The Perfect Shower EveryTime
Refer to installation leaflet for Feltonmix Shower Mixing Valves.
Step 4 should read: Position the wallplate over the valve outlet. Position
the anti-scald washer in the recess provided and secure by fitting the
two 1 1/8 x 7 screws through the slots of the anti-scald washer and into
the valve body lugs.
In normal cases, the fixing screws will be in the mid-slot position as
shown above.
Tighten screws alternately until wallplate is firmly clamped to the wall.
Warning: Do not over-tighten.
To provide a warmer shower, loosen the two fixing screws, rotate the
anti-scald washer slightly clockwise and re-fasten.
To provide a cooler shower, loosen the two fixing screws, rotate the
anti-scald washer slightly counter-clockwise and re-fasten.

Using the template provided, cut
an access hole in the wallboard. If
fitting the anti-scald washer
(optional), see overleaf for further
instructions.
Position the wallplate over the
valve outlet. Fit the two screws
provided through each wallplate
slot & into the valve body lugs.
Tighten screws alternately - light
pressure is sufficient to clamp the
wallplate firmly to the wall.
Rotate slotted sleeve on valve
body (projecting from central
hole of wallplate) anti-clockwise.
Fit handle to sleeve, locating at
the 4 o’clock position.
Handle should recess into the
wallplate and match its contours.
Ensure that the handle has about
10mm of engagement.
FOR EQUAL HIGH (MAINS)
PRESSURE INSTALLATION, fit
flow restrictor into showerhead
with flow restrictor tool first.
Screw showerhead into valve assembly - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
If necessary, unscrew showerhead part of a turn to bring it to the
correct position. The o-ring seal fitted to the showerhead stem will
ensure a watertight seal within 1 1/2 turns from fully tight. Do not
use tape or hemp on the thread.
Check operation. Handle should
swing from right to left from OFF
to HOT.Total movement is about
130º.
