat AUTO și modul de răcire apa este colectată într-un
rezervor intern, care trebuie să fie golit complet atunci când este plin. În
acest caz, aparatul va emite un semnal sonor, în timp ce pe ecranul de pe
panoul de comandă este afișat codul de protecţie P1. Procesul de răcire se
va opri până când apa se scurge și aparatul va repornit, în timp ce ventilatorul
rămâne pornit.
1. Deconectaţi aparatul de la priză.
2. Așezaţi aparatul cu orificiul de scurgere inferioară mai sus faţă de un
recipient adecvat sau un canal de scurgere.
3. Scoateţi capacul de la orificiul de drenaj inferior.
4. Atașaţi capacul de evacuare, din nou, atunci când toată apa este
drenată.
5. Conectaţi ștecherul cablul de alimentare la o priză corespunzătoare.
6. Aparatul este gata pentru a fi pornit.
5. Curăţarea şi îngrijirea
Curăţarea
1. Curăţaţi aparatul la fiecare două săptămâni.
2. Curăţaţi suprafeţele exterioare ale aparatului cu o cârpă umedă înmuiată
în detergent neutru. Uscaţiă cu o cârpă care nu lasă scame.
3. Nu utilizaţi detergenţi chimici, alcalini, abrazivi sau alţi detergenţi
deoarece acestea ar putea fi dăunătoare pentru suprafeţelor.
4. Curăţaţi filtrele de aer cu apă caldă (sub 40 ° C) și detergent neutru.
Lasaţi să se usuce bine înainte de a re-atașa.
5. Nu deschideţi carcasa aparatului și nu introduceţi unelte în orificiile de
ventilaţie.
6. Acest aparat nu conţine componente care pot fi reparate sau deservite
de către consumator. Contactaţi un specialist calificat pentru verificare şi
reparare dacă este necesar.
Dezafectarea
1. Scurgeti toată apa din aparat și se uscaţi-l folosind modul de ventilare
pentru o jumătate de zi într-o cameră uscată, caldă pentru a preveni
mucegaiul.
2. Comutaţi aparatul în modul de aşteptare.
3. Deconectaţi și înfășuraţi cablul de alimentare în jurul depozitării de cablu.
4. Scoateţi ansamblul furtunului de evacuare de la aparat.
5. Acoperiţi toate orificile de drenaj.
6. Scoateţi bateriile din telecomandă.
7. Închideţi capacul adaptorului de perete.
Depanarea problemelor
Defecţiuni suspecte, erorile sau defecţiunile sunt de multe ori din cauze pe
care utilizatorii se pot repara. Prin urmare, verificaţi produsul folosind tabelul
de mai jos înainte de a contacta un specialist calificat. În cele mai multe
cazuri, problema poate fi rezolvată rapid.

Chraňte elektrické části před vlhkostí.
Neponořujte tyto díly do vody nebo

1. Toto zařízení mohou používat děti od 8 let a
osoby s omezenými fyzickými, smyslovými
nebo duševními schopnostmi nebo
nedostatkem zkušeností a znalostí, pokud
jsou tyto osoby pod dohledem nebo byly
řádně poučeny ohledně použití spotřebiče
bezpečným způsobem a chápou možná
rizika spojená s jeho používáním.
2. Děti si nesmí s přístrojem hrát.
3. Čištění a uživatelská údržba nesmí být
prováděna dětmi bez dohledu.
4. Poškozený napájecí kabel musí vyměnit
výrobce, servisní technik či jiná kvalifikovaná

5. Zajistěte dodržení minimální obklopující
vzdálenosti kolem zařízení, které je uvedená

7. Zařízení umístěte na stabilní a rovnou

8. Nenaklánějte zařízení přes 45 stupňů, aby
nedošlo ku škodám na chladicím okruhu.
9. Zařízení musí být nainstalováno v souladu s
vnitrostátními předpisy pro elektroinstalace.
10.Neinstalujte zařízení v místech s vysokou
vlhkostí nebo tam, kde může pravděpodobně
dojít k stříkaní vody (např. prádelna).

Elektrická bezpečnost
1. Ujistěte se, že jmenovité napětí uvedené na
typovém štítku odpovídá napětí elektrické
sítě.
2. Neprovozujte jakýkoli přístroj s poškozenou
šňůrou nebo zástrčkou, pokud nefunguje
nebo byl jinak poškozen.
3. Chraňte napájecí kabel před poškozením.
Nenechte jej viset přes ostré hrany,
nemačkejte a neohýbejte. Udržujte napájecí
kabel v dostatečné vzdálenosti od horkých
povrchů a zajistěte, aby nikdo nemohl o něj
zakopnout.
4. Nestrkejte prsty nebo cizí předměty do
jakéhokoli otvoru přístroje a neblokujte
větrací otvory.
5. Chraňte přístroj před vysokými teplotami.
Nepokládejte do blízkosti zdrojů tepla, jako
jsou sporáky nebo topná zařízení.
6. Nepřipojujte spotřebič k prodlužovacím
kabelům nebo sdíleným zásuvkám.
Upozornění pro baterie
1. Udržujte baterie vždy mimo dosah dětí.
2. Pokud dojde k polknutí baterie, vyhledejte
okamžitě lékařskou pomoc.
3. Zacházejte s unikajícími bateriemi s
dostatečnou ochranou a vhodně je
zlikvidujte. Zabraňte kyselině z baterie, aby
se nedostala do kontaktu s kůží a očima.
Pokud kyselina z baterie vnikne do očí
nebo úst, vypláchněte je důkladně velkým
množstvím vody a okamžitě vyhledejte
lékařskou pomoc. V případě zasažení kůže
kyselinou z baterie umyjte postižené místo
velkým množstvím vody a mýdla.
4. Před vložením vyčistěte kontakty baterie a
přístroje.
5. Nezaměňujte staré baterie s novými nebo
různé typy baterií, nebo od různých výrobců.
Vyměňte všechny baterie sady najednou.
6. Používejte pouze baterie doporučené pro
tento přístroj, viz technické údaje.
7. Dbejte na správnou polaritu (+ nebo -) při
vkládání baterií. Věnujte pozornost značení
na přístroji a bateriích.
8. Pokud víte, že přístroj nebudete delší dobu
používat, vyjměte z něj baterie.
9. Vyjměte okamžitě vybité baterie z přístroje.
10.Nepokoušejte se nabíjet baterie, které nelze
nabíjet.
11. Nikdy nevystavujte baterie extrémním
podmínkám, jako je teplo, chlad nebo
vlhkost.
12.Nerozebírejte, neotvírejte ani nelamte
baterie.
13.Nezkratujte baterie. Neskladujte je
náhodně na místě, kde může dojít k jejich
vzájemnému zkratu nebo zkratu s jinými
kovovými předměty.
