STEEL GROUND SHOE INSTALLATION
Excavate the foundation hole in accordance to each products individual specification sheet. Each steel ground shoe is
supplied pre-attached to the unit post. Position the post into the foundation hole to the required depth.
NOTE: As illustrated, it's essential a distance of 50mm is maintained from the finished surface level to the underside of the
timber post.

BUILD TRIANGLE PLATFORM WITH SLIDE
Excavate the foundations as detailed using sheet PICUS3-SPEC. Using posts labelled 'O' loosely secure to the upright posts
labelled 'A' using the supplied Washer Screws to the dimensions detailed below. Pay strict attention to the direction of the
counterbore holes on posts 'A' as these will have to be facing the correct direction for the rope attachment detailed later on in
this installation guide. NOTE: Do not fully tighten the Washer Screws until the unit has been assembled.

The counterbore holes will point in the direction of an opposite post/
foundation as illustrated with the arrows in Detail View B. The counterbore
will be on the opposite side to the arrow head.
With the three posts formed secure the triangle deck frame to the three
upright posts using the supplied Coach Screws as shown in Detail View A.
Once the frame has been established, the decking can be laid on top and
secured using the supplied assy screws.

Secure the HDPE slide frame to the front of the deck and the upright posts as illustrated in Detail View C. Ensure there are
no gaps between the posts and the HDPE slide frame, any gaps can be eliminated by maneuvering the posts labelled 'A'
and the triangle deck.

With the HDPE slide frame secured attach the slide steel bracket using the supplied Button
Head Screws. A drill hole may have to be created to go through the timber deck so the
steel bracket can attach securely to the HDPE panel and the Triangle Timber Deck.
Now secure the slide assembly to the HDPE frame and the steel support bracket.
With the deck assembly complete and the correct shape achieved, concrete can
now be added to the four foundation holes for this part of the unit.

POST ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
The Upright posts on this unit should all be leaning at a 10~ angle away from the deck structure. The posts should all be drilled
and of the correct size to achieve this angle. Ensure all bolts and screws are loosely fitted to give enough movement for ropes
and timbers to have the appropriate tensioning.
Sustain the two upright posts labelled 'B' & 'C' into the corresponding foundation hole. Both Posts have pre-drilled holes to
secure the horizontal posts to using the supplied Coach Bolts. Secure post labelled 'H' to the lower hole on post 'B' and fix
using the supplied Coach Bolt. The upper end of post 'H' is fixed to post 'A' on the triangle deck using a Coach Screw to the
dimension shown below. Repeat this same process for post labelled 'C' but with the second hole from ground level on post 'I'.

With Posts 'H' & 'I' bracing the upright posts, secure post 'J' to the
pre-drilled holes using the supplied Coach Screws. NOTE: The
dimensions for the pre-drilled holes below are mearly a reference to
using the correct hole on the upright post. If made to the correct these
posts shouldn't require drilling.

Prop post labelled 'K' into the foundation hole. Loosely secure post 'G' to posts 'J' & 'K' using the supplied Coach Screws.
Ensure the horizontal log is positioned on the deck side of the two upright posts. Attach post 'B' to the pre-driled hole under
post 'G' onto post 'K' The other side of post 'B' is secured to the triangle deck post using a Coach Screw (as positioned
below).

Secure the end of post labelled 'K' to the pre-drilled hole in upright post 'E' using the supplied Coach Bolt. This should give
post 'K' the correct angle to sit on already connected posts and secure with 2 x Coach Screws. Add the additional logs
'M' & 'N' to the structure securing with M10 X 120 Coach Screws. NOTE: Post 'N' Sits on the underside of an existing log
and is secured with an M12 x 200 Coach Bolt. The hole for this Coach Bolt will need to be positioned and drilled prior to
being able to attach post 'N'.

Secure the remaining posts to the unit to the dimensions given below using the supplied M10 x 120 Coach Screws.
Dimensions are measured along the width of the timber horizontal.
ATTACH THE ROPES
Finally, with the structure complete the ropes can be
secured to the correct upright posts. With the unit
loosely connected the posts should be able to lean
to the desired angle and to achieve tension in the ropes.
Once the ropes have been secured, the fixings can be
tightened and concrete can be added to the foundations.
Leave concrete to set for 8 Hours.
